技术领域
本申请涉及通讯技术领域,尤其涉及即时通讯应用的群消息提示方法及装置。
背景技术
随着移动技术的不断发展,即时通讯已经成为十分重要的通信方式。并且,随着即时通讯应用中集成的功能越来越多,即时通讯应用已经逐步被应用于人们日常生活、学习工作等各个方面。
即时通讯应用提供了群组功能,多个用户可以在同一个群组内进行发言和讨论,便于提升信息交流效率。
然而,由于群组内的用户数量较多,随之产生的群消息数量也很多,则接连不断的群消息提醒,可能对用户造成不良影响,并降低用户对即时通讯应用的使用体验。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种即时通讯应用的群消息提示方法及装置,可以使即时通讯应用主动配置特别关注对象,并对与该特别关注对象相关的群消息进行区别提示,避免用户遗漏该群消息。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供技术方案如下:
根据本申请的第一方面,提出了一种即时通讯应用的群消息提示方法,包括:
接收到服务器推送的群消息;
判断所述群消息是否与当前登录用户在即时通讯应用中的特别关注对象相关;其中,所述当前登录用户与所述特别关注对象在预设关系维度下存在第一关联关系,所述第一关联关系区别于所述当前登录用户与其他对象在所述预设关系维度下的第二关联关系;
当判断结果为相关时,通过第一提示方式对所述群消息进行接收提示,所述第一提示方式区别于对与所述特别关注对象无关的群消息采用的第二提示方式。

由以上技术方案可见,本申请通过分析当前登录用户与各个对象之间的关联关系,可以准确提取出当前登录用户的特别关注对象,从而对与该特别关注对象相关的群消息进行区别性的接收提示,确保当前登录用户能够察觉到相应群消息的接收情况,并及时查看该群消息。

图1是相关技术中的群组管理的界面示意图,如图1所示,为了避免数量众多的群消息对用户造成干扰(尤其是当用户同时参与了很多群组的情况下),相关技术中的即时通讯应用提供了对群消息的屏蔽功能。比如在图1中,群组1、群组2、群组3和群组5的群消息能够被正常接收并提示,而群组4和群组6的群消息被屏蔽,则来自群组4和群组6的群消息不会对用户造成干扰。
然而,相关技术中将整个群组作为一个整体,即仅允许用户完全屏蔽整个群组的群消息,导致用户可能错过或遗漏这些群组中的重要消息。
因此,本申请通过改进群消息的提示过程,可以解决相关技术中存在的上述技术问题,确保用户能够接收到重要的群消息。为对本申请进行进一步说明,提供下列实施例:
图2是本申请一示例性实施例中一种即时通讯应用的群消息提示方法的流程图,如图2所示,该方法应用于移动设备中,可以包括以下步骤:
步骤202,接收到服务器推送的群消息。
在本实施例中,即时通讯应用可以为任意可以实现“即时通讯”的应用程序,比如可以为企业即时通讯应用(Enterprise Instant Messaging,EIM),例如,企业即时通讯应用“钉钉”(DingTalk)。

在本实施例中,不同用户可以使用同一台移动设备,但移动设备可以根据每个用户登录的注册账号,识别和确定当前登录用户的身份信息。
在本实施例中,根据当前登录用户与各个对象在预设关系维度下的关联关系,可以 自动分辨和识别出当前登录用户的特别关注对象,无需当前登录用户手动选择和设置,有助于简化用户操作、提升特别关注对象的准确度。

在本实施例中,通过对与特别关注对象相关的群消息进行区别性的接收提示,可以实现更好的提示作用,确保当前登录用户及时察觉和查看相应的群消息,避免遗漏或错过这些群消息。
在本申请的实施例中,可以由移动设备或服务器根据当前登录用户与各个对象在预设关系维度下的关联关系,自动分辨和识别出当前登录用户对应的特别关注对象。下面针对特别关注对象的识别过程,以及所采用的预设关系维度的类型,对本申请的技术方案进行详细介绍。
实施例一
图3是本申请一示例性实施例中一种即时通讯应用的群消息提示方法的流程图,如图3所示,该方法应用于移动设备中,可以包括以下步骤:
步骤302,获取当前登录用户所属企业的组织架构。
在本实施例中,预设关系维度可以包括当前登录用户所属团体的成员架构,该“团体”具体可以包括如企业、组织等各种形式,只要是包含多个成员且存在组织架构,都可以应用于本申请的实施例中。那么,本实施例中以“企业”以及相应的“企业组织架构”为例进行说明。
步骤304,根据企业组织架构,确定其中的各个企业员工的职位等级。
步骤306,依次判断每个企业员工的职位等级是否高于当前登录用户,若判断结果为是,则转入步骤308,否则继续判断。
步骤308,将职位等级高于当前登录用户的企业员工,添加为当前登录用户的特别关注对象。
在本实施例中,移动设备可以根据企业组织架构,获取当前登录用户与所有企业员工之间的关联关系,并据此确定出特别关注对象;其中,特别关注对象与当前登录用户之间的关联关系为第一关联关系,其他对象与当前登录用户之间的关联关系为第二关联关系。
