일반적으로 명함은 개인이나 회사 등의 홍보를 필요로 하는 정보를 간략하게 서술하여 타인과 주고받기 위해 이용되는 것으로서, 명함의 갯수가 많을 경우 명함 정보의 관리가 점차 어려워지게 되어, 최근에는 이러한 명함을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 전자명함(e-namecard)이 개발되어 사용되고 있으며, 이러한 전자명함은 스마트폰으로 다운로드하여 사용할 수 있도록 여러가지 형태의 어플리케이션(이하 '앱'이라 약칭함)으로 출시되고 있다.
상기와 같은 전자명함은 그 입력방식에 따라 크게 촬영방식, 전송방식, 및 ID(URL 주소) 부여방식 등으로 구분될 수 있다.
촬영방식은 실제 명함을 스마트폰의 카메라로 촬영하여 명함정보(명함에 기재된 이름, 직장, 전화번호 등의 정보들)를 등록하는 방법으로, 사용자가 직접 정보를 입력하는 방법, 서비스 업체에서 정보를 입력해주는 방법(명함관리앱의 형태로 구현되어 있으며, 예를 들면 'Remember' 등), 명함 이미지를 촬영하여 자동으로 인식하는 방법(명함관리앱의 형태로 구현되어 있으며, 예를 들면 'CamCard' 등)이 있다.

전송방식은 명함 제공자가 전자명함을 전송하면 받는 사람이 명함정보를 등록하는 방법(명함관리앱의 형태로 구현되어 있으며, 예를 들면 'CardShake' 등)으로서, 이 방식의 경우는 양쪽 모두 명함관리앱을 사용할 수 있는 상황이여야만 전자명함을 전달할 수 있는 사용상의 제한이 있다.
ID(URL 주소) 부여방식은 전자명함에 ID(URL 주소) 주소를 부여하여 전자명함에 접근할 수 있는 방식(명함관리앱의 형태로 구현되어 있으며, 예를 들면 '프로필미'등)으로서, 이는 전자명함이라기 보다는 프로필이 적혀있는 웹페이지라고 볼 수 있으며, 이 방식의 경우는 별도의 비밀번호가 없어 전자명함의 URL 주소만 알면 누구나 전자명함에 접근 및 등록할 수 있기 때문에 제3자에 의해 정보가 무분별하게 유출될 우려가 있고, 또한 회원의 ID가 전자명함의 ID나 마찬가지기 때문에 2개 이상의 전자명함을 등록할 수 없는 단점이 있다.
한편, 본 발명자에 의해 창안되어 출원중인 국내 특허출원(출원번호 제10-2015-0022190호, 2015.02.13. 출원, 명칭 : 명함정보의 등록 및 조회서비스 제공시스템 및 방법)에 의하면, 사용자가 임의로 명함 ID를 지정하여 적어도 하나의 전자명함(e-namecard)정보를 등록하고 등록된 명함 ID를 기반으로 명함정보를 검색하여 제공하도록 하고 있다.
그러나 이러한 선출원 기술에서는 명함 ID를 국가별 및 회사별로 구분하지 않은 상태에서 일괄적으로 명함정보를 등록 및 관리하게 되므로. 다량의 명함 정보를 등록 및 관리하는 데에 실질적으로 많은 한계가 있었으며, 또한 명함정보 등록방식이 일괄 등록방식으로 이루어지게 되므로 각 사용자 또는 회사별 특성에 따른 명함의 로고를 반영하여 등록할 수는 없는 단점이 있어 개량을 필요로 하고 있었다.
따라서 본 발명은 상기의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출한 것으로서, 본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제는, 본 발명자에 의해 창안되고 출원된 국내 특허출원(출원번호 10-2015-0022190호)의 기술적 구성을 개량하여, 사용자가 제작하여 등록 요청하는 전자명함정보를 국가별 및 회사별 명함 식별정보(ID, 또는 ID와 비밀번호) 기반으로 온라인 상의 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버에 등록하여 관리하면서, 국가별 및 회사별 각 명함 ID에 대응하는 전자명함정보를 조회하여 사용자 단말기에 제공하고 원등록자 이외의 타사용자에 의한 전자명함정보의 다운로드 요청시 전자명함정보의 제공 허용여부를 묻는 메시지의 전송 및 해당 메시지에 대응하는 원등록자의 수락 여부에 따라 전자명함정보를 조회하여 해당 사용자 단말기에 제공하여 전자지갑 또는 주소록에 선택적으로 저장할 수 있도록 함으로써, 사용자가 직접 온라인 상에서 자신이 원하는 형태로 전자명함을 자유롭게 제작하여 등록 및 관리할 수 있으면서도 원등록자 이외의 타사용자에 의한 다운로드 요청시 원등록자의 수락여부에 따라 전자명함정보를 제공할 수 있도록 하여 원등록자와 타사용자 간에 명함을 직접 건내지 않고도 자신의 명함정보 또는 타인의 명함정보를 효율적으로 공유하고 관리 및 서비스할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 원하지 않는 제3자에 의한 무분별한 데이터베이스 접근을 차단하여 명함정보가 무분별하게 유출될 우려를 해소할 수 있는 명함정보의 등록 및 조회서비스 제공시스템 및 방법을 제공하고자 하는 것이다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 일 실시 형태는, 유선 또는 무선 네트워크를 통해 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버에 