本申请涉及机房建设领域,尤其涉及一种安装支架及机房。
传统机房(又称数据中心)在建设时,需要先设置服务器设备,在服务器设备设置后,进行布线、冷却系统的设置,最后构建框架,安装门窗等;其存在建设周期长等问题,满足不了客户应用需求。
因此,如何提供一种可以快速建设的机房技术,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种安装支架及机房,以解决现有机房建设速度慢的问题。
本申请提供了一种安装支架,其包括主框架,主框架由横梁及固定横梁的多个框架相互配合形成;还包括多个用于放置服务器设备的服务器机柜,服务器机柜固定于主框架的框架之间。
进一步的,服务器机柜平行、对称、呈列式地固定于主框架的框架之间。
进一步的,服务器机柜的前门和后门都为高开孔率通风门。
进一步的,还包括:设置于服务器机柜相邻列之间的行间空调,行间空调的出风口与高开孔率通风门相对。

图1为本申请的第一实施例提供的安装支架的示意图,由图1可知,在本实施例中,本申请提供的安装支架包括:主框架1,主框架1由横梁1-11及固定横梁的多个框架1-12相互配合形成。安装支架还包括,多个用于放置服务器设备的服务器机柜(图1未示出),服务器机柜固定于主框架1的框架1-12之间。

