     前記対象とされた店舗について、前記第1移動時間と前記調理待ち時間のうち値が大きい方と前記第2移動時間との合計時間を、前記ユーザが前記食事場所に到達して食事を開始可能となるまでの食事開始可能時間として計算する時間計算部と、
     前記時間計算部が計算した前記食事開始可能時間を前記ユーザに対して提示させる制御を行う提示制御部と、を備える
