在本发明的一个实施例中,所述洗涤桶的周壁上设有漏水孔、用于定位所述桶底的桶底定位孔和用于安装所述桶底的桶底安装孔,所述桶底安装孔和所述桶底定位孔位于所述漏水孔下面且由所述桶底配合在所述洗涤桶内的部分遮盖。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述漏水孔的数量在24个到40个之间。
进一步地,所述漏水孔的数量较佳为28个。
在本发明的一个实施例中,所述洗涤桶组件还包括桶底。
进一步地,所述洗涤桶的壁上设有模具上定位孔和模具下定位孔,所述模具上定位孔位于洗涤桶的中部区域上面,所述模具下定位孔位于洗涤桶的中部区域的下面,所述模具上定位孔由盖板遮盖,且所述模具下定位孔由所述桶底遮盖。

在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

下面参照附图详细描述本发明实施例的洗衣机100。
结合图1至图6,根据本发明实施例的洗衣机100,包括:机壳1、盛水桶2、洗涤桶组件3和平衡圈4。
具体而言,盛水桶2设在机壳1内,洗涤桶组件3设在盛水桶2内,洗涤桶组件3包括洗涤桶31。洗涤桶31上设有连通洗涤桶组件3内部和洗涤桶组件3外部用于排出洗涤桶组件3内的水的脱水孔101,脱水孔101设在洗涤桶21的周壁上并靠近平衡圈4处;平衡圈4安装在洗涤桶组件3的上端。在洗衣机100脱水过程中,洗涤桶组件3的高速旋转产生离心力,将洗涤桶组件3内的水以及衣物等内的水分由脱水孔101排出。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机100,相对于传统技术而言,在洗涤桶31的周壁上并靠近平衡圈4处设置有脱水孔101,脱水过程中,洗涤桶31的高速旋转会将洗涤桶31内的水经由脱水孔101排出洗涤桶组件3,从而完成脱水过程。
另外,由于洗涤桶组件3内的水可以通过脱水孔101排出洗涤桶组件3,因此,洗涤桶31上无需设置或减少设置过水孔,则注入到洗涤桶组件3内的水中的绝大部分均可以用于洗涤衣物。换言之,在洗涤时洗涤桶31内的水位比盛水桶2的水位高,起到动态节水的效果。
因此,本申请的洗衣机100在保持了传统的洗衣机脱水功能以外,还减少了洗衣机100的用水量,起到了动态节水的目的。
参照图5、在本发明的一些实施例中,洗涤桶组件3安装了平衡圈4后,从内查看,洗 涤桶31内部可视区域无孔。
也就是说,即使洗涤桶31上安装平衡圈4的位置具有孔状结构(包括脱水孔101),在安装完成平衡圈4后,这些孔状结构也将被遮盖,另外,由于洗涤桶31的其它位置无孔或由其它部件遮盖,因此,在从内查看时,洗涤桶31内部可视区域为无孔。
例如,洗涤桶31包括平衡圈安装孔,平衡圈安装孔用于安装平衡圈。在安装平衡圈4后,洗涤桶31上的平衡圈安装孔被遮盖。另外,平衡圈4可以通过螺钉连接、铆接、焊接以及过盈配合等方式安装到洗涤桶31上。
参照图2和图3,在本发明的一些实施例中,洗涤桶组件3包括回水盖板5和喷瀑盖板6中至少一种盖板。从而进一步地方便洗衣机的使用。
另外,洗涤桶31还包括回水盖板安装孔和喷瀑盖板安装孔中至少一种盖板安装孔107,其中,回水盖板安装孔用于安装回水盖板5,所述喷瀑盖板安装孔用于安装喷瀑盖板6。
具体而言,在需要在洗涤桶31上安装回水盖板时,可以在洗涤桶31上设置回水盖板安装孔,回水盖板安装孔用于安装回水盖板;在需要在洗涤桶31上安装喷瀑盖板时,可以在洗涤桶31上设置喷瀑盖板安装孔,喷瀑盖板安装孔用于安装喷瀑盖板;在需要在洗涤桶31上安装回水盖板和喷瀑盖板时,可以在洗涤桶31上设置回水盖板安装孔和喷瀑盖板安装孔,回水盖板安装孔用于安装回水盖板,喷瀑盖板安装孔用于安装喷瀑盖板。另外,在安装完所述盖板(回水盖板5和喷瀑盖板6中至少一种盖板)后,用于安装所述盖板的安装孔被遮盖。总之,在洗涤桶组件安装好后,从内查看,所述洗涤桶内部可视区域为无孔。
换言之,洗涤桶31上设有回水盖板和喷瀑盖板中至少一种盖板,洗涤桶31的壁上形成有盖板安装孔107,所述至少一种盖板安装在洗涤桶31的周壁上。具体而言,在洗涤桶31上设有回水盖板5时,回水盖板5安装在洗涤桶31的外壁上,而且在回水盖板5安装好后,用于安装回水盖板的孔被遮盖;在洗涤桶31上设有喷瀑盖板6时,喷瀑盖板6安装在洗涤桶31的外壁上,而且在喷瀑盖板6安装好后,用于安装喷瀑盖板6的孔被遮盖。总之,在洗涤桶组件安装好后,从内查看,所述洗涤桶内部可视区域为无孔。
