本申请涉及竹盐制品及其制备工艺的领域,尤其是涉及一种竹盐口罩及其制备方法。
背景技术
口罩是一种卫生用品,一般指戴在口鼻部位用于过滤进入口鼻的空气,以达到阻挡有害的气体、气味、飞沫、病毒等物质的作用,以纱布或纸等制成。口罩对进入肺部的空气有一定的过滤作用,在呼吸道传染病流行和在粉尘等污染的环境中作业时,戴口罩具有非常好的作用。目前市面上的口罩一般具有较好的即时防护效果,但是其易被病毒、细菌污染,防护效果不持久。
针对上述问题,申请号为CN201910832052.8的中国专利公开了一种抗菌口罩,包括无纺布材质的口罩基体,该口罩基体上还分布有抗菌材料;该抗菌材料包括无机纳米抗菌材料以及甲壳素,该无机纳米抗菌材料由纳米氧化锌、纳米银离子抗菌粉以及纳米红外线粉组成。该发明的抗菌口罩,实现了抗菌效果,且水性成膜剂烘干后不影响无纺布口罩的透气效果,解决了现有口罩无抗菌功能的问题。
上述相关文件中的抗菌口罩虽然可以起到较好的抗菌效果,但是其抗菌材料中的无机纳米抗菌材料包含纳米氧化锌、纳米银离子抗菌粉等金属或金属氧化物粉末,尤其是口罩上的纳米银离子易被氧化,导致抗菌性能下降。
发明内容
为了解决无机纳米抗菌口罩中使用金属或金属氧化物粉末发生氧化变质导致抗菌性能下降的问题,本申请提供一种竹盐口罩及其制备方法。
本申请提供的一种竹盐口罩采用如下的技术方案:
一种竹盐口罩,由内至外依次包括吸湿内层、过滤中间层和防潮外层,所述过滤中间层与所述防潮外层之间还设有竹盐夹片,所述竹盐夹片为分布有竹盐的无纺布片。
通过采用上述技术方案,在防潮外层和过滤中间层设置竹盐夹片,竹盐夹片上的竹盐具有良好的抗菌抑菌效果,从而提高口罩的抗菌性能;同时竹盐作为可食用物质,其使用安全性更高,可有效降低重金属中毒风险。
优选的,所述竹盐夹片通过以下步骤制备得到:
a.竹盐化水:将竹盐溶于去离子水中,得竹盐水;
b.竹盐水喷淋:将a步骤得到的竹盐水雾化喷淋在无纺布上,烘干得竹盐布片;
c.纤维网固化:在b步骤得到的竹盐布片两面复合纤维网,再在表面针刺打点,按规格进行裁切得竹盐夹片。
通过采用上述技术方案,竹盐化水后雾化喷淋在无纺布上再烘干,可使竹盐在无纺布上分布更加致密均匀,起到更好的抗菌效果。竹盐水在烘干后的无纺布上析晶,析晶的竹盐颗粒在无纺布上粘接力不强,容易脱落,因此在竹盐布片两面复合纤维网,再通过针刺打点将纤维网与竹盐布片进行复合加固,使竹盐夹片上的竹盐颗粒不易脱落,从而稳定发挥抗菌效果。
优选的,所述a步骤中,竹盐与水以1:(3-5)的质量比溶解成竹盐水。
通过采用上述技术方案,竹盐与水以1:(3-5)的质量比进行溶解,竹盐水浓度适中,在无纺布烘干后析出的竹盐晶体量适中,既起到良好的抗菌效果,也可较好地控制成本。
优选的,所述b步骤中,无纺布上的竹盐水喷淋量为200ml/m2-300ml/m2。
通过采用上述技术方案,每平米的无纺布上喷淋200-300ml竹盐水,可使竹盐水全面喷涂在无纺布上,同时无纺布也不会过于湿润,便于后续烘干和析晶。
优选的,所述b步骤中,喷淋过竹盐水的无纺布在60-80℃下烘干30-40min。
通过采用上述技术方案,喷淋过竹盐水的无纺布在60-80℃条件下烘干,既可快速蒸发掉竹盐水中的水分析出竹盐,也可降低无纺布在此烘干过程中发生的高温损坏可能性。
优选的,所述c步骤中,复合有纤维网的竹盐布片表面针刺打点的打点孔径为1-2mm,打点密度为6400个/m2-10000个/m2。
通过采用上述技术方案,一方面,竹盐布片通过针刺打点的方式与纤维网复合,纤维网可有效降低竹盐布片上析出的竹盐晶粒脱落可能性;另一方面,针刺打点的打点孔径在1-2mm,打点密度为6400个/m2-10000个/m2,可较好地增强竹盐布片的透气性,降低由纤维网所带来的透气性下降的不利影响。
优选的,所述c步骤中,竹盐布片复合纤维网的方法为:在竹盐布片两侧面雾化喷淋聚丙烯酸酯悬浮液,然后将竹盐布片在UV光下曝光,得复合有纤维网的竹盐布片。
通过采用上述技术方案,将聚丙烯酸酯悬浮液雾化喷淋在竹盐布片上,再在UV光下曝光,使聚丙烯酸酯在竹盐布片上因辐射发生交联固化,形成附着在竹盐布片上的微观纤维网,从而将竹盐布片上析出的竹盐晶体牢牢粘附在无纺布上。

S1.面层一次复合:将吸湿内层、过滤中间层进行复合,形成连续的长条状的一次复合面层料;
