此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
本发明提供一种空调室内机,参照图1至图5,在一实施例中,该空调室内机包括面框10和第一散风板20;所述面框10上设有出风口11,所述出风口11处设有固定夹12以及用于控制所述第一散风板20转动的转动组件13;所述第一散风板20上设有第一通风孔21,所述第一散风板20沿长度方向的一侧设有第一转轴22、用于部分收容所述固定夹12的第一避让槽23和用于部分收容所述转动组件13的第二避让槽24;所述第一转轴22与所述固定夹12卡合连接,且所述第一转轴22可在所述固定夹12内沿所述第一转轴22的轴向转动;所述转动组件13部分位于所述第二避让槽24内,且与所述第一转轴22固定连接。
本实施例中,上述固定夹12的结构和数量可以根据实际需要进行设置。优选地,上述固定夹12至少为两个,均匀间隔设置。上述固定夹12包括两相对设置的夹持臂121,在所述夹持臂121之间形成夹持所述第一转轴22的卡槽。
具体地,两夹持臂121呈U形设置,其中两夹持臂121的底端相互连接,顶端为自由端,在夹持臂121中部形成用于收容上述第一转轴22的卡槽,夹持臂121的顶端为卡槽的开口,该开口的宽度隙略小于第一转轴22的直径;从而有效防止第一转轴22脱离卡槽。
上述转动组件13包括电机、齿轮减速件和轴套,其中电机通过齿轮减速件与轴套啮合连接,以控制轴套转动。
安装时,首先将上述第一转轴22的一端插入到轴套内与轴套固定连接。然后将第一转轴22插入到上述固定夹12,从而使得转动组件13可以控制第一散风板20转动。拆卸时,可以首先将第一转轴22从固定夹12内拔出,最后将第一转轴22从转动组件13的轴套内拔出即可。
本发明通过在面框10上设置固定夹12和转动组件13,并在第一散风板20上设置第一转轴22、用于部分收容所述固定夹12的第一避让槽23和用于部分收容所述转动组件13的第二避让槽24,从而可以将第一转轴22与固定夹12进行卡合以及与转动组件13的连接,以实现第一散风板20与面框10的转动连接。由于本发明采用固定夹卡合的方式实现第一散风板20与面框的转动连接,其拆装操作难度较低,便于用户使用。
进一步地,基于上述实施例,本实施例中,上述第一转轴22对应所述固定夹12的位置设有两相对设置的限位板221;所述夹持臂121夹持在所述第一转轴22,且位于两限位板221之间。
本实施例中,上述限位板221呈环状设置,由第一转轴22的同一圆周向外延伸形成的。具体地,第一转轴22对应每一固定夹12的位置均设有两限位板221,且两限位板相互平行设置。由于设置的了限位板221可以限制第一转轴22在轴向上发生移动,因此可以保证第一散风板20转动的稳定性。上述第一转轴22的直径大小可以根据实际需要进行设置,本实施例中,优选地,上述第一转轴22位于两限位板221之间的部位的直径小于所述第一转轴22其余部位的直径。即在本实施例中,每一对应设置有夹持臂夹持第一转轴22的位置的直径均比其他位置的直径要小。
进一步地,请一并结合参照图6至图8,上述空调室内机还包括底盘30及设于所述底盘30上的第二散风板40,所述第二散风板40与所述底盘30转动连接,所述第二散风板40上设有第二通风孔。
本实施例中,上述第二散风板40上沿长度方向的一侧设有依次设有第一固定板41、第二固定板42和第三固定板43,所述第一固定板41位于所述第二散风板40的端部,所述第一固定板41上设有用于与电机轴固定连接的轴孔411;所述第二固定板42远离所述第三固定板43的一侧设有第二转轴(图中未示出)、所述第三固定板43远离第二固定板42的一侧设有第三转轴431,所述第二转轴、第三转轴431和轴孔411位于同一直线上;所述底盘30上对应设有第一安装板31和第二安装板32,所述第一安装板31上设有与所述第二转轴适配的第一安装孔,所述第二安装板32上设有与所述第三转轴431适配的第二安装孔。
本实施例中,上述第二固定板42和第三固定板43位于第一安装板31和第二安装板32之间。安装时,将第二转轴安装至第一安装孔内,然后将第二散风板40弯折,并将第三转轴431插入第二安装孔内,将轴孔与电机轴固定,从而实现第二散风板40的安装。
应当说明的是,本实施例中,上述第一散风板20的宽度小于第二散风板40的宽度,即第一散风板20小于第二散风板。其中,第二散风板40位于所述第一散风板20上方,且所述第二散风板40位于所述第一散风板20的外侧。由于大散风板采用较为复杂的连接方式,小散风板采用简单的连接方式,从而在保证散风板固定的稳定性同时,可以有效降低空调室内机的生成成本。
进一步地,上述第二散风板40上还设有第四固定板44,所述第四固定板44和第一固定板41位于所述第二散风板40的两端,所述第四固定板44远离所述第一固定板41的一侧设有第四转轴441,所述底盘30上对应设有与所述第四转轴441适配的第三安装孔。
本实施例中,由于在第二散风板40的两端均设置了固定板,从而保证第二散风板40旋转的稳定性。可以理解的是,上述各固定板的形状和大小均可以根据实际需要进行设置,优选地,各固定板垂直第二散风板设置在固定板的同一侧,且各固定板之间的间距一致。