在一示例性实施例中,上述的关联关系可以为企业员工之间的职位等级关系;其中,第一关联关系为:特别关注对象的职位等级高于当前登录用户,第二关联关系为:特别 关注对象的职位等级不高于当前登录用户。在团体组织架构中,尤其是在企业组织架构中,职位等级高于当前登录用户的企业员工,即当前登录用户的管理领导。由于管理领导很可能在群组中发布管理命令或通知,因而应当将管理领导自动添加为特别关注对象,使当前登录用户能够切实地对管理领导发布的群消息进行特别关注,避免遗漏或错失。比如以图4A所示的企业组织架构为例,若当前登录用户为C2,则A、B、C和D均应被添加为用户C2的特别关注对象;而同等级的B1、B2、C1、D1和D2等,以及低等级的C21、C22、D21和D22等,并不存在上下级之间的重要性和必要性,因而可以不自动添加为特别关注对象。
需要说明的是:基于企业组织架构,除了职位等级的高低之外,还可以得到企业员工之间在很多其他方面的关联关系,而这些关联关系均可以作为是否需要将某个企业员工添加为当前登录用户的特别关注对象的判断条件。
举例而言,在另一示例性实施方式中,可以根据企业员工的工作内容之间的关联关系,自动添加特别关注对象。具体地,仍以图4A为例,假定当前登录用户C2在企业中负责市场,则虽然C21的职位等级低于C2,但由于C21同样负责市场或工作内容与市场相关,说明C21的工作内容与C2的工作内容一致(相同或相近),因而仍然可以将C21添加为C2的特别关注对象。
在又一示例性实施方式中,企业组织架构还可以体现企业员工之间的工作内容的协同关系。如图4B所示,企业组织架构除了包含与图4A相同的“职位等级关系”(以实线示出),比如A的职位等级高于B、C和D,而B的职位等级高于B1和B2等,还包含了“职位协同关系”(以虚线示出)。举例而言,由于B1的职位为“财务”或“人力资源”等,因而B1与所有的企业员工之间均存在协同关系,那么对于当前登录用户C2而言,移动设备还可以将B1以及类似的存在协同关系的企业员工自动添加为特别关注对象。
对于已经添加的特别关注对象,当前登录用户可以在即时通讯应用中进行查看。如图5所示,当前登录用户可以在“联系人”页面查看到“特别关注”选项,然后通过触发(如点击)该选项,转入图6所示的特别关注对象展示页面,查看到A、B、C等自动添加的特别关注对象。同时,图6所示页面的右上角提供了“编辑”功能,则用户可以对自动添加的特别关注对象进行筛选,也可以将自己感兴趣但未自动添加的对象手动添加为特别关注对象。
步骤310,接收到服务器推送的群消息。
步骤312,判断接收到的群消息是否与特别关注对象相关,若相关则转入步骤314,否则转入步骤316。
在本实施例中,移动设备可以通过判断群消息的发送方用户是否为特别关注对象,从而确定该群消息是否与特别关注对象相关;其中,如果发送方用户为特别关注对象,则判定相关,否则判定不相关或者结合其他条件进行判断。
举例而言,比如当前登录用户与特别关注对象A同属于群组“阿里巴巴集团控股有限公司”,则当该群组接收到一条群消息的发送方用户为A时,确定这条群消息与特别关注对象A相关。
步骤314,采用第一提示方式进行接收提示。
步骤316,采用第二提示方式进行接收提示。
在本实施例中,第一提示方式和第二提示方式可以分别采用任意方式,只要两者相互区分即可。其中,第一提示方式的提示强度可以高于第二提示方式,以便达到更好的提示效果,确保当前登录用户不会遗漏或错过该群消息;举例而言,比如第一提示方式为提示音、震动并将群消息展示于移动设备的锁屏界面中,而第二提示方式为仅将群消息展示于移动设备的锁屏界面中,则第一提示方式显然能够实行更好的提示效果。
进一步地,还可以通过优化与特别关注对象相关的群消息的展示方式,实现此类群消息的区别性展示,帮助当前登录用户更好地查看此类群消息。该优化手段可以包括:
1、消息置顶
作为一示例性实施例,可以在即时通讯应用的消息提示页面中,对与特别关注对象相关的群消息进行置顶。
以企业即时通讯应用“钉钉”为例,如图7所示,在消息提示页面中,通常将各条消息按照接收时间的先后顺序进行依次排列,比如将最近(即最晚)收到的消息排列在最上方;然而,当接收到的群消息与特别关注对象相关时,比如图7中的群组“阿里巴巴集团控股有限公司”中存在由用户A作为发送方用户的群消息“明天上午9点……”,则虽然该群消息的接收时间为10:30,但仍然排列在诸如10:45收到的群组“来往事业部”的群消息、10:43收到的群组“淘宝事业部”的群消息的上方,形成置顶消息。
同时,为了体现出与特别关注对象相关的群消息与其他群消息的区别,可以在消息提示页面中添加类别标识。如图7所示,通过在群组“阿里巴巴集团控股有限公司”的图标上添加类别标识

使当前登录用户能够快速分辨出该群组“阿里巴巴集团控股有限公司”存在与特别关注对象相关的群消息。当然,也可以采用其他形式的类别标 识,本申请并不对此进行限制。
2、页面调整
作为一示例性实施例,可以对群消息的展示页面进行调整,包括:当群消息的展示页面被触发时,若存在与特别关注对象相关的未读群消息,则对该未读群消息进行展示。在该实施例中,通过主动判断是否存在与特别关注对象相关的未读群消息,并将未读群消息进行展示,便于当前登录用户进行快速查看,避免在浏览其他群消息的过程中,遗漏或错过与特别关注对象相关的群消息。
