围护桩 技术领域
本发明属于建筑工程技术领域,涉及一种围护桩。
背景技术
专利号为200720302293.4的中国发明公开了一种企口混凝土T形桩,具有T形桩本体,所述本体的横截面呈“T”形,该本体两边翼缘设有榫槽连接件。将该T形桩应用于河道护岸后,护岸内侧土体内含的水分排出速度较慢,影响护岸的稳定性。
专利号为201420121343.9的中国发明公开了一种透水T形桩,包括第一面板和腹板,两者一体浇筑构成T形,所述第一面板上设有若干以其中心线为对称轴对称布置的、采用透水混凝土浇筑形成的透水区,各透水区内均开设若干垂直于第一面板所在平面、且用于栖养螺蛳的盲孔。
上述方案采用T形桩修建河道护岸时,大大提高了由该T形桩所成护岸的抗冲刷、抗倾覆能力,稳定性更好。但是该T形桩缺乏与其他建筑构件连接的结构,因此稳定性有待加强。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述问题,提供一种能用于建筑构件并提高建筑构件强度的围护桩。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用了下列技术方案:一种围护桩,包括桩体,所述的桩体的横截面为T形,桩体包括横向桩及与横向桩固定连接的纵向桩,所述的横向桩两侧具有能让两个相邻的桩体相互卡接配合的密封机构,所述的横向桩上并沿横向桩的径向固定有至少一根锚杆。
在上述的围护桩中,所述的密封机构包括设置在横向桩两侧的凹进部和凸出部,所述的凹进部和凸出部形状、大小相配适,当两个相邻的桩体相互靠近时,其中一个桩体的凸出部能插入到另一个桩体的凹进部内并形成卡接密封配合。
在上述的围护桩中,所述的密封机构包括位于横向桩两侧的密封块,两个密封块沿横向桩的轴心线呈中心对称。
在上述的围护桩中,所述的锚杆有若干个并位于纵向桩的两侧,且位于纵向桩两侧的锚杆一一对应。
在上述的围护桩中,所述的横向桩内固定有连接锚杆的加固筋。
在上述的围护桩中,所述的加固筋与横向桩的轴心线平行。
在上述的围护桩中,所述的加固筋一端与锚杆固定连接,另一端延伸到横向桩的端部。
在上述的围护桩中,所述的桩体内设有呈笼式结构的支撑骨架。
在上述的围护桩中,所述的支撑骨架的横截面呈T形,所述的支撑骨架包括若干沿桩体轴向设置的钢棒及与钢棒固定连接的连接筋。
在上述的围护桩中,所述的支撑骨架由固定在横向桩内的横向支撑架和固定在纵向桩内的纵向固定架组成,横向支撑架和纵向固定架固定连接。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的优点在于:T形的桩体稳定性高,适用于围护地下室、水泥土搅拌桩或钻孔桩,从而提高强度,锚杆组件使桩体与其他部件形成稳定的连接,进一步提高桩体的强度和稳定性,密封机构能使两个桩体之间实现快速的密封连接。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
如图1所示,一种围护桩,包括桩体1,所述的桩体1的横截面为T形,桩体1包括横向桩2及与横向桩2固定连接的纵向桩3,所述的横向桩2两侧具有能让两个相邻的桩体1相互卡接配合的密封机构4,所述的横向桩2上并沿横向桩2的径向固定有至少一根锚杆5。
密封机构4包括设置在横向桩2两侧的凹进部6和凸出部7,所述的凹进部6和凸出部7形状、大小相配适,当两个相邻的桩体1相互靠近时,其中一个桩体1的凸出部7能插入到另一个桩体1的凹进部6内并形成卡接密封配合,在凹进部6和凸出部7的连接处还可以加入密封材料如环氧树脂等进一步提高密封效果。凸出部7和凹进部6的形状不做限定,只要能相互配合即可。图1所示的凹进部6和凸出部7横截面呈楔形,图2所示的凹进部6和凸出部7横截面呈矩形,图3所示的凹进部6和凸出部7横截面呈扇形。
优选方案,锚杆5有若干个并位于纵向桩3的两侧,且位于纵向桩3两侧的锚杆5一一对应,也就是说锚杆5呈均匀分布,锚杆5的长度应大于纵向桩3的长度并延伸出纵向桩3端部外。
如图6所示,横向桩2内固定有连接锚杆5的加固筋9。加固筋9与横向桩2的轴心线平行。加固筋9一端与锚杆5固定连接,另一端延伸到横向桩2的端部。
