请结合图3及4,优选地,连接件42与第一海绵44之间设置有第一定位结构。可选地,支撑件46与第一海绵44之间还设置有第二定位结构。具体地,第一定位结构包括自贴合片42a面向第一海绵44的表面向外延伸的第一凸柱42d以及自第一海绵44面向连接件42的表面向内凹陷的第 一凹孔44b。第一凸柱42d插入第一凹孔44b以起到定位效果。当然上述凹凸设置也可以反过来。更具体地,第一定位结构包括三个第一凸柱42d,其中两个位于第一缺口42c两侧,一个位于第一缺口42c上方,第一凹孔44b因而对应设置。同理,第二定位结构包括设置于本体46a上的第二凸柱46d以及设置于第一海绵44的第二凹孔44c。
请结合图1、3及5,主体部32包括一个面向用户的内壁32a、背对内壁32a的外壁32b以及连接内壁32a及外壁32b的上侧壁32c及下侧壁32d,连接件42扣合至上侧壁32c及下侧壁32d。具体的扣合方式可以是如下第一种方式:上侧壁32c及下侧壁32d之间在靠近内壁32a一侧的距离比在与内壁32a具有一定间距处(比如上侧壁32c中部)的距离大,即上侧壁32c及下侧壁32d之间在图5中的右侧的距离比在中部的距离大,从而存在一个倾角;同时连接部42b(即上连接片)及两个连接部42b(即下连接片)也具有同样的倾角。如此,连接部42b通过该倾角扣合至上、下侧壁32c、32d。
优选地,上侧壁32c或下侧壁32d与连接部42b之间设置有使眼罩40固定至主体部32的卡扣结构。具体的卡扣结构可以如图6所示,连接部42b(即上连接片)及两个连接部42b(即下连接片)均开设有凹点42e,上侧壁32c及下侧壁32d均设置有凸点32e。凸点32e收容于凹点42e形成上述卡扣结构。当然,上述凹凸方式也可以反过来,而且也可以不必在上侧壁32c及下侧壁32d上都设置凸点32e。另外,也可单独设置该卡扣结构来使眼罩40固定至主体部32。
优选地,上侧壁32c或下侧壁32d与连接部42b之间设置有用于引导眼罩40沿预设的方向滑动的导向结构。具体的卡扣结构可以如图4及图6所示,连接部42b(即上连接片)的两侧开设有凸条42f,上侧壁32c开设 有凹条32f,凸条42f随凹条32f设定的方向滑动,从而形成上述导向结构。
优选地,第一海绵44由惰弹性海绵制成。由于惰弹性海绵具有受压后不易恢复原形的特点,因此其变形后不易产生回复力,可减低对用户的压力。
在本发明的描述中,“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个所述特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解。例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施方式而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (28)