在一示例性实施方式中,可以提取所有与特别关注对象相关的未读群消息,并集中进行展示。举例而言,当群组“阿里巴巴集团控股有限公司”的展示页面被触发时,假定存在两条由用户A发送的未读群消息,则将这两条群消息集中展示于如图8所示的展示页面中,便于当前登录用户进行集中查看。并且,在图8所示的展示页面中,当前登录用户可以选择返回聊天界面中,则移动设备从图8所示的展示页面返回群组“阿里巴巴集团控股有限公司”的正常聊天界面(即群消息的展示页面);或者,当前登录用户还可以选择查看历史特别关注消息,即群组“阿里巴巴集团控股有限公司”在历史上接收到的与特别关注对象相关的群消息。
在另一示例性实施方式中,可以将展示页面翻动至与特别关注对象相关的未读群消息处。举例而言,如图9所示,在打开群组“阿里巴巴集团控股有限公司”的群消息的展示页面后,假定存在由用户A发送的两条未读群消息,则移动设备主动将该展示页面翻动至与特别关注对象A相关的最早一条未读群消息处,即图9所示的10:30接收到的群消息“明天上午9点半,到302会议室开会!”。通过对展示页面的自动翻页,使得当前登录用户可以结合该未读群消息所处的上下文环境,便于对未读群消息的内容理解。
其中,图9中还在屏幕界面的右下角提供了跳转图标,可以实现“跳转至最近时刻”功能,即从当前位置直接跳转至最近接受到的群消息的显示位置,无需用户反复地手动翻页,在消息数量较多的情况下,便于简化用户操作、提升浏览效率。
实施例二
图10是本申请一示例性实施例中一种即时通讯应用的群消息提示方法的流程图,如图10所示,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤1002,服务器获取每个用户的历史行为数据。
步骤1004,服务器通过对历史行为数据的分析,确定每个用户分别对每个对象的关注程度。
在本实施例中,历史行为数据可以包括与用户的任何历史行为相关的数据,比如可以包括以下数据中至少之一:在电商网站上的浏览记录、收藏记录或购买记录,在即时通讯应用中已加入的群组信息,线下消费记录等。通过对历史行为数据的分析,即可了解到每个用户的兴趣、爱好等,从而了解到用户对相应对象的关注程度。举例而言,假定用户在电商购买了羽毛球拍等商品、在即时通讯应用上加入了“阿里运动小组”等群组、在空余时间经常在体育馆、健身房等处进行消费,则可以确定该用户对运动十分感兴趣,即该用户对于对象“运动”的关注程度很高。
当然,服务器还可以根据用户的其他信息进行分析,以确定出特别关注对象,本申请并不对此进行限制。例如,可以根据用户的工作内容进行分析;举例而言,假定用户的工作内容为负责市场方面的工作,则服务器判定该用户对于对象“市场”的关注程度很高。
步骤1006,服务器根据用户对每个对象的关注程度,确定出特别关注对象;其中,特别关注对象为关注程度达到预设关注程度的对象。
在本实施例中,在一种情况下,“达到预设关注程度”可以理解为:服务器将“关注程度”作为一个参数进行统计和计算,而预设关注程度为预设参数数值,那么当服务器统计和计算出用户对某个对象的关注程度的数值达到该预设参数数值,则判定该对象为特别关注对象。
或者,在另一种情况下,“达到预设关注程度”可以理解为:服务器将用户对所有对象的关注程度进行排序,然后从前向后依次选取预设数量的对象,并将被选取的对象作为特别关注对象。
步骤1008,针对移动设备上的当前登录用户,服务器将该当前登录用户对应的特别关注对象告知移动设备。
步骤1010,移动设备接收到服务器推送的群消息。
步骤1012,移动设备判断接收到的群消息是否与特别关注对象相关。
在本实施例中,当特别关注对象由服务器依赖于“当前登录用户对各个对象的关注程度的关系维度”进行识别并得到时,移动设备可以通过判断接收到的群消息的内容中是否包含与特别关注对象相关的关键词,确定该群消息是否与特别关注对象相关。比如图11所示,当前登录用户可以在特别关注对象展示页面中查看已有的特别关注对象,比如图11中的特别关注对象除了包括联系人A,还包括“足球”和“游戏”。
进一步地,当前登录用户还可以通过选取特别关注对象,查看其对应的关键词。比 如当用户点击了图11中的“足球”后,可以切换至图12所示的关键词查看页面,并查看到与“足球”相关的关键词包括:足球、踢球、赛事名称(关键词的集合,包括如“世界杯”、“欧洲杯”等具体的关键词)、俱乐部名称、球员名称等;同时,当前登录用户还可以根据自身的实际需求,对其中的关键词进行添加、删除或修改等编辑操作。
步骤1014,当接收到的群消息与特别关注对象相关时,执行第一接收提示,否则执行第二接收提示。
在本实施例中,步骤1014与图3所示的步骤314和步骤316相似,此处不再赘述。此外,在步骤1014之后,针对当前登录用户的触发操作,也可以实现如图7所示的群消息置顶处理,以及图8-9所示的群消息展示,此处不再赘述。
需要说明的是:
在图3所示的实施例一中,由移动设备识别出当前登录用户的特征关注对象,并且该识别过程依赖于企业组织架构的关系维度;以及,在图10所示的实施例二中,由服务器识别出当前登录用户的特征关注对象,并且该识别过程依赖于当前登录用户对各个对象的关注程度的关系维度。
