本申请实施例公开了一种无线网络接入方法,所述方法包括:根据当前搜索到的无线网络接入信号获取至少一个可用网络接入点的标识信息;分别获取各个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息;根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,从所述至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点;向网络接入服务器提交所述目标接入点的标识信息;接收所述网络接入服务器根据所述目标接入点的标识信息返回的接入帐号信息;使用所述接入帐号信息向所述目标接入点发送无线网络接入请求。本申请实施例还公开了一种无线网络接入装置。采用本申请,可实现终端快速获取网络接入点的接入帐号信息,进而使用该接入帐号信息连接网络接入点。

Description

无线网络接入方法和装置
本专利申请要求2015年07月31日提交的中国专利申请号为201510466272.5,发明名称为“一种无线网络接入方法和装置”的优先权,该申请的全文以引用的方式并入本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及互联网技术领域,尤其涉及一种无线网络接入方法和一种无线网络接入装置。
背景技术
随着无线网络技术的发展,移动通信终端由于其便携性逐渐成为主要的网络信息终端,大量用户通过移动通信终端访问互联网获取信息。目前,移动通信终端接入互联网的方式主要有两种,一种是通过移动通信运营商提供的移动通信数据网络接入互联网,另一种是通过WiFi(Wireless Fidelity,无线保真技术)接入点接入互联网络。WiFi是IEEE802.11协议族下支持局域无线网络通信的技术总称。WiFi接入点可以将终端设备接入到连接互联网的局域网络中,从而使得与其连接的终端设备可以访问互联网。通过连接WiFi接入点访问互联网,具有速度快成本低等优点。
现有技术中,移动通信终端连接WiFi接入点需要用户输入WiFi接入点的密码,某些公用接入点还需要用户进行注册并填写帐号登录才能够使用。现有的连接方式自动化程度低,使用不方便,十分影响到公用WiFi接入点业务的推广。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供一种无线网络接入方法和装置,可实现终端快速获取网络接入点的接入帐号信息,进而使用该接入帐号信息连接网络接入点。
本申请实施例提供了一种无线网络接入方法,所述方法包括:
根据当前搜索到的无线网络接入信号获取至少一个可用网络接入点的标 识信息;
分别获取各个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息;
根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,从所述至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点;
向网络接入服务器提交所述目标接入点的标识信息;
接收所述网络接入服务器根据所述目标接入点的标识信息返回的接入帐号信息;
使用所述接入帐号信息向所述目标接入点发送无线网络接入请求。
相应地,本申请实施例还提供了一种无线网络接入装置,包括:
标识信息获取模块,用于根据当前搜索到的无线网络接入信号获取至少一个可用网络接入点的标识信息;
状态信息获取模块,用于分别获取各个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息;
接入点确定模块,用于根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,从所述至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点;
标识提交模块,用于向网络接入服务器提交所述目标接入点的标识信息;
接入账号获取模块,用于接收所述网络接入服务器根据所述目标接入点的标识信息返回的接入帐号信息;
网络接入模块,用于使用所述接入帐号信息向所述目标接入点发送无线网络接入请求。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请实施例中的无线网络接入方法和装置,可以实现在包括个人电脑、智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、车载终端、便携式穿戴设备等网络终端中,用以让该网络终端接入附近的无线接入点设备,并通过该无线接入点接入互联网。
图1是本申请实施例中的一种无线网络接入方法的流程示意图,如图所示本实施例中的无线网络接入方法流程可以包括:
S101,根据当前搜索到的无线网络接入信号获取至少一个可用网络接入点的标识信息。
具体的,网络终端可以在开启无线网络接入功能(例如WIFI功能)后,自动搜索附近的无线网络接入信号,附近若存在网络接入点,其会向附近广播发射无线网络接入信号,该无线网络接入信号可以携带该接入点的标识信息,可以唯一标识网络接入功能提供方,例如SSID(Service Set Identifier服务集标识符),可选的还可以携带接入点设备网卡的MAC地址,用以区分采用了相同的SSID的不同网络接入功能提供方。由于在同一时间内可以搜索到一个或多个不同网络接入点发射的无线网络接入信号,本申请实施例中的无线网络接入装置可以根据当前搜索到的无线网络接入信号获取至少一个可用网络接入点的标识信息,其中可以为只要搜索到了某个网络接入点广播的无线网络接入信号即可确认其是可用网络接入点,在其他可选实施例中,也可以首先对搜索到的网络接入点进行过滤筛选,将特定的网络接入点排除,在搜索到的无线网络接入信号对应的网络接入点中仅将满足预设要求的网络接入点确定为可用网 络接入点,例如可以通过设置黑/白名单、状态门限等方式对搜索到的网络接入点进行过滤筛选。
