Description
本发明涉及智能终端技术领域,尤其涉及一种通话时协助沟通的方法及终端。
我们在与人沟通时,都希望能愉快、顺利地沟通,如果面对面聊天,我们可以随时了解对方的状态、心情、行为等,可以达到“察言观色”和“随机应变”,但是语音通话过程只能听到通话对方的声音,并不能时时掌握对方的实际状态信息,虽然有视频通话,但是受限于门槛高、网络环境等因素,大众依旧通常采用语音通话。
现有技术方案中在进行语音通话时,仅仅可以提供语音、位置等信息,而且还需拨号用户主动去获取位置信息,对其他信息,尚无法自动提供。从而使得在通话时提供的通话对方的信息单一,不能自动掌握对方的实际状态,不利用与对方进行愉快、顺利的沟通。
发明内容
本发明提供一种通话时协助沟通的方法及终端,以自动掌握通话对方的实际状态,与通话对方进行愉快、顺利的沟通。

终端的前置摄像头一般是打开的,第二终端可以通过前置摄像头获取第二终端用户当前的表情、以及一些行为动作、通话环境等,第二终端可以分析获取的这些信息,获得第二终端用户的实时状态信息,并将实时状态信息发送给第一终端。这里,实时状态信息也可以分为多种,例如用户的表情、周围环境等,第二终端将用户的实时状态信息分类发送给第一终端。
步骤S205,所述第一终端根据设置的至少一个状态等级,分别确定与第二终端或第二终端用户关联的至少一种状态信息对应的状态等级。
第一终端获取到多种社交状态信息和实时状态信息,可以根据预设的状态等级,获取每种状态信息对应的等级,即将这些状态信息进行量化。
步骤S206,所述第一终端根据分别确定的与第二终端或第二终端用户关联的至少一种状态信息对应的状态等级,确定所述第二终端用户的实际状态。
第一终端根据量化后的多种状态信息的等级,综合确定第二终端用户的实际状态或心情。
步骤S207,所述第一终端根据所确定的所述第二终端用户的实际状态,在通话界面输出通话沟通提示。
确定了通话对方的实际状态后,可以在本终端的通话界面上进行通话沟通提示,该提示可以以弹出框或悬浮窗的形式浮在通话界面,用户可以关闭该弹出框或悬浮窗。用户根据该提示,可以了解到通话对方的心情,从而更有策略地与对方进行沟通。
根据本发明提供的一种通话时协助沟通的方法,在通话时,通过获取与通话对方终端或通话对方关联的一种或多种状态信息,根据获取的状态信息确定通话对方的实际状态,以在通话界面进行通话沟通提示,可以协助通话一方更愉快、顺利地与对方沟通。
下面结合图3-图4,对本发明提供的终端进行详细描述:
请参阅图3,为本发明实施例提供的一种终端的结构示意图,该终端1000包括:
第一获取单元11,用于当第一终端与第二终端进行通话时,获取与第二终端或第二终端用户关联的至少一种状态信息。
当两个终端进行通话时,一个终端可以获取与另一个终端或另一个终端用
户关联的一种或多种状态信息。
与通话对方终端关联的状态信息可以包括通话信号的强弱等,如果通话信号比较弱,通话对方不太能听清楚通话内容,势必影响通话对方的心情。
与通话对方关联的状态信息可以包括多方面的信息,例如,对方用户近期的社交状态信息,通话过程中对方用户的实时状态信息,如通话时对方的表情、行为、通话环境等。
第一确定单元12,用于根据获取的所述至少一种状态信息,确定所述第二终端用户的实际状态。
以上获取的与通话对方终端或通话对方关联的一种或多种状态信息,都可以影响通话对方的通话心情,但如果根据某一种状态直接确定通话对方的实际状态或实际心情,可能有失客观性,因此,第一确定单元12需要根据获取的以上状态信息,综合确定通话对方实际的状态。
提示单元13,用于根据所确定的所述第二终端用户的实际状态,在通话界面输出通话沟通提示。
第一确定单元12确定了通话对方的实际状态后,提示单元13可以在本终端的通话界面上进行通话沟通提示,该提示可以以弹出框或悬浮窗的形式浮在通话界面,用户可以关闭该弹出框或悬浮窗。用户根据该提示,可以了解到通话对方的心情,从而更有策略地与对方进行沟通。
根据本发明提供的一种终端,在通话时,通过获取与通话对方终端或通话对方关联的一种或多种状态信息,根据获取的状态信息确定通话对方的实际状态,以在通话界面进行通话沟通提示,可以协助通话一方更愉快、顺利地与对方沟通。
请参阅图4,为本发明实施例提供的另一种终端的结构示意图,该终端2000包括:
第一获取单元21,用于当第一终端与第二终端进行通话时,获取与第二终端或第二终端用户关联的至少一种状态信息。
所述第一获取单元21用于当第一终端与第二终端进行通话时,获取与第二终关联的至少一种状态信息。