但是,在由移动设备识别出当前登录用户的特征关注对象时,该识别过程同样可以依赖于当前登录用户对各个对象的关注程度的关系维度;类似的,在由服务器识别出当前登录用户的特征关注对象时,该识别过程也可以依赖于企业组织架构的关系维度。换言之,对于当前登录用户的特征关注对象的识别主体,以及在识别过程中依赖的预设关系维度,均可以自由选择和组合,本申请并不对此进行限制。
此外,企业组织架构可能发生变化,而当前登录用户的行为数据也会被不断收集,则移动设备或服务器均可以随之更新当前登录用户对应的特别关注对象,以使其更加符合当前登录用户的实际需求。
图13示出了根据本申请的一示例性实施例的电子设备的示意结构图。请参考图13,在硬件层面,该电子设备包括处理器、内部总线、网络接口、内存以及非易失性存储器,当然还可能包括其他业务所需要的硬件。处理器从非易失性存储器中读取对应的计算机程序到内存中然后运行,在逻辑层面上形成即时通讯应用的群消息提示装置。当然,除了软件实现方式之外,本申请并不排除其他实现方式,比如逻辑器件抑或软硬件结合的方式等等,也就是说以下处理流程的执行主体并不限定于各个逻辑单元,也可以是硬件或逻辑器件。

步骤1502,接收到服务器推送的通信消息,所述通信消息由预关联用户发出,且所述通信消息存在多个接收方用户。

与图2等上述实施例相比,本实施例将处理对象由“群消息”扩展到更大范围内的 “通信消息”,而其他技术特征可以参考上述实施例,此处不再赘述。
为了便于理解,以及与“群消息”的类比,下面对“通信消息”进行举例说明。假定在一示例性实施例中,“通信消息”为图16所示的“工作圈消息”。在图16所示的“工作圈”中,当前登录用户可以发送“工作圈消息”,并由预关联用户进行接收和查看,从而起到“公示”、“公告”或“通知”作用;同时,当前登录用户也可以接收和查看预关联用户发送的“工作圈消息”,比如图16中的用户A、用户H和用户F等均为当前登录用户的预关联用户。其中,预关联用户是指预先与当前登录用户建立了关联关系的用户,比如该预关联用户为当前登录用户在即时通讯应用中的联系人、该预关联用户为当前登录用户的企业同事、该预关联用户与当前登录用户存在工作协同关系等。
在一种情况下,假定用户A的职位等级高于当前登录用户,使得用户A被作为当前登录用户的特别关注对象,则当用户A发出了诸如“明天上午9点半,到302会议室开会!”等内容的工作圈消息时,可以认为该工作圈消息与特别关注对象相关,并执行区别性的接收提示。
在另一种情况下,假定当前登录用户对“足球”的关注程度高于预设关注程度,使得“足球”被作为当前登录用户的特别关注对象,则当用户F(或其他任意用户)发出了诸如“2015年度‘阿里杯’足球赛已经开始报名……”的工作圈消息后,移动设备可以根据该工作圈消息中包含关键词“足球”,确定该工作圈消息与特别关注对象相关,并执行区别性的接收提示。
此外,在图16所示的工作圈消息展示页面内,可以通过在与特别关注对象相关的工作圈消息中添加

标识的方式,便于当前登录用户辨别出这些消息。当然,在上述关于“群消息”的实施例中,提供的各种群消息展示方式、群消息提示方式等,均可以应用于此,此处不再赘述。

在本实施例中,当前登录用户必然希望更多地掌握关于特别关注对象的信息,包括该特别关注对象的操作行为。当前登录用户可以自行设置感兴趣的预设操作,或者也可以按照即时通讯应用的默认设置情况来确定预设操作,从而当特别关注对象执行该预设操作后,即可向当前登录用户发送通知消息,确保当前登录用户及时了解相关情况。
举例而言,预设操作的操作对象包括:与即时通讯应用相关联的邮箱系统或共享云盘空间;比如对于企业即时通讯应用“钉钉”,相关联的邮箱系统可以为“钉邮”,而相关联的共享云盘空间可以为“钉盘”中的存储空间。那么对于邮箱系统,特别关注对象执行的预设操作可以为:通过所述邮箱系统向当前登录用户发送邮件;而对于共享云盘空间,特别关注对象执行的预设操作可以为:针对该共享云盘空间的文件更新操作。相应地,当前登录用户接收到的通知消息可以包括:邮件的内容,或者共享云盘空间中的被更新文件的信息。
1)邮件系统
假定特别关注对象为A,当A通过“钉邮”向当前登录用户发送邮件时,认为预定 义的“预设操作”被触发,并向当前登录用户发送通知消息。那么,即时通讯应用可以通过区别性的“第一提示方式”,对通知消息进行接收提示,该过程可以包括:
将通知消息作为以特别关注对象为发送方的即时通讯消息,对通知消息进行接收提示,并在通知消息的关联展示区域内示出以下至少之一:特别关注标识、操作类型标识。
在该实施例中,通知消息实际上是服务器针对特别关注对象的预设操作,向当前登录用户发起的提示信息,但由于该预设操作的执行者为特别关注对象,因而为了增强与特别关注对象的关联,缩短“通知消息”与“预设操作”之间间隔。比如图20所示,在“钉钉”的消息提示页面中,将通知消息展示于特别关注对象A对应的关联展示区域内,则当前登录用户可以在该消息提示页面中查看到“邮件正文:明天上…”等信息,了解该通知消息的部分内容。
其中,在特别关注对象A对应的关联展示区域内,可以通过诸如

