Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de répartition de travail dans un service de secrétaire personnel à l'aide d'un message texte. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant : à enregistrer au moins un mot-clé pour chacune d'une pluralité de catégories de travail ; à enregistrer au moins un agent pour chacune de la pluralité de catégories de travail ; à recevoir, en provenance d'un dispositif client, un message texte, comprenant une demande du client ; à identifier ledit au moins un mot-clé compris dans le message texte reçu ; à identifier une catégorie de travail, parmi la pluralité de catégories de travail, correspondant audit au moins un mot-clé identifié ; et à répartir le travail associé à la demande du client audit au moins un agent enregistré pour la catégorie de travail identifiée, le message texte étant transmis par un service de messagerie par texte pour un service de communication mobile ou un service de messagerie instantanée.
