Abstract
本实用新型公开了提一种LED球泡灯,包括一座体、一供电元件、一基板及一罩体,供电元件设于座体内部,基板包括多个LED发光元件且连接设于座体的一侧,罩体与座体固接并将基板封闭于罩体内,其特征在于,LED球泡灯还包括一电连接件,其固设于基板且设有多个接电端子,以使基板与供电元件相互电性导通,电连接件的一侧凹设有一接合槽以固接供电元件,使供电元件驱动LED发光元件达到照明功效,藉此,本实用新型能够简化球泡灯的组装过程并确保元件的电性导通状态,同时更易于进行元件更换与维修。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED照明灯具,尤其是一种利用简易制作过程组装且具有极佳电性导通状态并易于维修的LED球泡灯。
背景技术
现今在灯具照明方面多采用发光二极管(LED)作为主要照明光源,而灯具的种类众多,如用于室内照明的有层板灯、崁灯、吸顶灯、球泡灯等,不同种类的灯具具有相异的照明功效与用途,并广泛运用于日常生活中。
以球泡灯为例,LED球泡灯以其环保、节能、使用寿命长等诸多优点取代传统钨丝灯,现有的LED球泡灯包括一座体、一供电元件、一基板及一罩体,该座体用于放置该供电元件,且该基板连接设于该座体的一侧并与该供电元件电性连接,该罩体罩设于该基板顶侧并与该座体固接。其中,该基板设置有多个LED发光元件,以使该基板与该供电元件电性导通,于组装过程中必须自该供电元件延伸设置有一正极接线端及一负极接线端并将其焊接于该基板,使该基板上的该多个LED发光元件可获得电力驱动产生光线。然而,为使该多个LED发光元件可获得供电,则于组装过程中必须另加实施上述加工,除耗费制作过程时间成本外,且容易由于施工不良导致该正极接线端与该负极接线端无法与该基板形成导通电路,进而影响该多个LED发光元件的正常工作,且当相关元件如该基板、该多个LED发光元件或该供电元件损坏时,必须将所有元件拆解且不利更换,尤当该供电元件损坏时,更需重新设置该正极接线端及该负极接线端。
故本案发明人构思一种LED球泡灯,其采用电连接件作为电性导通的元件,以简化LED球泡灯所需的组装过程与维缮施工。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的一目的在于提供一种LED球泡灯,以有效地简化组装过程并使元件保持极佳的电性导通状态,且于损坏时易于更换维修。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供的LED球泡灯包括一座体、一供电元件、一基板及一罩体,该供电元件设于该座体内部,该基板包括多个LED发光元件且连接设于该座体的一侧,该罩体与该座体固接并将该基板封闭于该罩体内,该LED球泡灯还包括一电连接件,其固设于该基板且设有多个接电端子,以使该基板与该供电元件电性连接,该电连接件的一侧凹设有一接合槽以固接该供电元件,使该供电元件与该基板形成电流通路,以驱动该多个LED发光元件。
其中,该基板对应该电连接件的位置设有一安装孔,各该接电端子包括至少一个第一接脚端及至少一个第二接脚端,该第一接脚端设于该接合槽内以与该供电元件导通,该第二接脚端延伸凸出于该电连接件外侧,且该接合槽侧壁对应该多个第一接脚端设有多个卡掣槽,多个卡掣槽用于容置该多个第一接脚端,较佳的,该多个卡掣槽等间距且呈相对设置于该接合槽侧壁,使该多个第一接脚端为成对设置,此外每对该第二接脚端亦等间距排列设置于该电连接件的相对侧,从而与该多个第一接脚端对称。
又,该电连接件还包括一对限位部,该对限位部相对设于该电连接件外侧,且每一该限位部的一侧对应该多个第二接脚端设有多个第二卡掣槽,多个第二卡掣槽用于固设该多个第二接脚端,当该电连接件组设于该基板时,每一该限位部的另一侧与该基板的平面抵靠,以达到限位功效。
综上,本实用新型提供的LED球泡灯,除了可有效地简化灯具整体的组装过程外,通过该电连接件亦可确保该供电元件与该基板及该多个LED发光元件的电性导通状态,不易出现接触不良的情况,且于元件损坏或电性驱动产生问题时,亦可快速简易地进行更换。

如图1、图2~图3及图4A~图4B所示,其分别为本实用新型较佳实施例的立体分解示意图、电连接件的各立体示意图、组装剖面示意图及部分剖面放大示意图。本实用新型提供的一种LED球泡灯1包括一座体10、一供电元件11、一基板12及一罩体13,该供电元件11设于该座体10内部,该基板12包括多个LED发光元件121且连接设于该座体10的一侧,该罩体13与该座体10固接并将该基板12封闭于内。其中,该座体10包括一第一承载部101及一第二承载部102,其相互组接形成该座体10,并使该供电元件11封闭于内,该第一承载部101包括一散热部1011,且该第一承载部101的顶侧用于与该基板12连接,该第二承载部102包括一电性接头1021,该电性接头1021与该供电元件11及一外部电源(图中未示)电性连接,以传输电力予该供电元件11,该散热部1011用于将该LED球泡灯1工作时产生的热量排出。