可以理解的是,上述第一通风孔21和第二通风孔的形状和排布方式可以根据实际需要进行设置。本实施例中,优选地,上述第二通风孔的轴向相对于所述第二散风板40的厚度方向倾斜设置,所述第一通风孔21的轴向与所述第一散风板20的厚度方向一致。
进一步地,为了防止第二散风板40中各转轴(包括第二转轴、第二转轴和第三转轴)与底盘30上设置的各安装孔之间产生刚性摩擦生成杂音。本实施例中,优选地,在每一安装孔内设置弹性轴套33,该弹性轴套33的外壁与各安装孔卡合固定连接,内壁套设于各转轴上。上述第一通风孔21和第二通风孔的轴向是指通孔的中心轴。
进一步地,请一并结合参照图9,上述空调室内机还包括导风板50,所述导风板50用于遮挡和打开所述出风口11,所述导风板50上设有两相对设置的旋转轴51,所述旋转轴51部分位于所述出风口11内;所述第二散风板40的两端设有供所述旋转轴51转动避让的缺口45;所述第一散风板20位于两旋转轴51之间,所述旋转轴51位于所述第一散风板20与所述底盘30用于形成出风风道的侧壁34之间。
本实施例中,上述旋转轴51的一端与底盘30的侧壁34转动连接,另一端与导风板50固定连接,通过转动该旋转轴51可以带动导风板50打开所述出风口11、部分遮挡出风口11和全部遮挡出风口11。具体地,到旋转轴51大致呈“7”子形设置。本实施例中,在第二散风板40与第一散风板20配合遮挡出风口11时,可以通过控制导风板50向上运动预置角度,将从第一散风板20吹出的风进行遮挡,以避免从出风口11吹出的风直接吹人。本实施例中,上述缺口45可以对第二散风板40靠近第一散风板20的两个顶角进行切除形成。
进一步地,基于上述实施例,本实施例中,当所述第一散风板20和第二散风板40配合遮挡所述出风口11时,所述第一散风板20和所述第二散风板40错位设置,且所述第一散风板20和所述第二散风板40之间具有间隙。
本实施例中,通过在第一散风板20和第二散风板40之间设置间隙,从而在遮挡出风口11的同时,可以保证少量的冷风从间隙之间流出,将第一散风板20和第二散风板40外侧的热风吹走,防止第一散风板20和第二散风板40上产生冷凝水。具体地,所述第一散风板20的底端端面在竖直方向上的高度高于所述第二散风板40顶端端面(本实施例中,上述第一散风板20在宽度方向上靠近第二散风板40的一端端面为第一散风板20的底端端面;第二散风板40在宽度方向上靠近第一散风板20的端面为第二散风板40的顶端端面),所述第一散风板20和所述第二散风板40之间具有间隙,从而使得第一散风板20的内侧面和第二散风板40内侧面之间形成通风通道,使得风可以迂回吹向第二散风板40的外侧面,从而减小第二散风板40两侧的温差,防止冷凝水的产生。应当说明的是,本实施例中,上述第一散风板20和第二散风板40配合遮挡所述出风口11优选是指第一散风板20和第二散风板40大致垂直出风口11的出风方向。
本发明还提供一种空调器,该空调器包括空调室内机,该空调室内机的结构可参照上述实施例,在此不再赘述。理所应当地,由于本实施例的空调器采用了上述空调室内机的技术方案,因此该空调器具有上述空调室内机所有的有益效果。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种空调室内机,其特征在于,所述空调室内机包括面框和第一散风板;所述面框上设有出风口,所述出风口处设有固定夹以及用于控制所述第一散风板转动的转动组件;所述第一散风板上设有第一通风孔,所述第一散风板沿长度方向的一侧设有第一转轴、用于部分收容所述固定夹的第一避让槽和用于部分收容所述转动组件的第二避让槽;所述第一转轴与所述固定夹卡合连接,且所述第一转轴可在所述固定夹内沿所述第一转轴的轴向转动;所述转动组件部分位于所述第二避让槽内,且与所述第一转轴固定连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述固定夹包括两相对设置的夹持臂,在所述夹持臂之间形成夹持所述第一转轴的卡槽。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第一转轴对应所述固定夹的位置设有两相对设置的限位板;所述夹持臂夹持在所述第一转轴上,且位于两限位板之间。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第一转轴位于两限位板之间的部位的直径小于所述第一转轴其余部位的直径。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述空调室内机还包括底盘及设于所述底盘上的第二散风板,所述第二散风板与所述底盘转动连接,所述第二散风板上设有第二通风孔。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第二散风板上沿长度方向的一侧设有依次设有第一固定板、第二固定板和第三固定板,所述第一固定板位于所述第二散风板的端部,所述第一固定板上设有用于与电机轴固定连接的轴孔;所述第二固定板远离所述第三固定板的一侧设有第二转轴、所述第三固定板远离第二固定板的一侧设有第三转轴,所述第二转轴、第三转轴和轴孔位于同一直线上;所述底盘上对应设有第一安装板和第二安装板,所述第一安装板上设有与所述第二转轴适配的第一安装孔,所述第二安装板上设有与所述第三转轴适配的第二安装孔。