所述发热件呈筒状,且沿轴向设置在所述筒状本体中,发热件的内部形成有气流通道;
所述导液件包括筒状的导液本体和至少一对周向相互拼接的拼接端部,所述导液本体环绕设置在所述发热件的外圈,每对所述拼接端部中的至少一个拼接端部由对应的所述开槽向所述筒状本体的外侧延伸。
优选地,每对所述拼接端部的两个拼接端部均由对应的所述开槽向所述筒状本体的外侧延伸。
优选地,所述至少一个开槽包括沿所述筒状本体的周向对称排布的两个开槽。
优选地,所述导液件包括周向断开的两个导液片,所述导液片包括弧形本体、设置在所述弧形本体的周向两侧边并向所述弧形本体外侧面凸起延伸设置的拼接端部;
两个所述导液片的弧形本体沿周向相互拼接形成所述导液本体,两个所述导液片相邻的两个拼接端部相互拼接,形成与两个所述开槽分别对应的两对拼接端部。
优选地,所述雾化装置还包括雾化盖,所述雾化盖包括筒状管体,
所述雾化装置还包括烟弹管,所述烟弹管上形成有储液腔,所述筒状管体上设有用于和所述储液腔连通的至少一个进液口,所述雾化组件设置在所述筒状管体内,以使所述导液件吸附由所述进液口流进的烟液。
优选地,所述雾化组件轴向设置在所述筒状管体内,所述筒状管体和所述筒状本体的之间还设有用于减缓由所述进液口流向所述开槽处的烟液速度的阻液件。
优选地,所述阻液件呈筒状,套设在所述筒状本体的外围,所述进液口包括沿筒状管体周向设置的多个进液口。
优选地,所述开槽与所述插接端端面之间设有导向部,以引导所述导液件的所述拼接端部插入所述开槽内。
优选地,所述导向部包括倒斜角或倒圆角。
优选地,所述插接端端面内圈设有用于引导所述导液本体插入的导引面。
优选地,所述发热件包括螺旋筒状发热丝或筒状发热管。
优选地,所述烟弹管包括外管和内管,所述储液腔形成于所述外管和内管之间,
所述雾化盖还包括设置在所述筒状管体的一端并插入到所述内管内孔的嵌置管,所述嵌置管与所述内管连通,所述嵌置管的外壁面设有嵌入到所述内管内壁的咬合齿或咬合纹。
本发明还构造一种电子烟,包括所述的雾化装置。
本发明还构造一种所述雾化装置的组装方法,包括以下步骤:
A 、提供至少一个片状导液原材,所述导液原材包括用于绕设到所述发热件外围的绕设段以及由所述绕设段的两相对边分别延伸出的延伸段;
将至少一个所述导液原材的绕设段绕设在所述发热件的外圈,使所述绕设段形成环绕在所述发热件周圈的筒状导液本体,在绕设后的所述绕设段的拼接位置的两个所述延伸段相互贴合,并向外侧伸出;
B 、将所述发热件和绕设在所述发热件外的导液原材形成的所述导液本体由所述筒状本体的插接端沿轴向插入到所述筒状本体内,并使相互贴合的两个延伸段卡入到对应的所述开槽内,向所述开槽外伸出;
C 、将伸出所述开槽的延伸段切除,使卡设在所述开槽内与所述绕设段连接的部分形成所述拼接端部,并使所述至少一个导液原材形成所述导液件。
本发明还构造一种所述雾化装置的组装方法,包括以下步骤,
A 、提供至少两个片状导液原材,所述导液原材包括用于绕设到所述发热件外围的绕设段以及由所述绕设段的两相对边分别延伸出的延伸段,
将两个所述导液原材的绕设段分别夹设在所述发热件的两相对侧,使两个所述导液原材对应的延伸段向所述发热件的侧向展开;
将两相对的所述绕设段分别绕设到所述发热件的两侧,使得所述绕设段弯曲形成所述弧形本体,在周向拼接形成筒状的导液本体,将所述发热件夹持,另外使两对所述延伸段分别靠近贴合,保持对所述发热件的夹持;
B 、夹持两对所述延伸段,由所述筒状本体的插接端将所述导液本体插入筒状本体内,将对应的两相对的所述延伸段分别插入所述开槽内;
C 、将伸出所述开槽的延伸段切除,使卡设在所述开槽内与所述绕设段连接的部分形成所述拼接端部,并使所述至少两个导液原材形成所述导液件。