접속하여 그로부터 사용자의 명함지갑에 추가된 명함 ID 기반의 기등록된 명함목록을 제시하면서, 국가별 및 회사별 명함 제작과 등록, 조회 및 개인정보의 관리 요청이 가능한 적어도 하나의 명함 관리도구가 포함된 서비스화면, 및 명함 제작과 등록, 조회 및 개인정보의 관리 요청에 대응하는 응답정보를 수신하여 표시하고, 서비스화면을 통해 입력되는 국가별 및 회사별 명함 ID 기반의 명함 제작과 등록, 조회 및 개인정보 관리 요청정보를 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버로 전송하는 명함관리앱이 탑재되는 사용자 단말기; 및 명함관리앱을 통해 접속된 사용자 단말기에 사용자의 명함지갑에 추가된 명함 ID 기반의 등록된 명함목록을 제시하면서 국가별 및 회사별 명함 제작과 등록, 조회 및 개인정보의 관리 요청이 가능한 적어도 하나의 서비스화면을 제공하며, 서비스화면을 통한 명함 관리도구의 사용자 선택을 확인하여 사용자 선택여부에 따라 국가별 및 회사별 명함 ID 기반의 명함정보의 등록과 조회를 위한 사용자 요청정보를 사용자 단말기로부터 수신하여 사용자 요청정보에 포함된 명함 ID의 등록 또는 조회 가능여부 판단, 등록 또는 조회 가능한 명함 ID 기반의 명함정보 등록 또는 조회하고 그 결과를 사용자 단말기에 제공하는 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버;를 포함하되, 초기 서비스화면을 통해 제공되는 하나 이상의 명함 관리도구는, 등록된 명함정보를 원등록자의 동의 하에 다운로드할 수 있는 명함받기 관리도구; 자신의 명함지갑 또는 주소록에 저장된 명함정보를 관리할 수 있는 명함지갑(Wallet) 관리도구; 명함을 제작 및 가공하여 등록할 수 있는 명함제작 및 등록(내명함 만들기) 관리도구; 및 자신의 명함 및 개인정보를 관리할 수 있는 마이페이지(MYIAM) 관리도구;를 포함하는 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공시스템이다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 다른 실시 형태는, 명함관리앱을 탑재한 사용자 단말기와, 네트워크를 통해 접속 가능한 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버를 포함하는 네트워크 시스템에서, 명함관리앱과 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버에 의해 이루어지는 서비스 제공방법에 있어서, (a) 사용자 단말기에서 명합관리앱이 구동되어 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버에 연결되면, 사용자의 명함지갑에 추가된 명함 ID 기반의 기등록된 명함목록을 제시하면서 명함관리앱을 통해, 국가별 및 회사별로 각각 구분되는 국가별 및 회사별 명함 ID 기반의 명함정보 등록, 조회 및 저장, 개인정보의 관리를 선택적으로 실행가능한 명함 관리도구가 포함된 초기 서비스화면을 생성하여 사용자 단말기에 제공하는 초기 서비스화면 제공단계; (b) 서비스화면 상의 명함 관리도구에 대한 사용자 선택을 판단하고, 사용자 선택여부에 따라 국가별 및 회사별 명함 ID 기반의 명함정보의 등록과 조회를 위한 사용자 요청정보를 사용자 단말기로부터 수신하여 사용자 요청정보에 포함된 명함 ID의 등록 또는 조회 가능여부 판단, 등록 또는 조회 가능한 명함 ID 기반의 명함정보 등록 또는 조회하고 그 결과를 사용자 단말기에 제공하는 명함정보 관리단계;를 포함하여 이루어지며, 초기 서비스화면 제공단계(a)에서 초기 서비스화면을 통해 제공되는 하나 이상의 명함 관리도구는, 등록된 명함정보를 원등록자의 동의 하에 다운로드할 수 있는 명함받기 관리도구; 자신의 명함지갑 또는 주소록에 저장된 명함정보를 관리할 수 있는 명함지갑(Wallet) 관리도구; 명함을 제작 및 가공하여 등록할 수 있는 명함제작 및 등록(내명함 만들기) 관리도구; 및 자신의 명함 및 개인정보를 관리할 수 있는 마이페이지(MYIAM) 관리도구;를 포함하는 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공방법이다.
본 발명에 의하면, 사용자가 자유롭게 제작하여 등록 요청하는 전자명함정보를 국가별 및 회사별로 각각 구분되는 명함 ID를 기반으로 입력받아 온라인 상의 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버에 등록 및 관리하면서 타사용자에게 전자명함정보를 서비스할 수 있게 하므로, 원등록자와 타사용자 간에 명함을 직접 건내지 않고도 자신의 명함정보 또는 타인의 명함정보를 효율적으로 공유 및 관리하면서 서비스할 수 있게 하며, 또한 사용자가 2개 이상의 전자명함을 자신이 원하는 형태로 온라인 상에서 자유롭게 제작하여 등록하고 관리 및 서비스할 수 있게 되므로 각 사용자마다 필요에 따라 자신의 명함정보를 용이하게 관리할 수 있게 하는 이점이 있다.