另外,本发明的回水盖板和喷瀑盖板中的任一个均可以通过铆接、焊接安装到洗涤桶31上或者与洗涤桶31一起成型。
如图4所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,洗涤桶组件3还包括桶底32,桶底32安装在洗涤桶31的底部。
另外,参照图5,洗涤桶31包括桶底安装孔106,桶底安装孔106用于安装桶底32的。在安装完桶底32后,洗涤桶31上的桶底安装孔106被遮盖。因此,在洗涤桶31上安装了桶底32后,由内查看,无法查看到桶底安装孔106。总之,在洗涤桶组件安装好后,从内查看,所述洗涤桶内部可视区域为无孔。
进一步地,桶底32可以为塑料或钢板等材料制成,洗涤桶31也可以为钢板等材料制成,对于桶底32选用材料的不同以及洗涤桶31选用材料的不同,可以通过铆接、螺钉连接、焊接等方式将桶底32安装到洗涤桶31上,或者将桶底32与洗涤桶31设置成一起成型。本领域技术人员可以选择。
参照图2、图3以及图5,在本发明的一些实施例中,在洗涤桶31的内壁上设有花纹区域311,在花纹区域311未有排水孔设置。在洗衣机100清洗衣物的过程中,花纹区域311将会促进衣物的摩擦,从而提高清洁衣物的效果。另外,相对于传统技术而言,本发明中洗涤桶的花纹区域311是没有排水孔的,所以在洗涤时,洗涤桶31水位比盛水桶2的水位高,起到动态节水的效果。
另外,在本发明的而一些示例中,洗涤桶31的内壁上的花纹区域311的花纹,从内查看,为由内外凸的钻石六边形结构。进一步地加强洗涤效果,而且还使洗涤桶组件3的外形美观。
其中,参照图5,花纹区域311可以具有多个花纹,多个花纹排列在一起形成所述的花纹区域311,每个花纹均可以呈由内外凸的钻石六边形结构,且多个花纹排列形成的花纹区域311可以为矩形,另外,洗涤桶31上可以设置多个花纹区域311。当然,本发明对花纹的形状和数量均未作限制,多个花纹可以为形状相同或不同的适于提高洗涤效果的形状。对花纹区域311的大小和形状也未作限制,本领域技术人员可以根据生产和使用的实际进行选择。
进一步地,参照图5,在每个六边形结构内无排水孔设置。相对于传统在六边形结构内设置排水孔的方案而言,本发明没有设置排水孔,可以避免或减少洗涤过程中水从洗涤桶组件3内排出,实现“一桶洗”的方式,因此,节水环保。
如图5所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,洗涤桶31的壁上具有用于排出洗涤桶31内的水的漏水孔104。漏水孔104可以提高洗衣机100的脱水效果。
因此,在洗衣机脱水过程中,可以通过漏水孔104将洗涤桶1内的水排出,以改善脱水效果。本发明的漏水孔104的数量适当,在洗衣机脱水时是可以使洗涤桶1内的一部分水通过漏水孔104排出,以此来改善脱水脱不干的问题。
优选地,参照图5,洗涤桶31的下边设有加强筋313,漏水孔设在加强筋的下侧。
其中加强筋可以为沿洗涤桶31的周向延伸的环形形状,该加强筋可以为朝洗涤桶31外突出或向洗涤桶31内凹陷的形状。另外,该加强筋也可以为板状、块状等形式。在本发明的一个具体示例中,加强筋为邻近洗涤桶31的下沿设置,且加强筋为沿洗涤桶31的周向延伸的环形形状,且洗涤桶31的周壁的一部分向内凹陷形成所述加强筋。
优选地,漏水孔104为多个,具体而言,漏水孔104的数量在24个到40个之间。当 然,可以根据实际使用情况选择漏水孔104的数量和尺寸,例如设置15个、20个、25个、30个、45个等数量的漏水孔104,较佳为28个。漏水孔的开口尺寸可以与传统洗涤桶内花纹区域的脱水孔大小相当。参照图5,在本发明的一些实施例中,漏水孔104设在洗涤桶31的下边。另外,漏水孔104可以为多个。
进一步地,在桶底32安装到洗涤桶31后,从内查看,漏水孔104被桶底32遮盖。
优选地,在本发明的一个具体示例中,漏水孔104设在洗涤桶31的周壁上,用于连通洗涤桶31内部与洗涤桶31外部,漏水孔104邻近洗涤桶31的下端,洗涤桶31上的漏水孔104由桶底32配合在洗涤桶31内的部分遮盖。在桶底32装配完成后,洗涤桶31的可视区域内不会查看到漏水孔104。
在桶底32装配至洗涤桶31后,桶底32与洗涤桶31之间存在装配间隙,洗涤桶内的水也可以从漏水孔104排出到洗涤桶外部,但从漏水孔104排出的水是少量的,用于在脱水过程中改善脱水效果。
