Abstract

La présente invention concerne un article absorbant (1) présentant : une zone (S1) en contact avec un orifice d'excrétion faisant face à l'orifice d'excrétion d'un porteur ; une zone arrière (S3) positionnée à l'arrière de la zone (S1) en contact avec l'orifice d'excrétion ; un corps absorbant (30) disposé dans au moins la zone (S1) en contact avec l'orifice d'excrétion et la zone arrière (S3) ; une feuille (10) en contact avec la surface de la peau disposée plus loin sur le côté en contact avec la surface de la peau que le corps absorbant (30) ; et une feuille (20) qui n'est pas en contact avec la surface de la peau disposée plus loin sur le côté qui n'est pas en contact avec la surface de la peau que le corps absorbant (30). Le corps absorbant (30) comprend : une première zone (41) à faible masse surfacique entre la zone (S1) en contact avec l'orifice d'excrétion et la zone arrière (S3), s'étendant d'une extrémité à l'autre extrémité dans la direction de la largeur (W) ; et une seconde zone (42) à faible masse surfacique dans la zone arrière (S3) s'étendant dans la direction avant/arrière (L) le long d'une ligne centrale (CL) reliant les centres de la direction de la largeur (W). La feuille (10) en contact avec la surface de la peau comprend une zone non assemblée (46), dans la première zone (41) à faible masse surfacique, qui n'est pas assemblée à un élément disposé plus loin sur le côté qui n'est pas en contact avec la surface de la peau que la feuille (10) en contact avec la surface de la peau.
