, 吸吮部通过过渡部与基部连接。 本专利奶嘴为了提供柔软的口感而选用了柔 软性比较好的材料制作吸吮部和过渡部, 同吋为了使该奶嘴在使用中不易损坏 , 而增加了基部的壁厚, 使基部的壁厚大于吸吮部和过渡部的壁厚。 这样将导 致生产该种奶嘴吋, 增加材料的使用量。
[0006] 不管上述由单一硬度的单一材料制成的奶嘴, 还是由两种不同硬度的两种材料 制成的奶嘴, 其制成后的奶嘴均为一体结构, 不可拆卸, 因此, 除了上述描述 的各自的不足之处外, 该两种方式制成的奶嘴还有其共有不足之处, 即是吮吸 部与基部、 过渡部均为一体结构, 不可拆卸, 即吮吸部与基部、 过渡部不可互 换, 当吮吸部使用一段吋间损坏后, 整个奶嘴均与丢掉, 更换新的奶嘴, 造成 资源的浪费。

[0047] 如图 8至图 12所示, 为了使上述几种实施例中所述第一连接部与第二连接部的 过盈紧配合连接, 除了上述几种实施例中所述 L形防拉伸件 13内嵌于 L形连接部 内部, 即 L形防拉伸件 13的表面均包覆有软胶制成的 L形连接部, 以及所述水平 防拉伸件 24内嵌于水平连接部 23内部, 即水平防拉伸件 24的表面均包覆有硬胶 制成的水平连接部 23的设置与相互配合外, 还可以有其它结构设置进行替代。 如所述 L形防拉伸件 13除上述内嵌于 L形连接部内部的位置设置外, 所述 L形防拉 伸件 13还可以设于 L形连接部中空侧外部, 即 L形防拉伸件 13位于 L形连接部的中 空侧, L形防拉伸件 13位于中空侧的表面裸露在中空侧, L形防拉伸件 13的其它 表面均包覆有软胶制成的 L形连接部; 或者所述 L形防拉伸件 13设于 L形连接部与 水平连接部 23的 L形连接侧外部, 即 L形防拉伸件 13位于 L形连接部与水平连接部 23L形连接侧, 且 L形防拉伸件 13外表面与水平连接部 23接触, 其它表面均包覆 有软胶制成的 L形连接部, 在所述 L形防拉伸件 13设于 L形连接部中空侧外部; 或 者所述 L形防拉伸件 13设于 L形连接部与水平连接部 23连接侧外部吋, 所述 L形防 拉伸件 13的外表面均与 L形连接部相应的外表面呈齐平设置, 一方面保证奶嘴外 形美观, 另一方面便于加工和制作。 如所述水平防拉伸件 24除上述内嵌于水平 连接部 23内部外, 所述水平防拉伸件 24还可以设于水平连接部 23下部中间, 即 水平防拉伸件 24位于水平连接部 23与 L形连接部的底部 L边连接侧, 水平防拉伸 件 24的下表面与 L形连接部的 L边接触, 水平防拉伸件 24的其它表面均包覆有硬 胶制成的水平连接部 23; 或者所述水平防拉伸件 24设于水平连接部 23下部内侧 , 即水平防拉伸件 24位于水平连接部 23与 L形连接部的 L形连接侧, 且水平防拉 伸件 24外表面与水平连接部 23接触, 其它表面均包覆有硬胶制成的水平连接部 2 3, 在所述水平防拉伸件 24设于水平连接部 23下部内侧吋, 所述水平防拉伸件 24 的内侧表面与下表面均与水平连接部 23相应的外表面呈齐平设置, 一方面保证 奶嘴外形美观, 另一方面便于加工和制作。 上述 L形连接部上由 L形防拉伸件 13 几种不同位置及结构设置分别形成的不同结构状态的第一连接部 12以及水平连 接部上水平防拉伸件 24几种不同位置及结构设置分别形成的不同结构状态的第 二连接部 23, 可在确保 L形连接部与水平连接部的轴向接触面形成有软胶密封件 的情况下进行自由组合, 以实现本实用新型的目的。

权利要求书
一种分体结构奶嘴, 包括用于供婴幼儿吮吸的吮吸部和用于支撑吮吸 部并与螺牙盖固定的固定部, 所述吮吸部采用软胶制成, 所述固定部 采用硬胶制成, 其特征在于: 所述吮吸部和固定部为分体可拆卸连接 结构, 所述吮吸部的上部为吮吸奶头, 所述吮吸部的底部为用于与固 定部连接的第一连接部, 所述固定部的顶部为用于与第一连接部过盈 紧配合的第二连接部, 所述固定部的中部为用于支撑吮吸部的支撑部 , 所述固定部的下部为用于固定在螺牙盖上的卡接部。
根据权利要求 1所述的分体结构奶嘴, 其特征在于: 所述第一连接部 包括连接主体, 所述连接主体的底部为向外弯折的第一弯折部, 所述 第一弯折部与连接主体形成截面为水平放置的 L形连接部, 所述 L形 连接部上设有与 L形连接部形状相吻合的 L形防拉伸件,
所述第二连接部为与第一弯折部相配合的环状的水平连接部, 所述水 平连接部上设有与水平连接部形状相吻合的水平防拉伸件, 所述水平 防拉伸件与 L形防拉伸件的竖向边之间留有软胶形成软胶密封件, 所 述水平连接部伸入 L形连接部上的 L形连接槽内与 L形连接部形成密封 紧配合。
根据权利要求 2所述的分体结构奶嘴, 其特征在于: 所述 L形防拉伸 件内嵌于 L形连接部内部; 或者所述 L形防拉伸件设于 L形连接部中空 侧外部; 或者所述 L形防拉伸件设于 L形连接部与水平连接部连接侧 外部。
根据权利要求 3所述的分体结构奶嘴, 其特征在于: 在所述 L形防拉 伸件设于 L形连接部中空侧外部或者所述 L形防拉伸件设于 L形连接部 与水平连接部连接侧外部吋, 所述 L形防拉伸件的外表面均与 L形连 接部相应的外表面呈齐平设置。
根据权利要求 2所述的分体结构奶嘴, 其特征在于: 所述水平防拉伸 件内嵌于水平连接部内部; 或者所述水平防拉伸件设于水平连接部下 [权利要求 6] 根据权利要求 5所述的分体结构奶嘴, 其特征在于: 在所述水平防拉 伸件设于水平连接部下部内侧吋, 所述水平防位伸件的内侧表面与下 表面均与水平连接部相应的外表面呈齐平设置。

: 所述 L形连接部中连接主体的顶部外侧设有向外弯折、 用于防止第 二连接部向上移出的第二弯折部。

: 所述 L形防拉伸件和水平防拉伸件均采用硬质塑料或者金属制成。
[权利要求 9] 根据权利要求 1所述的分体结构奶嘴, 其特征在于: 所述软胶为乳胶
、 硅胶或者热塑性橡胶中的一种或几种, 所述软胶的硬度为 10〜39.5 度。
[权利要求 10] 根据权利要求 1所述的分体结构奶嘴, 其特征在于: 所述硬胶为乳胶 、 硅胶或者热塑性橡胶中的一种或几种, 所述硬胶的硬度为 40〜90度
[权利要求 11] 根据权利要求 1所述的分体结构奶嘴, 其特征在于: 所述吮吸奶头的 中部截面尺寸小于吮吸奶头的上部和下部截面尺寸, 使吮吸奶头形成 倒扣式吮吸奶头。
