Description

灯头电连接结构
本发明涉及 LED 照明领域,特别是一种灯头电连接结构。
近年来,LED 芯片作为光源运用于室内照明领域得到快速的发展。人们在不断探索一种制作工艺简便且性能稳定的 LED 灯。传统的 LED 球灯泡结构主要包括灯头、驱动、散热器、LED 铝基板和灯泡壳五个部分,LED 铝基板与驱动采用分体式,驱动与 LED 光源之间采用焊接方式连接。例如授权公告日为 2013 年 8 月 15 日, 专利号为 201320502252.5 的中国发明专利揭示了一种 LED 球泡灯构件。该 LED 球泡灯构件包括灯罩、散热器、LED 光源板、灯头,所述散热器包括散热基座、散热叶片和中空管, 中空管位于散热基座下方并与散热基座连接,中空管内部形成容置 LED 驱动电源的空间。
由于驱动电源内置于散热器中心的套管中,驱动电源与 LED 光源板连接时,需要采用电源线从散热器中心穿过,并与 LED 铝基板焊接固定,组装工序繁琐,制造成本高。
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种结构简单、便于自动化组装的灯头电连接结构。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种灯头电连接结构,包括基板、塑件和灯头,该灯头包括第一电极及第二电极,该第一电极与该第二电极绝缘且第二电极相对第一电极固定,该塑件设置在该第一电极的上方,该基板固定在该塑件上,该基板上设有电子元件及与所述电子元件电连接的第一连接端与第二连接端,该第一电极与该第一连接端电连接,该第二电极为杆状结构,该第二连接端包括连接部及接触部, 该连接部与该基板上的电子元件电连接,该接触部与该第二电极的一端电连接。
与现有技术相比,该灯头电连接结构通过在基板上同时设有电子元件和 LED 光源,并在基板上设置与所述电子元件电连接的第一连接端与第二连接端,使灯头第一电极与该第一连接端电连接,灯头第二电极与该第二连接端电连接,从而免去了实现电连接时所需要的电源线设置,使得在固定基板的同时实现驱动电路与灯头的电连接,简化了结构,安装方便快捷,具有结构简单,便于自动化组装的优点。

图1为本实用新型灯头电连接结构100的立体分解图,该灯头电连接结构100包括基板20、塑件50、灯头60、散热件80。该灯头60包括第一电极61和第二电极62,该第一电极61与该第二电极62绝缘且第二电极62相对第一电极61固定。该灯头60为常规的螺口灯头,该第一电极61为灯头壳。该塑件50设置在该第一电极61的上方,该基板20固定在该塑件50上。该塑件50为上下均开口的圆环状壳体结构。该基板20的正面上设有LED光源30,该LED光源30设置在该基板的中部。该基板20上还集成设有驱动IC芯片40,当然,还可以设置其他电子元件,并用线路层将这些电子元件电连接。该散热件80包括一体设置的顶板81及侧壁82,该基板20固定在该顶板81上,该侧壁82设置在塑件50内,该塑件50将该侧壁82与外界绝缘,使得该灯头电连接结构100满足安规要求。

该第一电极61还包括绝缘套64,该绝缘套64固定在该第一电极61的底部,该绝缘套64的中部设有收容孔(图未示),该第二电极62设置在该收容孔内。该绝缘套64的中部环绕该收容孔设有支撑套63,该支撑套63的内壁对应该第二电极62设置,该第二电极62的外壁设有倒钩(图未示),该倒钩与该支撑套63的内壁扣接。该第二连接端22设置在该基板20的背面,该接触部221包括一对相对设置的弹片2211,该第二电极62的一端插设在该两个弹片2211之间实现电连接。该连接部222为片状结构,该连接部222与该接触部221一体成型,该连接部222上设有连接脚2221,所述连接脚2221固定在该基板20的背面。
请参考图4,该散热件80由导电材料制成,该散热件80的侧壁82与该第一电极61电连接,该第一连接端21设置在该基板20的背面,该基板20通过螺丝70固定在该顶板的顶端,该第一连接端21与该散热件80的顶板81电连接。
工作时,该基板20背面的第一连接端21与该散热件80的顶板81电连接,由于该散热件80的侧壁82与该第一电极61电连接,因此该基板20上的第一连接端21能够与该第一电极61实现电连接。设置在该基板20背面的第二连接端22通过在接触部221相对设置两个弹片2211,使该杆状结构的第二电极62的一端能够插设在这两个弹片2211之间从而使该第二连接端22与该第二电极62实现电连接。这样,该第一连接端21与第二连接端22就可以通过线路层对该基板20上的电子元件,如LED光源30,驱动IC芯片40灯进行供电。
综上所述,该灯头电连接结构100通过在该基板20上同时设有驱动IC芯片40和LED光源30,并在该基板20上设置与该基板20上的电子元件电连接的第一连接端21与第二连接端22,使灯头第一电极61与该第一连接端21电连接,灯头第二电极62与该第二连接端22电连接,从而免去了实现电连接时所需要的电源线设置,使得在固定基板的同时实现驱动电路与灯头的电连接,简化了结构,具有结构简单的优点。而且在自动化组装时,该支撑套63能对该第二电极62进行导向,只要插入该第二电极62就能实现电连接,使得该灯头电连接结构100具有便于自动化组装的优点。另外,该第二连接端22设置在该基板20的背面,不会影响该基板20正面的LED光源30的设置,从而为整灯的光学设计留下了较大的空间。该灯头60不必局限于螺口灯头,其他灯头也可以为其他灯头,如插口灯头等。只要将该第二电极62设置为杆状结构即可。

Claims (10)

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:该绝缘套的中部环绕该收容孔设有支撑套,该支撑套的内壁对应该第二电极设置,该第二电极的外壁设有倒钩,该倒钩与该支撑套的内壁扣接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:还包括散热件,该散热件包括顶板及侧壁,该基板固定在该顶板上,该侧壁设置在塑件内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:该散热件由导电材料制成,该散热件的侧壁与该第一电极电连接,该第一连接端设置在该基板的背面,该第一连接端与该散热件的顶板电连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:该第二连接端设置在该基板的背面,该接触部包括一对相对设置的弹片,该第二电极的一端插设在该两个弹片之间实现电连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:该连接部为片状结构,该连接部与该接触部一体成型,该连接部上设有连接脚,所述连接脚固定在该基板的背面。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:该基板的正面上设有LED光源,该LED光源设置在该基板的中部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的灯头电连接结构,其特征在于:该基板上还集成设有驱动IC芯片。
