Description

用于洗衣机的洗涤桶 技术领域
本发明涉及家电领域,特别涉及一种用于洗衣机的洗涤桶。
背景技术
传统的带有孔的洗涤内桶,在洗涤时内外桶之间的水位是一致的,通常是在洗涤内桶的花纹处设有很多排水孔。洗涤内桶的花纹的构造影响洗涤效果,即花纹有加强洗涤的效果,简单来说,在洗衣机转动过程中,通过洗涤内桶上的花纹、水流以及衣物的相互摩擦及搓洗,达到符合洗净比要求的洗涤效果。
本申请人在2014年已成功开发一款较优的带特色花纹的洗涤内桶,见申请号201420335306.8、201420333467.3(申请日2014年6月20日),并且更优结构的花纹还在不断开发中。但目前对于洗衣机节水的需求比较大,要着手改善洗衣机的洗涤桶,使得整个洗衣机系统在洗涤时至少可以动态节水,以符合能耗、洗净比等各项要求。
发明内容
为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种用于洗衣机的洗涤桶,具有该洗涤桶的洗衣机至少在洗涤时可以动态节水。
根据本发明实施例的用于洗衣机的洗涤桶,所述洗涤桶的内壁具有上边、下边、以及上下边之间的多处具加强洗涤效果的花纹区域,在所述洗涤桶上设有多个安装孔。
根据本发明实施例的用于洗衣机的洗涤桶,设置花纹区域可以促进衣物之间的摩擦,从而起到提高清洗效率和清洗效果的目的,另外,在洗涤桶上设置的多个安装孔可以方便将洗涤桶安装到洗衣机内,提高洗衣机装配的稳定性和安装效率。
另外,根据本发明上述实施例的用于洗衣机的洗涤桶,还可以具有如下附加的技术特征:

具体而言,在本发明的一些实施例中,洗涤桶1上需要安装平衡圈、回水盖板等部件,因此,可以通过设置在洗涤桶1上的安装孔将平衡圈、回水盖板等部件装配到洗涤桶1上。
参照图1,在本发明的一些实施例中,在花纹区域101未有排水孔设置。也就是说,在洗涤桶1上的花纹区域101没有设置用于排出洗涤桶1内的水的排水孔,这样可以将水集中在洗涤桶1内用于清洗衣物等,减少了清洗过程中耗费的水量,节水环保。

因此,在洗衣机脱水过程中,可以通过漏水孔将洗涤桶1内的水排出,以改善脱水效果。另外,本发明的漏水孔106的数量适当,在洗衣机脱水时可以使洗涤桶1内的一部分水通过漏水孔106排出,以此来改善脱水脱不干的问题。
另外,在本发明的一些实施例中,将桶底的一部分配合在洗涤桶的内壁上,且桶底位于洗涤桶1内侧的部分将遮挡漏水孔106,所以,从内查看,安装桶底后的洗涤桶内部为无孔。

  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述安装孔包括回水盖板安装孔、喷瀑板安装孔,在所述上边、下边之间且在花纹区域的侧边具有所述回水盖板安装孔、喷瀑板安装孔,所述回水盖板安装孔用于安装回水盖板,所述喷瀑板安装孔用于安装喷瀑板。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述安装孔包括平衡圈安装孔,在所述洗涤桶的内壁的上边具有平衡圈安装孔,所述平衡圈安装孔用于安装平衡圈。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述安装孔包括桶底安装孔,在所述洗涤桶的内壁的下边具有桶底安装孔。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤桶,其特征在于,在洗涤桶的下边设有加强筋,所述桶底安装孔设在加强筋的下侧。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述洗涤桶上除安装孔外,还具有用于排出所述洗涤桶内的水的漏水孔。
  11. 根据权利要求1或10所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤桶,其特征在于,在所述洗涤桶的下边设有多个漏水孔。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述漏水孔的数量在24个到40个之间。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述漏水孔的数量较佳为28个。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤桶,其特征在于,所述洗涤桶上还设有模具定位孔,所述模具定位孔设在所述洗涤桶的上边、下边。