桩体1内设有呈笼式结构的支撑骨架10,支撑骨架10的横截面呈T形,所述的支撑骨架10包括若干沿桩体1轴向设置的钢棒11及与钢棒11固定连接的连接筋12。连接筋12可以是螺旋钢筋或沿桩体1周向设置的并与钢棒11固定连接的钢筋圈,连接筋12可以与钢棒11焊接或捆绑连接等。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的结构和工作原理基本相同,不同之处在于,如图5所示,密封机构4包括位于横向桩2两侧的密封块8,两个密封块8沿横向桩2的轴心线呈中心对称。所述的支撑骨架10由固定在横向桩2内的横向支撑架13和固定在纵向桩3内的纵向固定架14组成,横向支撑架13和纵向固定架14固定连接。横向支撑架13和纵向固定架14分别包括钢棒11和连接筋12,结构与实施例1的相同。
如图4所示,两个密封块8呈挂钩型,当两个相邻的桩体1靠近时,两个不同桩体1上的密封块8能相互卡接固定,且挂钩起到拉紧作用,防止两个桩体1脱离。
本文中所描述的具体实施例仅仅是对本发明精神作举例说明。本发明所属技术领域的技术人员可以对所描述的具体实施例做各种各样的修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代,但并不会偏离本发明的精神或者超越所附权利要求书所定义的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种围护桩,包括桩体(1),其特征在于,所述的桩体(1)的横截面为T形,桩体(1)包括横向桩(2)及与横向桩(2)固定连接的纵向桩(3),所述的横向桩(2)两侧具有能让两个相邻的桩体(1)相互卡接配合的密封机构(4),所述的横向桩(2)上并沿横向桩(2)的径向固定有至少一根锚杆(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的围护桩,其特征在于,所述的密封机构(4)包括设置在横向桩(2)两侧的凹进部(6)和凸出部(7),所述的凹进部(6)和凸出部(7)形状、大小相配适,当两个相邻的桩体(1)相互靠近时,其中一个桩体(1)的凸出部(7)能插入到另一个桩体(1)的凹进部(6)内并形成卡接密封配合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的围护桩,其特征在于,所述的密封机构(4)包括位于横向桩(2)两侧的密封块(8),两个密封块(8)沿横向桩(2)的轴心线呈中心对称。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的围护桩,其特征在于,所述的锚杆(5)有若干个并位于纵向桩(3)的两侧,且位于纵向桩(3)两侧的锚杆(5)一一对应。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的围护桩,其特征在于,所述的横向桩(2)内固定有连接锚杆(5)的加固筋(9)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的围护桩,其特征在于,所述的加固筋(9)与横向桩(2)的轴心线平行。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的围护桩,其特征在于,所述的加固筋(9)一端与锚杆(5)固定连接,另一端延伸到横向桩(2)的端部。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的围护桩,其特征在于,所述的桩体(1)内设有呈笼式结构的支撑骨架(10)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的围护桩,其特征在于,所述的支撑骨架(10)的横截面呈T形,所述的支撑骨架(10)包括若干沿桩体(1)轴向设置的钢棒(11)及与钢棒(11)固定连接的连接筋(12)。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的围护桩,其特征在于,所述的支撑骨架(10)由固定在横向桩(2)内的横向支撑架(13)和固定在纵向桩(3)内的纵向固定架(14)组成,横向支撑架(13)和纵向固定架(14)固定连接。