需要指出的是,本申请实施例中的无线网络接入流程,可以由用户启用本申请实施例中的无线网络接入装置而触发,也可以由无线网络接入装置在运行过程中搜索得到可用网络接入点而触发,还可以由用户输入的网络连接指令而触发。
S102,分别获取各个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息。
具体的,所述接入点状态信息可以包括网络接入点的无线网络接入信号强度、网络速度或终端与所述可用网络接入点之间的距离中的任一项或多项。
接入点发射的无线网络接入信号的会由于会受到传输距离和环境造成的影响,在不同位置接收到的无线网络接入信号的强度会不同,因此可以即时测量接收到的各个可用网络接入点的无线网络接入信号强度,以此作为可用网络接入点的接入点状态的参考;
网络速度代表通过该网络接入点接入互联网的网络速度,可以是无线网络接入装置当前即时检测得到的,也可以是根据该网络接入点广播的无线网络接入信号中携带的参考速度确定得到的,还可以是无线网络接入装置根据该网络接入点的标识信息从网络接入服务器获取预先保存在网络接入服务器中的对应可用网络接入点的网络速度;
无线网络接入装置获取终端与所述可用网络接入点之间的距离,可以包括:首先通过终端内置的定位模块(如GPS全球定位系统)获取终端当前的位置信息,然后根据所述可用网络接入点的标识信息获取网络接入服务器预先保存的对应可用网络接入点的位置信息,进而计算终端与所述可用网络接入点之间的距离,例如无线网络接入装置向网络接入服务器发送网络接入点的标识信息,网络接入服务器根据该标识信息在预先保存的各网络接入点的位置信息中查找对应网络接入点的位置信息,并返回给无线网络接入装置,无线网络接入装置结合自身所在终端的位置信息计算两者之间的距离,又例如无线网络接入装置可以向网络接入服务器发送距离信息请求,携带自身所在终端的位置信息和可用网络接入点的标识信息,网络接入服务器根据该标识信息在预先保存的各网络接入点的位置信息中查找对应网络接入点的位置信息,计算终端的位 置与可用网络接入点之间的距离并返回给无线网络接入装置。
S103,根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,从所述至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点。
可选的,无线网络接入装置可以将所述可用网络接入点以集合或者列表的形式显示给用户,同时显示各个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,让用户从中选择目标接入点;或无线网络接入装置可以根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,自动从所述至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点,例如通过比较所述至少一个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,将接入质量最好的可用网络接入点确定为所述目标接入点。
S104,向网络接入服务器提交所述目标接入点的标识信息。
S105,接收所述网络接入服务器根据所述目标接入点的标识信息返回的接入帐号信息。
具体的,所述网络接入服务器预先采集有多个网络接入点的接入账号信息,将采集到的接入帐号信息与对应的网络接入点的标识信息关联保存,在接收到无线网络接入装置提交的目标接入点的标识信息后,可以根据目标接入点的标识信息查找对应网络接入点的接入账号信息,并返回给无线网络接入装置。所述接入帐号信息可以包括接入帐号(如用户名)和对应的接入验证信息(如登录密码),在其他可选实施例中也可以仅包含对应目标接入点的登录口令或密码。
S106,使用所述接入帐号信息向所述目标接入点发送无线网络接入请求。
在可选实施例中,无线网络接入装置可以根据从网络接入服务器获取到的接入账号信息,向目标接入点发送携带所述接入账号信息的无线网络接入请求,目标接入点在接收到无线网络接入请求后,验证其携带的接入账号信息是否合法,若是则允许无线网络接入装置所在的网络终端通过目标接入点接入网络。在另一可选实施例中,无线网络接入装置可以访问目标接入点对应的登录入口页面,并通过该登录入口页面将从网络接入服务器获取到的接入账号信息提交给目标接入点,目标接入点在接收到无线网络接入请求后,验证其携带的接入账号信息是否合法,若是则允许无线网络接入装置所在的网络终端通过目标接入点接入网络。
本实施例通过获取当前搜索到的各个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,在至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点,进而从网络接入服务器获取目标接入点的接入帐号信息,从而实现快速接入网络。

本实施例中,无线网络接入装置无需用户参与选择目标接入点,而是根据至少一个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,自动为终端选择目标接入点。所述接入点状态信息可以包括网络接入点的无线网络接入信号强度、网络速度或终端与所述可用网络接入点之间的距离中的任一项或多项。
在可选实施例中,无线网络接入装置可以分别设置无线网络接入信号强度、网络速度以及距离三个参数对应的权值,进而根据获取到的可用网络接入点的接入状态信息中的三个参数结合对应的权值,计算各个可用网络接入点的接入质量参考值,进而通过比较各个可用网络接入点的接入质量参考值确定接入质量最好的可用网络接入点,并将其确定为所述目标接入点。
