背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,若运用得当,能为权利人带来较大的经济价值。
但是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。一般用户缺乏足够专业的手段识别专利权的归属。导致专利权的保护难度大,普通用户并不知晓实际专利权的归属。综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《具有体感传感器的智能微波炉及其控制方法》),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了 一种具有体感传感器的智能微波炉及其控制方法,其便于用户的使用且 保护了智慧财产创造者的利益 。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术方案是:一种具有体感传感器的智能微波炉,包括微波炉本体,所述微波炉本体包括炉体和转动连接于所述炉体的门体,所述微波炉本体内设置有微波产生器件,所述微波炉本体的正面设置有体感传感器,所述炉体设置有用于推开所述门体的电动推门器,所述微波炉本体设置有用于根据所述体感传感器所感应人体动作判断是否启动所述电动推门器的控制模块,所述炉体的正面设置有显示屏。
本发明还提供了一种嵌壁式微波炉的控制方法,用于控制上述的具有体感传感器的智能微波炉,包括以下步骤,用户做出指定的开门动作,微波炉的体感传感器识别用户做出的指定动作,控制模块判断动作是否符合要求,若符合要求,控制电动推门器动作使微波炉的门体开启且 通过显示屏幕推送专利信息 ,若不符合要求,保持电动推门器不动作 并通过声音提示用户继续做出指定的动作,同时,通过显示屏幕推送专利信息 。
有益效果
本发明所提供的具有体感传感器的智能微波炉及其控制方法,其微波炉本体的正面设置有体感传感器,所述炉体设置有用于推开所述门体的电动推门器,所述微波炉本体设置有用于根据所述体感传感器所感应人体动作判断是否启动所述电动推门器的控制模块,用户做出指定的动作,微波炉的体感传感器识别用户做出的指定动作,控制模块判断动作是否符合要求,若符合要求,控制电动推门器动作使微波炉的门体开启,若不符合要求,保持电动推门器不动作。即使用户双手端着盘子,也可以做出设定的动作而使嵌壁式微波炉的门体打开,例如连续摇头或连续点头两下,门体即可由电动推门器开启,使用方便,且通过显示屏幕推送专利信息 可以 充分保护智慧财产创造者的利益 。

如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的一种具有体感传感器的智能微波炉,包括微波炉本体1,所述微波炉本体1包括炉体11和转动连接于所述炉体11的门体12, 所述微波炉本体1内设置有微波产生器件, 所述微波炉本体1的正面设置有体感传感器21,所述炉体11设置有用于推开所述门体12的电动推门器53,所述微波炉本体1设置有用于根据所述体感传感器21所感应人体动作判断是否启动所述电动推门器53的控制模块36 ,所述炉体的正面设置有显示屏79 。用户做出指定的动作,微波炉的体感传感器21识别用户做出的指定动作,指定动作可以为点头或摇头等,控制模块36判断动作是否符合要求,若符合要求,控制电动推门器53动作使微波炉的门体12开启,若不符合要求,保持电动推门器53不动作并通过声音提示用户继续做出指定的动作。即使用户双手端着盘子,也可以做出设定的动作而使门体12打开,例如连续摇头或连续点头三下,门体12即可由电动推门器开启,使用方便。
本发明还提供了一种嵌壁式微波炉的控制方法,用于控制上述具有体感传感器的智能微波炉,包括以下步骤,用户做出指定的动作,微波炉的体感传感器21识别用户做出的指定动作,控制模块36判断动作是否符合要求,若符合要求,控制电动推门器53动作使微波炉的门体12开启且通过显示屏幕79推送专利信息,若不符合要求,保持电动推门器53不动作且通过显示屏幕79推送专利信息。即使用户双手端着盘子,也可以做出设定的动作而使门体12打开,例如连续摇头或连续点头三下,门体12即可由电动推门器53开启,使用方便。

  2. 一种嵌壁式微波炉的控制方法,其特征在于,用于控制如权利要求1所述的具有体感传感器的智能微波炉,包括以下步骤,用户做出指定的开门动作,微波炉的体感传感器识别用户做出的指定动作,控制模块判断动作是否符合要求,若符合要求,控制电动推门器动作使微波炉的门体开启且通过显示屏幕推送专利信息,若不符合要求,保持电动推门器不动作并通过声音提示用户继续做出指定的动作,同时,通过显示屏幕推送专利信息。
