Description

头戴式电子装置 技术领域
本发明涉及头戴式电子装置,尤其涉及一种头戴式耳机及显示部分可相对转动头戴式电子装置。
背景技术
头戴式电子装置是一种近眼显示设备,其产生图像并将其投射向用户眼睛,从而使用户看到放大的虚像,从而获得较大面积的显示效果。现有大部分的头戴式电子装置的音频都是通过其上配备的耳塞传递至用户,然而用户从耳塞获得的音响效果较为一般。因此,针对该点,也有部分产品提供耳机接口,供用户自行搭配其想要的音效较佳的头戴式耳机。然而,这种方式在佩戴较为麻烦,分开的方式携带起来也较为不便。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的实施方式提供了一种具有可相对转动的头戴式耳机及显示部分的头戴式电子装置。
一种头戴式电子装置,包括头戴式耳机及显示部分。该头戴式耳机包括一个弹性带,呈C形并具有两个连接端;两个活动件,各绕一个第一轴线可转动地连接至对应一连接端;及两个发声器,各绕一个第二轴线可转动地连接至对应一个活动件。该显示部分包括一个主体,用于产生并向外投射出图像;及两个连接件,连接至该主体相对两端并各绕一个第三轴线可转动地连接至对应一个发声器。
本发明设置活动件后,发声器在绕第三轴线旋转过程中受显示部分的 迫使而绕第一轴线及第二轴线发生转动,从而避免了弹性带及连接件发生扭曲,也使显示部分可旋转至与头戴式耳机大致重叠的位置。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合多个实施方式及附图,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。并且,其显示不代表本发明各元件的实际比例关系,仅做示意。必须指出的是,本发明中所提到的两个元件之间的“连接”不一定指是直接连接,也可以是通过第三个元件实现的间接连接。
结合图1,其是本发明第一实施方式提供的头戴式电子装置10的示意图。头戴式电子装置10可以是一个头戴式的视频播放器、头戴式的游戏装置或者头戴式的导航装置等。头戴式电子装置10包括一个头戴式耳机20以及一个显示部分40。显示部分40可转动地连接至头戴式耳机20。如此,处于使用状态时,显示部分40可旋转至与头戴式耳机20大致夹90度的位置,如图1所示,此时用户将头戴式耳机20佩戴至头上后,显示部分40位于眼睛前方向眼睛投射图像;处于非使用状态时,显示部分40可旋转至与头戴式耳机20大致重叠的位置,便于收纳,如图5所示。

各活动件26绕第一轴线25d可转动地连接至对应一个连接端25,从而可以第一轴线25d为转轴在连接端25上转动。在本实施方式中,活动件26大致呈弧形,包括一个弧形的本体26a、一个自本体26a靠近连接端25的一端向内凹陷第一凹孔26b以及一个自本体26a的另一端向发声器22所在方向延伸的第二凸柱26c。请再结合图3及图4,第二凸柱26c在 侧面向外凸出一个凸起26e。限位结构28固定至发声器22并耦合至活动件26,用于限制活动件26绕第二轴线26d相对发声器22的转动角度。具体地,限位结构28开设有一个大小与第二凸柱26c匹配的容置孔28a、一个用于承靠第二凸柱26c的弧面28b以及两个分别位于弧面28b两相对末端的用于抵持凸起26e的抵持面28c。容置孔28a起到限制第二凸柱26c的晃动的作用。弧面28b相对的位于抵持面28c之间的弧度便是第二凸柱26c可转动的范围。在本实施方式中,第二凸柱26c由金属制成;限位结构28包括一个由金属制成的开设有上述容置孔28a的第一部分28d,以及一个由橡胶制成的开设有上述弧面28b的第二部分28e,弧面28b紧配至第二凸柱26c。橡胶制成的第二部分28e转配至第一部分28d,第二部分28e的设置增加了第二凸柱26c转动的阻力,避免了活动件26可轻易晃动。第一凸柱25c插入第一凹孔26b并由限位结构28卡设于其内,从而使得第一凸柱25c可在第一通孔25a中旋转。
各发声器22绕一个第二轴线26d可转动地连接至对应一个活动件26,从而可以第二轴线26d为转轴在活动件26上转动。在本实施方式中,各发声器22包括一个传出声音的内壁22a、一个相背的外壁22b以及自外壁22b边缘向内壁22a延伸的侧壁22c。外壁22b及侧壁22c围成一个腔体(图未示),发声器22的喇叭(图未示)收容于该腔体并且喇叭出声的一侧朝向内壁22a。侧壁22c上开设有一个第二通孔22d。第二凸柱26c插入第二通孔22d,延伸并卡设于该腔体内,从而使得发声器22可绕第二凸柱26c转动,即是说,第二凸柱26c定义出了上述第二轴线26d。第二轴线26d与第一轴线25d之间夹设一个第一夹角α。如此,发声器22及活动件26可绕第一轴线25d转动,发声器22还可绕第二轴线26d转动,从而使活动件26实现了多维度的转动。应当指出的是,上述凸柱25c、26c 及凹槽26b、22d的设置方式也可反过来,比如说活动件具有第一凸柱25c二第一凹槽26b开设在连接端25上。