S2.铺设竹盐夹片:将若干竹盐夹片依次均匀铺设在S1步骤得到的一次复合面层料的过滤中间层上;
S3.面层二次复合:将防潮外层进行压褶后复合在S2步骤中铺设有竹盐夹片的一次复合面层料上,同时在一次复合面层料与防潮外层之间输入鼻夹条,得二次复合面层料;
S4.包边、打耳带:在S2步骤得到的二次复合面层料沿长度方向上的两侧进行包边,然后将连续的二复合面层料沿宽度方向切割成多个独立口罩并使每个独立口罩内包含一个竹盐夹片,再对每个独立口罩打耳带,得成品口罩。
通过采用上述技术方案,采用以上步骤制作竹盐口罩,可使竹盐口罩各面层之间具有更高的复合强度,同时使竹盐夹片可稳定包夹在竹盐口罩的防潮外层和过滤中间层之间,制备工艺简单高效。
综上所述,本申请包括以下至少一种有益技术效果:
1.在口罩的防潮外层和过滤中间层设置竹盐夹片,竹盐夹片上的竹盐具有良好的抗菌抑菌效果,从而提高口罩的抗菌性能;同时竹盐作为可食用物质,其使用安全性更高,且氧化变质风险更低,可稳定发挥抗菌效果;
2.竹盐夹片上的竹盐颗粒通过竹盐水雾化喷淋再析晶得到,可使无纺布上的竹盐分布更加均匀致密,在竹盐布片上通过针刺打点复合纤维网,使竹盐夹片上的竹盐颗粒不易脱落,从而稳定发挥抗菌作用;
3.纤维网通过将聚丙烯酸酯悬浮液雾化喷淋在竹盐布片上,再在UV光下曝光使聚丙烯酸酯在竹盐布片上因辐射发生交联固化而成,一方面复合在竹盐布片上的纤维网可有效阻止竹盐析晶脱落,另一方面,聚丙烯酸酯在发生交联固化时牢牢附着在无纺布上,从而对竹盐析晶产生粘结作用力,进一步提高竹盐析晶与无纺布之间的结合强度;
4.竹盐布片通过针刺打点的方式与纤维网牢固复合,针刺打点一方面提高纤维网与竹盐布片之间的结合强度,另一方面可弥补由于复合纤维网所引起的透气性变差问题,进而使竹盐口罩具有较好的抗菌性能,也具有良好的透气性。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本申请作进一步详细说明。
实施例1:
一种竹盐口罩,由内至外依次包括吸湿内层、过滤中间层和防潮外层,吸湿内层和防潮外层均为KN90无纺布,过滤中间层为熔喷布。过滤中间层与防潮外层之间还包夹有竹盐夹片,竹盐夹片为分布有竹盐颗粒的无纺布片。
其中,竹盐夹片通过以下步骤制备得到:
a.竹盐化水:将竹盐溶解于去离子水中,竹盐与去离子水质量比为1:3-5,得竹盐水;
b.竹盐水喷淋:将a步骤得到的竹盐水雾化喷淋在无纺布上,竹盐水喷淋量为200ml/m2-300ml/m2,再在60-80℃下烘干30-40min烘干得竹盐布片;
c.纤维网固化:在b步骤得到的竹盐布片两侧面喷淋雾化的聚丙烯酸酯悬浮液,聚丙烯酸酯悬浮液的浓度为0.1g/ml,喷淋量为50ml/m2,然后将竹盐布片在UV光下曝光5s形成纤维网,再在竹盐布片表面针刺打点,针刺打点的打点孔径为1-2mm,打点密度为6400个/m2-10000个/m2,然后将竹盐布片进行裁切得规格为12cm×6cm的竹盐夹片。
该竹盐口罩的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.面层一次复合:将吸湿内层、过滤中间层进行复合,形成连续的长条状的一次复合面层料;
S2.铺设竹盐夹片:将若干竹盐夹片依次均匀铺设在S1步骤得到的一次复合面层料的过滤中间层上;
S3.面层二次复合:将防潮外层进行压褶后复合在S2步骤中铺设有竹盐夹片的一次复合面层料上,同时在一次复合面层料与防潮外层之间输入鼻夹条,得二次复合面层料;
S4.包边、打耳带:在S2步骤得到的二次复合面层料沿长度方向上的两侧进行包边,然后将连续的二复合面层料沿宽度方向切割成多个独立口罩并使每个独立口罩内包含一个竹盐夹片,再对每个独立口罩打耳带,得成品口罩。
实施例2:
一种竹盐口罩,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,竹盐夹片通过以下步骤制备得到:
a.竹盐化水:将竹盐溶解于去离子水中,竹盐与去离子水质量比为1:3.5,得竹盐水;
b.竹盐水喷淋:将a步骤得到的竹盐水雾化喷淋在无纺布上,竹盐水喷淋量为225ml/m2,再在65℃下烘干32min烘干得竹盐布片;
