Abstract
一种电连接件,用于LED灯的光源板(20)与驱动板(30)之间的电连接,其包括输入端子(21)和输出端子(31),该输出端子(31)为贴设在该LED灯的驱动板(30)的表面上的片状结构,该输入端子(21)的一端固定在该光源板(20)上并与该光源板(20)电连接,该输入端子(21)的另一端为弹片结构,当该光源板(20)相对该驱动板(30)组装固定之后,该驱动板(30)靠近该光源板(20)设置,该输入端子(21)的另一端弹性的抵接在该输出端子(31)上。通过将输出端子(31)贴设在驱动板(30)的表面上,将输入端子(21)固定在该光源板(20)上,输入端子(21)弹性的抵接在该输出端子(31)上。由于该输入端子(21)被该驱动板(30)固定,使得该输入端子(21)的结构简单,有效地简化整个电连接件的结构,使得该电连接件具有结构简单的优点。
Description
本发明涉及一种LED照明领域,特别是一种电连接件。
LED光源具有发光效率高、低发热、省电和寿命长的优点,因此其应用越来越广泛。LED灯将逐渐取代白炽灯和卤素灯等传统照明灯具。现有的LED球泡灯包括灯头、电源电路板组件、发光散热单元及灯罩,灯头与电源电路板组件以及电源电路板组件与发光散热单元之间皆采用焊接导线或用螺丝直接压住导线进行电连接。由于灯具内部空间较小,较长的导线在灯具内部凌乱地塞入,易产生导线破损、导线焊接点松脱等现象。
如授权公告日为2013年9月25日,中国专利申请号201320131794.6,名称为《发光二极管球泡灯》的实用新型,其包括一灯头,灯头包括一灯头内套、多个导电弹片及一电极连接单元,导电弹片容纳在灯头内套之内,电极连接单元组装在灯头内套下方,通过电极连接单元与导电弹片与电源输入插脚相互插夹持而实现电性连接。此实用新型采用现有技术中常见的公母端子的连接方式实现了电连接,但是这种连接方式由于需要通过插夹持实现电连接,组装、生产工艺都较为繁琐。为了适应消费者的使用需求,如何进一步简化结构,缩小灯头体的体积,同时降低生产成本,仍是目前的一个主要发展趋势。
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种结构简单的电连接件。
一种电连接件,用于LED灯的光源板与驱动板之间的电连接,其包括输入端子和输出端子,该输出端子为贴设在该LED灯的驱动板的表面上的片状结构,该输入端子的一端固定在该光源板上并与该光源板电连接,该输入端子的另一端为弹片结构,当该光源板相对该驱动板组装固定之后,该驱动板靠近该光源板设置,该输入端子的另一端弹性地抵接在该输出端子上。
与现有技术相比,电连接件通过将输出端子贴设在驱动板的表面上,将输入端子固定在该光源板上,输入端子弹性的抵接在该输出端子上。由于该输出端子直接贴设在该驱动板的表面上,当该输入端子的另一端弹性地抵接该输出端子上时,该驱动板必定会给该输出端子以支撑,从而确保该输入端子与该输出端子的电连接。由于该输入端子被该驱动板固定,导致该输入端子的结构变得比较简单,从而可以有效地简化整个电连接件的结构。使得该电连接件具有结构简单的优点。
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
本发明第一实施例的电连接件,请参考图1至图4。
请参考图1和图2,一种电连接件,设置在一个灯头体10中。该灯头体10为常见的LED灯壳与螺口灯头的组合,当然,其也可以为其他形式的灯的壳体结构。该灯头体10为中空的壳体结构,其内部固定设有光源板20与驱动板30。该电连接件分别设置在该光源板20与驱动板30上。该电连接件用于LED灯的光源板20与驱动板30之间的电连接,其包括输入端子21和输出端子31,该输出端子31为贴设在该LED灯的驱动板30的表面上的片状结构,该输入端子21的一端固定在该光源板20上并与该光源板20电连接。在本专利中,所谓“该输出端子31为贴设在该LED灯的驱动板30的表面上”,特指该输出端子31通过焊接、铆接等手段固定在该驱动板30的表面上,与该驱动板30连接固定形成一个整体。该输入端子21的另一端为弹片结构211,当该光源板20相对该驱动板30组装固定之后,该驱动板30靠近该光源板20设置,该输入端子21的另一端弹性的抵接在该输出端子31上。
该输出端子31与输入端子21相当于一个极小的元器件分别设置在驱动板30与光源板20上,完全不会占用灯头体10的空间,为进一步简化缩小灯头体10具有重要意义。
请参考图1和图2,该驱动板30设置在该光源板20的下方,该输入端子21固定在该光源板20的顶面。该光源板20上设有穿孔22,该输入端子21靠近该穿孔22设置。当然,该输入端子21也可以固定在该光源板20的底面。
将输入端子21的另一端设置成弹片结构211,弹片结构211能够方便的贴焊在光源板20上,大大的简化了生产工艺。取代了现有技术的母端子结构,相比母端子具有结构简单、体积小的优点。
请参考图1、图2和图3,该驱动板30上一体延伸设有支撑部32,该支撑部32靠近该光源板20设置,该输出端子31设置在该支撑部32的侧面。该支撑部32为向上一体延伸杆状结构(如图1及图2所示),该支撑部32插入该穿孔22内。优选的,该输出端子31为焊接在该驱动板30的支撑部32上的一层铜箔。由于只需在支撑部32位上焊接或者成型一层铜箔或金属导电层即可形成输出端子31,无需另外增设连接件或端子,大大简化了结构,降低生产成本。