等特别关注标识,使其区别于其他接收提示。同时,还可以通过诸如“信封”图案的操作类型标识,使当前登录用户从图20即可了解到,特别关注对象A执行的预设操作为:通过邮件系统向当前登录用户发送邮件。
进一步地,在接收提示被响应后,在特别关注对象对应的消息接收窗口展示通知消息的内容;根据通知消息包含的内容类型,示出针对内容类型的功能图标;根据被选中的功能图标,在消息接收窗口内执行针对该预设操作的响应操作。比如,若当前登录用户点击了图20中对应于特别关注对象A的关联展示区域,则表明相应的接收提示被响应,并切换至图21所示的特别关注对象A的消息接收窗口,并通过诸如“气泡框”等形式,对通知消息的内容进行展示,比如图21中展示了A发送的邮件内容:“明天上午9点半,到302会议室开会!”等信息。当然,在图21所示的消息接收窗口内,可以展示邮件的全部内容,也可以展示部分内容,这与邮件内容的篇幅、预定义的展示策略等相关。
为了便于当前登录用户的操作,由于通知消息包含的内容类型为邮件,因而可以示出针对邮件的功能图标,比如图21中在邮件内容下方示出的“回复”、“转发”等,当用户点击这些功能图标时,可以直接在当前的消息接收窗口内实现相应的功能,则无需切换至邮件系统的处理页面,有助于提升用户的操作效率。当然,当前登录用户也可以选择切换至邮件系统,以使用更加完整的邮件处理功能,本申请并不对此进行限制。
2)共享云盘空间
假定特别关注对象A针对共享云盘空间发起文件更新操作,与邮件系统相类似的, 服务器同样会向当前登录用户发送通知消息。其中,“共享云盘空间”是指当前登录用户与特别关注对象A在云盘空间的共享存储空间,比如当前登录用户与特别关注对象A属于同一个企业群,而该企业群在云盘空间中存在对应的共享文件夹,则该共享文件夹相当于该企业群中所有成员的共享云盘空间。
如图22所示,可以在消息提示页面中,对关于该共享云盘空间中的文件更新操作的通知消息进行展示。同时,可以通过特别关注标识

操作类型标识“云”图案等,对该通知消息进行区别性的接收提示。
进一步地,在接收提示被当前登录用户响应后,可以切换至图23所示的消息接收窗口,该页面为特别关注对象A对应的消息接收窗口。在该消息接收窗口内,可以通过诸如“气泡框”等形式,对通知消息的内容进行展示,比如图23中展示了A上传的文件的信息:“上传文件:会议纲要.pdf”、“上传者:A”、“所属文件夹:认真工作小组”等信息。当然,在图23所示的消息接收窗口内,可以展示上传文件的全部内容,也可以展示部分内容,这与预定义的展示策略等相关。
为了便于当前登录用户的操作,由于通知消息包含的内容类型为共享云盘空间中被更新文件的信息时,因而可以示出针对文件的功能图标,比如图23中在文件信息的内容下方示出的“阅读”、“分享”等,当用户点击这些功能图标时,可以直接在当前的消息接收窗口内实现相应的功能,则无需切换至云盘空间的处理页面,有助于提升用户的操作效率。当然,当前登录用户也可以选择切换至云盘空间,以使用更加完整的文件处理功能,本申请并不对此进行限制。
图24示出了根据本申请的一示例性实施例的电子设备的示意结构图。请参考图24,在硬件层面,该电子设备包括处理器、内部总线、网络接口、内存以及非易失性存储器,当然还可能包括其他业务所需要的硬件。处理器从非易失性存储器中读取对应的计算机程序到内存中然后运行,在逻辑层面上形成即时通讯应用的消息提示装置。当然,除了软件实现方式之外,本申请并不排除其他实现方式,比如逻辑器件抑或软硬件结合的方式等等,也就是说以下处理流程的执行主体并不限定于各个逻辑单元,也可以是硬件或逻辑器件。
请参考图25,在软件实施方式中,该即时通讯应用的消息提示装置可以包括接收单元和提示单元。其中:
接收单元,接收到服务器推送的通知消息,所述通知消息与当前登录用户在即时通讯应用中的特别关注对象已执行的预设操作相关;其中,所述当前登录用户与所述特别 关注对象在预设关系维度下存在第一关联关系,所述第一关联关系区别于所述当前登录用户与其他对象在所述预设关系维度下的第二关联关系;
提示单元,通过第一提示方式对所述通知消息进行接收提示,所述第一提示方式区别于对与所述特别关注对象无关的群消息采用的第二提示方式。
可选的,所述提示单元具体用于:
将所述通知消息作为以所述特别关注对象为发送方的即时通讯消息,对所述通知消息进行接收提示,并在所述通知消息的关联展示区域内示出以下至少之一:特别关注标识、操作类型标识。
可选的,
所述预设操作的操作对象包括:与所述即时通讯应用相关联的邮箱系统或共享云盘空间;
所述预设操作包括:通过所述邮箱系统向当前登录用户发送邮件,或者针对所述共享云盘空间的文件更新操作;
所述通知消息包括:所述邮件的内容,或者所述共享云盘空间中的被更新文件的信息。
可选的,还包括:
展示单元,在所述接收提示被响应后,在所述特别关注对象对应的消息接收窗口展示所述通知消息的内容,并根据所述通知消息包含的内容类型,在所述通知消息的内容展示区域示出针对所述内容类型的功能图标;
响应单元,根据被选中的功能图标,在所述消息接收窗口内执行针对所述预设操作的响应操作。
在一个典型的配置中,计算设备包括一个或多个处理器(CPU)、输入/输出接口、网络接口和内存。