  1. 一种眼罩,包括:
    连接件,包括贴合片以及设置于该贴合片的连接部,该贴合片呈具有第一缺口的非封闭圈状,该连接部用于与外部装置连接;
    第一海绵,呈非封闭圈状并贴合至该贴合片,对应该第一缺口处设置有第二缺口;
    支撑件,包括与该第一海绵贴合的本体及自该本体左右两侧延伸至该第一海绵之外的包覆部,该本体呈非封闭圈状并且对应该第二缺口的位置开设有第三缺口,该包覆部向远离该连接件的方向延伸;及
    第二海绵,呈非封闭圈状并贴合至该支撑件外缘,还在对应该第三缺口的位置开设有第四缺口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的眼罩,其特征在于,该第四缺口的长度小于该第三缺口的长度。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的眼罩,其特征在于,该第三缺口的长度大于该第二缺口的长度。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的眼罩,其特征在于,该第二缺口的长度小于该第一缺口的长度。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的眼罩,其特征在于,该贴合片与该第一海绵之间和/或该本体与该第一海绵之间设置有定位结构。
  6. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的眼罩,其特征在于,该第一海绵由惰弹性海绵制成。
  7. 一种眼罩,包括:
    一个连接件,用于与外部装置连接;
    一个第一海绵,连接至该连接件;
    一个支撑件,连接至该第一海绵;及
    一个第二海绵,连接至该支撑件。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的眼罩,其特征在于,该支撑件包括与第一海绵连接的本体以及自该本体左右两侧延伸至该第一海绵之外的包覆部,该包覆部向远离该主体部的方向延伸。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的眼罩,其特征在于,该本体呈具有一个第三缺口的非封闭圈状;第二海绵的形状与该支撑件外缘匹配,并且对应该第三缺口的位置开设有一个第四缺口,该第四缺口的长度小于该第三缺口的长度。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的眼罩,其特征在于,该第一海绵的形状与该本体匹配,并且对应该第三缺口的位置开设有一个第二缺口,该第三缺口的长度大于该第二缺口的长度。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的眼罩,其特征在于,该连接件包括一个贴合片以及至少一个自该贴合片向外延伸的连接部,该连接部用于与外部装置连接,该第一海绵连接至该贴合片。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的眼罩,其特征在于,该贴合片呈具有一个第一缺口的非封闭圈状。

    如权利要求10所述的眼罩,其特征在于,该本体与该第一海绵和/或该连接件与该第一海绵之间之间设置有定位结构。

    如权利要求7至14任一项所述的眼罩,其特征在于,该第一海绵由惰弹性海绵制成。
  15. [根据细则26改正13.10.2015]
    一种头戴式电子装置,包括:
    一个头戴式耳机,包括两个发声部以及一个连接该发声部的弹性带;
    一个显示器,包括一个用于产生并向外投射画面的主体部以及自该主体部相对两侧延伸并可转动地连接至该两个发声部的转接部;及
    一个眼罩,其可拆卸地连接至该主体部。

    如权利要求16所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该眼罩包括:
    一个连接件,可拆卸地连接至该主体部;
    一个第一海绵,连接至该连接件;
    一个支撑件,连接至该第一海绵;及
    一个第二海绵,连接至该支撑件。

    如权利要求17所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该主体部包括一个面向用户的内壁、背对该内壁的外壁以及连接该内壁及外壁的上侧壁及下侧壁,该连接件扣合至该上侧壁及下侧壁。

    如权利要求18所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该连接件包括一个贴合片以及至少两个自该贴合片上下两侧向外延伸的连接部,该连接部扣合至该上、下侧壁,该第一海绵连接至该贴合片。

    如权利要求19所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该上侧壁或下侧壁与该连接部之间设置有使该眼罩固定至该主体部的卡扣结构。
  20. [根据细则26改正13.10.2015] 
    如权利要求18所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该上、下侧壁之间在靠近该内壁一侧的距离比在与该内壁具有一定间距处的距离大。
  21. [根据细则26改正13.10.2015] 
    如权利要求19至21任一项所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该上侧壁或下侧壁与该连接部之间设置有用于引导该眼罩沿预设的方向滑动的导向结构。

    如权利要求17所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该连接件呈具有一个第一缺口的非封闭圈状。
  23. [根据细则26改正13.10.2015] 
    如权利要求23所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该第一海绵的形状与该连接件匹配,并且对应该第一缺口的位置开设有一个第二缺口,该第二缺口的长度小于该第一缺口的长度。

    如权利要求24所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该支撑件包括与第一海绵贴合的本体以及自该本体左右两侧延伸至该第一海绵之外的包覆部,该包覆部向远离该主体部的方向延伸。

    如权利要求25所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该本体的形状与该第一海绵匹配,并且对应该第二缺口的位置开设有一个第三缺口,该第三缺口的长度大于该第二缺口的长度。

    如权利要求25所述的头戴式电子装置,其特征在于,该连接件与该第一海绵之间和/或该本体与该第一海绵之间设置有定位结构。