또한 본 발명에 의하면, 등록된 명함정보에 대해서는 국가별 및 회사별 ID 기반의 타사용자의 접근(조회) 요청이 있을시에 원등록자의 정보제공 허용 여부에 따라 등록된 명함정보를 제공하게 되므로, 원등록자가 원하지 않는 경우 제3자에 의한 무분별한 데이터베이스 접근을 차단하여 명함정보가 무분별하게 유출될 우려를 해소할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

이하, 본 발명에 의한 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공시스템 및 방법의 전체적인 구성 및 동작을 첨부 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
본 명세서 및 청구범위에 사용된 용어나 단어는 통상적이거나 사전적인 의미로 한정 해석되지 아니하며, 발명자는 그 자신의 발명을 가장 최선의 방법으로 설명하기 위해 용어의 개념을 적절하게 정의할 수 있다는 원칙에 입각하여 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 부합하는 의미와 개념으로 해석되어야만 한다. 따라서, 본 명세서에 기재된 실시 예와 도면에 도시된 구성은 본 발명의 가장 바람직한 일 실시 예에 불과할 뿐이므로, 본 출원시점에 있어서 이들을 대체할 수 있는 다양한 균등물과 변형예들이 있을 수 있음을 이해하여야 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에 의한 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공시스템의 전체적인 구성을 개략적으로 예시한 블록도로서, 본 발명의 시스템은, 명함관리앱(11)이 탑재되는 적어도 하나의 사용자 단말기(10), 및 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버(100)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
사용자 단말기(10)는 안드로이드(android) 운영체제 또는 아이폰 운영체제(IOS)를 사용하는 스마트폰 단말기로서, 명함정보의 등록을 요청하는 제1사용자(원등록자), 등록된 명함정보의 조회를 요청하는 제2사용자(타 사용자) 또는 그 밖의 제3사용자가 사용하는 모바일 단말기일 수 있다. 이때 제2사용자 또는 제3사용자는 명함정보의 등록을 요청하는 제1사용자와 동일한 사용자일 수도 있다. 이러한 사용자 단말기(10)는 명함관리앱(11)이 탑재되며, 유선 또는 무선 네트워크를 통해 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버(100)에 접속 가능한 통신 인터페이스수단, 및 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버(100)로부터 사용자의 명함지갑에 추가된 명함ID 기반의 명함목록을 제시하면서 새로운 국가별 및 회사별 명함 제작과 등록, 조회, 개인정보의 관리 요청이 가능한 적어도 하나의 명함 관리도구가 포함된 서비스화면, 및 명함 제작과 등록, 조회, 및 개인정보의 관리 요청에 대응하는 응답정보를 수신하여 표시하고 키입력을 가능하게 하는 모니터링 수단 등을 구비할 수 있다. 이하의 상세한 설명에서는 안드로이드 운영체제의 사용자 단말기에 적용된 경우를 예로 들어 설명하기로 한다.
명함관리앱(11)은 구동과 동시에 유선 또는 무선 네트워크를 통해 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버(100)에 접속하여 그로부터 사용자의 명함지갑에 추가된 명함 ID 기반의 기등록된 명함목록을 제시하면서 국가별 및 회사별 명함 제작과 등록, 조회, 및 개인정보의 관리 요청이 가능한 적어도 하나의 명함 관리도구가 포함된 서비스화면, 및 명함 제작과 등록, 조회, 개인정보 관리 요청에 대응하는 응답정보를 수신하여 표시하고, 서비스화면을 통해 입력되는 명함 ID 기반의 국가별 및 회사별 명함 제작과 등록, 조회, 및 개인정보 관리를 위한 사용자 요청정보를 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버(100)로 전송하는 어플리케이션으로 구현될 수 있으며, 이러한 명함관리앱(11)은 명함등록 요청부(11a), 명함조회 요청부(11b), 및 네트워크부(11c)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
명함등록 요청부(11a)는 서비스화면의 명함제작 및 등록 관리도구를 통해 제작 및 등록하고자 하는 명함정보와 해당 명함정보의 식별을 위한 국가별 및 회사별 명함 ID를 사용자로부터 입력받아 네트워크부(11c)로 전달하며, 이에 대한 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버(100)의 응답정보를 수신하여 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공한다. 또한 이러한 명함등록 요청부(11a)는 서비스 화면을 통해 제시되는 마이페이지 관리도구의 선택 여부를 확인하여, 기등록된 명함 정보의 편집/FAQ/문의/회원탈퇴를 위한 사용자 요청정보를 사용자로부터 입력받아 네트워크부(11c)로 전달하며, 이에 대한 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버(100)의 응답정보를 수신하여 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공한다.
명함조회 요청부(11b)는 서비스화면의 명함받기 관리도구를 통해 조회하고자 하는 국가별 및 회사별 명함 ID를 사용자로부터 입력받아 네트워크부(11c)로 전달하고, 이에 대한 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버(100)의 응답정보를 수신하여 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공한다.
네트워크부(11c)는 명함등록 요청부(11a)와 명함조회 요청부(11b)에 의한 각 명함 제작과 등록, 조회, 및 개인정보 관리를 위한 사용자 요청정보를 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버(100)로 전달하며 그에 대응하는 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버(100)의 처리결과에 따른 응답정보를 수신하여 명함등록 요청부(11a)와 명함조회 요청부(11b)로 각각 전달한다.