显示部分40包括一个主体42以及两个连接件44。主体42用于产生并向外投射出图像。具体地,主体42设置有图像产生装置及光学模组(图未示),图像产生装置所产生的图像由光学模组向预定的方向投射。主体42上还可设置调节机构(图未示),调节机构用于调节图像产生装置与光学模组之间的距离,从而适应近视或远视的用户。调节机构还可用于调节调节图像产生装置与光学模组的组合之间的距离,从而适应不同用户的瞳距。
两个连接件44连接至主体42相对两端并各绕一个第三轴线22e可转动地连接至对应一个发声器22。第三轴线22e自发声器22的外壁22b向其内壁22a延伸,如此,显示部分40可旋转至与头戴式耳机20分离的位置,如图1所示,以及一个两者大致重叠的位置,如图7所示。在本实施方式中,发声器22的侧壁22c为圆柱壁,连接件44靠近发声器22的一端设置有一个圆环44a,圆环44a同样具有一个圆柱壁,其通过卡位件44b耦合至发声器22的侧壁22c,圆环44a因此可绕侧壁22c的中轴线转动。如此,发声器22的侧壁22c定义出上述第三轴线22e。此时第三轴线22e大致垂直于对应的第一轴线25d和/或第二轴线26d。
头戴式电子装置10组装完成并处于可使用状态时,在无外力作用下,其示意图如图1所示,显示部分40可旋转至与头戴式耳机20大致夹90度的位置。必须指出的是这里的90度只是示例,用户的不同佩戴习惯可能会使该角度有所变化,比如可能是70度、80度或100度等。此时,两个发声器22远离弹性带24的一端向彼此倾斜,如图5所示,因而此时各发声器22的第三轴线22e之间夹设一个第二夹角β。设置该倾斜(即第 二夹角β)可使得发声器22更贴合耳朵。
请结合图1及图5,需将显示部分40旋转至与头戴式耳机20大致重叠时,显示部分40将沿图5中向上的方向旋转。由于第三轴线22e相对图5的水平方向倾斜,并且主体42不可拉伸,因此,显示部分40向上旋转过程中,其将迫使图1、5中右边的发声器22绕第二轴线26d沿逆时针方向(如图1位于第二轴线26d上的箭头所示)旋转,即右边的发声器22靠近第一凹孔26b的一侧向靠近另一发声器22的方向转动,另一个发声器转动方向则相反;同时,显示部分40向上旋转还迫使图1、5中右边的发声器22及活动件26绕第一轴线25d沿其上标示的箭头旋转,即发声器22靠近第二凸柱26c的一侧向远离另一个发声器22的方向转动。
通过上述描述可知,本实施方式通过设置上述第二夹角β,发声器22更加地贴合耳朵,从而带给用户更佳的音频效果。然而此时由于第三轴线22e不再是水平设置,即两个第三轴线22e不共线而是存在夹角,显示部分40至头戴式耳机20相对旋转的过程将变得复杂。若此时采用弹性带24直接固定至发声器22,即省略活动件26,那么旋转时弹性带24及连接件44将发生扭曲变形。然而本实施方式中头戴式耳机20设置活动件26后,发声器22可沿上述两个维度的旋转允许发声器22在上述旋转过程中受显示部分40的迫使而绕第一轴线25d及第二轴线26d发生转动,从而避免了弹性带24及连接件44发生扭曲。而限位结构28的设置在允许活动件26转动的同时,还限制了其转动的范围,从而可使得活动件26无法活动至与侧壁22c或圆环44a发生摩擦的位置,避免了元件间相互磨损的情况。
上述实施方式中,活动件26的本体26a大致延伸1/4圆周,即第一夹角α大致为90度。然而可以理解在夹设其它角度的情况下,发声器22也同样可发生两个维度的旋转而达到上述所以的目的。因此,第一夹角α不 限于90度。优选地,第一夹角大于30度且小于150度,或者大于210度且小于330度,此时本体26a的长度可随着变化。
上述实施方式中,第二夹角β在头戴式电子装置10不受外力作用时的角度大致为150度。然而可以理解针对不同的人群,该角度也可以发生变化,只要能更贴合耳朵便可。第二夹角β优选大于100度且小于170度。
优选地,各连接件44可平移地连接至主体42或发声器22,从而可活动至一个靠近主体42或发声器22的第一位置以及一个远离主体42或发声器22的第二位置。如此,主体42与用户眼睛的距离便可调节。具体地,请结合图6,以连接件44可平移活动地连接至主体42为例,显示部分40还包括自主体42相对两端向外延伸的支撑件46,连接件44可滑动地与支撑件46耦合,从而使得主体42可靠近或远离发声器22。连接件44可平移活动地连接至发声器22的方式与上述方式的结构连接原理相似,不再赘述。
在本发明的描述中,“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个所述特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解。例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施方式而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡 在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种头戴式电子装置,包括头戴式耳机、显示部分及限位结构,其特征在于:
    该头戴式耳机包括:
    一个弹性带,呈C形并具有两个连接端;
    两个活动件,各连接至对应一连接端;及
    两个发声器,各绕一个第二轴线可转动地连接至对应一个活动件;该第二轴线与该第一轴线之间夹设一个第一夹角;
    该显示部分包括:
    一个主体,用于产生并向外投射出图像;及
    两个连接件,连接至该主体相对两端并各绕一个第三轴线可转动地连接至对应一个发声器;该两个第三轴线之间夹设一个第二夹角;
    该限位结构固定至该发声器并耦合至该活动件,用于限制该活动件绕该第二轴线相对该发声器的转动角度。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,各活动件包括一个延伸至发声器内的凸柱,该凸柱上设置有一个凸起;该限位结构具有一个承靠该凸柱的弧面以及两个分别位于该弧面两相对末端的用于抵持该凸起的抵持面。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该限位结构还开设有一个容置孔该凸柱的容置孔。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该限位结构包括一个开设有上述容置孔的第一部分以及一个装配至该第一部分的第二部分,第二部分由橡胶制成并开设有该弧面,该弧面与该凸柱紧配。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该两个活动件各绕一个第一轴线可转动地连接至对应一连接端。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,各发声器包括一个传出声音的内壁以及一个相背的外壁,对应的第三轴线自该外壁向该内壁延伸。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该活动件包括绕该第一轴线可转动地连接至对应一个连接端的第一端以及绕该第二轴线可转动地连接至对应一个发声器的第二端,该第一、第二端之间具有弧形弯曲部分。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,各发声器还包括一个自该外壁边缘向该内壁延伸的侧壁,该活动件绕该第二轴线可转动地连接至该侧壁。
  9. 如权利要求7或8所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,各连接端包括一个第一凸柱或第一凹槽中的一者,各活动件的第一端包括一个第一凹槽或第一凸柱中的另一者,该第一凸柱可转动地卡设在该第一凹槽中,该第一凸柱或第一凹槽定义出该第一轴线。
  10. 如权利要求7或8所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,各发声器包括一个第二凸柱或第二凹槽中的一者,各活动件的第二端包括一个第二凹槽或第二凸柱中的另一者,该第二凸柱可转动地卡设在该第二凹槽中,该第二凸柱或第二凹槽定义出该第二轴线。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,各发声器的侧壁呈圆柱面,该第三轴线为该圆柱面的中轴线,该连接件沿该第三轴线可转 动地连接至该侧壁。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,各连接件靠近对应的发声器的一端包括一个第二圆柱面,其与该发声器的侧壁耦合从而可绕该第三轴线转动。
  13. 如权利要求5所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,各发声器的第三轴线大致垂直于对应的第一及第二轴线。
  14. 如权利要求5所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该第二夹角大于100度且小于170度。
  15. 如权利要求5或13所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该第一夹角大于30度且小于150度。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,各连接件可平移地活动连接至该主体或该发声器,从而可活动至一个靠近该主体或该发声器的第一位置以及一个远离该主体或该发声器的第二位置。
  17. 如权利要求1所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,各活动件可平移地活动连接至该连接端,从而可活动至一个靠近该弹性带的第一位置以及一个远离该弹性带的第二位置。
