一种薯类物料清洗机，包括料斗（1）、传送装置（2）、粗洗器（3）、精洗器（4）、支撑柱（9）、切片机（6）、传送轴（8）、干燥机（5）、固定盘（10）、驱动电机（7）、出料口（11）、螺栓孔（12）、皮带（13）和遮尘板（14），所述粗洗器（3）位于料斗（1）出口处；所述粗洗器（3）、精洗器（4）和干燥机（5）按顺序依次安装在传送装置（2）上，且所述精洗器（4）位于粗洗器（3）和干燥机（5）的中间；所述支撑柱（9）下部固定安装有固定盘（10）。该薯类物料清洗机的结构紧凑，自动清洗，不损坏原料，提高清洗效率。

Description

一种薯类物料清洗机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗机，具体是一种适用于薯类物料清洗的清洗机，属于农业机械技术领域。
背景技术
薯类物料是人们经常用到的食物，对于现今薯类物料上的赃物，尤其是农药残留，在清洗时必须要清洗干净，目前，随着经济的快速发展，在薯类物料加工生产过程中，常规的清洗工作都是由人工完成，这种方法不仅劳动强度大，清洗效率低，劳动成本很高，而且在清洗过程中可能由于人为的一些因素导致清洗不到位，现在市面上也有许多机械代替人工清洗的机器，一般利用水的流动性进行清洗，但是这样清洗的效果不是很明显，因此，针对上述问题而设计了一种薯类物料清洗机。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本发明提供一种薯类物料清洗机，具有结构紧凑，自动清洗，不损坏原料，提高清洗效率等优点，通过优化整体结构，满足不同使用要求。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种薯类物料清洗机，包括料斗、传送装置、粗洗器、精洗器、支撑柱、切片机、传送轴、干燥机、固定盘、驱动电机、出料口、螺栓孔、皮带和遮尘板，所述料斗固定安装在传送装置一侧；所述粗洗器位于料斗出口处；所述粗洗器、精洗器和干燥机按顺序依次安装在传送装置上，且其所述精洗器位于粗洗器和干燥机的中间；所述驱动电机的传动轴与传送轴通过皮带配合连接；所述支撑柱固定安装在传送装置下部；所述支撑柱下部固定安装有固定盘；所述固定盘上设置有安装螺栓的螺栓孔；所述出料口设置于传送装置的一侧，且与切片机连接；所述遮尘板安装在传送装置上。
进一步，所述粗洗器内带有薯类物料洗涤液喷液器、换水器、洗料桶。
进一步，所述精洗器内带有高压喷水器、出水孔。
进一步，所述传送装置为防腐蚀高分子材料。
进一步，所述遮尘板为有机玻璃透明塑料材料。
进一步，所述遮尘板上设置有三个可移动的观察窗。
本发明的有益效果是：该薯类物料清洗机的粗洗器内带有薯类物料洗涤液喷液器、换水器、洗料桶，便于对原料的粗清洗；所述精洗器内带有高压喷水器、出水孔，方便对原料的精洗；所述传送装置为防腐蚀高分子材料，增加传送装置使用寿命；所述遮尘板为有机玻璃透明塑料材料，方便观察；所述遮尘板上设置有三个可移动的观察窗，方便人工操作，并且该薯类物料清洗机的结构紧凑，自动清洗，不损坏原料，提高清洗效率，适合推广使用。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示：一种薯类物料清洗机，包括料斗1、传送装置2、粗洗器3、精洗器4、支撑柱5、切片机6、传送轴7、干燥机8、固定盘9、驱动电机10、出料口11、螺栓孔12、皮带13和遮尘板14，所述料斗1固定安装在传送装置2一侧；所述粗洗器3位于料斗1出口处；所述粗洗器3、精洗器4和干燥机8按顺序依次安装在传送装置2上，且其所述精洗器4位于粗洗器3和干燥机8的中间；所述驱动电机10的传动轴与传送轴7通过皮带13配合连接；所述支撑柱5固定安装在传送装置2下部；所述支撑柱5下部固定安装有固定盘9；所述固定盘9上设置有安装螺栓的螺栓孔12；所述出料口11设置于传送装置2一 侧，且与切片机6连接；所述遮尘板14安装在传送装置2上。
作为本发明的优化技术方案：所述粗洗器3内带有薯类物料洗涤液喷液器、换水器、洗料桶；所述精洗器4内带有高压喷水器、出水孔；所述传送装置2为防腐蚀高分子材料；所述遮尘板14为有机玻璃透明塑料材料；所述遮尘板14可以移动。
作为本发明的生产注意事项：切片机锯切试件直径为φ50mm，锯切试件长度为大于40mm，主轴转数为2300r/min,电机额定功率为2.2KW,电压为380V，锯片直径为φ400mm，锯切试件长度为47.5mm-205mm。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种薯类物料清洗机，其中，包括料斗、传送装置、粗洗器、精洗器、支撑柱、切片机、传送轴、干燥机、固定盘、驱动电机、出料口、螺栓孔、皮带和遮尘板，所述料斗固定安装在传送装置一侧；所述粗洗器位于料斗出口处；所述粗洗器、精洗器和干燥机按顺序依次安装在传送装置上，且其所述精洗器位于粗洗器和干燥机的中间；所述驱动电机的传动轴与传送轴通过皮带配合连接；所述支撑柱固定安装在传送装置下部；所述支撑柱下部固定安装有固定盘；所述固定盘上设置有安装螺栓的螺栓孔；所述出料口设置于传送装置的一侧，且与切片机连接；所述遮尘板安装在传送装置上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种薯类物料清洗机，其中，所述粗洗器内带有薯类物料洗涤液喷液器、换水器、洗料桶。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种薯类物料清洗机，其中，所述精洗器内带有高压喷水器、出水孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种薯类物料清洗机，其中，所述传送装置为防腐蚀高分子材料。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种薯类物料清洗机，其中，所述遮尘板为有机玻璃透明塑料材料。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种薯类物料清洗机，其中，所述遮尘板上设置有三个可移动的观察窗。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种薯类物料清洗机，其中，所述精洗器内带有高压喷水器、出水孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种薯类物料清洗机，其中，所述传送装置为防腐蚀高分子材料。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种薯类物料清洗机，其中，所述遮尘板为有机玻璃透明塑料材料。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种薯类物料清洗机，其中，所述遮尘板上设置有三个可移动的观察窗。
