Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de dispositif électronique organique comprenant au moins une couche d'anode, une couche intermédiaire de transport de trous, une couche électroluminescente, et une couche de cathode, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : (i) déposer une couche intermédiaire de transport de trous à partir d'une solution comprenant une architecture moléculaire spécifique; et (ii) recuire ladite couche déposée par chauffage à une température inférieure ou égale à 160 °C et exposer la couche déposée à un rayonnement UV.
