Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fabrication de bâtonnet-filtre, le dispositif comprenant un canal de formation servant à recevoir pour un matériau de bout-filtre et un matériau de bande de capage présentant des premier et second bords longitudinaux, et à enrouler le matériau de bande de capage autour du matériau de bout-filtre de telle manière que lesdits bords longitudinaux se chevauchent ; un dispositif d'alimentation servant à acheminer le matériau de bande de capage le long d'un trajet de bande vers le canal de formation ; un applicateur servant à fournir un adhésif pour sceller les bords longitudinaux se chevauchant du matériau de bande de capage; et un dispositif de nettoyage de bande situé en amont de l'applicateur d'adhésif. Le dispositif de nettoyage de bande comprend une chambre doté d'un orifice d'entrée de bande et d'un orifice de sortie de bande, la chambre recevant le matériau de bande de capage par l'orifice d'entrée de bande et le matériau de bande de capage quittant la chambre par l'orifice de sortie de bande tout en avançant le long d'une partie partiellement fermée du trajet de la bande le long d'une première direction (D) ; et une source de vide en communication fluidique avec la chambre.