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第二散风板上还设有第四固定板,所述第四固定板和第一固定板位于所述第二散风板的两端,所述第四固定板远离所述第一固定板的一侧设有第四转轴,所述底盘上对应设有与所述第四转轴适配的第三安装孔。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第二散风板位于所述第一散风板上方,且所述第二散风板位于所述第一散风板的外侧。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述空调室内机还包括导风板,所述导风板用于遮挡和打开所述出风口,所述导风板上设有两相对设置的旋转轴,所述旋转轴部分位于所述出风口内;所述第二散风板的两端设有供所述旋转轴转动避让的缺口;所述第一散风板位于两旋转轴之间,所述旋转轴位于所述第一散风板与所述底盘用于形成出风风道的侧壁之间。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,当所述第一散风板和第二散风板配合遮挡所述出风口时,所述第一散风板和所述第二散风板错位设置,且所述第一散风板和所述第二散风板之间具有间隙。
  11. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括空调室内机,所述空调室内机包括面框和第一散风板;所述面框上设有出风口,所述出风口处设有固定夹以及用于控制所述第一散风板转动的转动组件;所述第一散风板上设有第一通风孔,所述第一散风板沿长度方向的一侧设有第一转轴、用于部分收容所述固定夹的第一避让槽和用于部分收容所述转动组件的第二避让槽;所述第一转轴与所述固定夹卡合连接,且所述第一转轴可在所述固定夹内沿所述第一转轴的轴向转动;所述转动组件部分位于所述第二避让槽内,且与所述第一转轴固定连接。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述固定夹包括两相对设置的夹持臂,在所述夹持臂之间形成夹持所述第一转轴的卡槽。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述第一转轴对应所述固定夹的位置设有两相对设置的限位板;所述夹持臂夹持在所述第一转轴上,且位于两限位板之间。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述第一转轴位于两限位板之间的部位的直径小于所述第一转轴其余部位的直径。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述空调室内机还包括底盘及设于所述底盘上的第二散风板,所述第二散风板与所述底盘转动连接,所述第二散风板上设有第二通风孔。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述第二散风板上沿长度方向的一侧设有依次设有第一固定板、第二固定板和第三固定板,所述第一固定板位于所述第二散风板的端部,所述第一固定板上设有用于与电机轴固定连接的轴孔;所述第二固定板远离所述第三固定板的一侧设有第二转轴、所述第三固定板远离第二固定板的一侧设有第三转轴,所述第二转轴、第三转轴和轴孔位于同一直线上;所述底盘上对应设有第一安装板和第二安装板,所述第一安装板上设有与所述第二转轴适配的第一安装孔,所述第二安装板上设有与所述第三转轴适配的第二安装孔。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述第二散风板上还设有第四固定板,所述第四固定板和第一固定板位于所述第二散风板的两端,所述第四固定板远离所述第一固定板的一侧设有第四转轴,所述底盘上对应设有与所述第四转轴适配的第三安装孔。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述第二散风板位于所述第一散风板上方,且所述第二散风板位于所述第一散风板的外侧。
  19. 如权利要求16所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述空调室内机还包括导风板,所述导风板用于遮挡和打开所述出风口,所述导风板上设有两相对设置的旋转轴,所述旋转轴部分位于所述出风口内;所述第二散风板的两端设有供所述旋转轴转动避让的缺口;所述第一散风板位于两旋转轴之间,所述旋转轴位于所述第一散风板与所述底盘用于形成出风风道的侧壁之间。
  20. 如权利要求18所述的空调器,其特征在于,当所述第一散风板和第二散风板配合遮挡所述出风口时,所述第一散风板和所述第二散风板错位设置,且所述第一散风板和所述第二散风板之间具有间隙。
