具体实施方式
以下结合附图及具体实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
第一实施例
图1所示为本发明第一实施例的嵌入式灯具100的组装过程立体图,该嵌入式灯具包括壳体和底板10,其中,壳体包括上基板1,相对的第一侧壁 2、第二侧壁4和相对的第三侧壁3、第四侧壁5,四个侧壁2、3、4、5的较低部分分别有一个向壳体外侧凸出形成的长的滑槽20、30、40、50,滑槽20、30、40、50分别由四个侧壁2、3、4、5一体成型而成,分别用于卡住底板10的四个边沿12、13、14、15。第一侧壁2、第二侧壁4与上基板1一体成型,然后将第三侧壁3通过螺丝301与上基板1相连接,通过螺丝302(图中未标出)与第一侧壁2相连接,通过螺丝304与第二侧壁4相连接,其次,将底板10的两个相对边沿12、14分别插入滑槽20、40,直至底板10的第三边沿13(图中未标出)嵌入到滑槽30中,最后安装第四侧壁5,将第四侧壁5通过螺丝501与上基板1相连接,通过螺丝502(图中未标出)与第一侧壁2相连接,通过螺丝504与第二侧壁4相连接,这样,底板10的四个边沿12、13、14、15分别卡在滑槽20、30、40、50中,不能上下移动,实现了底板10与壳体的紧密连接。
图2所示为组装完成后嵌入式灯具100的仰视图,只有底板10和四个滑槽20、30、40、50的下半部分可见。图3所示为图2沿A-A方向的剖视图,从B部分的局部放大图,即图4,可见,滑槽20的横截面为U形,U形开口水平向右,朝向壳体内部空间,底板10的边沿厚度小于该U形开口,从而可以嵌入其中。
第一侧壁2、第二侧壁4也可以是与上基板1分离的单独部件,类似第三侧壁3、第四侧壁5与上基板1通过螺丝连接。
在组装过程中,在上基板1、第一侧壁2和第二侧壁4已完成连接的情况下,也可以按照底板10、第三侧壁3、第四侧壁5的顺序进行组装,先将底板10的两个相对边沿12、14分别插入滑槽20、40,再通过螺丝安装第三侧壁3,最后通过螺丝安装第四侧壁5。
作为另一种实施方式,上基板1、第一侧壁2、第二侧壁4、第三侧壁3和第四侧壁5可以是一体成型的,在这种情况下,第三侧壁3和第四侧壁5中的至少一个侧壁不具有滑槽,这样才能将底板10插入滑槽20、40中,实现底板10与壳体的组装。
第二实施例
图5所示为本发明第二实施例的嵌入式灯具200的组装过程立体图,该嵌入式灯具与第一实施例类似,也包括壳体和底板10,其中,壳体包括上基板1,相对的第一侧壁2、第二侧壁4和相对的第三侧壁3、第四侧壁5,不同之处在于,四个侧壁2、3、4、5的较低部分不具有滑槽,而是分别有两个 垂挂在侧壁下边沿的钩形件21、22,31、32,41、42和51、52,用于卡住底板10。各钩形件结构相同,由各自所在侧壁一体成型而成,由侧壁下边沿的垂挂部分向壳体外侧凸出形成,横截面呈U形(如图8中的局部放大图所示),U形开口朝向壳体内部空间。如图6所示,本实施例中八个钩形件21、22、31、32、41、42、51、52宽度相同,均小于其所在侧壁的整体宽度,位置上对称。
作为其它实施方式,四个侧壁2、3、4、5上的钩形件数量、每个钩形件的宽度、具体位置都可以变化,只要能够实现底板10与壳体紧密连接、底板10不能上下移动的目的即可。一般来说,钩形件的数量越多,宽度越大,底板10与壳体的连接越牢固。
第三实施例
第三实施例的嵌入式灯具300具有与第一实施例100类似的结构,壳体的四个侧壁的较低部分分别有一个向壳体外侧凸出形成的长的滑槽26、36、46、56。不同之处在于,嵌入式灯具300的底板10具有一个边框11,因此底板10的四个边沿12、13、14、15较厚。为克服底板10的边沿较厚的问题,四个滑槽26、36、46、56的U形开口比第一实施例100中的滑槽的U形开口大,从而可以将具有边框11的底板10插入滑槽中,使底板10得到固定。
第四实施例
第四实施例的嵌入式灯具400,包括壳体和底板10,该底板10具有与第三实施例相同的结构,也具有一个边框11,因此底板10的四个边沿12、13、14、15较厚。为克服底板10的边沿较厚的问题,在本实施例中,在底板10的边框11外侧增加了一个较薄边沿18,较薄边沿18可以插入滑槽中使底板10与壳体连接。作为一种实施方式,较薄边沿18是通过将L形金属件与边框11连接形成。同时,由于侧壁是倾斜的,可以在各侧壁的滑槽上方形成一直角结构,例如局部放大图中的直角结构29,从而保证具有边框11的底板10可以插入。
虽然结合特定的实施方式对本发明进行了说明,但本领域的技术人员可以理解,对本发明可以作出许多修改和变形。因此,要认识到,权利要求书的意图在于涵盖在本发明真正构思和范围内的所有这些修改和变型。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种嵌入式灯具,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体包括第一侧壁和与第一侧壁相对的第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁分别设有第一卡持部和第二卡持部,所述第一卡持部由所述第一侧壁一体成型而成;以及
    底板,所述底板包括第一边沿和与第一边沿相对的第二边沿,所述第一边沿的至少一部分和所述第二边沿的至少一部分可以分别卡入所述第一卡持部和第二卡持部,从而将所述底板组装在所述壳体上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式灯具,其中,所述第一卡持部由第一侧壁的较低部分向壳体外侧凸出形成,所述第一卡持部有一个开口大致朝向壳体内部空间的U形横截面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的嵌入式灯具,其中,所述第一卡持部是一个贯穿第一侧壁的较低部分的长的滑槽。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的嵌入式灯具,其中,所述第一卡持部包括至少一个垂挂在第一侧壁下边沿的钩形件,所述钩形件包括所述U形横截面。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中的任一项所述的嵌入式灯具,其中,所述第二卡持部具有与所述第一卡持部对称的结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式灯具,其中,所述壳体还包括上基板,第一侧壁和第二侧壁大致上分别从该上基板向下延伸。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的嵌入式灯具,其中,所述壳体还包括第三侧壁和与第三侧壁相对的第四侧壁,所述上基板、第一侧壁、第二侧壁、第三侧壁和第四侧壁形成一个箱型结构。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的嵌入式灯具,其中,所述第三侧壁设有第三卡持部,所述底板还包括第三边沿,所述第三边沿的至少一部分可以卡入所述第三卡持部。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的嵌入式灯具,其中,所述第三侧壁和第四侧壁中的至少一个是可从壳体上拆卸的。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的嵌入式灯具,其中,所述第四侧壁设有第四卡持部,所述底板还包括第四边沿,所述第四边沿的至少一部分可以卡入所述第四卡持部。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的嵌入式灯具,其中,所述底板可以卡入所述第一卡持部和第二卡持部而使所述底板不能上下移动。