명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버(100)는 명함관리앱(11)을 통해 접속된 사용자 단말기(10)에 사용자의 명함지갑에 추가된 명함 ID 기반의 기등록된 명함목록을 제시하면서 새로운 국가별 및 회사별 명함 제작과 등록, 조회, 개인정보의 관리 요청이 가능한 적어도 하나의 명함 관리도구가 포함된 서비스화면을 제공하며, 서비스화면의 명함 관리도구를 이용한 사용자 선택을 확인하여 명함 제작과 등록, 조회, 개인정보 관리 요청에 따른 사용자 요청정보를 사용자 단말기(10)로부터 수신하고, 수신된 사용자 요청정보에 포함된 명함 ID의 등록 또는 조회 가능여부를 확인하여 명함정보를 데이터베이스(130)에 등록하거나, 데이터베이스(130)에서 검색하여 그 결과를 사용자 단말기(10)로 제공한다. 여기서 명함 ID는 명함정보를 서버(100)에 등록하고자 하는 사용자에 의해 임의로 지정 가능하며, 국가별 및 회사별로 각각 구분되는 ID만으로 구성될 수도 있고, 또는 ID와 비밀번호정보로 구성될 수도 있다. 아울러 이러한 명함 ID는 명함정보를 주고받는 사용자 간에 온라인 또는 오프라인으로 전달될 수 있다. 또한 서비스화면을 통해 제공되는 하나 이상의 명함 관리도구는, 등록된 명함정보를 다운로드(또는 원등록자의 동의 하에 다운로드)할 수 있는 명함받기 관리도구(100a), 자신의 명함지갑 또는 주소록에 저장된 명함정보를 관리할 수 있는 명함지갑(Wallet) 관리도구(100b), 명함을 제작 및 가공하여 등록할 수 있는 명함제작 및 등록(내명함 만들기) 관리도구(100c), 및 자신의 명함 및 개인정보를 관리할 수 있는 마이페이지(MYIAM) 관리도구(100d)를 포함할 수 있다.
이러한 기능을 처리하기 위하여 본 발명의 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버(100)는 서버 인터페이스부(110), 명함정보 관리부(120), 및 데이터베이스(130)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
서버 인터페이스부(110)는 명함관리앱(11)의 서비스화면을 통해 입력되는 국가별 및 회사별 명함 ID 기반의 명함 제작과 등록, 조회, 및 개인정보 관리 요청정보를 사용자 단말기(10)로부터 수신하여 명함정보 관리부(120)로 전달하며, 명함관리앱(11)을 통해 제공할 적어도 하나의 명함 관리도구가 포함된 서비스화면 또는 명함정보 관리부(120)에 의한 명함제작과 등록, 조회, 및 개인정보의 처리결과에 따른 응답정보를 수신하여 명함관리앱(11)을 통해 사용자 단말기(10)로 전달한다.
명함정보 관리부(120)는 사용자 단말기(10)가 접속되는 경우 사용자의 명함지갑에 추가된 명함목록을 서버 인터페이스부(110)를 통해 사용자 단말기(10)에 제시하면서, 서버 인터페이스부(110)에서 전달되는 서비스화면 상의 명함 관리도구를 이용한 사용자 선택을 확인하고, 사용자 선택여부에 따라 국가별 및 회사별 명함 ID 기반의 명함 제작과 등록, 조회, 및 개인정보의 관리를 위한 사용자 요청정보를 수신하여, 명함 ID의 등록 또는 조회 가능여부 판단하며, 등록 가능한 명함 ID에 대해서 그에 대응 입력된 명함정보를 데이터베이스(130)에 등록 처리하거나, 또는 조회 가능한 명함 ID에 대해서 그에 대응하는 명함정보를 데이터베이스(130)에서 검색하여 서버 인터페이스부(110)로 제공한다. 여기서 명함정보 관리부(120)는 서버 인터페이스부(110)에서 명함 ID 기반의 명함 제작과 등록을 위한 사용자 요청정보를 수신한 경우, 사용자에 의해 입력된 명함 ID가 시스템의 명함 ID 정책에 맞게 문자, 숫자, 특수기호가 선택 조합되었는지와 시스템의 명함 ID 정책에 맞게 지정된 자릿수의 범위 내에 속하는지의 여부를 1차 확인하고, 아울러 명함정보 관리부(120)는 해당 명함 ID가 데이터베이스(130)에 기등록되어 있지 않은 명함 ID인지를 2차 확인하여 그 등록가능 여부를 판단한다. 또한 명함정보 관리부(120)는 서버 인터페이스부(110)에서 명함 ID 기반의 명함정보 조회를 위한 사용자 요청정보를 수신한 경우, 사용자에 의해 입력된 명함 ID가 데이터베이스(130)에 기등록되어 있는 명함 ID인지의 여부를 1차 확인하고, 아울러 명함정보 관리부(120)는 해당 명함 ID가 데이터베이스(130)에 등록된 명함 ID인 경우 해당 명함 ID에 대한 비밀번호정보가 데이터베이스(130)에 등록되어 있는지의 여부 및 그 일치여부를 2차 확인하여 조회가능 여부를 판단한다.
또한 명함정보 관리부(120)는 서비스 화면 상의 명함지갑 관리도구가 선택된 상태에서, 명함조회 요청부(11b)를 통해 조회 처리된 명함정보에 대한 사용자의 선택 여부를 확인하여 데이터베이스(130)의 해당 사용자의 명함지갑에 해당 명함정보를 추가하여 저장하거나 조회된 명함정보에 포함된 전화번호의 단말기를 직접 호출하여 연결하도록 사용자 단말기(10)를 제어할 수도 있다.
또한 명함정보 관리부(120)는 서비스 화면 상의 마이페이지 관리도구 선택 여부를 확인하여, 명함등록 요청부(11a)를 통해 데이터베이스에 기등록된 개인별 명함정보의 편집/FAQ/문의/회원탈퇴를 위한 사용자 요청정보를 사용자로부터 입력받고, 이에 대한 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버(100)의 응답정보를 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공한다.
이러한 동작을 처리하기 위하여 명함정보 관리부(120)는 명함정보 등록 처리부(121), 명함정보 조회 처리부(122)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있으며, 마이페이지 관리부(123)를 더 포함하여 구성될 수도 있다.
