Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de vérification d'empreintes digitales. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : recueillir des empreintes digitales de zones désignées d'au moins deux doigts afin d'obtenir une image d'empreinte digitale originale de chacun des doigts ; combiner les images d'empreinte digitale originales recueillies pour obtenir une image d'empreintes digitales vérifiée ; extraire des informations de caractéristique d'empreinte digitale à propos de l'image d'empreintes digitales vérifiée ; et déterminer si les informations de caractéristique d'empreinte digitale extraites correspondent à des informations de caractéristique d'empreinte digitale préstockées, et fournir en sortie un résultat de détermination. En conséquence, l'invention concerne aussi un appareil de vérification d'empreintes digitales. Grâce à la présente invention, des fuites d'informations d'empreintes digitales complètes peuvent être évitées au niveau de la source de collecte d'empreintes digitales, ce qui améliore la sécurité des empreintes digitales.
