Le système de maison intelligente commandé par téléphone portable ayant la fonction de surveillance peut commander la maison intelligente par l'intermédiaire d'un téléphone portable, ce qui permet de résoudre un problème de commande de la maison intelligente exclusivement par télécommande. De plus, l'invention permet à un utilisateur de vérifier et de gérer des appareils domestiques par l'intermédiaire d'un téléphone portable à tout moment et n'importe où, ce qui permet de commander et de gérer les appareils domestiques de manière pratique, d'améliorer le style de vie de l'utilisateur et la sécurité domestique.