명함정보 등록 처리부(121)는 서비스화면 상의 명함제작 및 등록(내명함 만들기) 관리도구에 대한 사용자 선택이 확인되면, 사용자에 의해 입력되는 국가별 및 회사별 명함 ID 기반의 명함정보 등록을 위한 사용자 요청정보를 사용자 단말기(10)로부터 수신하고, 수신된 명함정보 등록을 위한 사용자 요청정보에 포함된 명함 ID의 등록 가능여부를 판단하여 등록 가능한 명함 ID를 기반으로 명함정보를 데이터베이스에 등록하고 그 등록 결과를 사용자 단말기(10)로 제공한다.
이러한 명함정보 등록 처리부(121)는 서버 인터페이스부(110)에서 명함 ID 기반의 명함정보 등록을 위한 사용자 요청정보를 수신한 경우, 사용자에 의해 입력된 명함 ID가 시스템의 ID 정책에 맞게 문자, 숫자, 특수기호가 선택되어 조합되었는지와 시스템의 ID 정책에 의해 지정된 자릿수의 범위 내에 속하는지의 여부를 1차 확인하며, 및 데이터베이스(130)에 기등록되어 있지 않은 ID인지를 2차 확인하여 그 등록가능 여부를 판단한다.
이러한 동작을 처리하기 위하여 명함정보 등록 처리부(121)는, 명함제작 관리부(121a), 명함 등록폼 관리부(121b)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.

이미지 사용 관리부(121b-2)는 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공된 내명함 등록폼 화면(screen#310)에서 이미지 입력방식 설정부(sc312)를 통해 이미지 사용에 의한 이미지 입력방식을 선택하는 경우, 데이터베이스에 미리 저장된 이미지를 불러와 편집하거나 다시 불러올 수 있는 이미지 사용 화면(sc331)을 제공한다.
기본 템플릿 사용 관리부(121b-3)는 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공된 내명함 등록폼 화면(screen#310)에서 이미지 입력방식 설정부(sc312)를 통해 기본 템플릿 사용에 의한 이미지 입력방식을 선택하는 경우, 데이터베이스에 미리 저장된 기본 템플릿을 사용하여 명함의 배경 이미지를 위한 스타일, 폰트 색상을 설정하여 등록할 수 있는 기본 템플릿 사용 화면(sc341)을 제공한다.
명함정보 조회 처리부(122)는 서비스화면 상의 명함받기 관리도구에 대한 사용자 선택이 확인되면, 사용자에 의해 입력되는 국가별 및 회사별 명함 ID 기반의 명함정보 조회를 위한 사용자 요청정보를 사용자 단말기(10)로부터 수신하고, 수신된 명함정보 조회를 위한 사용자 요청정보에 포함된 명함 ID의 조회 가능여부를 판단하여 조회 가능한 명함 ID를 기반으로 명함정보를 데이터베이스에서 검색하고 그 조회결과를 사용자 단말기(10)로 제공한다.
이러한 명함정보 조회 처리부(122)는 서버 인터페이스부(110)에서 명함 ID 기반의 명함정보 조회를 위한 사용자 요청정보를 수신한 경우, 사용자에 의해 입력된 명함 ID가 데이터베이스(130)에 기등록되어 있는 ID인지의 여부를 1차 확인하고, 및 등록된 명함 ID인 경우 해당 명함 ID에 대한 비밀번호정보가 데이터베이스(130)에 등록되어 있는지의 여부 및 그 일치여부를 2차 확인하여 조회가능 여부를 판단한다.

명함지갑 관리부(122c)는 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공된 초기 서비스화면에서 명함지갑 관리도구가 선택되는 경우, 사용자 단말기의 명함지갑 또는 주소록에 저장된 명함정보의 검색을 위한 적어도 하나의 색인조건(이름/회사명/직함/가나다순 등)을 설정할 수 있는 색인조건 설정부(sc201), 적어도 하나의 필터링조건(전체명함/즐겨찾기/그룹관리 등)을 설정할 수 있는 필터링조건 설정부(sc202), 색인조건 및 필터링조건에 따라 검색되는 명함 리스트(전체 명함 리스트, 즐겨찾기 명함 리스트, 그룹 명함 리스트 등)를 표시하는 명함 리스트 표시부(sc203), 각 명함 리스트 상의 전화번호에 대한 음성 호 발신 또는 메시지 전송이 가능한 전화연결 아이콘(sc204) 및 메시지 전송 아이콘(sc205)을 포함하는 명함지갑 화면(screen#200)을 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공한다.

또한 본 발명에 의하면, 등록된 명함정보에 대해서는 국가별 및 회사별 ID 기반의 타사용자의 접근(조회) 요청이 있을시에 원등록자의 정보제공 허용 여부에 따라 등록된 명함정보를 제공하게 되므로, 원등록자가 원하지 않는 경우 제3자에 의한 무분별한 데이터베이스 접근을 차단하여 명함정보가 무분별하게 유출될 우려를 해소할 수 있게 된다.
이상과 같이 본 발명은 비록 한정된 실시예와 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 본 발명은 상기의 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 이는 본 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능하다. 따라서, 본 발명 사상은 아래에 기재된 특허 청구 범위에 의해서만 파악되어야 하고, 이의 균등 또는 등가적 변형 모두는 본 발명 사상의 범주에 속한다고 할 것이다.

