一种收证方法, 用于第二资金管理服务器, 所述方法包括如下步骤: 接收待收证的电子凭证;
生成待收证通知, 并发送至对应的卖方端, 供所述卖方端确认收证; 在所述卖方端确认收证后接收电子凭证。
如权利要求 1所述的收证方法, 其中, 所述第二资金管理服务器接收 电子凭证包括:
关联所述卖方端信息与所述电子凭证;
更新所述电子凭证的状态为已收证。
如权利要求 1所述的收证方法, 其中, 所述生成待收证通知并发送至 对应的卖方端包括:
査询所述电子凭证对应的卖方端的通讯方式;
通过所述卖方端的通讯方式发送所述待收证通知至所述卖方端。 如权利要求 1所述的收证方法, 其中, 在所述接收电子凭证之后, 还 包括:
生成已收证通知, 并发送给第一资金管理服务器。

一种收证装置, 用于第二资金管理服务器, 包括:
接收模块, 设置为接收待收证的电子凭证;
第一通知模块, 设置为生成待收证通知, 并发送至对应的卖方端, 供 所述卖方端确认收证;
收证模块, 设置为在所述卖方端确认收证后接收电子凭证。
如权利要求 6所述的收证装置, 其中, 所述收证模块包括: 关联单元 设置为关联所述卖方端信息与电子凭证;
