More clearly the switching means 15 is placed on, above or nearby the top wall 5 of the casing 2, in any case in proximity of the upper part of the casing 2. In the embodiment illustrated in the attached Figure 1, the switching means 15 is placed above the top wall 5 of the casing 2.

  • the actuating means 14 is movable between a resting position, in which it doesn’t interfere with the switching means 15, and one or more actuating positions in each of which it exerts a pressure on the switching means 15 for actuating it and which actuating positions are reachable upon interference with the tray support 9.
  • the tray support 9 when reaching either the lower end position, illustrated in Figures 7 and 8, or the upper end position, illustrated in Figure 10, interferes with the actuating means 14 moving it toward an actuating position, as illustrated in Figures 7 or 10.
  • the actuating means 14 is movable toward a first actuating position, illustrated in Figure 7, reachable upon interference with the tray support 9 in the lower end position, as illustrated in Figure 8, and toward a second actuating position, illustrated in Figure 10, reachable upon interference with the tray support 9 in the upper end position as illustrated in the same figure.
  • the switching means 15 comprises a first switch 16, actionable by the actuating means 14 in the first actuating position, as illustrated in Figure 7, for interrupting the functioning of the motor 10 when the tray support 9 reaches the lower end position, as illustrated in Figures 7 and 8, and a second switch 17, actionable by the actuating means 14 in the second actuating position, as illustrated in Figure 10, for interrupting the functioning of the motor 10 when the tray support 9 reaches the upper end position, as illustrated in the same figure.
  • the presence of two distinct switches allows to clearly distinguish the position of the tray support 9, either at the lower end position or at the upper end position.
  • the switches are advantageously connected to a control unit which, on the basis of the information received on the position of the tray support 9, operates the motor 10 accordingly.
  • the motor is a reversible motor which can be operated in opposite rotation directions so as to consequently move the tray support 9 toward the top wall 5 or the bottom wall 4.
  • first switch 16 and the second switch 17 are advantageously snap action switches, which ensure an optimal reliability also in a demanding environment, such as the one associated to the cooking device, are inexpensive and long lasting.
  • the stopping mechanism 13 comprises elastic restoring means 18, such as for instance one or more compression springs, for forcing the actuating means 14 toward the resting position. This allows the actuating means 14 to return to the resting position once the tray support 9 moves from the lower end position, illustrated in Figure 8, or from the upper end position, illustrated in Figure 10.
  • the lifting assembly 7 further comprises a support body 19 having guiding means 20 for guiding the tray support 9 on its vertical displacement.
  • the guiding means 20 may comprise one or more guiding rods on which the tray support 9 is slidably mounted, as illustrated in attached Figures 6 and 8.
  • the support body 19 comprises an upper fixed element 21 and a lower fixed element 22, between which the tray support 9 is vertically displaceable, limiting hence the vertical displacement path of the tray support 9 inside the cooking chamber 3.
  • the tray support 9 in the lower end position is placed in proximity of the lower fixed element 22, as illustrated in Figures 7 and 8, while in the upper end position is placed in proximity of the upper fixed element 21 as illustrated in Figure 10.
  • the stopping mechanism 13, such as the movement mechanism 8, is mounted on the support body 19.
  • the support body 19, bearing both the stopping mechanism 13 and the movement mechanism 8, allows to easily mount them on the casing 2 and it provides both support and protection to their components.
  • the actuating means 14 comprises a first vertical rod 23 vertically displaceable, in particular mounted on the support body 19 free to slide vertically, and a protrusion 24, which is fixed to the lower extremity of the first rod 23.
  • the protrusion 24 is configured to engage with the tray support 9 when the latter reaches the lower end position, as illustrated in Figure 8, for displacing the first rod 23 toward the bottom wall 4.
  • the actuating means 14 reaches the first actuating position, illustrated in Figure 7, when the first rod 23 is displaced toward the bottom wall 4, as illustrated in Figure 8.
  • the stopping mechanism 13 further comprises a bracket 25, illustrated in Figures 3 and 4, having a bottom transversal end 26 connected to the upper extremity of the first rod 23 and an upper transversal end 27 configured to engage with the switching means 15 for activating it when the first rod 23 is displaced toward the bottom wall 4, as illustrated in Figure 7.
  • the upper transversal end 27 of the bracket 25 is configured to engage with the first switch 16.
  • the bracket 25 allows the actuating means 14 to act on the switching means 15 by exerting a pressure on it.
  • the actuating means 14 further comprises a second vertical rod 28 vertically displaceable and having a lower extremity configured to engage with the tray support 9 when the latter reaches the upper end position, illustrated in Figure 10, for being displaced toward the top wall 5 and an upper extremity configured to engage with the switching means 15 for activating it when the second rod 28 is displaced toward the top wall 5, as illustrated in Figure 10.
  • the upper extremity of the second vertical rod 28 is configured to engage with the second switch 17.
  • the actuating means 14 reaches the second actuating position, illustrated in Figure 10, when the second rod 28 is displaced toward the top wall 5.
  • the lifting assembly 7 comprises two movement mechanisms 8 and two stopping mechanisms 10, each associated to a respective side wall 6 of the casing 2. This ensures a more secure support for the tray T during its vertical displacement.
  • the motors 10 of the two movement mechanisms 8 are functioning independently from each other, so that one motor can be activated while the other is not activated. Generally the two motors 10 are operated synchronized in order to ensure an even displacement of the tray T.
  • the switching means 15 of the two stopping mechanisms 13 are configured for interrupting the motor 10 functioning of the respective movement mechanism 8 when the tray support 9 of the respective movement mechanism 8 reaches one of the end positions.
  • the fact that the motors 10 are functioning independently from each other and that the switching means 15 are controlling the functioning just of the respective motor 10 allows to compensate any misalignment that could be generated during the movement of the tray T, so that the tray supports 9 of both the movement mechanisms 8 will in any case reach its respective end position.
  • the cooking device 1 further comprises a weight sensor for sensing the weight of the foodstuff placed on the tray T.
  • the weight sensor by providing information on the weight of the foodstuff on the tray, allows the cooking device 1 to determine the correct parameters for an optimal cooking of the foodstuff and moreover the correct parameters of the functioning of the motor 10.
  • the cooking device 1 further comprises a control unit associated to the weight sensor and to the switching means 15, for receiving from them inputs concerning the weight of the foodstuff on the tray T and the position of the tray T, and associated to the motor 10 for managing its functioning based on the inputs received from the weight sensor and the switching means 15.

  • the lifting assembly 7 is economical to be produced and to be maintained and it is operationally reliable over time, since the most delicate components of the lifting assembly 7, i.e. the switching means, are positioned on the part of the cooking device less exposed to high temperatures.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de cuisson (1), qui comprend : - un corps (2) délimitant une chambre de cuisson (3) et comprenant une paroi de fond (4) et une paroi supérieure (5), et - un ensemble de levage (7) associé au corps (2) et comprenant un mécanisme de déplacement (8) doté d'un support de plateau (9) pour porter un plateau (T) à l'intérieur de la chambre de cuisson (3), un moteur (10) et des moyens de transmission (11) pour transmettre le mouvement du moteur (10) au support de plateau (9) afin de la déplacer le long d'un trajet vertical entre une position d'extrémité inférieure, à proximité de la paroi de fond (4), et une position d'extrémité supérieure, à proximité de la paroi supérieure (5).