在另一可选实施例中,无线网络接入装置还可以设置接入质量参数门限,在确定目标接入点之前可以首先将部分不满足质量参数门限的网络接入点剔除掉,例如可以设置无线网络接入信号强度门限、网络速度门限或距离门限中的任一种,首先缩小可用网络接入点的范围,再从中根据各可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,自动为终端选择目标接入点。
S204,向网络接入服务器提交所述目标接入点的标识信息;
S205,接收所述网络接入服务器根据所述目标接入点的标识信息返回的接 入帐号信息;
S206,使用所述接入帐号信息向所述目标接入点发送无线网络接入请求。
本实施例中的无线网络接入装置可以通过获取当前搜索到的各个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,将接入质量最好的可用网络接入点确定为目标接入点,从网络接入服务器获取目标接入点的接入帐号信息,从而实现快速接入网络。
图3是本申请另一实施例中的无线网络接入方法的流程示意图,如图所示本实施例中的无线网络接入方法流程可以包括:
S301,根据当前搜索到的无线网络接入信号获取至少一个可用网络接入点的标识信。

本实施例中,无线网络接入装置可以将搜索到的可用网络接入点以集合或者列表的形式显示给用户,同时显示各个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,让了解周围可用网络接入点的接入质量好坏。
进而在可选实施例中,根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,对所述至少一个可用网络接入点显示顺序进行排序,将网络质量更好的可用网络接入点优先显示,以便用户可以快速选择接入质量最好的可用网络接入点作为目标接入点。在可选实施方式中,无线网络接入装置可以分别设置无线网络接入信号强度、网络速度以及距离三个参数对应的权值,进而根据获取到的可用网络接入点的接入状态信息中的三个参数结合对应的权值,计算各个可用网络接入点的接入质量参考值,进而通过比较各个可用网络接入点的接入质量参考值确定接入质量更好的可用网络接入点。在另一可选实施方式中,无线网络接入装置还可以设置接入质量参数门限,在确定目标接入点之前可以首先将部分不满足质量参数门限的网络接入点剔除掉,例如可以设置无线网络接入信号强度 门限、网络速度门限或距离门限中的任一种,首先缩小可用网络接入点的范围,再显示可用网络接入点信息。
S304,根据用户输入的接入点选择指令,从所述至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点。
例如用户在无线网络接入装置显示的可用网络接入点集合或者列表中选中一个可用网络接入点作为目标接入点。
S305,向网络接入服务器提交所述目标接入点的标识信息;
S306,接收所述网络接入服务器根据所述目标接入点的标识信息返回的接入帐号信息;
S307,使用所述接入帐号信息向所述目标接入点发送无线网络接入请求。
本实施例中的无线网络接入装置可以通过获取当前搜索到的各个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,将各可用网络接入点及其对应的接入点状态信息显示给用户,以便用户快速选择接入质量最好的可用网络接入点确定为目标接入点,从网络接入服务器获取目标接入点的接入帐号信息,从而实现快速接入网络。
图4是本申请又一实施例中的无线网络接入方法的流程示意图,如图所示本实施例中的无线网络接入方法可以包括以下流程:
S401,网络终端接收网络接入点发送的无线网络接入信号。

可选的,网络终端可以将所述可用网络接入点以集合或者列表的形式显示给用户,同时显示各个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,让用户从中选择目标接入点;或网络终端可以根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,自动从所述至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点,例如通过比较所述至少一个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,将接入质量最好的可用网络接入点确定为所述目标接入点。
S404,网络终端向网络接入服务器提交目标接入点的标识信息。
S405,网络接入服务器根据目标接入点的标识信息查找对应网络接入点的接入账号信息。
具体的,所述网络接入服务器预先采集有多个网络接入点的接入账号信息,将采集到的接入帐号信息与对应的网络接入点的标识信息关联保存,在接收到网络终端提交的目标接入点的标识信息后,可以根据目标接入点的标识信息查找对应网络接入点的接入账号信息。所述接入帐号信息可以包括接入帐号(如用户名)和对应的接入验证信息(如登录密码),在其他可选实施例中也可以仅包含对应目标接入点的登录口令或密码。
S406,网络接入服务器向网络终端返回目标接入点的接入账号信息。
S407,网络终端使用所述接入帐号信息向所述目标接入点发送无线网络接入请求。
在可选实施例中,网络终端可以根据从网络接入服务器获取到的接入账号信息,向目标接入点发送携带所述接入账号信息的无线网络接入请求,目标接入点在接收到无线网络接入请求后,验证其携带的接入账号信息是否合法,若是则允许网络终端通过目标接入点接入网络。在另一可选实施例中,网络终端可以访问目标接入点对应的登录入口页面,并通过该登录入口页面将从网络接入服务器获取到的接入账号信息提交给目标接入点,目标接入点在接收到无线网络接入请求后,验证其携带的接入账号信息是否合法,若是则允许网络终端通过目标接入点接入网络。

