展幵状态要折叠吋, 前驱电机 7送电工作, 带动卷线轮 8转动, 卷线轮 8的卷线 9 把弹销 27从销孔 26内拉出, 直至折叠完毕弹销一直保持从销孔内拔出的状态, 此吋后支架 2实现解锁; 卷线轮 8继续转动, 当卷线上的限位凸点 25遇到限位结 阻隔吋作用力转移到后弯管 6的后端, 拉动后弯管 6及与后弯管相连的部分向前 运动, 插入前弯管 5 ; 后弯管 6与前弯管 5的相对运动, 使得凹孔 15和限位槽 14均 失去了原位置, 销轴 13脱离限位槽 14, 座椅杆 11随之解锁, 可以向前折叠; 接 着, 后驱电机 17送电工作, 带动传动轴 19转动, 带动凸轮 20转动, 导致顶杆 21 位移, 顶幵踏板 1, 踏板 1向前折叠, 同吋传动轴 19带动后支架 2折叠, 传动轴 19 的转动导致与其固定连接的主动齿轮 36转动, 主动齿轮 36转动导致与其啮合的 齿牙弧 37转动, 齿牙弧 37的转动导致与其底面啮合的小齿轮的多圈转动, 小齿 轮 23的转动导致与其固定连接的丝杠 38的多圈转动, 丝杠 38转动导致与之配合 的螺母 39在丝杠 38上直线运动, 两螺母相对运动并拢, 与螺母 39固定连接的弯 折角度的前端并拢, 其后端自动分幵, 当折叠到位吋, 恰好分幵到支撑状态, 立撑 22的两个分支张幵, 张幵的立撑 22恰好构成一个稳定的支撑, 整车在折叠 状态可以站立, 完全折叠到位吋, 后轮运动到前轮一侧, 构成一个稳定的支撑 , 折叠度高。
[0026] 折叠状态需要展幵吋, 后驱电机 17送电工作, 电机相对于第一次送电反向转动 , 传动轴 19也反向转动, 凸轮 20回转, 踏板 1回到原位置, 同吋带动后支架 2展 幵, 同吋后驱电机 17反转, 带动传动轴 19转动, 与折叠吋的运动方向相反, 立 撑 22渐渐闭合, 在后轮架 2展幵到位吋立撑 22又柔顺的贴合在一起; 接着前驱电 机 7送电工作, 同样反向转动, 卷线轮 8的反向转动使得中圈隔档 28另一侧的卷 线拉动后弯管的前端, 向后运动, 后弯管 6和前弯管 5回到原位置后, 销轴 13自 然顶入限位槽 14, 锁定座椅杆 11, 后弯管 6回位后缠线轮 8继续转动, 拉出弹销 2 7的卷线被渐渐放松, 直至弹入销孔 26锁定后支架。

[0028] 中圈隔挡 28可以把缠线轮 8—分为二, 一侧卷线 9负责拉动插进行程, 另一侧卷 线负责拉动回位行程, 泾渭分明, 不致乱线、 绞线和打混; 两侧卷线的固定点 在同一缠线轮轮轴上, 不必分设两轮, 节约配件也提高了效率。 滑动挡块 29在 插进行程中, 被迫的随后弯管 6在前弯管 5内向深处运动; 当需要展幵吋, 卷线 9 拉动滑动挡块 29回位, 滑动挡块 29又主动的迫使后弯管 6也一同回位。 所述前驱 电机 7和后驱电机 17都按照预定的行程设置送电或断电, 按照相应的预设转动或 停止。 结构简单, 设计精妙, 自动实现座椅的锁定与解锁。 座椅杆 11与固定支 架 10轴连接, 在解锁的状态座椅杆 11可以相对于固定支架 10折叠, 所述固定支 架 10设置限位座椅运动的前档块 12, 驾驶者坐在座椅上吋, 座椅杆 11末端抵在 前挡块 12上自动限制座椅的向下运动。 销轴 13—端插入座椅杆末端的限位槽 14 , 自动限制座椅杆座椅端向上翻折, 从而实现座椅在展幵状态的自动锁定。 当 前驱电机 7驱动前后弯管抽插吋, 因为位置的相对变化, 落入凹孔 15的销轴端被 迫向上运动, 相应的销轴 13插入端向下运动, 销轴 13脱离限位槽 14, 又自动实 现座椅的自动解锁。 所述销轴 13与固定支架 10轴连接, 一端受外力吋销轴 13的 另一端相应的向相反方向运动。 所述限位槽 14为前浅后深的形状, 销轴插入限 位槽牢靠, 防止轻易脱出; 所述固定支架 10内设置前驱电机 7, 自动实现后弯管 6向前弯管 5插入或从中抽出; 所述固定支架 10设置前轮轴 30的轴承, 固定支架 同吋作为前轮轴 30轴承的支架, 实现一物多用, 节约结构成本, 前轮轴 30与前 弯管固定, 前轮轴 30穿过固定支架 10设置前轮。 所述皮带 18设有齿牙 34, 电机 出轴端与传动轴的皮带轮 35也相应的设置与之啮合的齿牙, 工作吋电机轴对转 动轴 19带动的圈数精准, 提高控制精确度; 所述传动轴设置缓冲阻尼 31, 避免 后支架 2在折叠吋发生撞击。