内存可能包括计算机可读介质中的非永久性存储器,随机存取存储器(RAM)和/或非易失性内存等形式,如只读存储器(ROM)或闪存(flash RAM)。内存是计算机可读介质的示例。
计算机可读介质包括永久性和非永久性、可移动和非可移动媒体可以由任何方法或技术来实现信息存储。信息可以是计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序的模块或其他数据。计算机的存储介质的例子包括,但不限于相变内存(PRAM)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、其他类型的随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存 储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、快闪记忆体或其他内存技术、只读光盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能光盘(DVD)或其他光学存储、磁盒式磁带,磁带磁磁盘存储或其他磁性存储设备或任何其他非传输介质,可用于存储可以被计算设备访问的信息。按照本文中的界定,计算机可读介质不包括暂存电脑可读媒体(transitorymedia),如调制的数据信号和载波。
还需要说明的是,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、商品或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。

Claims (36)

  1. 一种即时通讯应用的群消息提示方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收到服务器推送的群消息;
    判断所述群消息是否与当前登录用户在即时通讯应用中的特别关注对象相关;其中,所述当前登录用户与所述特别关注对象在预设关系维度下存在第一关联关系,所述第一关联关系区别于所述当前登录用户与其他对象在所述预设关系维度下的第二关联关系;
    当判断结果为相关时,通过第一提示方式对所述群消息进行接收提示,所述第一提示方式区别于对与所述特别关注对象无关的群消息采用的第二提示方式。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设关系维度包括以下至少之一:
    所述当前登录用户所属团体的成员架构、所述当前登录用户对各个对象的关注程度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,
    当所述预设关系维度为所述成员架构时,所述特别关注对象为所述团体中的成员,且所述特别关注对象与所述当前登录用户之间的关联关系符合以下描述中至少之一:
    所述特别关注对象在所述成员架构中的职位等级高于所述当前登录用户;
    所述特别关注对象的工作内容与所述当前登录用户的工作内容一致;
    所述特别关注对象的工作内容协同于所述当前登录用户的工作内容。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述群消息是否与当前登录用户在所述即时通讯应用中的特别关注对象相关,包括:
    判断所述群消息的发送方用户是否为所述特别关注对象。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,
    当所述预设关系维度为所述关注程度时,所述特别关注对象为所述关注程度达到预设关注程度的对象。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述群消息是否与当前登录用户在所述即时通讯应用中的特别关注对象相关,包括:
    判断所述群消息的内容中是否包含与所述特别关注对象相关的关键词。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述特别关注对象由所述当前登录用户的下述信息中至少之一确定得到:
    工作内容、历史行为数据。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在所述即时通讯应用的消息提示页面中,对与所述特别关注对象相关的群消息进行置顶。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    当所述群消息的展示页面被触发时,若存在与所述特别关注对象相关的未读群消息,则对所述未读群消息进行展示。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对与所述特别关注对象相关的未读群消息进行展示,包括:
    提取所有与所述特别关注对象相关的未读群消息,并集中进行展示;
    或者,将所述展示页面翻动至与所述特别关注对象相关的未读群消息处。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    获取所述当前登录用户在预设关系维度下与所有对象之间的关联关系;