实施本发明的电子烟及其雾化装置以及雾化装置的组装方法,具有以下有益效果:本发明中的导液件在周向的接缝处设有侧向伸出的拼接端部,更容易通过拼接端部吸附筒状本体外的烟液,提升导液性能;同时,导液件可通过导液原材绕设发热件后形成的导液本体插入筒状本体,延伸段卡入到开槽内,伸出开槽的延伸段部分可后续切除形成拼接端部,方便导液件的安装,提升了组装效率,还满足了导液性能。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1及图2所示,本发明一个优选实施例中的电子烟包括雾化装置10和电源装置,进一步地,雾化装置10包括烟弹管11、烟嘴12、雾化盖13、雾化组件14以及连接套15,烟嘴12和连接套15分别设置在烟弹管11的两相对端,电源装置与连接套15连接,并向雾化组件14提供电能加热雾化烟液。
在一些实施例中,烟弹管11包括内管111和外管112,内管111和外管112之间形成用于储存烟液的储液腔113,烟嘴12安装在烟弹管11的一端,对储液腔113的一端进行封盖,同时,烟嘴12的出气孔与内管111相连通。在其他实施例中,烟嘴12和烟弹管11也可为一体结构。
如图2至图5所示,雾化盖13安装在内管111与烟嘴12相对的一端,雾化盖13包括筒状管体131、设置在筒状管体131的一端并插入到内管111内孔的嵌置管132,嵌置管132与内管111连通。嵌置管132的外壁面设有嵌入到内管111内壁的咬合齿或咬合纹,让两者在安装之后保证周向定位。
筒状管体131的侧壁上设有与储液腔113相连通的进液口1311,进液口1311通常为多个,沿周圈设置,以能让烟液均匀流入到筒状管体131内。在其他实施例中,进液口1311也可为一个。雾化组件14设置在筒状管体131内,以使导液件143吸附由进液口1311流进的烟液。
如图5及图6所示,在一些实施例中,雾化组件14包括雾化座141、发热件142及导液件143,雾化座141包括环形的支撑座1411,设置在支撑座1411的一侧面的筒状本体1412。筒状本体1412包括与支撑座1411相对的插接端1413,筒状本体1412的侧壁上设有两个沿纵向设置并与插接端1413端面连通的开槽1414。开槽1414沿轴向延伸设置,方便后续导液件143插入,当然,也可在筒状本体1412的侧壁扭曲设置。两个开槽1414沿筒状本体1412的周向对称排布,让导液件143在插入时不用区分转向。
进一步地,发热件142呈筒状,且沿轴向设置在筒状本体1412中,发热件142的内部形成有气流通道。优选地,上述筒状的发热件142包括螺旋筒状发热丝或筒状发热管,发热件142内部的气流通道用以供雾化后的烟液经嵌置管132流向烟嘴12。
导液件143包括筒状的导液本体1431和两对周向相互拼接的拼接端部1432,导液本体1431环绕设置在发热件142的外圈,每对拼接端部1432的两个拼接端部1432均由对应的开槽1414向筒状本体1412的外侧延伸,吸附筒状本体1412外的烟液。在其他实施例中,每对拼接端部1432中也可只有一个拼接端部1432由开槽1414向筒状本体1412的外侧延伸。
进一步地,导液件143包括周向断开的两个导液片,导液片包括弧形本体、设置在弧形本体的周向两侧边并向弧形本体外侧面凸起延伸设置的拼接端部1432。两个导液片的弧形本体沿周向相互拼接形成筒状的导液本体1431,两个导液片相邻的两个拼接端部1432相互拼接,分别形成与两个开槽1414对应的两对拼接端部1432。
在其他实施例中,导液件143也可由一个单一部件形成,该单一部件包括筒状的导液本体1431、和一对周向相互拼接端部1432,开槽1414也可对应的设置一个,供该对拼接端部1432由对应的开槽1414延伸出筒状本体1412吸附烟液。当然,导液件143也可由多个周向弧度较小的导液片相互拼接形成,相邻导液件的拼接位置形成有多对拼接端部1432,开槽1414也可对应的设置多个,供拼接端部1432向外伸出。
