Le système selon la présente invention comporte: un dispositif de surveillance pour la réalisation d'analyse vocale par la capture de son généré lors des sauts des poissons plats au-dessus de la surface de l'eau, grâce aux habitudes écologiques des poissons plats sautant près de la surface de l'eau à la recherche de nourriture, ou pour la surveillance d'un réservoir d'eau au moyen d'une caméra CCTV sous-marine à l'intérieur du réservoir d'eau pour surveiller la quantité d'activité de poissons plats en repérant des signes anormaux se produisant dans les images recueillies; un serveur de gestion pour le stockage d'information d'analyse d'activité alimentaire par l'analyse vocale fournie depuis le réservoir d'eau de centre de pisciculture, d'information visuelle d'activités de poissons plats en fonction de signes anormaux, et d'information d'état d'historiques de diagnostic de maladies et de prescriptions, ou pour permettre la fourniture d'une quantité d'ingestion de nourriture selon des valeurs de mesure d'activité alimentaire de données tels que la durée d'alimentation, la quantité d'ingestion de nourriture, et le nombre d'instants d'alimentation, au moyen de valeurs de leurs niveaux et de leurs plages par rapport aux déplacements des poissons plats pour un signal sonore analysé lors des déplacements et des sauts selon la commande de dispositifs respectifs pour la prévention de maladies de poissons plats; un dispositif de thérapie à distance relié au serveur de gestion et se déplaçant à distance, par l'analyse vocale et visuelle, des caméras CCTV de divers réservoirs d'eau, disposées dans un centre de pisciculture, vers un endroit dans lequel des individus suspectés d'être atteints d'une maladie proviennent à travers l'analyse de sons et d'images, du dispositif de surveillance, transmis depuis le serveur de gestion, permettant ainsi un diagnostic pour la prévention de maladie par l'observation intense de l'état de poissons plats par la capture de photos et des fonctions de déplacement, de rotation et de zoom; et un dispositif de télégestion relié au dispositif de thérapie à distance et l'envoi d'un gestionnaire correspondant si un diagnostic et une prescription supplémentaire sont nécessaires selon l'observation intense à travers la capture de photos, par le dispositif de thérapie à distance, pour l'état des poissons plats, permettant ainsi la gestion des poissons plats par des références d'examen pour l'état des poissons plats, des détails requis, d'information de centre de pisciculture, et l'enregistrement d'anomalie d'information de réservoir d'eau. Par conséquent, la présente invention permet d'obtenir les avantages suivants: la mesure et l'analyse de données diverses telles qu'une information environnementale d'un réservoir d'eau en conformité avec l'élevage de poissons plats, des statistiques sur la quantité d'ingestion d'aliments, des niveaux d'activité alimentaire, d'information d'activité et d'information de reproduction, afin d'identifier si des poissons plats sont atteints de maladies sur la base des données diverses afin que l'information identifiée soit fournie à un expert, permettant la collecte de données d'historiques de maladies et de détails de prescription étant donné que la maladie de poisson peut être détectée et diagnostiquée à distance; et la génération de données standard sur d'autres maladies par la construction d'une pluralité d'éléments d'information d'environnement et de reproduction, d'information d'état de poissons individuels, et des données de diagnostic de maladie grâce à ce système.
