Abstract

一种吸奶器及其三通部件(1),该三通部件(1)仅有一个负压输入接口;三通部件上设置的吸奶罩和奶液流出端均与三通本体一体化;所述的奶液流出端为V形单向阀;整个三通部件由柔性材料制成,该三通部件的两端横截面厚度比中间区域横截面厚,所述的柔性材料为食品级硅橡胶。与现有技术相比,该三通部件(1)能减少负压在传输过程中的损耗;清洗、拆装非常方便;同时,因为采用单一的通道,保证奶水的纯净性;改善了吸奶器的卫生条件,也简化了消毒的流程。

Description

一种三通部件及带有这种三通部件的吸奶器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种母婴用品,尤其是一种吸奶器及其部件。
背景技术
现有技术中,吸奶器作为一种母婴用品,分为电动吸奶器和手动吸奶器。吸奶器一般由一个贴合女性乳房的吸乳罩、一个用于收集乳汁的奶瓶、一个负压产生装置和连接这三者的三通部件组成。一般三通部件包括吸奶罩接口、气缸接口及奶瓶连接口等三个接口。所述的吸奶罩接口安装有喇叭状的吸奶罩;气缸接口上安装有气缸上盖,所述的气缸接口内表面附有气缸硅胶;奶瓶连接口连接有奶瓶。
现有技术的三通部件存在以下缺陷:1、三通部件只作为连接作用,不具备其他作用;2、连接部位较多,如果装配不当,很容易漏气,从而影响到吸奶效果。衡量吸奶器的优劣,最主要的参数就是负压吸力的大小,现有技术中,提高负压吸力大小的办法始终围绕着源头——负压产生装置;却忽视负压的传输过程中的耗损。3、清洗困难,拆装不方便;4、吸奶过程中,奶水所接触地方材质有各种材料,不能保证奶水纯净性。
发明内容

本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种三通部件及带有这种三通部件(1)的吸奶器。与现有技术相比,该三通部件(1)能减少负压在传输过程中的损耗,从而提高吸奶器的吸力;清洗、拆装非常方便;同时,因为采用单一的通道,保证奶水的纯净性;改善了吸奶器的卫生条件,也简化了消毒的流程。
为了实现以上目的,采取以下具体技术方案:
第一种技术方案:

该三通部件(1)打破传统三通部件(1)采用塑料或其他硬性材料,而是整体采用食品级硅橡胶,能够有效压缩负压通道的空间,简化零件装配环节,减少负压在传输过程中的损耗,从而提高作用在人体乳房的吸力;非常方便清洗、拆装;同时,改善了吸奶通道的卫生条件,保证奶水的纯净性。

三通部件(1)有一个与人体乳房贴合的喇叭状的吸乳端部,三通部件(1)的厚度分布存在差异,中间区域比其他部位薄。这样,三通部件(1)的吸乳端部在负压作用下,吸乳端部的中间区域容易发生形变;由于三通部件(1)是柔性材料,所以三通部件(1)容易嵌装在支撑架(2)内。为了使清洗和装配便捷,支撑架(2)与三通转接件(3)装配,三通转接件(3)下部有内螺纹,可与奶瓶(4)连接。三通部件(1)的负压输入端设有气囊(5),并盖上气囊盖(6),通过气囊盖(6)上的直通接头(7)与负压源连接。
吸奶过程中,奶水所接触地方材质均为食品级硅橡胶,最大限度保证奶水纯净性。吸奶时能起到吮吸按摩、挤压乳晕、刺激泌乳的作用。吸乳罩与阀座一体成型,拆装更加方便。

通过主机振膜泵输出负压,将负压接入三通吸取器。负压作用于三通吸取器内的三通部件(1)上,使三通部件(1)产生吮吸按摩、挤压乳晕、刺激泌乳和吸乳的作用。接着通过主机内的电磁阀释放负压,使三通部件(1)所吸奶水由三通部件(1)的阀座排到奶瓶(4)当中。通过如此不间断的动作循环,完成整个催奶和吸奶过程。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种三通部件,其特征在于,该三通部件仅有一个负压输入接口;三通部件上设置的吸奶罩和奶液流出端均与三通本体一体化;所述的奶液流出端为V形单向阀;整个三通部件由柔性材料制成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种三通部件,其特征在于,所述三通部件的两端横截面厚度比中间区域横截面厚;具体地,区域一和区域三的横截面厚度比区域二和区域四的横截面厚度要大。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种三通部件,其特征在于,所述的柔性材料为食品级硅橡胶。
  4. 一种吸奶器,包括有负压泵和奶瓶,其特征在于,还包括有与负压泵、奶瓶连接的权利要求1的三通部件。
  5. 据权利要求4所述的一种吸奶器,所述的三通部件嵌装在支撑架内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种吸奶器,其特征在于,所述的支撑架与三通转接件相连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种吸奶器,其特征在于,所述三通转接件与奶瓶相连接。