具体的,网络终端可以在开启无线网络接入功能(例如WIFI功能)后,自动搜索附近的无线网络接入信号,附近若存在网络接入点,其会向附近广播发射无线网络接入信号,该无线网络接入信号可以携带该接入点的标识信息,可以唯一标识网络接入功能提供方,例如SSID(Service Set Identifier服务集标识符),可选的还可以携带接入点设备网卡的MAC地址,用以区分采用了相同的SSID的不同网络接入功能提供方。由于在同一时间内可以搜索到一个或多个不同网络接入点发射的无线网络接入信号,标识信息获取模块410可以根据当前搜索到的无线网络接入信号获取至少一个可用网络接入点的标识信息,其中可以为只要搜索到了某个网络接入点广播的无线网络接入信号即可确认其是可用网络接入点,在其他可选实施例中,无线网络接入装置也可以首先对搜索到的网络接入点进行过滤筛选,将特定的网络接入点排除,在搜索到的无线网络接入信号对应的网络接入点中仅将满足预设要求的网络接入点确定为可用网络接入点,例如可以通过设置黑/白名单、状态门限等方式对搜索到的网络接入点进行过滤筛选。
需要指出的是,本申请实施例中的无线网络接入装置触发无线网络接入服务,可以由用户启用本申请实施例中的无线网络接入装置而触发,也可以由无线网络接入装置在运行过程中搜索得到可用网络接入点而触发,还可以由用户输入的网络连接指令而触发。
状态信息获取模块420,用于分别获取各个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息。
具体的,所述接入点状态信息可以包括网络接入点的无线网络接入信号强度、网络速度或终端与所述可用网络接入点之间的距离中的任一项或多项。
接入点发射的无线网络接入信号的会由于会受到传输距离和环境造成的影响,在不同位置接收到的无线网络接入信号的强度会不同,因此可以状态信息获取模块420即时测量接收到的各个可用网络接入点的无线网络接入信号强度,以此作为可用网络接入点的接入点状态的参考;
网络速度代表通过该网络接入点接入互联网的网络速度,可以是状态信息获取模块420当前即时检测得到的,也可以是状态信息获取模块420根据该网络接入点广播的无线网络接入信号中携带的参考速度确定得到的,还可以是状态信息获取模块420根据该网络接入点的标识信息从网络接入服务器获取预先保存在网络接入服务器中的对应可用网络接入点的网络速度;
状态信息获取模块420获取终端与所述可用网络接入点之间的距离,可以包括:首先获取终端当前的位置信息,然后根据所述可用网络接入点的标识信息获取网络接入服务器预先保存的对应可用网络接入点的位置信息,进而计算终端与所述可用网络接入点之间的距离,例如状态信息获取模块420向网络接入服务器发送网络接入点的标识信息,网络接入服务器根据该标识信息在预先保存的各网络接入点的位置信息中查找对应网络接入点的位置信息,并返回给状态信息获取模块420,状态信息获取模块420结合自身所在终端的位置信息计算两者之间的距离,又例如状态信息获取模块420可以向网络接入服务器发送距离信息请求,携带自身所在终端的位置信息和可用网络接入点的标识信息,网络接入服务器根据该标识信息在预先保存的各网络接入点的位置信息中查找对应网络接入点的位置信息,计算终端的位置与可用网络接入点之间的距离并返回给状态信息获取模块420。
接入点确定模块430,用于根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,从所述至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点。
可选的,接入点确定模块430可以将所述可用网络接入点以集合或者列表的形式显示给用户,同时显示各个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,让用户从中选择目标接入点;或接入点确定模块430可以根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,自动从所述至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点,例如通过比较所述至少一个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,将接入质量最好的可用网络接入点确定为所述目标接入点。
标识提交模块440,用于向网络接入服务器提交所述目标接入点的标识信息;
接入账号获取模块450,用于接收所述网络接入服务器根据所述目标接入点的标识信息返回的接入帐号信息。
具体的,所述网络接入服务器预先采集有多个网络接入点的接入账号信息,将采集到的接入帐号信息与对应的网络接入点的标识信息关联保存,在接收到无线网络接入装置提交的目标接入点的标识信息后,可以根据目标接入点的标识信息查找对应网络接入点的接入账号信息,并返回给无线网络接入装置的接入账号获取模块450。所述接入帐号信息可以包括接入帐号(如用户名)和对应的接入验证信息(如登录密码),在其他可选实施例中也可以仅包含对应目标接入点的登录口令或密码。
网络接入模块460,用于使用所述接入帐号信息向所述目标接入点发送无线网络接入请求。
在可选实施例中,网络接入模块460可以根据从网络接入服务器获取到的接入账号信息,向目标接入点发送携带所述接入账号信息的无线网络接入请求,目标接入点在接收到无线网络接入请求后,验证其携带的接入账号信息是否合法,若是则允许无线网络接入装置所在的网络终端通过目标接入点接入网络。在另一可选实施例中,网络接入模块460可以访问目标接入点对应的登录入口页面,并通过该登录入口页面将从网络接入服务器获取到的接入账号信息提交给目标接入点,目标接入点在接收到无线网络接入请求后,验证其携带的接入账号信息是否合法,若是则允许无线网络接入装置所在的网络终端通过目标接入点接入网络。
