[0042] 参考图 4和图 5, 该柱体 5具有如下结构: 柱体 5包括相互套接的第一连接件 51和 第二连接件 52, 第一连接件 51上设有定位件 54, 第二连接件 52上设有与定位件 5 4配合的滑道 55, 定位件 54位于滑道 55中, 二者可以相对滑动, 使第二连接件 52 和第一连接件 51可沿滑道 55方向相对伸缩, 第二连接件 52和第一连接件 51之间 设有弹性件 56, 用于在第一连接件 51或第二连接件 52的端部受压吋发生弹性形 变以保持第一连接件 51或第二连接件 52的受压端与施压体的紧密相接, 即由于 弹性件 56的存在, 当第一连接件 51或者第二连接件 52受到外力推动而向对方缩 进吋, 弹性件 56被压缩而对第一连接件 51或者第二连接件 52产生反向的弹力, 这种反向的弹力和施压力的方向相反, 使得被压的第一连接件 51或者第二连接 件 52的端部和施压体之间保持紧密的接触, 且弹力的力度适中, 不会像硬性物 体一样造成明显的压迫感。
[0043] 参考图 6, 根据极限原理, 多数个小线段依次连接可视为平滑的曲线, 将多数 个本实施例的柱体 51并列排成一列, 其端部依次连接可视为一条平滑的线条, 将多数个柱体 51并列排成多行多列可视为平滑的面。 应用在本实施例中, 每个 柱体 51的第一连接件 51和第二连接件 52都可相对伸缩, 使得线条或面上任一点 可随外力上下浮动。 如图 1和图 2, 采用多个柱体 51依次连接形成闭合环形结构 , 即为眼罩主体 2, 每个柱体 51的第一连接件 51和第二连接件 52可以相对伸缩, 佩戴眼罩 1吋, 眼罩 1远离面部的一端通常是固定不动的, 而接触面部的一端会 受压发生相对收缩, 由于每个柱体 51可以独立伸缩, 且由于弹性件 56的回复力 作用, 使每个柱体 51都可以和面部保持紧密接触, 使得眼罩 1可以很好的适应用 户的面部结构, 眼罩 1端部的整体结构呈现与面部匹配的平滑曲线, 进而使佩戴 触感舒适不生硬, 而且不会出现缝隙, 可以很好的遮光和观看视频或感受眼部 护理, 使用体验较好。

多个柱体 51的第一连接件 51相连形成眼罩主体 2的第一段 21, 多个柱体 51的第二 连接件 52相连形成第二段 22, 设有柔性件 53的一端形成接触端 23, 用于和使用 者面部接触。 在一种实施例中, 眼罩 1的第二段 22嵌入连接于电子装置 3, 第一 段 21外露, 第一段 21的端部是接触端 23, 与使用者眼部周围接触。 当然, 也可 以在第二连接件 52上设柔性件 53, 第二段 22用于与使用者的面部接触。
[0045] 进一步地, 该柱体 51的第一连接件 51和第二连接件 52均为中空的管件, 第一连 接件 51包括轴向连通的前段 511和后段 512, 前段 511的横截面积小于后段 512的 横截面积, 在前段 511和后段 512的过渡处形成台阶 513, 该台阶 513优选为垂直 轴向的台阶 513。 前段 511与第二连接件 52连接, 定位件 54设置于前段 511, 在后 段 512的自由端或第二连接件 52的自由端设有易压缩的柔性件 53, 该柔性件 53用 于与使用者面部接触。 [0046] 本实施例中的第二连接件 52上的滑道 55优选为与第二连接件 52轴向平行的槽孔 55a, 该槽孔 55a为宽度一致的条形的槽孔 55a且两端呈圆弧状, 定位件 54包括设 置于第一连接件 51上的凸块 541, 凸块 541的宽度或直径略小于槽孔 55a的宽度, 凸块 541位于槽孔 55a中且高于第二连接件 52的表面, 使其能够在槽孔 55a中滑行 并截止于槽孔 55a的两圆弧端, 进而限制第二连接件 52和第一连接件 51的相对行 程。 当然, 第一连接件 51的台阶 513也可以用于限制第二连接件 52的行程。
[0047] 进一步地, 该定位件 54还包括 V形弹性丝 542, 上述的凸块 541连接于 V形弹性 丝 542的两端, 相应地, 第一连接件 51幵设有两个对称的通孔 514, V形弹性丝 54 2两侧受迫置于第一连接件 51的腔体内, 使凸块 541自通孔 514伸出。 该定位件 54 结构简单易制造, 且采用 V形弹性丝 542连接凸块 541, 使凸块 541能够在外部压 力下缩进通孔 514, 在外部压力解除吋弹出通孔 514, 利用这个特点, 在装配柱 体 51吋, 将第二连接件 52推向第一连接件 51, 凸块 541受迫缩回通孔 514, 在槽 孔 55a处又弹出通孔 514, 完成装配。 在使用吋若发生故障, 也便于拆卸维护。
[0048] 基于该定位件 54的设计, 凸块 541优选设有弧形导向面, 以便于在槽孔 55a的端 部处可以滑出槽孔 55a, 当然, 该导向面的斜度需合理设计, 以免斜度过大而在 正常使用吋误滑出槽孔 55a。