  1. 유선 또는 무선 네트워크를 통해 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버(100)에 접속하여 그로부터 사용자의 명함지갑에 추가된 명함 ID 기반의 기등록된 명함목록을 제시하면서, 국가별 및 회사별 명함 제작과 등록, 조회 및 개인정보의 관리 요청이 가능한 적어도 하나의 명함 관리도구가 포함된 서비스화면, 및 명함 제작과 등록, 조회 및 개인정보의 관리 요청에 대응하는 응답정보를 수신하여 표시하고, 상기 서비스화면을 통해 입력되는 국가별 및 회사별 명함 ID 기반의 명함 제작과 등록, 조회 및 개인정보 관리를 위한 사용자 요청정보를 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버(100)로 전송하는 명함관리앱(11)이 탑재되는 사용자 단말기(10); 및
    상기 명함관리앱(11)을 통해 접속된 사용자 단말기(10)에 사용자의 명함지갑에 추가된 명함 ID 기반의 기등록된 명함목록을 제시하면서 국가별 및 회사별 명함정보의 등록과 조회 및 개인정보의 관리 요청이 가능한 적어도 하나의 명함 관리도구가 포함된 서비스화면을 제공하며, 상기 서비스화면을 통한 명함 관리도구의 사용자 선택을 확인하여 사용자 선택여부에 따라 국가별 및 회사별 명함 ID 기반의 명함 제작과 등록, 조회, 개인정보 관리를 위한 사용자 요청정보를 사용자 단말기(10)로부터 수신하여 사용자 요청정보에 포함된 명함 ID의 등록 또는 조회 가능여부 판단, 등록 또는 조회 가능한 명함 ID 기반의 명함정보를 등록 또는 조회하고 그 결과를 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공하는 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버(100);를 포함하되,
    상기 초기 서비스화면을 통해 제공되는 하나 이상의 명함 관리도구는,
    등록된 명함정보를 원등록자의 동의 하에 다운로드할 수 있는 명함받기 관리도구;
    자신의 명함지갑 또는 주소록에 저장된 명함정보를 관리할 수 있는 명함지갑 관리도구;
    명함을 제작 및 가공하여 등록할 수 있는 명함제작 및 등록(내명함 만들기) 관리도구; 및
    자신의 명함 및 개인정보를 관리할 수 있는 마이페이지 관리도구;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 명함관리앱(11)은,
    상기 서비스화면의 명함제작 및 등록 관리도구를 통해 제작 및 등록하고자 하는 명함정보와 해당 명함정보의 식별을 위한 국가별 및 회사별 명함 ID를 사용자로부터 입력받아 네트워크부(11c)로 전달하며, 이에 대한 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버(100)의 응답정보를 수신하여 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공하는 명함등록 요청부(11a);
    상기 서비스화면의 명함받기 관리도구를 통해 조회하고자 하는 국가별 및 회사별 명함 ID를 사용자로부터 입력받아 네트워크부(11c)로 전달하고, 이에 대한 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버(100)의 응답정보를 수신하여 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공하는 명함조회 요청부(11b); 및
    상기 명함등록 요청부(11a)와 명함조회 요청부(11b)에 의한 각 명함정보의 등록 및 조회 요청정보를 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버(100)로 전달하며 그에 대응하는 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버(100)의 처리결과에 따른 응답정보를 수신하여 상기 명함등록 요청부(11a)와 명함조회 요청부(11b)로 각각 전달하는 네트워크부(11c);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버(100)는,
    상기 명함관리앱(11)의 서비스화면을 통해 입력되는 국가별 및 회사별 명함 ID 기반의 명함정보 등록 또는 조회를 위한 사용자 요청정보를 사용자 단말기(10)로부터 수신하여 명함정보 관리부(120)로 전달하며, 사용자의 명함지갑에 추가된 명함목록 또는 명함정보 관리부(120)에 의한 명함정보 등록 또는 조회 처리결과에 따른 응답정보를 수신하여 명함관리앱(11)을 통해 사용자 단말기(10)로 전달하는 서버 인터페이스부(110);
    상기 서비스화면 상의 명함 관리도구에 대한 사용자 선택을 판단하고, 사용자 선택여부에 따라 국가별 및 회사별 명함 ID 기반의 명함정보의 등록과 조회를 위한 사용자 요청정보를 사용자 단말기(10)로부터 수신하여 사용자 요청정보에 포함된 명함 ID의 등록 또는 조회 가능여부 판단, 등록 또는 조회 가능한 명함 ID 기반의 명함정보를 등록 또는 조회하고 그 결과를 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공하는 명함정보 관리부(120); 및
    상기 명함정보 관리부(120)에 의해 엑세스되어, 사용자의 명함정보 등록 요청에 의한 명함정보를 그에 대응하는 국가별 및 회사별 명함 ID와 함께 저장하는 데이터베이스(130);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공시스템.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 명함정보 관리부(120)는,
    상기 서비스화면 상의 명함제작 및 등록(내명함 만들기) 관리도구에 대한 사용자 선택이 확인되면, 사용자에 의해 입력되는 국가별 및 회사별 명함 ID 기반의 명함정보 등록을 위한 사용자 요청정보를 사용자 단말기(10)로부터 수신하고, 수신된 명함정보 등록을 위한 사용자 요청정보에 포함된 명함 ID의 등록 가능여부를 판단하여 등록 가능한 명함 ID를 기반으로 명함정보를 데이터베이스에 등록하고 그 등록 결과를 사용자 단말기(10)로 제공하는 명함정보 등록 처리부(121); 및
    상기 서비스화면 상의 명함받기 관리도구에 대한 사용자 선택이 확인되면, 사용자에 의해 입력되는 국가별 및 회사별 명함 ID 기반의 명함정보 조회를 위한 사용자 요청정보를 사용자 단말기(10)로부터 수신하고, 수신된 명함정보 조회를 위한 사용자 요청정보에 포함된 명함 ID의 조회 가능여부를 판단하여 조회 가능한 명함 ID를 기반으로 명함정보를 데이터베이스에서 검색하고 그 조회결과를 사용자 단말기(10)로 제공하는 명함정보 조회 처리부(122);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공시스템.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 명함정보 등록 처리부(121)는,