进而在可选实施例中,无线网络接入装置还可以包括:
接入点显示模块470,用于显示可用网络接入点信息,所述可用网络接入点信息包括所述至少一个可用网络接入点的标识信息和对应的接入点状态信息。
在该实施例中,接入点显示模块470可以将搜索到的可用网络接入点以集合或者列表的形式显示给用户,同时显示各个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,让了解周围可用网络接入点的接入质量好坏。
进而可选的,接入点显示模块470还可以根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,对所述至少一个可用网络接入点显示顺序进行排序,将网络质量更好的可用网络接入点优先显示,以便用户可以快速选择接入质量最好的可用网络接入点作为目标接入点。在可选实施方式中,无线网络接入装置可以分别设置无线网络接入信号强度、网络速度以及距离三个参数对应的权值,进而根据获取到的可用网络接入点的接入状态信息中的三个参数结合对应的权值,计算各个可用网络接入点的接入质量参考值,进而接入点显示模块470通过比较各个可用网络接入点的接入质量参考值确定接入质量更好的可用网络接入点。在另一可选实施方式中,无线网络接入装置还可以设置接入质量参数门限,在确定目标接入点之前可以首先将部分不满足质量参数门限的网络接入点剔除掉,例如可以设置无线网络接入信号强度门限、网络速度门限或距离门限中的任一种,首先缩小可用网络接入点的范围,再由接入点显示模块470显示可用网络接入点信息。
进而在可选实施例中,无线网络接入装置还可以包括:
终端定位模块480,用于获取终端当前的位置信息。即通过终端内置的定位模块(如GPS)获取终端当前的位置信息。
接入点距离获取模块490,用于根据所述可用网络接入点的标识信息获取网络接入服务器预先保存的对应可用网络接入点的位置信息,并获取终端与所述可用网络接入点之间的距离。
具体实现中,接入点距离获取模块490可以根据所述可用网络接入点的标识信息获取网络接入服务器预先保存的对应可用网络接入点的位置信息,进而计算终端与所述可用网络接入点之间的距离,例如接入点距离获取模块490可以向网络接入服务器发送网络接入点的标识信息,网络接入服务器根据该标识信息在预先保存的各网络接入点的位置信息中查找对应网络接入点的位置信息,并返回给接入点距离获取模块490,接入点距离获取模块490结合自身所在终端的位置信息计算两者之间的距离;又例如接入点距离获取模块490可以向网络接入服务器发送距离信息请求,携带自身所在终端的位置信息和可用网络接入点的标识信息,网络接入服务器根据该标识信息在预先保存的各网络接入点的位置信息中查找对应网络接入点的位置信息,计算终端的位置与可 用网络接入点之间的距离并返回给接入点距离获取模块490。
根据本申请的一个实施例,根据图1至图4中所示的无线网络接入方法可以是由图5所示的无线网络接入装置中的各个模块来执行的人机交互方法。例如,图1中所示的步骤S101、步骤S102、步骤S103、步骤S104、步骤S105及步骤S106可以分别由图5中所示的标识信息获取模块410、状态信息获取模块420、接入点确定模块430、标识提交模块440、接入账号获取模块450及网络接入模块460来执行;图2中所示的步骤S201、步骤S202、步骤S203、步骤S204、步骤S205及步骤S206可以分别由图5中所示的标识信息获取模块410、状态信息获取模块420、接入点确定模块430、标识提交模块440、接入账号获取模块450及网络接入模块460来执行;图3中所示的步骤S301、步骤S302、步骤S303、步骤S304、步骤S305、步骤S306及步骤S307可以分别由图5中所示的标识信息获取模块410、状态信息获取模块420、接入点显示模块470、接入点确定模块430、标识提交模块440、接入账号获取模块450及网络接入模块460来执行;图4中所示的步骤S401、步骤S402、步骤S403、步骤S404及步骤S407可以分别由图5中所示的标识信息获取模块410、状态信息获取模块420、接入点确定模块430、标识提交模块440及网络接入模块460来执行。
根据本申请的另一个实施例,图5中所示的无线网络接入装置中的各个模块可以分别或全部合并为一个或若干个另外的单元来构成,或者其中的某个(些)单元还可以再拆分为功能上更小的多个单元来构成,这可以实现同样的操作,而不影响本申请的实施例的技术效果的实现。上述单元是基于逻辑功能划分的,在实际应用中,一个单元的功能也可以由多个单元来实现,或者多个单元的功能由一个单元实现。在本申请的其它实施例中,终端设备也可以包括其它模块。但在实际应用中,这些功能也可以由其它单元协助实现,并且可以由多个单元协作实现。
根据本申请的另一个实施例,可以通过在包括中央处理单元(CPU)、随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)等处理元件和存储元件的例如计算机的通用计算设备上运行能够执行如图1至图4中所示的无线网络接入方法的计算机程序(包括程序代码),来构造如图5中所示的无线网络接入装置, 以及来实现根据本申请的实施例的无线网络接入方法。所述计算机程序可以记载于例如计算机可读记录介质上,并通过计算机可读记录介质装载于上述计算设备中,并在其中运行。
本实施例中的无线网络接入装置可以通过获取当前搜索到的各个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,在至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点,进而从网络接入服务器获取目标接入点的接入帐号信息,从而实现快速接入网络。
