Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif hydraulique destiné à une machine de cintrage et comprenant un corps de machine de cintrage (1). Un réservoir d'huile (3) est monté dans le corps de machine de cintrage (1). Une pompe à huile est montée dans le réservoir d'huile (3). La pompe à huile est reliée à une servo-pompe (2) par un tuyau à deux voies. Au moyen d'un tuyau hydraulique, la servo-pompe (2) est en connexion bidirectionnelle avec des cylindres hydrauliques (4) disposés sur deux côtés du corps de machine de cintrage (1). L'extrémité de commande de la servo-pompe (2) est reliée à un panneau de commande au moyen d'une boîte de commande. Une pompe à deux voies est commandée au moyen de la rotation avant et arrière d'un servomoteur, de manière à changer le sens d'écoulement d'un liquide, une soupape d'inversion n'est pas indispensable, et la perte de résistance et la perte de fuite de pression de la soupape d'inversion sont réduites. Le dispositif hydraulique réduit la consommation d'énergie sans charge et la puissance de démarrage, améliore la durée de vie utile des éléments d'étanchéité, des organes et de l'huile.