    서버 인터페이스부(110)에서 명함 ID 기반의 명함정보 등록을 위한 사용자 요청정보를 수신한 경우, 사용자에 의해 입력된 명함 ID가 시스템의 ID 정책에 맞게 문자, 숫자, 특수기호가 선택되어 조합되었는지와 시스템의 ID 정책에 의해 지정된 자릿수의 범위 내에 속하는지의 여부를 1차 확인하며, 및 데이터베이스(130)에 기등록되어 있지 않은 ID인지를 2차 확인하여 그 등록가능 여부를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공시스템.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 명함정보 조회 처리부(122)는,
    서버 인터페이스부(110)에서 명함 ID 기반의 명함정보 조회를 위한 사용자 요청정보를 수신한 경우, 사용자에 의해 입력된 명함 ID가 데이터베이스(130)에 기등록되어 있는 ID인지의 여부를 1차 확인하고, 및 등록된 명함 ID인 경우 해당 명함 ID에 대한 비밀번호정보가 데이터베이스(130)에 등록되어 있는지의 여부 및 그 일치여부를 2차 확인하여 조회가능 여부를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공시스템.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 명함정보 등록 처리부(121)는,
    상기 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공된 초기 서비스화면에서 명함제작 및 등록(내명함 만들기) 관리도구가 선택되는 경우, 제작 및 등록하고자 하는 명함 ID의 해당 국가와 회사 코드를 각각 설정할 수 있는 국가코드 설정부(sc301)와 회사코드 설정부(sc302), 제작 및 등록하고자 하는 각각의 명함정보에 대응하는 명함 ID(명함 ID 또는 명함 ID와 PW)를 설정하여 입력할 수 있는 명함 ID 입력부(sc303-1,sc303-2), 설정 입력된 명함 ID에 대한 중복여부를 확인할 수 있는 중복여부 확인부(sc303-3), 및 다음 단계로의 진행 또는 취소를 위한 다음 실행버튼부(sc304)를 포함하는 내명함만들기 화면(screen#300)을 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공하는 명함제작 관리부(121a);

    상기 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공된 내명함 등록폼 화면(screen#310)에서 이미지 입력방식 설정부(sc312)를 통해 OCR 스캔에 의한 이미지 입력방식을 선택하는 경우, 카메라를 구동하여 OCR 스캔방식으로 실물 명함의 이미지 정보를 촬영할 수 있는 OCR 스캔 화면(sc321)을 제공하며, 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공된 OCR 스캔 화면(sc321)을 통해 촬영된 실물 명함의 이미지 정보를 확인하여 명함 이미지로 등록하거나 재촬영 또는 취소할 수 있는 이미지 확인화면(sc322)을 제공하는 OCR 스캔 이미지 관리부(121b-1);

  9. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 명함정보 조회 처리부(122)는,

    제작 및 등록하고자 하는 명함 ID의 해당 국가와 회사 코드를 각각 설정할 수 있는 국가코드 설정부(sc301)와 회사코드 설정부(sc302), 제작 및 등록하고자 하는 각각의 명함정보에 대응하는 명함 ID를 설정하여 입력할 수 있는 명함 ID 입력부(sc303-1,sc303-2), 설정 입력된 명함 ID에 대한 중복여부를 확인할 수 있는 중복여부 확인부(sc303-3), 및 다음 단계로의 진행 또는 취소를 위한 다음 실행버튼부(sc304)를 포함하는 내명함만들기 화면(screen#300)을 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공하는 단계;
    (b12) 상기 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공된 내명함만들기 화면(screen#300)에서 국가와 회사 코드의 설정 및 중복여부 확인을 통해 등록 가능한 것으로 판명된 명함 ID의 입력 상태에서 다음 실행버튼부(sc304)를 통해 다음 단계로의 실행 요청이 있는 경우,
    제작 및 등록하고자 하는 명함정보의 사용언어를 설정할 수 있는 언어 설정부(sc311), 내명함에 사용할 명함 이미지의 입력방식을 설정할 수 있는 이미지 입력방식 설정부(sc312), 실질적인 명함정보를 입력할 수 있는 명함정보 입력부(sc313-1~sc313-3), 명함정보 입력부(sc313-1~sc313-3)를 통해 입력된 명함정보를 명함 ID 입력부(sc303-1,sc303-2)에 설정 입력된 명함 ID를 기반으로 데이터베이스에 등록하거나 취소할 수 있는 등록 실행버튼부(sc314) 및 취소 실행버튼부(sc315)를 포함하는 내명함 등록폼 화면(screen#310)을 제공하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공방법.
  20. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 명함정보 등록 처리단계(b1)는,
    (b121) 상기 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공된 내명함 등록폼 화면(screen#310)에서 이미지 입력방식 설정부(sc312)를 통해 OCR 스캔에 의한 이미지 입력방식을 선택하는 경우, 카메라를 구동하여 OCR 스캔방식으로 실물 명함의 이미지 정보를 촬영할 수 있는 OCR 스캔 화면(sc321)을 제공하고, OCR 스캔 화면(sc321)을 통해 촬영된 실물 명함의 이미지 정보를 확인하여 명함 이미지로 등록하거나 재촬영 또는 취소할 수 있는 이미지 확인화면(sc322)을 제공하는 단계;
    (b122) 상기 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공된 내명함 등록폼 화면(screen#310)에서 이미지 입력방식 설정부(sc312)를 통해 이미지 사용에 의한 이미지 입력방식을 선택하는 경우, 데이터베이스에 미리 저장된 이미지를 불러와 편집하거나 다시 불러올 수 있는 이미지 사용 화면(sc331)을 제공하는 단계;
    (b123) 상기 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공된 내명함 등록폼 화면(screen#310)에서 이미지 입력방식 설정부(sc312)를 통해 기본 템플릿 사용에 의한 이미지 입력방식을 선택하는 경우, 데이터베이스에 미리 저장된 기본 템플릿을 사용하여 명함의 배경 이미지를 위한 스타일, 폰트 색상을 설정하여 등록할 수 있는 기본 템플릿 사용 화면(sc341)을 제공하는 단계; 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 처리단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공방법.