请参阅图6,图6是本申请另一实施例中的无线网络接入装置的结构示意图,如图6,该无线网络接入装置包括:至少一个处理器11,例如CPU,至少一个网络接口14,用户接口13,存储器15,至少一个通信总线12。其中,通信总线12用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。其中,用户接口13可以包括显示屏(Display)、键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口13还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口14可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口、蓝牙接口)。存储器15可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是非不稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。存储器15可选的还可以是至少一个位于远离前述处理器101的存储装置。如图6所示,作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器15中可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及数据处理APP。
而处理器11可以用于调用存储器15中存储的数据处理APP或程序代码,并执行以下操作:
根据当前搜索到的无线网络接入信号获取至少一个可用网络接入点的标识信息;
分别获取各个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息;
根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,从所述至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点;
向网络接入服务器提交所述目标接入点的标识信息;
接收所述网络接入服务器根据所述目标接入点的标识信息返回的接入帐号信息;
使用所述接入帐号信息向所述目标接入点发送无线网络接入请求。
优选地,处理器11调用存储器15中存储的数据处理APP或程序代码执行所述根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,从所述至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点的操作,包括:
通过比较所述至少一个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,将接入质量最好的可用网络接入点确定为所述目标接入点。
优选地,处理器11调用存储器15中存储的数据处理APP或程序代码执行所述根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,从所述至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点的操作,包括:
显示可用网络接入点信息,所述可用网络接入点信息包括所述至少一个可用网络接入点的标识信息和对应的接入点状态信息;
根据用户输入的接入点选择指令,从所述至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点。
优选地,处理器11调用存储器15中存储的数据处理APP或程序代码执行所述显示可用网络接入点信息的操作,包括:
根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,对所述至少一个可用网络接入点显示顺序进行排序。
优选地,所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息包括:
无线网络接入信号强度、网络速度或终端与所述可用网络接入点之间的距离。
另外,所述处理器11可以用于调用存储器15中存储的数据处理APP或程序代码,还执行以下操作:
获取终端当前的位置信息;
根据所述可用网络接入点的标识信息获取网络接入服务器预先保存的对应可用网络接入点的位置信息;
获取终端与所述可用网络接入点之间的距离。
优选地,所述接入帐号信息包括接入帐号和对应的接入验证信息。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程, 是可以通过计算机程序指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,附图5所示的无线网络接入装置的模块对应的程序可存储在该无线网络接入装置的可读存储介质内,并被该无线网络接入装置中的至少一个处理器执行,以实现上述无线网络接入方法,该方法包括图1至图4中各方法实施例所述的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
在流程图中表示或在此以其他方式描述的逻辑和/或步骤,例如,可以被认为是用于实现逻辑功能的可执行指令的定序列表,可以具体实现在任何计算机可读介质中,以供指令执行系统、装置或设备(如基于计算机的系统、包括处理器的系统或其他可以从指令执行系统、装置或设备取指令并执行指令的系统)使用,或结合这些指令执行系统、装置或设备而使用。就本说明书而言,″计算机可读介质″可以是任何可以包含、存储、通信、传播或传输程序以供指令执行系统、装置或设备或结合这些指令执行系统、装置或设备而使用的装置。计算机可读介质的更具体的示例(非穷尽性列表)包括以下:具有一个或多个布线的电连接部(电子装置),便携式计算机盘盒(磁装置),随机存取存储器,只读存储器,可擦除可编辑只读存储器(EPROM或闪速存储器),光纤装置,以及便携式光盘只读存储器(CDROM)。另外,计算机可读介质甚至可以是可在其上打印所述程序的纸或其他合适的介质,因为可以例如通过对纸或其他介质进行光学扫描,接着进行编辑、解译或必要时以其他合适方式进行处理来以电子方式获得所述程序,然后将其存储在计算机存储器中。