请参考图1、图2和图4,该输入端子21由金属材料一体弯折成型。该输入端子21的一端为具有通孔的环状结构213。该环状结构213的底部连接固定在该光源板20上。该环状结构213与该支撑部32间隔设置且其通孔212的一侧朝向该支撑部32设置,该弹片结构211连接在该通孔212的另一侧,该弹片结构211被弯折后穿过该通孔212并从该通孔212的一侧伸出以与该输入端子21抵接。
增设该环状结构213是为了提高输入端子21的弹性,以便使得另一端的弹片结构211能够稳定的抵接在输出端子31上,从而形成稳定的电连接。而所设置的通孔212的作用主要是为了对弹片结构211进行限位,避免该弹片结构211在与该输入端子21抵接时过分向上或向下变形,而不能有效地提供弹性抵接力。通过通孔212能够很好的保证输入端子21的整体结构稳定,适应批量生产,保证电连接结构的稳定。
优选的,该输入端子21的另一端朝向远离该光源板20的方向翘起。该弹片结构211伸出该通孔212的另一侧的部分设有加强筋。该通孔212为柱形结构,该弹片结构211伸出该通孔212的另一侧的部分在与该输入端子21抵接后同时与该通孔212的一侧抵接。
该电连接件工作时,将驱动板30设置灯头体10内,将光源板20设置灯头体10顶部。该支撑部32穿过光源板20上的穿孔22即可与输入端子21的弹片结构211形成电连接。使得整灯的结构大大简化,且驱动板30与光源板20的电连接稳定,电连接件的成本低,生产组装工艺简单。
综上所述,通过将输入端子21设置为弹片结构211,能够便捷的贴设在光源板20上,具有结构简单、体积小、成本低的优点。而输出端子31通过在驱动板30的向上伸出的支撑部32上设一层金属导电层即可形成,省去了现有技术中的端子或连接件的结构,大大的简化了整体结构。由于该输出端子直接贴设在该驱动板的表面上,当该输入端子的另一端弹性地抵接该输出端子上时,该驱动板必定会给该输出端子以支撑,从而确保该输入端子与该输出端子的电连接。由于该输入端子被该驱动板固定,导致该输入端子的结构变得比较简单,从而可以有效地简化整个电连接件的结构。使得该电连接件具有结构简单的优点。反观现有技术,由于输入端子未被直接固定在灯头体10上,还需要其他辅助手段才能实现该输入端子的固定,比如,设置两个弹片将输入端子夹持在两个弹片的中间。这就增加了结构的复杂度。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明保护的范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种电连接件,用于LED灯的光源板与驱动板之间的电连接,其包括输入端子和输出端子,其特征在于:该输出端子为贴设在该LED灯的驱动板的表面上的片状结构,该输入端子的一端固定在该光源板上并与该光源板电连接,该输入端子的另一端为弹片结构,当该光源板相对该驱动板组装固定之后,该驱动板靠近该光源板设置,该输入端子的另一端弹性的抵接在该输出端子上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电连接件,其特征在于:该驱动板上一体延伸设有支撑部,该支撑部靠近该光源板设置,该输出端子设置在该支撑部的侧面。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的电连接件,其特征在于:该驱动板设置在该光源板的下方,该该输入端子固定在该光源板的底面,该输出端子设置在该支撑部的侧面,该输入端子的另一端在朝向接近该光源板的方向弯折。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电连接件,其特征在于:该光源板上设有穿孔,该支撑部为杆状结构,该支撑部插入该穿孔内,该输入端子靠近该穿孔设置。
- 根据权利要求4所述的电连接件,其特征在于:该驱动板设置在该光源板的下方,该输入端子固定在该光源板的顶面。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电连接件,其特征在于:该输入端子的另一端朝向远离该光源板的方向翘起。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电连接件,其特征在于:该输入端子的一端为具有通孔的环状结构,该环状结构的底部连接在该光源板上,该环状结构与该支撑部间隔设置且其通孔的一侧朝向该支撑部设置,该弹片结构连接在该通孔的另一侧,该弹片结构被弯折后穿过该通孔并从该通孔的一侧伸出以与该输入端子抵接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电连接件,其特征在于:该通孔为柱形结构,该弹片结构伸出该通孔的另一侧的部分在与该输入端子抵接后同时与该通孔的一侧抵接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电连接件,其特征在于:该弹片结构伸出该通孔的另一侧的部分设有加强筋。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电连接件,其特征在于:该输入端子由金属材料一体弯折成型。