c.纤维网固化:在b步骤得到的竹盐布片两侧面喷淋雾化的聚丙烯酸酯悬浮液,聚丙烯酸酯悬浮液的浓度为0.1g/ml,喷淋量为50ml/m2,然后将竹盐布片在UV光下曝光5s形成纤维网,再在竹盐布片表面针刺打点,针刺打点的打点孔径为1.25mm,打点密度为9000个/m2,然后将竹盐布片进行裁切得规格为12cm×6cm的竹盐夹片。
实施例3:
一种竹盐口罩,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,竹盐夹片通过以下步骤制备得到:
a.竹盐化水:将竹盐溶解于去离子水中,竹盐与去离子水质量比为1:4,得竹盐水;
b.竹盐水喷淋:将a步骤得到的竹盐水雾化喷淋在无纺布上,竹盐水喷淋量为250ml/m2,再在70℃下烘干35min烘干得竹盐布片;
c.纤维网固化:在b步骤得到的竹盐布片两侧面喷淋雾化的聚丙烯酸酯悬浮液,聚丙烯酸酯悬浮液的浓度为0.1g/ml,喷淋量为50ml/m2,然后将竹盐布片在UV光下曝光5s形成纤维网,再在竹盐布片表面针刺打点,针刺打点的打点孔径为1.5mm,打点密度为8100个/m2,然后将竹盐布片进行裁切得规格为12cm×6cm的竹盐夹片。
实施例4:
一种竹盐口罩,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,竹盐夹片通过以下步骤制备得到:
a.竹盐化水:将竹盐溶解于去离子水中,竹盐与去离子水质量比为1:4.5,得竹盐水;
b.竹盐水喷淋:将a步骤得到的竹盐水雾化喷淋在无纺布上,竹盐水喷淋量为275ml/m2,再在75℃下烘干38min烘干得竹盐布片;
c.纤维网固化:在b步骤得到的竹盐布片两侧面喷淋雾化的聚丙烯酸酯悬浮液,聚丙烯酸酯悬浮液的浓度为0.1g/ml,喷淋量为50ml/m2,然后将竹盐布片在UV光下曝光5s形成纤维网,再在竹盐布片表面针刺打点,针刺打点的打点孔径为1.75mm,打点密度为7200个/m2,然后将竹盐布片进行裁切得规格为12cm×6cm的竹盐夹片。
实施例5:
一种竹盐口罩,本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,竹盐夹片通过以下步骤制备得到:
a.竹盐化水:将竹盐溶解于去离子水中,竹盐与去离子水质量比为1:5,得竹盐水;
b.竹盐水喷淋:将a步骤得到的竹盐水雾化喷淋在无纺布上,竹盐水喷淋量为300ml/m2,再在80℃下烘干40min烘干得竹盐布片;
c.纤维网固化:在b步骤得到的竹盐布片两侧面喷淋雾化的聚丙烯酸酯悬浮液,聚丙烯酸酯悬浮液的浓度为0.1g/ml,喷淋量为50ml/m2,然后将竹盐布片在UV光下曝光5s形成纤维网,再在竹盐布片表面针刺打点,针刺打点的打点孔径为2mm,打点密度为6400个/m2,然后将竹盐布片进行裁切得规格为12cm×6cm的竹盐夹片。
实施例6:
一种竹盐口罩,本实施例与实施例3的区别在于,竹盐夹片通过以下步骤制备得到:
a.竹盐化水:将竹盐溶解于去离子水中,竹盐与去离子水质量比为1:5,得竹盐水;
b.竹盐水喷淋:将无纺布浸没于a步骤得到的竹盐水中,浸泡10min,再在80℃下烘干40min烘干得竹盐布片;
c.裁切:将b步骤得到的竹盐布片进行裁切得规格为12cm×6cm的竹盐夹片。
实施例7:
一种竹盐口罩,本实施例与实施例3的区别在于,a步骤中的竹盐水由竹盐与水以质量比为1:8溶解配制而成。
实施例8:
一种竹盐口罩,本实施例与实施例3的区别在于,b步骤中无纺布上的竹盐水喷淋量为100ml/m2。
实施例9:
一种竹盐口罩,本实施例与实施例3的区别在于,b步骤中无纺布上的竹盐水喷淋量为500ml/m2。
实施例10:
一种竹盐口罩,本实施例与实施例3的区别在于,b步骤中,喷淋过竹盐水的无纺布在50℃下烘干20min。
实施例11:
一种竹盐口罩,本实施例与实施例3的区别在于,b步骤中,喷淋过竹盐水的无纺布在100℃下烘干50min。
实施例12:
一种竹盐口罩,本实施例与实施例3的区别在于,c步骤中,复合有纤维网的竹盐布片表面针刺打点的打点孔径为0.3mm,打点密度为6400个/m2。
实施例13:
一种竹盐口罩,本实施例与实施例3的区别在于,c步骤中,复合有纤维网的竹盐布片表面针刺打点的打点孔径为3mm,打点密度为12000个/m2。
实施例14:
一种竹盐口罩,本实施例与实施例3的区别在于,竹盐布片复合纤维网的方法为:将竹盐布片浸没于浓度为0.1g/ml的聚丙烯酸酯悬浮液中5min,然后将竹盐布片在UV光下曝光,得复合有纤维网的竹盐布片。
