[0031] 本申请中, 通过电子凭证进行网络支付交易的流程大致为: 买卖双方形成订单 后, 买方通过买方端 (幵证端) 向第一资金管理服务器 (即幵证服务器) 申请 幵证。 当然, 买方也可以在未形成交易订单吋单方主动申请幵证。 第一资金管 理服务器受理后, 根据幵证申请幵立电子凭证, 并冻结买方账户相应金额的资 金或授信额度。 卖方确认订单后, 通过卖方端 (收证端) 向第二资金管理服务 器 (即收证服务器) 申请收证, 第二资金管理服务器验证信息无误后予以收证 , 电子凭证进入履约期, 等待卖方发送商品或提供服务。 卖方在履约期内履约 后, 向第二资金管理服务器提交解付信息 (比如物流单号) , 第二资金管理服 务器更改电子凭证的状态, 电子凭证进入签收期, 等待买方签收商品。 当买方 在签收期内签收商品后, 也就是说卖方根据电子凭证的解付条件完成所对应的 交易条件后, 电子凭证进入解付期。 卖方在申请解付期限内, 委托第二资金管 理服务器向第一资金管理服务器申请解付, 第一资金管理服务器判断解付条件 已经达成后, 解除对买方账户冻结金额的资金或授信额度, 将资金划转至第二 资金管理服务器, 由第二资金管理服务器将资金转入卖方指定的收款账户 (即 收证账户) 。 至此, 完成网络支付, 整个交易完成。

第三方终端获知商品被签收信息后, 生成解付信息, 并将所述解付信 息发送给第二资金管理服务器和 /或第一资金管理服务器; 如果第三方终端仅将所述解付信息发送给所述第二资金管理服务器, 则所述第二资金管理服务器将所述解付信息转发给所述第一资金管理 服务器; 所述第一资金管理服务器接收到所述解付信息后, 将对应的 电子凭证状态更新为待解付状态, 并将所述电子凭证状态同步到所述 第二资金管理服务器。