    确定所述特别关注对象;其中,所述特别关注对象与所述当前登录用户之间的关联关系为所述第一关联关系,其他对象与所述当前登录用户之间的关联关系为所述第二关联关系。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收服务器推送的所述当前登录用户的特别关注对象,所述特别关注对象由所述服务器根据所述当前登录用户在预设关系维度下与所有对象之间的关联关系确定出。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述即时通讯应用为企业即时通讯应用。
  14. 一种即时通讯应用的群消息提示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,接收到服务器推送的群消息;
    判断单元,判断所述群消息是否与当前登录用户在即时通讯应用中的特别关注对象相关;其中,所述当前登录用户与所述特别关注对象在预设关系维度下存在第一关联关系,所述第一关联关系区别于所述当前登录用户与其他对象在所述预设关系维度下的第二关联关系;
    提示单元,当判断结果为相关时,通过第一提示方式对所述群消息进行接收提示,所述第一提示方式区别于对与所述特别关注对象无关的群消息采用的第二提示方式。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述预设关系维度包括以下至少 之一:
    所述当前登录用户所属团体的成员架构、所述当前登录用户对各个对象的关注程度。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,
    当所述预设关系维度为所述成员架构时,所述特别关注对象为所述团体中的成员,且所述特别关注对象与所述当前登录用户之间的关联关系符合以下描述中至少之一:
    所述特别关注对象在所述成员架构中的职位等级高于所述当前登录用户;
    所述特别关注对象的工作内容与所述当前登录用户的工作内容一致;
    所述特别关注对象的工作内容协同于所述当前登录用户的工作内容。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述判断单元具体用于:
    判断所述群消息的发送方用户是否为所述特别关注对象。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,
    当所述预设关系维度为所述关注程度时,所述特别关注对象为所述关注程度达到预设关注程度的对象。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述判断单元具体用于:
    判断所述群消息的内容中是否包含与所述特别关注对象相关的关键词。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述特别关注对象由所述当前登录用户的下述信息中至少之一确定得到:
    工作内容、历史行为数据。
  21. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    置顶单元,在所述即时通讯应用的消息提示页面中,对与所述特别关注对象相关的群消息进行置顶。
  22. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    展示单元,当所述群消息的展示页面被触发时,若存在与所述特别关注对象相关的未读群消息,则对所述未读群消息进行展示。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的装置,其特征在于,所述展示单元具体用于:
    提取所有与所述特别关注对象相关的未读群消息,并集中进行展示;
    或者,将所述展示页面翻动至与所述特别关注对象相关的未读群消息处。
  24. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    获取单元,获取所述当前登录用户在预设关系维度下与所有对象之间的关联关系;
    确定单元,确定所述特别关注对象;其中,所述特别关注对象与所述当前登录用户之间的关联关系为所述第一关联关系,其他对象与所述当前登录用户之间的关联关系为所述第二关联关系。
  25. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    对象接收单元,接收服务器推送的所述当前登录用户的特别关注对象,所述特别关注对象由所述服务器根据所述当前登录用户在预设关系维度下与所有对象之间的关联关系确定出。
  26. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述即时通讯应用为企业即时通讯应用。
  27. 一种即时通讯应用的消息提示方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收到服务器推送的通信消息,所述通信消息由预关联用户发出,且所述通信消息存在多个接收方用户;