与通话对方终端关联的状态信息包括通话信号强弱等,如果通话信号比较
弱,通话对方不太能听清楚通话内容,势必影响通话对方的心情。通话信号强弱,第一终端可以从自身的通话信号质量就可检测出。
第一获取单元21还可包括第二获取单元211和搜索单元212:
第二获取单元211,用于从社交服务器或所述第二终端获取所述第二终端用户在所述第二终端上的社交应用程序执行的操作记录。
现在的终端用户都喜欢在一些社交应用程序上发表一些心情、近期动态等文字或图片,也可以通过社交聊天软件与好友聊天,第二获取单元211可以通过第二终端上的后台应用程序获取第二终端用户在社交应用程序上的操作记录,这些发表的动态、聊天记录也必然在服务器中存储,第一终端可以根据第二终端的标识获取这些操作记录。
搜索单元212,用于从所述操作记录中搜索关联的至少一种社交状态信息。
搜索单元212可以从获取的操作记录中根据关键词等搜索对应的第二终端用户的社交状态信息,当然,为了节省网络流量,服务器或第二终端的后台应用程序也可以将搜索操作记录的结果发送给第一终端。例如,如果根据关键词搜索到第二终端用户近期结婚了、换工作了、升职加薪了等社交状态信息,可以确定第二终端用户近期心情一定不错。
每一种社交状态信息可以设置多个关键词,然后根据这多个关键词在操作记录中搜索相应的状态信息。
第一获取单元21还用于从所述第二终端获取所述第二终端采集的所述第二终端用户的至少一种实时状态信息。
以上获取的都是一些第二终端用户的近期状态信息,而非通话过程中的实时状态信息。在通话过程中,第二终端的前置摄像头一般是打开的,第二终端可以通过前置摄像头获取第二终端用户当前的表情、以及一些行为动作、通话环境等,第二终端可以分析获取的这些信息,获得第二终端用户的实时状态信息,并将实时状态信息发送给第一终端。这里,实时状态信息也可以分为多种,例如用户的表情、周围环境等,第二终端将用户的实时状态信息分类发送给第一终端。
第一确定单元22,用于根据获取的所述至少一种状态信息,确定所述第二终端用户的实际状态。
在本实施例中,第一确定单元22包括第二确定单元221和第三确定单元
222。
第二确定单元221,用于根据设置的至少一个状态等级,分别确定与第二终端或第二终端用户关联的至少一种状态信息对应的状态等级。
第一终端获取到多种社交状态信息和实时状态信息,第二确定单元221可以根据预设的状态等级,获取每种状态信息对应的等级,即将这些状态信息进行量化。
第三确定单元222,用于根据分别确定的与第二终端或第二终端用户关联的至少一种状态信息对应的状态等级,确定所述第二终端用户的实际状态。
第三确定单元222根据第二确定单元221量化后的多种状态信息的等级,综合确定第二终端用户的实际状态或心情。
提示单元23,用于根据所确定的所述第二终端用户的实际状态,在通话界面输出通话沟通提示。
第三确定单元222确定了通话对方的实际状态后,提示单元23可以在本终端的通话界面上进行通话沟通提示,该提示可以以弹出框或悬浮窗的形式浮在通话界面,用户可以关闭该弹出框或悬浮窗。用户根据该提示,可以了解到通话对方的心情,从而更有策略地与对方进行沟通。
根据本发明提供的一种终端,在通话时,通过获取与通话对方终端或通话对方关联的一种或多种状态信息,根据获取的状态信息确定通话对方的实际状态,以在通话界面进行通话沟通提示,可以协助通话一方更愉快、顺利地与对方沟通。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为根据本发明,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发明可以用硬件实现,或固件实现,或它们的组合方式来实现。当使用软件实现时,可以将上述功能存储在计算机可读介质中或作为计算机可读介质上的一个
或多个指令或代码进行传输。计算机可读介质包括计算机存储介质和通信介质,其中通信介质包括便于从一个地方向另一个地方传送计算机程序的任何介质。存储介质可以是计算机能够存取的任何可用介质。以此为例但不限于:计算机可读介质可以包括随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、电可擦可编程只读存储器(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EEPROM)、只读光盘(Compact Disc Read-Only Memory,CD-ROM)或其他光盘存储、磁盘存储介质或者其他磁存储设备、或者能够用于携带或存储具有指令或数据结构形式的期望的程序代码并能够由计算机存取的任何其他介质。