Description

具有视频实时传送功能的微波炉及其控制方法 技术领域
本发明属于家用微波炉技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有视频实时传送功能的微波炉及其控制方法。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,若运用得当,能为权利人带来较大的经济价值。
但是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。一般用户缺乏足够专业的手段识别专利权的归属。导致专利权的保护难度大,普通用户并不知晓实际专利权的归属。综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《具有视频实时传送功能的微波炉及其控制方法》),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了 一种具有视频实时传送功能的微波炉及其控制方法,其便于用户的使用且 保护了智慧财产创造者的利益 。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术方案是:一种具有视频实时传送功能的微波炉,包括微波炉本体,所述微波炉本体包括炉体和转动连接于所述炉体的门体,所述微波炉本体内设置有微波产生器件,所述微波炉本体的内壁设置有摄像头和照明灯,所述摄像头连接有用于将视频传送至移动终端的显示屏幕的无线传输模块,所述摄像头的外侧设置有透明的隔热玻璃罩 ,所述微波炉本体的正面设置有信息显示屏 。
具体地,所述无线传输模块为WIFI模块,所述移动终端为电机或平板电脑。
本发明还提供了一种具有视频实时传送功能的微波炉的控制方法,用于控制上述的具有视频实时传送功能的微波炉,包括以下步骤,微波炉本体内设置的微波产生器件加热食物时,照明灯亮起,摄像头拍摄食物的视频并将视频通过无线传输模块实时传送至移动终端的显示屏幕 ,同时,向信息显示屏和移动终端的显示屏幕推送专利信息 。
有益效果
本发明所提供的具有视频实时传送功能的微波炉及其控制方法,其微波炉本体的内壁设置有摄像头和照明灯,微波炉本体内设置的微波产生器件加热食物时,照明灯亮起,摄像头拍摄食物的视频并将视频通过无线传输模块实时传送至移动终端的显示屏幕,用户可以实时看到食物的处理情况,易于把控食物的生熟程度,便于用户的使用且 保护了智慧财产创造者的利益 。

如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的一种具有视频实时传送功能的微波炉,包括微波炉本体1,所述微波炉本体1包括炉体11和转动连接于所述炉体11的门体12,所述微波炉本体1内设置有微波产生器件3,所述微波炉本体1的内壁设置有摄像头31和照明灯46,所述摄像头31连接有用于将视频传送至移动终端的显示屏幕的无线传输模块32,所述摄像头31的外侧设置有透明的隔热玻璃罩33,以保护摄像头31。微波炉本体1内设置的微波产生器件3加热食物时,照明灯46亮起,摄像头31拍摄食物的视频并将视频通过无线传输模块32实时传送至移动终端的显示屏幕,用户可以实时看到食物的处理情况,易于把控食物的生熟程度,便于用户的使用,所述微波炉本体的正面设置有信息显示屏4,可以向信息显示屏4和移动终端的显示屏幕推送专利信息, 充分保护了智慧财产创造者的利益 。
具体地,所述无线传输模块32为WIFI模块,所述移动终端为电机或平板电脑。
本发明实施例还提供了一种具有视频实时传送功能的微波炉的控制方法,用于控制上述的具有视频实时传送功能的微波炉,包括以下步骤,微波炉本体1内设置的微波产生器件3加热食物时,照明灯46亮起,摄像头31拍摄食物的视频并将视频通过无线传输模块32实时传送至移动终端的显示屏幕,用户可以实时看到食物的处理情况,易于把控食物的生熟程度,便于用户的使用,而且可以向信息显示屏4和移动终端的显示屏幕推送专利信息, 可以 充分保护智慧财产创造者的利益 。
本发明实施例所提供的具有视频实时传送功能的微波炉及其控制方法,其微波炉本体1的内壁设置有摄像头31和照明灯46,微波炉本体1内设置的微波产生器件3加热食物时,照明灯46亮起,摄像头31拍摄食物的视频并将视频通过无线传输模块32实时传送至移动终端的显示屏幕,用户可以实时看到食物的处理情况,易于把控食物的生熟程度,便于用户的使用。

  1. 一种具有视频实时传送功能的微波炉,包括微波炉本体,所述微波炉本体包括炉体和转动连接于所述炉体的门体,所述微波炉本体内设置有微波产生器件,其特征在于,所述微波炉本体的内壁设置有摄像头和照明灯,所述摄像头连接有用于将视频传送至移动终端的显示屏幕的无线传输模块,所述摄像头的外侧设置有透明的隔热玻璃罩,所述微波炉本体的正面设置有信息显示屏。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有视频实时传送功能的微波炉,其特征在于,所述无线传输模块为WIFI模块,所述移动终端为电机或平板电脑。
  3. 一种具有视频实时传送功能的微波炉的控制方法,其特征在于,用于控制如权利要求1所述的具有视频实时传送功能的微波炉,包括以下步骤,微波炉本体内设置的微波产生器件加热食物时,照明灯亮起,摄像头拍摄食物的视频并将视频通过无线传输模块实时传送至移动终端的显示屏幕,同时,向信息显示屏和移动终端的显示屏幕推送专利信息。