对比例1:
本对比例与实施例1的区别在于,采用申请号为CN201910832052.8的中国专利中的制备方法制备得到抗菌口罩。
对比例2:
本对比例与实施例1的区别在于,竹盐口罩中不含有竹盐夹片。
性能测试:
根据GB19083-2010《医用防护口罩技术要求》对实施例1-15及对比例1-2中的口罩进行质量指标测试,测试结果如表1所示。

根据GB15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》对比例1-15及对比例1-2中的口罩进行抗菌性能测试,测试结果如表2所示。

上述实施例的有益效果为:在口罩的防潮外层和过滤中间层设置竹盐夹片,竹盐夹片上的竹盐具有良好的抗菌抑菌效果,从而提高口罩的抗菌性能;同时竹盐作为可食用物质,其使用安全性更高,且氧化变质风险更低,可稳定发挥抗菌效果;在竹盐布片上通过针刺打点复合纤维网,使竹盐夹片上的竹盐颗粒不易脱落,从而稳定发挥抗菌作用。
以上均为本申请的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本申请的保护范围,故:凡依本申请的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本申请的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种竹盐口罩,其特征在于:由内至外依次包括吸湿内层、过滤中间层和防潮外层,所述过滤中间层与所述防潮外层之间还设有竹盐夹片,所述竹盐夹片为分布有竹盐的无纺布片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹盐口罩,其特征在于:所述竹盐夹片通过以下步骤制备得到:
竹盐化水:将竹盐溶于去离子水中,得竹盐水;
竹盐水喷淋:将a步骤得到的竹盐水雾化喷淋在无纺布上,烘干得竹盐布片;
纤维网固化:在b步骤得到的竹盐布片两面复合纤维网,再在表面针刺打点,按规格进行裁切得竹盐夹片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种竹盐口罩,其特征在于:所述a步骤中,竹盐与水以1:(3-5)的质量比溶解成竹盐水。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种竹盐口罩,其特征在于:所述b步骤中,无纺布上的竹盐水喷淋量为200ml/m2-300ml/m2。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种竹盐口罩,其特征在于:所述b步骤中,喷淋过竹盐水的无纺布在60-80℃下烘干30-40min。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种竹盐口罩,其特征在于:所述c步骤中,复合有纤维网的竹盐布片表面针刺打点的打点孔径为1-2mm,打点密度为6400个/m2-10000个/m2。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种竹盐口罩,其特征在于,所述c步骤中,竹盐布片复合纤维网的方法为:在竹盐布片两侧面雾化喷淋聚丙烯酸酯悬浮液,然后将竹盐布片在UV光下曝光,得复合有纤维网的竹盐布片。
8.权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种竹盐口罩的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.面层一次复合:将吸湿内层、过滤中间层进行复合,形成连续的长条状的一次复合面层料;
S2.铺设竹盐夹片:将若干竹盐夹片依次均匀铺设在S1步骤得到的一次复合面层料的过滤中间层上;
S3.面层二次复合:将防潮外层进行压褶后复合在S2步骤中铺设有竹盐夹片的一次复合面层料上,同时在一次复合面层料与防潮外层之间输入鼻夹条,得二次复合面层料;
S4.包边、打耳带:在S2步骤得到的二次复合面层料沿长度方向上的两侧进行包边,然后将连续的二复合面层料沿宽度方向切割成多个独立口罩并使每个独立口罩内包含一个竹盐夹片,再对每个独立口罩打耳带,得成品口罩。
