- 코 안에 삽입되어 호흡시 흡입되는 외부 공기를 여과하는 비강 삽입형 마스크에 있어서,비강 깊숙이 삽입될 수 있도록 상부 방향으로 직경이 점차 좁아지는 원추형으로 형성되고, 공기의 원활한 소통을 위해 상부, 하부, 측면이 개방된 형태로 이루어진 몸체(100);상기 몸체(100)의 외면으로부터 탈착 가능하게 구비되어 외부 공기에 포함된 이물질을 여과시키는 것으로 면실과 한지실의 혼합으로 이루어진 필터(200);상기 몸체(100)의 외면을 감싸며 배치된 필터(200)가 몸체(100)로부터 이탈되지 않도록 필터(200) 일부분을 몸체(100)에 밀착 고정시키는 것으로, 내벽부(320)와, 외벽부(330)를 포함한 이중벽 구성과, 비강 내벽을 따라 흐르는 콧물을 수용할 수 있는 콧물수용부(340)를 포함하여 이루어지는 고정튜브(300);를 포함하여 구성되고,상기 필터(200)는, 닥나무를 주원료로 제조된 한지와 천연 목화솜을 각각 7:3 중량비율로 혼합하여 한지를 주성분으로 하는 제1섬유를 형성하고, 천연 목화솜으로 제조된 천연 면실을 항균수에 침지시킨 후 건조과정을 통해 이루어지는 제2섬유를 형성한 후, 상기 제1섬유와 제2섬유를 직조 가공하여 필터(200)를 형성하는 것으로, 직조 가공된 제1섬유와 제2섬유는 5:5 중량비로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비강 삽입형 마스크.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고정튜브(300)는,중앙부가 수직으로 관통되어 몸체(100)에 끼움 결합될 수 있도록 한 결합통공(310)과, 몸체(100) 외부에 끼워진 필터(200)를 몸체(100)에 밀착 고정시키기 위한 내벽부(320)와, 비강내 피부에 밀착 고정됨으로 이탈을 방지하도록 구성된 외벽부(330)와, 내벽부(320)와 외벽부(330) 사이에서 이격된 공간을 형성하되 하부는 차단된 '∪'자형 단면의 공간부를 형성한 콧물수용부(340)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 비강 삽입형 마스크.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 내벽부(320)에서 결합통공(310)을 향한 내측면은 몸체(100)의 결합홈부(111) 형상에 대응하도록 곡면형으로 이루어진 결합돌출부(321)가 결합통공(310) 방향으로 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 비강 삽입형 마스크.
- 코 안에 삽입되어 호흡시 흡입되는 외부 공기를 여과하는 비강 삽입형 마스크에 있어서,비강 깊숙이 삽입될 수 있도록 상부 방향으로 직경이 점차 좁아지는 원추형으로 형성되고, 공기의 원활한 소통을 위해 상부, 하부, 측면이 개방된 형태로 이루어진 몸체(100);상기 몸체(100)의 외면으로부터 탈착 가능하게 구비되는 것으로, 외부 공기에 포함된 이물질을 여과시키는 필터(200);상기 몸체(100)의 외면을 감싸며 배치된 필터(200)가 몸체(100)로부터 이탈되지 않도록 필터(200) 일부분을 몸체(100)에 밀착 고정시키는 것으로, 내벽부(320)와 외벽부(330)를 포함한 이중벽 구성을 제공하되 외벽부(330)가 내벽부(320) 보다 높이가 높게 형성됨에 따라 비강 내벽의 콧물이 필터(200)에 닿는 것을 방지하며, 비강 내벽을 따라 흐르는 콧물을 수용할 수 있는 콧물수용부(340)를 포함하여 이루어지는 고정튜브(300);를 포함하되,상기 몸체(100)와 고정튜브(300) 중 최소 하나 이상은 실리콘과 기능성 조성물의 혼합물로 이루어진 것으로, 상기 몸체(100)와 고정튜브(300) 중 최소 하나 이상은, 실리콘 93~96중량%, 경화제 1~3중량%, 기능성 조성물 2~5중량%를 포함하여 이루어지고, 기능성 조성물의 입도 크기는 200~1000mesh 범위로 미세하게 분쇄된 형태가 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비강 삽입형 마스크.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 기능성 조성물은 은(Ag), 금(Au), 게르마늄(Ge), 숯, 맥반석, 견운모, 활성탄, 옥, 자석 중 최소 하나 이상이 포함되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비강 삽입형 마스크.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 항균수는 자죽염(紫竹鹽)을 물에 희석한 자죽염수와, 피톤치드 원액 중 어느 하나를 적용하거나, 자죽염(紫竹鹽)을 피톤치드 원액에 희석한 것이 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비강 삽입형 마스크.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 항균수는 자죽염(紫竹鹽)과 피톤치트 원액의 혼합물이 사용되는 것으로, 그 비율은 전체 혼합물 100중량%에 대하여, 자죽염(紫竹鹽) 40~60중량%와, 피톤치트 원액 40~60중량%를 혼합하여 자죽염(紫竹鹽)을 용해시킨 혼합물이 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비강 삽입형 마스크.