    判断所述通信消息是否与当前登录用户在即时通讯应用中的特别关注对象相关;其中,所述当前登录用户与所述特别关注对象在预设关系维度下存在第一关联关系,所述第一关联关系区别于所述当前登录用户与其他对象在所述预设关系维度下的第二关联关系;
    当判断结果为相关时,通过第一提示方式对所述通信消息进行接收提示,所述第一提示方式区别于对与所述特别关注对象无关的通信消息采用的第二提示方式。
  28. 一种即时通讯应用的消息提示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,接收到服务器推送的通信消息,所述通信消息由预关联用户发出,且所述通信消息存在多个接收方用户;
    判断单元,判断所述通信消息是否与当前登录用户在即时通讯应用中的特别关注对象相关;其中,所述当前登录用户与所述特别关注对象在预设关系维度下存在第一关联关系,所述第一关联关系区别于所述当前登录用户与其他对象在所述预设关系维度下的第二关联关系;
    提示单元,当判断结果为相关时,通过第一提示方式对所述通信消息进行接收提示,所述第一提示方式区别于对与所述特别关注对象无关的通信消息采用的第二提示方式。
  29. 一种即时通讯应用的消息提示方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收到服务器推送的通知消息,所述通知消息与当前登录用户在即时通讯应用中的特别关注对象已执行的预设操作相关;其中,所述当前登录用户与所述特别关注对象在 预设关系维度下存在第一关联关系,所述第一关联关系区别于所述当前登录用户与其他对象在所述预设关系维度下的第二关联关系;
    通过第一提示方式对所述通知消息进行接收提示,所述第一提示方式区别于对与所述特别关注对象无关的群消息采用的第二提示方式。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通过第一提示方式对所述通知消息进行接收提示,包括:
    将所述通知消息作为以所述特别关注对象为发送方的即时通讯消息,对所述通知消息进行接收提示,并在所述通知消息的关联展示区域内示出以下至少之一:特别关注标识、操作类型标识。
  31. 根据权利要求29所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述预设操作的操作对象包括:与所述即时通讯应用相关联的邮箱系统或共享云盘空间;
    所述预设操作包括:通过所述邮箱系统向当前登录用户发送邮件,或者针对所述共享云盘空间的文件更新操作;
    所述通知消息包括:所述邮件的内容,或者所述共享云盘空间中的被更新文件的信息。
  32. 根据权利要求29所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在所述接收提示被响应后,在所述特别关注对象对应的消息接收窗口展示所述通知消息的内容;
    根据所述通知消息包含的内容类型,示出针对所述内容类型的功能图标;
    根据被选中的功能图标,在所述消息接收窗口内执行针对所述预设操作的响应操作。
  33. 一种即时通讯应用的消息提示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,接收到服务器推送的通知消息,所述通知消息与当前登录用户在即时通讯应用中的特别关注对象已执行的预设操作相关;其中,所述当前登录用户与所述特别关注对象在预设关系维度下存在第一关联关系,所述第一关联关系区别于所述当前登录用户与其他对象在所述预设关系维度下的第二关联关系;
    提示单元,通过第一提示方式对所述通知消息进行接收提示,所述第一提示方式区别于对与所述特别关注对象无关的群消息采用的第二提示方式。
  34. 根据权利要求33所述的装置,其特征在于,所述提示单元具体用于:
    将所述通知消息作为以所述特别关注对象为发送方的即时通讯消息,对所述通知消息进行接收提示,并在所述通知消息的关联展示区域内示出以下至少之一:特别关注标识、操作类型标识。
  35. 根据权利要求33所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述预设操作的操作对象包括:与所述即时通讯应用相关联的邮箱系统或共享云盘空间;
    所述预设操作包括:通过所述邮箱系统向当前登录用户发送邮件,或者针对所述共享云盘空间的文件更新操作;
    所述通知消息包括:所述邮件的内容,或者所述共享云盘空间中的被更新文件的信息。
  36. 根据权利要求33所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    展示单元,在所述接收提示被响应后,在所述特别关注对象对应的消息接收窗口展示所述通知消息的内容,并根据所述通知消息包含的内容类型,在所述通知消息的内容展示区域示出针对所述内容类型的功能图标;
    响应单元,根据被选中的功能图标,在所述消息接收窗口内执行针对所述预设操作的响应操作。