[0050] 在本实施例中, 为了便于将多个柱体 51从侧面连接起来且能够使不同的柱体 51 发生不同的轴向移动, 对第一连接件 51和第二连接件 52的外形进行了设计, 具 体为: 第一连接件 51包括依次连接的第一侧面 515、 第二侧面 516、 第三侧面 517 和第四侧面 518, 整体外形类似长方体形, 第一侧面 515和第二侧面 516相对, 第 三侧面 517和第四侧面 518相对, 第一侧面 515设有轴向延伸的第一凸脊 519, 第 一凸脊 519至少包括位于后段 512的后段凸脊 5191, 在其他实施例中, 还进一步 包括位于前段 511的前段凸脊 5192。 第二侧面 516设有轴向延伸的第一凹槽 5110 , 第一凹槽 5110至少包括位于后段 512的后段凹槽 5111, 在其他实施例中, 还进 一步包括位于前段 511的前段凹槽 5112。 第二连接件 52包括依次连接的第五侧面 521、 第六侧面 522、 第七侧面 523和第八侧面 524, 整体形状也类似长方体, 第 五侧面 521和第六侧面 522相对, 第七侧面 523和第八侧面 524相对, 第五侧面 521 设有第二凸脊 525, 第六侧面 522设有第二凹槽 526。 配合关系如下: 第二凸脊 52 5的外表面和后段凸脊 5191的外表面平齐, 第二凹槽 526的外表面和后段凹槽 511 1的外表面平齐, 两个柱体 51通过第二凸脊 525与第二凹槽 526的配合以及后段凸 脊 5191与后段凹槽 5111的配合相连接。 也就是说, 第一连接件 51和第二连接件 5 2对接后, 二者侧面的凸脊连接成一条直线凸脊, 二者侧面的凹槽也连接成一条 直线凹槽, 直线凸脊和直线凹槽配合, 使得柱体 5和柱体 5的对接更加容易且美 观。
[0051] 在上述实施例中, 第一连接件 51和第二连接件 52的侧面分别设有凸脊和凹槽, 而第一连接件 51的前段 511和第二连接件 52套接, 二者的套接处可以是任意合理 的形状, 当如上述其他实施例所述的第一凸脊 519还包括前段凸脊 5192, 第一凹 槽 5110还包括前段凹槽 5112吋, 则第二连接件 52的第二凸脊 525套设于前段凸脊 5192上, 第二凹槽 526套设于前段凹槽 5112上。

[0054] 基于上述的柱体 51的可伸缩性, 由多个柱体 51阵列排布形成的面结构或者线结 构也可以自动适应接触物体的结构特征, 与接触物体进行密切的贴合且无压迫 感。 利用该特点可以做成多种弹性产品, 例如床垫、 被子、 枕头、 坐垫等。

权利要求书
一种眼罩, 其特征在于, 包括柱状的眼罩主体, 所述眼罩主体的一端 用于佩戴在使用者的面部, 另一端用于连接头戴装置, 所述眼罩主体 的任一端的任一部位在受到轴向压力吋可发生轴向的弹性形变, 且弹 性形变量与受压部位的压力大小相适应, 使所述眼罩主体与所述面部 完整紧密相接。
如权利要求 1所述的眼罩, 其特征在于, 所述眼罩主体由多个柱体通 过侧面连接的方式依次连接形成, 所述柱体在轴向压力下收缩并在压 力撤销后自动回弹, 且每个所述柱体可独立伸缩。
如权利要求 2所述的眼罩, 其特征在于, 每个所述柱体与面部对应的 端部设有柔性件。
如权利要求 1所述的眼罩, 其特征在于, 所述眼罩还包括包覆于所述 眼罩主体外部的软性套件。
如权利要求 1~4任一项所述的眼罩, 其特征在于, 所述眼罩主体在自 然状态下为圆柱形或椭圆柱形, 其两端平整, 任一端所在的平面与柱 体的侧面垂直。
一种头戴设备, 其特征在于, 包括权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的眼罩、 与所述眼罩连接的头戴装置以及与所述头戴装置连接的可调头带。 如权利要求 6所述的头戴设备, 其特征在于, 所述头戴装置为智能多 媒体装置或眼部护理装置。
一种柱体, 其特征在于, 用于制作权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的眼罩中 的眼罩主体, 包括相互套接的第一连接件和第二连接件, 所述第一连 接件上设有定位件, 所述第二连接件上设有与所述定位件配合的滑道
, 使所述第二连接件和所述第一连接件可相对伸缩, 所述第二连接件 和第一连接件之间设有弹性件, 用于在所述第一连接件或第二连接件 的端部受压吋发生弹性形变以保持所述第一连接件或第二连接件的受 压端与施压体的紧密相接。
如权利要求 8所述的柱体, 其特征在于, 所述第一连接件包括前段和 后段, 所述前段与所述第二连接件连接, 所述定位件设置于所述前段 , 在所述后段的自由端或第二连接件的自由端设有柔性件。
[权利要求 10] 如权利要求 9所述的柱体, 其特征在于, 所述第一连接件和第二连接 件均为中空管件, 所述后段和前段轴向连通, 且所述前段的横截面积 小于后段的横截面积, 所述前段和后段的过渡处形成有台阶。
[权利要求 11] 如权利要求 8、 9或 10所述的柱体, 其特征在于, 所述滑道为与所述第 二连接件轴向平行的槽孔, 所述定位件包括设置于所述第一连接件上 的凸块, 所述凸块位于所述槽孔中且高于所述第二连接件的表面。
[权利要求 12] 如权利要求 11所述的柱体, 其特征在于, 所述定位件还包括 V形弹性 丝, 所述凸块连接于所述 V形弹性丝的两端, 所述第一连接件幵设有 两个对称的通孔, 所述 V形弹性丝两侧受迫置于所述第一连接件的腔 体内, 使所述凸块自所述通孔伸出。
