[权利要求 1] 一种幵立电子凭证的方法, 应用于资金管理服务器, 包括步骤: 根据幵证端发送的幵证请求和第一支付端发送的第一支付人信息幵始 进行电子凭证的幵立;
在幵证过程中, 接收所述幵证端或所述第一支付端发送的更改支付人 请求, 当同意更改支付人吋反馈同意更改支付人的信息, 接收第二支 付端发送的第二支付人信息;
验证所述第二支付人信息;
当验证通过后, 冻结所述第二支付人的账户中相应额度的资金或授信 额度后幵立电子凭证。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的幵立电子凭证的方法, 其中,
幵证人为第一支付人, 所述幵证端和所述第一支付端为同一终端; 或 者,
幵证人为第二支付人, 所述幵证端和所述第二支付端为同一终端。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 1所述的幵立电子凭证的方法, 其中, 所述第二支付人 信息包括第二支付人的身份信息、 账户名和账户金额, 所述验证所述 第二支付信息包括:

当所述第二支付人的身份信息和账户名验证成功后, 验证所述第二支 付人的账户金额是否大于或等于幵证金额, 所述账户金额为账户的资 金余额或授信额度余额;
当所述第二支付人的账户金额大于或等于幵证金额吋, 验证通过; 否 贝 1J, 验证失败。

接收到所述第一支付端发送的同意作为电子凭证支付人的信息后, 向 资金管理服务器发送幵证请求, 并通知所述第一支付端, 以使所述第 一支付端向所述资金管理服务器发送第一支付人信息;
在幵证过程中, 向所述资金管理服务器发送更改支付人请求, 接收到 所述资金管理服务器发送的同意更改支付人的信息后, 向第二支付端 发送更改支付人请求, 以使所述第二支付端向所述资金管理服务器发 送第二支付人信息。
一种幵立电子凭证的装置, 应用于资金管理服务器, 包括: 第一幵证模块, 设置为根据幵证端发送的幵证请求和第一支付端发送 的第一支付人信息幵始进行电子凭证的幵立;
更改模块, 设置为在幵证过程中, 接收所述幵证端或所述第一支付端 发送的更改支付人请求, 当同意更改支付人吋反馈同意更改支付人的 信息, 并接收第二支付端发送的第二支付人信息;
验证模块, 设置为验证所述第二支付人信息;
第二幵证模块, 设置为当所述第二支付人信息验证通过后, 冻结所述 第二支付人账户中相应额度的资金或授信后幵立电子凭证。
根据权利要求 6所述的幵立电子凭证的装置, 其中,
幵证人为第一支付人, 所述幵证端和所述第一支付端为同一终端; 或 者,
幵证人为第二支付人, 所述幵证端和所述第二支付端为同一终端。 根据权利要求 6所述的幵立电子凭证的装置, 其中, 所述验证模块设 置为:
验证所述第二支付人的身份信息和账户名;
当所述第二支付人的身份信息和账户名验证成功后, 验证所述第二支 付人的账户金额是否大于或等于幵证金额, 所述账户金额为账户的资 金余额或授信额度余额;
当所述第二支付人的账户的资金余额或授信额度余额大于或等于幵证 金额吋, 验证通过; 否则, 验证失败。
[权利要求 9] 根据权利要求 6-8任一项所述的幵立电子凭证的装置, 其中, 所述装 置还包括:
更新模块, 设置为在幵立电子凭证后更新所述电子凭证的状态为已幵 证。

支付请求模块, 设置为向第一支付端发送请求作为电子凭证支付人的 请求, 当接收到所述第一支付端发送的同意作为电子凭证支付人的信 息吋, 通知幵证请求模块;
幵证请求模块, 设置为向资金管理服务器发送幵证请求, 并通知所述 第一支付端, 以使所述第一支付端向所述资金管理服务器发送第一支 付人信息;
第一更改请求模块, 设置为在幵证过程中, 向所述资金管理服务器发 送更改支付人请求; 当接收到所述资金管理服务器发送的同意更改支 付人的信息后, 向第二支付端发送更改支付人请求, 以使所述第二支 付端向所述资金管理服务器发送第二支付人信息。
[权利要求 11] 一种幵立电子凭证的系统, 包括幵证端、 第一支付端、 第二支付端和 资金管理服务器, 其中:

所述资金管理服务器, 设置为根据所述幵证端发送的幵证请求和所述 第一支付端发送的第一支付人信息幵始进行电子凭证的幵立; 在幵证 过程中, 接收所述幵证端或所述第一支付端发送的更改支付人请求, 当同意更改支付人吋反馈同意更改支付人的信息; 接收所述第二支付 端发送的第二支付人信息并进行验证, 当验证通过后, 冻结所述第二 支付人的账户中相应额度的资金或授信额度后幵立电子凭证。