此外。任何连接可以适当的成为计算机可读介质。例如,如果软件是使用同轴电缆、光纤光缆、双绞线、数字用户线(Digital Subscriber Line,DSL)或者诸如红外线、无线电和微波之类的无线技术从网站、服务器或者其他远程源传输的,那么同轴电缆、光纤光缆、双绞线、DSL或者诸如红外线、无线和微波之类的无线技术包括在所属介质的定影中。如本发明所使用的,盘(Disk)和碟(disc)包括压缩光碟(CD)、激光碟、光碟、数字通用光碟(DVD)、软盘和蓝光光碟,其中盘通常磁性的复制数据,而碟则用激光来光学的复制数据。上面的组合也应当包括在计算机可读介质的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)
- 一种通话时协助沟通的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:当第一终端与第二终端进行通话时,所述第一终端获取与第二终端或第二终端用户关联的至少一种状态信息;所述第一终端根据获取的所述至少一种状态信息,确定所述第二终端用户的实际状态;所述第一终端根据所确定的所述第二终端用户的实际状态,在通话界面输出通话沟通提示。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述与第二终端关联的至少一种状态信息包括:通话信号的强弱。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述与第二终端用户关联的至少一种状态信息包括所述第二终端用户的至少一种社交状态信息;所述第一终端获取与第二终端用户关联的至少一种状态信息,包括:所述第一终端从社交服务器或所述第二终端获取所述第二终端用户在所述第二终端上的社交应用程序执行的操作记录;所述第一终端从所述操作记录中搜索关联的至少一种社交状态信息。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一种状态信息包括所述第二终端用户在与所述第一终端通话过程中的至少一种实时状态信息;所述第一终端获取与第二终端用户关联的至少一种状态信息,包括:所述第一终端从所述第二终端获取所述第二终端采集的所述第二终端用户的至少一种实时状态信息。
- 如权利要求1-4任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端根据获取的所述至少一种状态信息,确定所述第二终端用户的实际状态,包括:所述第一终端根据设置的至少一个状态等级,分别确定与第二终端或第二终端用户关联的至少一种状态信息对应的状态等级;所述第一终端根据分别确定的与第二终端或第二终端用户关联的至少一种状态信息对应的状态等级,确定所述第二终端用户的实际状态。
- 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括:第一获取单元,用于当第一终端与第二终端进行通话时,获取与第二终端或第二终端用户关联的至少一种状态信息;第一确定单元,用于根据获取的所述至少一种状态信息,确定所述第二终端用户的实际状态;提示单元,用于根据所确定的所述第二终端用户的实际状态,在通话界面输出通话沟通提示。
- 如权利要求6所述的终端,其特征在于,所述与第二终端关联的至少一种状态信息包括:通话信号的强弱。
- 如权利要求6所述的终端,其特征在于,所述至少一种状态信息包括所述第二终端用户的至少一种社交状态信息;所述第一获取单元包括:第二获取单元,用于从社交服务器或所述第二终端获取所述第二终端用户在所述第二终端上的社交应用程序执行的操作记录;搜索单元,用于从所述操作记录中搜索关联的至少一种社交状态信息。
- 如权利要求6所述的终端,其特征在于,所述至少一种状态信息包括所述第二终端用户在与所述第一终端通话过程中的至少一种实时状态信息;所述第一获取单元具体用于:从所述第二终端获取所述第二终端采集的所述第二终端用户的至少一种实时状态信息。
- 如权利要求6-9任意一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第一确定单元包括:第二确定单元,用于根据设置的至少一个状态等级,分别确定与第二终端 或第二终端用户关联的至少一种状态信息对应的状态等级;第三确定单元,用于根据分别确定的与第二终端或第二终端用户关联的至少一种状态信息对应的状态等级,确定所述第二终端用户的实际状态。
