[权利要求 1] 一种电子凭证解付方法, 包括步骤:
第二资金管理服务器将第二参与方就同一电子凭证先后发送的至少两 次解付申请先后转发给第一资金管理服务器;
所述第一资金管理服务器先后接收所述至少两次解付申请, 针对每次 解付申请, 判断所述解付申请金额是否小于或等于所述电子凭证的剩 余金额;
若所述解付申请金额小于或等于所述电子凭证的剩余金额, 则对所述 电子凭证执行解付。