参照图5,在本发明的一些实施例中,洗涤桶31的周壁上设有漏水孔104,、用于定位桶底32的桶底定位孔105和用于安装桶底32的桶底安装孔106,桶底安装孔106和桶底定位孔105位于漏水孔104下面且由桶底32配合在洗涤桶31内的部分遮盖。方便将桶底32安装到洗涤桶31上。
另外,本发明的桶底32还可以通过焊接、粘接等方式与洗涤桶31相连,也可以将桶底32与洗涤桶31设置成一体成型的形式。
进一步地,结合图5,在本发明的一些实施例中,洗涤桶31的壁上设有模具上定位孔108,且模具上定位孔108位于洗涤桶中部区域上面,位于中部区域上面的模具上定位孔108由所述盖板遮盖。具体而言,在洗涤桶31上设有回水盖板5时,模具上定位孔108由回水盖板5遮盖;在洗涤桶31上还设有喷瀑盖板6时,模具上定位孔108由喷瀑盖板6遮盖;在洗涤桶31上若同时设有回水盖板5和喷瀑盖板6时,模具上定位孔108可以由回水盖板5和喷瀑盖板6中的至少一个遮盖。
洗涤桶31的壁上还设有模具下定位孔109,且模具下定位孔109位于洗涤桶31的中部区域下面,模具下定位孔109由桶底32遮盖。
设置模具上定位孔108和模具下定位孔109的目的在于方便洗涤桶31的成型,而在安装完成后模具上定位孔108和模具下定位孔109被遮盖,从而进一步地提高洗衣机100的节水效果。
在本发明的一些实施例中,洗涤桶31绕竖直轴301进行旋转。也就是说,洗涤桶31在运行过程中,通过绕上下延伸的轴线旋转洗涤和脱水。
进一步地,洗涤桶组件3还包括洗涤桶31,洗涤桶组件3的底部中央设有波轮7。换 言之,本发明的洗衣机可以为波轮洗衣机。
下面参照附图描述本发明一个具体实施例的洗衣机100。
结合图1至图6,本发明的洗衣机100包括:机壳1、盛水桶2、洗涤桶组件3、平衡圈4、回水盖板5和喷瀑盖板6。洗涤桶组件3包括洗涤桶31和桶底32,桶底32安装在洗涤桶31的下端,洗涤桶31上设有用于排出洗涤桶组件3内的水的脱水孔101。其中洗涤桶31的内壁上设有花纹区域311。
洗涤桶31的周壁上设有连通洗涤桶组件3内部与洗涤桶组件3外部的漏水孔104,漏水孔104邻近洗涤桶31的下端。桶底32的上端配合在洗涤桶31的下端内,洗涤桶31上的漏水孔104由桶底32配合在洗涤桶31内的部分遮盖,由于桶底32与洗涤桶31装配间隙的存在,漏水孔104仍可以与洗涤桶组件3内部连通。
另外,洗涤桶31上还设有桶底定位孔105、桶底安装孔106、盖板安装孔107以及模具工艺定位孔108,这些孔方便洗涤桶组件3的安装和装配,在洗涤桶组件3安装完成后,也就是说,将桶底32、盖板、平衡圈4等部件安装到洗涤桶31上后,桶底定位孔105、桶底安装孔106、盖板安装孔107以及模具工艺定位孔108等孔被遮盖。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机100,在洗涤过程中,洗涤桶31上的漏水孔104数量适当且位于洗涤桶31底部,洗涤桶31内的水不易进入到盛水桶2内,而且即使洗涤桶31内的水经由漏水孔104进入到洗涤桶31和盛水桶2之间,洗涤桶31内的水位也远高于洗涤桶31和盛水桶2之间的水位,起到了动态节水的作用;在脱水过程中,洗涤桶31内的水主要由脱水孔101排出洗涤桶组件,少量通过漏水孔104排出洗涤桶组件,以改善脱水效果。
本发明通过洗涤桶31的设计,洗涤用水大部分在洗涤桶31内,只有少量水会进入到洗涤桶31与盛水桶2之间,从而大大节省用水,省水率达到了40%~50%。
设置有这种洗涤桶31的洗衣机同样具有上述技术效果,洗涤完毕后,洗涤桶31内水流主要通过洗涤桶31顶部的脱水孔101排出洗衣机之外。
而带这种新型洗涤桶31的洗衣机的洗衣方法,通过高速旋转洗涤桶31,使洗涤桶31内的水流主要从洗涤桶31顶部的脱水孔101排出洗涤桶31,达到脱水目的,能缩短洗衣机的工作时间,提高洗涤效率。
另外,由于洗涤桶31的底部周壁上设有漏水孔104,可以改善洗衣机100的脱水效果,即改善局部脱水脱不干的问题。