应当理解,本申请的各部分可以用硬件、软件、固件或它们的组合来实现。在上述实施方式中,多个步骤或方法可以用存储在存储器中且由合适的指令执行系统执行的软件或固件来实现。例如,如果用硬件来实现,和在另一实施方式中一样,可用本领域公知的下列技术中的任一项或他们的组合来实现:具有用于对数据信号实现逻辑功能的逻辑门电路的离散逻辑电路,具有合适的组合逻辑门电路的专用集成电路,可编程门阵列(PGA),现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等。
上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。尽管上面已经示出和描述了本申请的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理 解为对本申请的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种无线网络接入方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    根据当前搜索到的无线网络接入信号获取至少一个可用网络接入点的标识信息;
    分别获取各个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息;
    根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,从所述至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点;
    向网络接入服务器提交所述目标接入点的标识信息;
    接收所述网络接入服务器根据所述目标接入点的标识信息返回的接入帐号信息;
    使用所述接入帐号信息向所述目标接入点发送无线网络接入请求。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的无线网络接入方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,从所述至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点包括:
    通过比较所述至少一个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,将接入质量最好的可用网络接入点确定为所述目标接入点。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的无线网络接入方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,从所述至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点包括:
    显示可用网络接入点信息,所述可用网络接入点信息包括所述至少一个可用网络接入点的标识信息和对应的接入点状态信息;
    根据用户输入的接入点选择指令,从所述至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的无线网络接入方法,其特征在于,所述显示可用网络接入点信息包括:
    根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,对所述至少一个可用网络接入点显示顺序进行排序。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的无线网络接入方法,其特征在于,所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息包括:无线网络接入信号强度、网络速度或终端与所述可用网络接入点之间的距离。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的无线网络接入方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    获取终端当前的位置信息;
    根据所述可用网络接入点的标识信息获取网络接入服务器预先保存的对应可用网络接入点的位置信息;
    获取终端与所述可用网络接入点之间的距离。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的无线网络接入方法,其特征在于,所述接入帐号信息包括接入帐号和对应的接入验证信息。
  8. 一种无线网络接入装置,其特征在于,包括:
    标识信息获取模块,用于根据当前搜索到的无线网络接入信号获取至少一个可用网络接入点的标识信息;
    状态信息获取模块,用于分别获取各个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息;
    接入点确定模块,用于根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,从所述至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点;
    标识提交模块,用于向网络接入服务器提交所述目标接入点的标识信息;
    接入账号获取模块,用于接收所述网络接入服务器根据所述目标接入点的标识信息返回的接入帐号信息;