该LED球泡灯1的特征在于,其还包括一电连接件14,该电连接件14固设于该基板12,且设有多个接电端子141,以与该基板12电性连接,且该电连接件14的一侧凹设有一接合槽142,以与该供电元件11连接,使该供电元件11与该基板12形成电流通路,以驱动该多个LED发光元件121。其中,较佳实施例中,该电连接件14为矩形状结构体,而该基板12对应该电连接件14设有一安装孔122,每一该接电端子141包括至少一个第一接脚端1411与至少一个第二接脚端1412,该多个第一接脚端1411设于该接合槽142内并与该供电元件11接触导通,该多个第二接脚端1412延伸凸出于该电连接件14外侧,于本实施例中,各该接电端子包括一对该第一接脚端及一对该第二接脚端,如图2及图3所示。
为了达到定位与准确卡固该多个第一接脚端1411的目的,于该接合槽142侧壁对应该多个第一接脚端1411的位置设有多个第一卡掣槽1421,且较佳实施例中,该多个第一卡掣槽1421等间距且相对设置于该接合槽142侧壁,使该多个第一接脚端1411依循该多个第一卡掣槽1421呈相对设置态样,如图2所示,该多个第一接脚端1411分别位于该接合槽142的相对两侧,并使一侧的该多个第一接脚端1411作为正极接触端,另一侧的该多个第一接脚端1411作为负极接触端。该多个第二接脚端1412与该多个第一接脚端1411相同,也为等间距排列设置于该电连接件14的相对侧,并与该基板12电性连接,以使该供电元件11中的电流可传抵至该基板12,进而驱动该多个LED发光元件121。
此外,该电连接件14还包括一对限位部143,其呈相对连接设于该电连接件14外侧,且每一该限位部143的一侧对应该多个第二接脚端1412设有多个第二卡掣槽1431,多个第二卡掣槽1431用于固设该多个第二接脚端1412,于该电连接件14组设于该基板12时,每一该限位部143的另一侧与该基板12的平面抵靠,以限制该电连接件14相对该基板12平面的垂直高度,当该电连接件14组设于该基板12的该安装孔122时,该对限位部143分别抵靠该基板12的平面,因此可对该电连接件14达到限位功效。
本实用新型于进行组装时,将该供电元件11装设于该座体10内,且将该基板12设置于该座体10顶侧,接着将该电连接件14组接于该安装孔122中,使该接合槽142与该供电元件11连接,同时该多个第一接脚端1411即可与该供电元件11电性连接,而该多个第二接脚端1412与该基板12电性连接,使该电连接件14可作为该供电元件11与该基板12之间的电流传递桥梁,接着再将该罩体13罩设于该基板12顶侧并与该座体10固接,即可完成该LED球泡灯1的组装。
综上所述,本实用新型提供的该LED球泡灯1可大幅简化整体组装过程,对于电性导通部分无需另外进行多余制作过程,简单地将上述元件相互组接即可,且由于该电连接件14的一侧利用该接合槽142确保该多个第一接脚端1411与该供电元件11的电性导通状态,另一侧则利用凸出于该电连接件11的该多个第二接脚端1412与该基板12电性连接,因此,该LED球泡灯1的电性连接状态可保持于极佳状态,不会如现有的球泡灯需通过焊接而产生接触不良的情况,进而影响该LED球泡灯1的合格率。此外,本实用新型通过该电连接件14作为电流导通桥梁,相较于现有球泡灯,若于元件损坏或电性驱动产生状况时可快速简易地进行维修更替。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并非用以限定本实用新型实施的范围;故在不脱离本实用新型的精神与范围下所作的均等变化与修饰,皆应涵盖于本实用新型的保护范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种LED球泡灯,其包括一座体、一供电元件、一基板及一罩体,该供电元件设于该座体内部,该基板包括多个LED发光元件且连接设于该座体的一侧,该罩体与该座体固接并将该基板封闭于该罩体内,其特征在于:
该LED球泡灯还包括一电连接件,其固设于该基板且设有多个接电端子,以使该基板与该供电元件电性连接,该电连接件的一侧凹设有一接合槽以固接该供电元件,使该供电元件与该基板形成电流通路以驱动该多个LED发光元件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED球泡灯,其特征在于,该基板对应该电连接件的位置设有一安装孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED球泡灯,其特征在于,各该接电端子包括至少一个第一接脚端及至少一个第二接脚端,该第一接脚端设于该接合槽内以与该供电元件导通,该第二接脚端延伸凸出于该电连接件外侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED球泡灯,其特征在于,该接合槽侧壁对应该多个第一接脚端设有多个第一卡掣槽。
5.根据权利要求4所述的LED球泡灯,其特征在于,该多个第一卡掣槽等间距且呈相对设置于该接合槽侧壁。
6.根据权利要求5所述的LED球泡灯,其特征在于,各该第二接脚端等间距排列设置于该电连接件的相对侧。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6所述的LED球泡灯,其特征在于,该电连接件还包括一对限位部,该对限位部相对设于该电连接件外侧,且每一该限位部的一侧对应该多个第二接脚端设有多个第二卡掣槽,多个第二卡掣槽用于固设该多个第二接脚端,当该电连接件组设于该基板时,每一该限位部的另一侧与该基板的平面抵靠。
