Description
本創作係關於LED照明燈具,尤其是一種利用簡易製程組裝且具有極佳電性導通狀態並易於修繕之LED球泡燈。
現今在燈具照明方面,其多採用發光二極體(LED)作為主要照明光源,而燈具之種類眾多,如室內照明範疇即具有層板燈、崁燈、吸頂燈、球泡燈等,不同種類之燈具係具有相異之照明功效與用途,而廣泛運用於日常生活中。
以球泡燈為例,LED球泡燈以其環保、節能、使用壽命長等諸多優點取代傳統鎢絲燈,習用之LED球泡燈係具有一座體、一供電元件、一基板及一罩體,該座體供以放置該供電元件,且該基板係連接設於該座體之一側並與該供電元件電性連接,該罩體罩設於該基板頂側並與該座體固接。其中,該基板係設置有複數個LED發光元件,為使該基板可與該供電元件電性導通,於組設製程中必須自該供電元件延伸設置有一正極接線端及一負極接線端並將其焊接於該基板,使該基板上之該等LED發光元件可獲得電力驅動產生光線。然而,為使該等LED發光元件可獲得供電,則於組裝過程中必須另加實施上述加工,除耗費製程時間成本外,且易由於施工不良導致該正極接線端與該負極接線端無法與該基板形成導通電路影響該等LED發光元件之作動,且於相關元件即該基板、該等LED發光元
件或該供電元件損壞時,必須將所有組件拆解且不利更替,尤當該供電元件損壞時,更需重新設置該正極接線端及該負極接線端。
故本創作人係構思一種LED球泡燈,係採用電連接件作為電性導通之元件以簡化LED球泡燈之所需組裝製程與維繕施工。
本創作之一目的,旨在提供一種LED球泡燈,係有效地簡化組裝製程並使元件保有極佳之電性導通狀態,且於損壞時易於進行更換修繕。
為達上述目的,本創作之LED球泡燈,其具有一座體、一供電元件、一基板及一罩體,該供電元件設於該座體內部,該基板係具有複數個LED發光元件且連接設於該座體之一側,該罩體係與該座體固接並將該基板封閉於內,其特徵在於:該LED球泡燈更具有一電連接件,其係固設於該基板且設有複數個接電端子以使該基板及該供電元件電性連接,該電連接件之一側凹設有一接合槽以固接該供電元件,使該供電元件與該基板形成電流通路以驅動該等LED發光元件。
其中,各該接電端子係具有至少一第一接腳端及至少一第二接腳端,該第一接腳端係設於該接合槽內以與該供電元件導通,該第二接腳端係延伸凸出於該電連接件外側,且該接合槽側壁對應該等第一接腳端設有複數個卡掣槽,供以容置該等第一接腳端,較佳者該等卡掣槽係等間距且呈相對設置於該接合槽側壁,使該等第一接腳端為成對設置,此外每對該第二接腳端亦等間距排列設置於該電連接件之相對側而與該等第一接腳端對稱。
又,該電連接件更具有一對限位部,係相對設於該電連接件外側,且每一該限位部之一側係對應該等第二接腳端設有複數個第二卡掣槽,供以固設該等第二接腳端,另側於該電連接件組設於該基板時與該基板之平面靠抵,以達限位功效。
藉此,本創作之LED球泡燈,除可有效地簡化燈具整體之組裝製程外,藉由該電連接件亦可確保該供電元件與該基板及該等LED發光元件之電性導通狀態,不易出現接觸不良之情況,且於元件損壞或電性驅動產生問題時,亦可快速簡易地進行更換動作。

請參閱第1、2~3及4A~4B圖,其係為本創作較佳實施例之立體分解示意圖、電連接件之各立體示意圖、組裝剖面示意圖及部分剖面放大示意圖。本創作之一種LED球泡燈1,係具有一座體10、一供電元件11、一基板12及一罩體13,該供電元件11係設於該座體10內部,該基
板12具有複數個LED發光元件121且連接設於該座體10之一側,該罩體13係與該座體10固接並將該基板12封閉於內。其中,該座體10係具有一第一承載部101及一第二承載部102,其係相互組接形成該座體10並使該供電元件11封閉於內,該第一承載部101係具有一散熱部1011且該第一承載部101之頂側係供以與該基板12連接,該第二承載部102係具有一電性接頭1021,該電性接頭1021係與該供電元件11及一外部電源(圖中未示)電性連接,以傳輸電力予該供電元件11,該散熱部1011係供以將該LED球泡燈1運作時之熱能排出。
該LED球泡燈1之特徵在於,其更具有一電連接件14,該電連接件14固設於該基板12且設有複數個接電端子141以與該基板12電性連接,且該電連接件14之一側係凹設有一接合槽142,以與該供電元件11連接,使該供電元件11與該基板12形成電流通路以驅動該等LED發光元件121。其中,較佳者該電連接件14係為矩形狀結構體,而該基板12係對應該電連接件14設有一安裝孔122,每一該接電端子141係具有至少一第一接腳端1411與至少一第二接腳端1412,該等第一接腳端1411係設於該接合槽142內並與該供電元件11接觸導通,該等第二接腳端1412係延伸凸出於該電連接件14外側,於本實施例中,各該接電端子係具有一對該第一接腳端及一對該第二接腳端,而如圖2及3所示。