  21. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 명함정보 조회 처리단계(b2)는,
    (b21) 상기 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공된 초기 서비스화면에서 명함받기 관리도구가 선택되는 경우,
    조회하고자 하는 명함 ID의 해당 국가와 회사 코드를 각각 설정할 수 있는 국가코드 설정부(sc101)와 회사코드 설정부(sc102), 조회하고자 하는 명함 ID(명함 ID 또는 명함 ID와 PW)를 입력할 수 있는 명함 ID 입력부(sc103-1,sc103-2), 및 명함보기를 실행할 수 있는 명함보기 실행버튼부(sc104)를 포함하는 명함받기 화면(screen#100)을 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공하는 단계;
    (b22) 상기 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공된 명함받기 화면(screen#100)에서 국가와 회사 코드의 설정 및 명함ID의 입력 상태에서 명함보기 실행버튼부(sc104)를 통해 명함보기 요청이 있는 경우,
    명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공서버(100)에 등록된 명함 ID에 대응하는 명함정보를 조회하고, 조회된 명함정보를 표시하는 명함정보 표시부(sc111), 사용자 단말기(10)의 명함지갑(wallet) 또는 주소록에 해당 명함정보의 저장을 실행할 수 있는 내폰저장 실행버튼부(sc112)를 포함하는 명함보기 화면(screen#110)을 제공하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공방법.
  22. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 명함정보 조회 처리단계(b2)는,
    (b23) 상기 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공된 초기 서비스화면에서 명함지갑 관리도구가 선택되는 경우, 사용자 단말기의 명함지갑 또는 주소록에 저장된 명함정보의 검색을 위한 적어도 하나의 색인조건을 설정할 수 있는 색인조건 설정부(sc201), 적어도 하나의 필터링조건을 설정할 수 있는 필터링조건 설정부(sc202), 색인조건 및 필터링조건에 따라 검색되는 명함 리스트를 표시하는 명함 리스트 표시부(sc203), 각 명함 리스트 상의 전화번호에 대한 음성 호 발신 또는 메시지 전송이 가능한 전화연결 아이콘(sc204) 및 메시지 전송 아이콘(sc205)을 포함하는 명함지갑 화면(screen#200)을 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공하는 단계;를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공방법.
  23. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 명함정보 조회 처리단계(b2)는,
    (b24) 상기 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공된 명함지갑 화면(screen#200)에서 필터링조건 설정부(sc202)를 통해 그룹관리 필터링 조건을 선택하는 경우,
    적어도 하나 이상의 명함정보가 등록된 각 그룹의 그룹명, 각 그룹별로 등록된 명함 ID의 갯수를 포함하는 그룹 리스트를 포함하는 그룹관리 회면(screen#210)을 제공하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공방법.
  24. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 마이페이지 관리단계(b3)는,
    (b31) 상기 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공된 마이페이지 화면(screen#400)에서 마이페이지 관리 선택 실행부(sc402)를 통해 내명함 편집이 선택 실행되는 경우,
    마이페이지 화면(screen#400)으로 되돌아가기 위한 뒤로가기 설정부(sc411), 내명함에 편집할 명함 이미지의 입력방식을 설정할 수 있는 편집이미지 입력방식 설정부(sc412), 실질적인 편집 명함정보를 입력할 수 있는 편집 명함정보 입력부(sc413-1~sc413-3), 편집 명함정보 입력부(sc413-1~sc413-3)를 통해 입력된 편집 명함정보를 기등록된 명함 ID를 기반으로 데이터베이스에 편집 등록하거나 취소할 수 있는 편집확인 실행버튼부(sc414) 및 취소 실행버튼부(sc415)를 포함하는 내명함 편집 화면(screen#410)을 제공하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공방법.
  25. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 마이페이지 관리단계(b3)는,
    (b32) 상기 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공된 마이페이지 화면(screen#400)에서 마이페이지 관리 선택 실행부(sc402)를 통해 FAQ가 선택 실행되는 경우,
    마이페이지 화면(screen#400)으로 되돌아가기 위한 뒤로가기 설정부(sc421), 기등록된 FAQ 정보를 표시하는 FAQ 정보 표시부(sc422)를 포함하는 FAQ 화면(screen#420)을 제공하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공방법.
  26. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 마이페이지 관리단계(b3)는,
    (b33) 상기 사용자 단말기(10)에 제공된 마이페이지 화면(screen#400)에서 마이페이지 관리 선택 실행부(sc402)를 통해 회원탈퇴가 선택 실행되는 경우,
    마이페이지 화면(screen#400)으로 되돌아가기 위한 뒤로가기 설정부(sc431), 회원탈퇴를 선택 실행하는 탈퇴 실행버튼부(sc432)를 포함하는 회원탈퇴 화면(screen#430)을 제공하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 명함정보 등록 및 조회서비스 제공방법.