第二实施例
现结合图2-图6及具体应用场景对本申请做进一步的诠释说明,在本实施例中,以服务器机柜为2排为例进行说明。
由图2至图6可知,完全组装之后的安装支架包括:主框架1、服务器机柜2、通道门3、顶窗5、通道走线及照明安装梁5、高压直流柜6、冷冻水分配单元7、电池柜8、交换机框9、行间空调10、管道11、配电柜12、弱电走线架13、强电走线架14、光纤走线架15和管控柜16。其中,服务器机柜2共两排,面对面或背靠背地放置,服务器机柜2的数量可以根据实际需求进行配置。
其中行间空调10分别放置在两排服务器机柜2中间,共六台,位于机柜之间,实际位置可根据机柜配置数量进行调整。
其中配电柜12共一台,安装在整个通道左侧列头。
其中管控柜16共一台,安装在整个通道右侧列头。
其中高压直流柜6共一台,安装在通道右侧紧靠配电柜12的位置。
其中冷冻水分配单元7共一台,安装于整个右侧另一排机柜列尾。
其中电池柜8共两台,一台安装在高压直流柜6旁边的位置,一台安装在对面列管控柜的位置。
其中弱电走线架13分别位于通道两侧的柜体外侧,并在列尾通过一条跨列走线架进行连接。
其中光纤走线架15安装于弱电走线架上,两侧各一条,无需连接。
其中强电走线架14分别位于通道两侧的柜体内侧,并在列头通过一条跨列走线架进行连接。
在使用中,主框架、通道门和顶窗对两列机柜形式的通道进行了封闭,使得位于其中的冷气流或热气流不会外溢,确保气流形式单一循环,避免气流损失。主框架内高2500mm,可以适应于≤2500mm高规格的所有机柜安装,当机柜高度低于2500mm时,在机柜和框架横梁之间安装挡板用于封闭。
其中,主框架1由框架1-12根据实际需求数量分布例如通过膨胀螺栓或化学锚栓等手段安装在地面,并通过横梁1-11进行固定连接,位于最右侧的框架在安装完毕后需要分别安装列头盖板1-13进行封闭;其中,档条1-14安装于通道内侧、框架之间,用于在服务器机柜的柜体安装时定位。
安装支架包含基础构件如主框架1、服务器机柜2、通道门3、顶窗5、通道走线及照
明安装梁5、高压直流柜6、冷冻水分配单元7、电池柜8、交换机框9、行间空调10、管道11、配电柜12、弱电走线架13、强电走线架14、光纤走线架15、管控柜16,还包含其他必要的设施,如LED灯、声光报警器、门禁等等。以上设备构成了本申请提供的基础设施架构,为服务器设备产品提供必要的配电、制冷、照明、布线等。
将上述安装支架进行功能分类,其包括:
1、结构封闭子系统;
包含模块框架、通道门、顶窗。
2、机柜子系统;
包含两排服务器机柜,两排机柜面对面地放置,中间形成冷通道或热通道。机柜包括均为高开孔率通风门的前后门。机柜的数量可根据实际业务负载来确定。
3、冷却子系统;
包含六台宽300mm、深1200mm的行间空调。该空调间隔地安装在服务器机柜之间;包含一台宽600mm、深1200mm的用于给行间空调分配冷冻水的冷冻水分配单元以及它们之间的管路系统,其中冷冻水分配单元安装于通道右侧列尾。
4、电气子系统;
包含一台配电柜,深300mm、宽1200mm,安装于整个模块化数据中心通道左侧,作为列头配电柜;一台高压直流柜,宽600mm、深1200mm,用于给模块提供高压直流电,安装于两排机柜左侧,配电柜之后;两台电池柜,宽600mm、深1200mm,用于给设备提供备用电源,分别安装于冷通道两侧高压直流柜之后及管控柜之后。
5、管控子系统;
包含一台管控柜,内部包含管控相关软硬件,该管控柜尺寸为深300mm、宽1200mm,位于通道右侧列头。
6、布线子系统;
包含强电走线架、弱电走线架及光纤走线架;
与现有技术相比较,采用框架式、全解耦设计,模块基础架构和功能单元(柜体)分离,各功能单元可以在整体工程完毕后安装、拆卸及替换。
整个模块供电系统采用高压直流加交流双路供电,制冷则采用带冷冻水分配单元的水冷列间冷却模式。
整个模块包含一台配电柜、一台高压直流柜、两台电池柜、六台行间空调、一台冷冻水分配单元作为该模块的基础设施的基本配置。
其模块化架构可以实现数据中心的快速搭建,且内部包含冷却、配电、布线等模块,可以适应大、中、小型数据中心快速部署。
本申请提供的安装支架在进行搭建时,包括以下步骤:
第一步、进行主框架的安装,首先把框架按照预先的布局对地进行安装,通过膨胀螺栓固定在地面;然后通过横梁连接所有框架,之后在通道内侧,框架之间安装档条;最后
完成列头盖板的安装;
第二步、进行配电、制冷柜体的安装,首先安装配电柜、管控柜;其次安装行间空调、冷冻水分配单元以及连接之间的管路;
第三步、进行照明、布线系统的安装,首先安装通道走线及照明安装梁;其次安装弱电走线架、强电走线架、光纤走线架;最后在通道走线及照明安装梁上安装灯管。
第四步、根据实际需求进行服务器机柜的安装,服务器机柜在安装时,仅需要推入机柜位、连接强弱电即可,无需和其他设备进行固定;当需要维护或整机柜替换时,断开强弱电,拉出机柜进行替换即可;而当一开始业务未达到实际需求,服务器设备较少时,则通过挡板封闭相应机柜位即可。
本实施例提供的模块化数据中心/机房的模式就是一种可以同时满足快速部署和高效冷却效率的数据中心形式。它通过模块化的拼装形式,通过现场模块拼装可以快速实现各种规模数据中心的搭建。它通过冷、热通道分别封闭或全部封闭的形式,避免了回流现象,提升了冷却效率。
综上可知,通过本申请的实施,至少存在以下有益效果:
本申请提供了一种安装支架,其包括用于放置服务器设备的服务器机柜,在使用时,可以先完成安装支架的安装,然后将服务器设备放置在服务器机柜内即可完成机房的建设,速度快。

- 如权利要求11所述的安装支架,其特征在于,所述供电装置包括:高压直流柜和/或电池柜。
- 一种机房,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至12任一项所述的安装支架以及服务器设备,所述服务器设备放置于所述安装支架的服务器机柜内。