传统的洗衣机中内桶的花纹处有很多脱水孔,脱水孔数量在160~3000个之间,因此,传统的洗衣机中花纹区带有脱水孔的洗涤内桶在洗涤时,内外桶之间的水位是一致的。但在洗涤过程仅洗涤桶内的水是用于洗涤的,内外桶水位一致,这样内外桶之间有大量的洗涤水,会造成较大的浪费。而在本发明中,由于洗涤桶的花纹处是没有脱水孔的,并且即使 在本发明的一些实施例中,具有漏水孔104,漏水孔104的数量在24-40个之间,较佳在28个,远小于传统的洗涤桶中央处的脱水孔,所以在洗涤时,内桶水位比外桶的水位高,起到很好的动态节水的效果。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    机壳;
    盛水桶,所述盛水桶设在机壳内;
    洗涤桶组件,所述洗涤桶组件设在所述盛水桶内,所述洗涤桶组件包括洗涤桶;
    平衡圈,所述平衡圈安装在所述洗涤桶的上端;
    其中,在所述洗涤桶的周壁上靠近所述平衡圈处设有用于排出洗涤桶内的水的脱水孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,在洗涤桶组件安装了平衡圈后,从内查看,所述洗涤桶内部可视区域为无孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗涤桶组件包括回水盖板和喷瀑盖板中至少一种盖板。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗涤桶组件包括安装在洗涤桶底部的桶底。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,在所述洗涤桶的内壁上设有花纹区域,在所述花纹区域未有排水孔设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,在所述洗涤桶的内壁上设有花纹区域,所述花纹区域的花纹,从内查看,为由内外凸的钻石六边形结构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,在所述每个六边形结构内无排水孔设置。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗涤桶的壁上还具有用于排出所述洗涤桶内的水的漏水孔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,在所述洗涤桶的下边具有多个漏水孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,在所述洗涤桶的下边设有加强筋,所述漏水孔设在加强筋的下侧。
  11. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,在所述洗涤桶的下边具有多个漏水孔,在所述桶底安装到所述洗涤桶后,从内查看,所述漏水孔被所述桶底遮盖。
  12. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗涤桶的周壁上设有漏水孔、用于定位所述桶底的桶底定位孔和用于安装所述桶底的桶底安装孔,所述桶底安装孔和所述桶底定位孔位于所述漏水孔下面且由所述桶底配合在所述洗涤桶内的部分遮盖。
  13. 根据权利要求9-12所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述漏水孔的数量在24个到40个之间。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述漏水孔的数量较 佳为28个。
  15. 根据权利要求1-14中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗涤桶组件还包括桶底。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗涤桶的壁上设有模具上定位孔和模具下定位孔,所述模具上定位孔位于洗涤桶的中部区域上面,所述模具下定位孔位于洗涤桶的中部区域的下面,所述模具上定位孔由盖板遮盖,且所述模具下定位孔由所述桶底遮盖。
  17. 根据权利要求1-16中任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗涤桶绕竖直轴进行旋转洗涤。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,在所述洗涤桶组件的底部中央设有波轮。