為了達到定位與準確卡固該等第一接腳端1411,於該接合槽142側壁係對應該等第一接腳端1411設有複數個第一卡掣槽1421,且較佳者,該等第一卡掣槽1421係等間距且相對設置於該接合槽142側壁,使該等第一接腳端1411依循該等第一卡掣槽1421呈相對設置態樣,如圖2所
示,該等第一接腳端1411係分別位於該接合槽142之相對二側,並使一側之該等第一接腳端1411作為正極接觸端,另側之該等第一接腳端1411作為負極接觸端。而該等第二接腳端1412亦同於該等第一接腳端1411而為等間距排列設置於該電連接件14之相對側,並與該基板12電性連接以使該供電元件11之電流可傳抵至該基板12驅動該等LED發光元件121。
此外,該電連接件14更具有一對限位部143,其係呈相對連接設於該電連接件14外側,且每一該限位部143之一側係對應該等第二接腳端1412設有複數個第二卡掣槽1431,供以固設該等第二接腳端1412,另側於該電連接件14組設於該基板12時,與該基板12之平面靠抵以限制該電連接件14相對該基板12平面之垂直高度,當該電連接件14組設於該基板12之該安裝孔122時,該對限位部143係分別靠抵該基板12平面,因此可對該電連接件14達到限位之功效。
本創作於進行組裝時,係將該供電元件11裝設於該座體10內,且將該基板12設置於該座體10頂側,接著將該電連接件14組接於該安裝孔122中,使該接合槽142與該供電元件11連接,同時該等第一接腳端1411即可與該供電元件11電性連接,而該等第二接腳端1412係與該基板12電性連接,使該電連接件14可作為該供電元件11與該基板12之電流傳遞橋梁,接著再將該罩體13罩設於該基板12頂側並與該座體10固接即可完成該LED球泡燈1之組裝。
綜上所述,本創作之該LED球泡燈1係可大幅簡化整體組配製程,對於電性導通部分無需另外進行多餘製程,簡單地將上述元件相互組接即可,且由於該電連接件14之一側係利用該接合槽142確保該等第
一接腳端1411與該供電元件11之電性導通狀態,另側則利用凸出於該電連接件11之該等第二接腳端1412與該基板12電性連接,因此,該LED球泡燈1之電性連接狀態係可保持於極佳狀態,不會如習用球泡燈需透過焊接製程而產生接觸不良之情況影響該LED球泡燈1之良率。此外,本創作透過該電連接件14作為電流導通橋梁,相較於習用球泡燈,若於元件損壞或電性驅動產生狀況時可快速簡易地進行修繕更替。
惟,以上所述者,僅為本創作之較佳實施例而已,並非用以限定本創作實施之範圍;故在不脫離本創作之精神與範圍下所作之均等變化與修飾,皆應涵蓋於本創作之專利範圍內。

Claims (7)
- 一種LED球泡燈,其具有一座體、一供電元件、一基板及一罩體,該供電元件設於該座體內部,該基板係具有複數個LED發光元件且連接設於該座體之一側,該罩體係與該座體固接並將該基板封閉於內,其特徵在於:該LED球泡燈更具有一電連接件,其係固設於該基板且設有複數個接電端子以使該基板及該供電元件電性連接,該電連接件之一側凹設有一接合槽以固接該供電元件,使該供電元件與該基板形成電流通路以驅動該等LED發光元件。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之LED球泡燈,其中,該基板對應該電連接件設有一安裝孔。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之LED球泡燈,其中,各該接電端子係具有至少一第一接腳端及至少一第二接腳端,該第一接腳端係設於該接合槽內以與該供電元件導通,該第二接腳端係延伸凸出於該電連接件外側。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之LED球泡燈,其中,該接合槽側壁對應該等第一接腳端設有複數個第一卡掣槽。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之LED球泡燈,其中,該等第一卡掣槽係等間距且呈相對設置於該接合槽側壁。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之LED球泡燈,其中,各該第二接腳端係等間距排列設置於該電連接件之相對側。
- 如申請專利範圍第3或4或5或6項所述之LED球泡燈,其中,該電 連接件更具有一對限位部,係相對設於該電連接件外側,且每一該限位部之一側係對應該等第二接腳端設有複數個第二卡掣槽,供以固設該等第二接腳端,另側於該電連接件組設於該基板時與該基板之平面靠抵。