    网络接入模块,用于使用所述接入帐号信息向所述目标接入点发送无线网络接入请求。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的无线网络接入装置,其特征在于,所述接入点确定模块用于:
    通过比较所述至少一个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,将接入质量最好的可用网络接入点确定为所述目标接入点。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的无线网络接入装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    接入点显示模块,用于显示可用网络接入点信息,所述可用网络接入点信息包括所述至少一个可用网络接入点的标识信息和对应的接入点状态信息;
    所述接入点确定模块用于:
    根据用户输入的接入点选择指令,从所述至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的无线网络接入装置,其特征在于,所述接入点显示模块还用于:
    根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,对所述至少一个可用网络接入点显示顺序进行排序。
  12. 如权利要求8-11任一项所述的无线网络接入装置,其特征在于,所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息包括:无线网络接入信号强度、网络速度或终端与所述可用网络接入点之间的距离。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的无线网络接入装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    终端定位模块,用于获取终端当前的位置信息;
    接入点距离获取模块,用于根据所述可用网络接入点的标识信息获取网络接入服务器预先保存的对应可用网络接入点的位置信息,并获取终端与所述可用网络接入点之间的距离。
  14. 如权利要求8所述的无线网络接入装置,其特征在于,所述接入帐号 信息包括接入帐号和对应的接入验证信息。
  15. 一种无线网络接入装置,其特征在于,包括:至少一个处理器及连接于所述至少一个处理器的存储器,所述处理器调用所述存储器中存储的程序代码用于执行以下操作的指令:
    根据当前搜索到的无线网络接入信号获取至少一个可用网络接入点的标识信息;
    分别获取各个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息;
    根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,从所述至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点;
    向网络接入服务器提交所述目标接入点的标识信息;
    接收所述网络接入服务器根据所述目标接入点的标识信息返回的接入帐号信息;以及
    使用所述接入帐号信息向所述目标接入点发送无线网络接入请求。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的无线网络接入装置,其特征在于,所述根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,从所述至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点的操作,包括:
    通过比较所述至少一个可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,将接入质量最好的可用网络接入点确定为所述目标接入点。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的无线网络接入装置,其特征在于,所述根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,从所述至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点的操作,包括:
    显示可用网络接入点信息,所述可用网络接入点信息包括所述至少一个可用网络接入点的标识信息和对应的接入点状态信息;
    根据用户输入的接入点选择指令,从所述至少一个可用网络接入点中确定目标接入点。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的无线网络接入装置,其特征在于,所述显示可用网络接入点信息的操作,包括:
    根据所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息,对所述至少一个可用网络接入点显示顺序进行排序。
  19. 如权利要求15-18任一项所述的无线网络接入装置,其特征在于,所述可用网络接入点的接入点状态信息包括:无线网络接入信号强度、网络速度或终端与所述可用网络接入点之间的距离。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的无线网络接入装置,其特征在于,所述处理器调用所述存储器中存储的程序代码还用于执行以下操作的指令:
    获取终端当前的位置信息;
    根据所述可用网络接入点的标识信息获取网络接入服务器预先保存的对应可用网络接入点的位置信息,并获取终端与所述可用网络接入点之间的距离。