为了方便导液件143插入到筒状本体1412内,开槽1414与插接端1413端面之间设有导向部1415,以引导导液件143的拼接端部1432插入开槽1414内,优选地,导向部1415包括倒斜角或倒圆角。插接端1413端面内圈设有用于引导导液本体1431插入的导引面1416,导引面1416通常为斜面。
优选地,雾化组件14轴向设置在筒状管体131内,支撑座1411位于与嵌置管132相对的一端,以将发热件142和导液件143抵靠在雾化盖13与嵌置管132对应的内端面上。烟液经进液口1311流向开槽1414处的拼接端部1432,被导液件143慢慢吸附。进一步地,筒状管体131和筒状本体1412的之间还设有用于减缓流向开槽1414处的烟液速度的阻液件144,阻液件144呈筒状,套设在筒状本体1412的外围。阻液件144通常为导液棉等材质,能吸附烟液,并还能减缓烟液流向开槽1414处的速度。
连接套15设置在烟弹管11与烟嘴12相对的一端,与雾化座141的支撑座1411和烟弹管11的外管112相配合,对储液腔113对应的一端进行封堵。
如图6至图8所示,由于拼接端部1432较小,在导液件143插入开槽1414时容易变形,不易进行定位,导液件143通常为一个或多个片状导液原材1433环绕发热件142形成导液件143后插入筒状本体1412,再进一步加工而成。
当导液件143为一个导液原材1433形成时,雾化组件14的具体组装方法如下:
A 、提供一个片状导液原材1433,该导液原材1433包括用于绕设到发热件142外围的绕设段1434以及由绕设段1434的两相对边分别延伸出的延伸段1435。优选地,导液原材1433通常为导液棉等材质,延伸段1435可以与绕设段1434为顺接过渡,也可为向绕设段1434的一侧翻折形成。
将导液原材1433的绕设段1434绕设在发热件142的周圈,使绕设段1434形成环绕在发热件142的周圈的筒状导液本体1431,在绕设后的绕设段1434的拼接位置的两个延伸段1435相互贴合,并向外侧伸出,以在插入筒状本体1412时和开槽1414相配合。
进一步地,还包括步骤B:
将发热件142和绕设在发热件142外的导液原材1433形成的导液本体1431由筒状本体1412的插接端1413沿轴向插入到筒状本体1412内,并使相互贴合的两个延伸段1435卡入到对应的开槽1414内,向开槽1414外伸出。
进一步地,还包括步骤C:
将伸出开槽1414的延伸段1435切除,使卡设在开槽1414内与绕设段1434连接的部分形成拼接端部1432,并使一个导液原材1433或两个导液原材1433形成导液件143。
如图9所示,在其他实施例中,当导液件143为两个导液原材1433形成时,雾化组件14的具体组装方法如下:
A 、提供两个片状导液原材1433,导液原材1433包括用于绕设到发热件142外围的绕设段1434以及由绕设段1434的两相对边分别延伸出的延伸段1435,
将两个导液原材1433的绕设段1434分别夹设在发热件142的两相对侧,使两个导液原材1433对应的延伸段1435向发热件142的侧向展开;
将两相对的绕设段1434分别绕设到发热件142的两侧,使得绕设段1434弯曲形成弧形本体,在周向拼接形成筒状的导液本体1431,将发热件142夹持,另外使两对延伸段1435分别靠近贴合,保持对发热件142的夹持。进一步地,由于延伸段1435的长度较长,可用双手分别捏合两对延伸段1435,使导液本体1431将发热件142夹紧。在其他实施例中,也可通过机械夹具等将两对延伸段1435靠近贴合并捏合。
对应地,还包括步骤B:
夹持两对延伸段1435,由筒状本体1412的插接端1413将导液本体1431插入筒状本体1412内,将对应的两相对的延伸段1435分别插入开槽1414内。插入后,两对延伸段1435会伸出开槽1414,方便切除。
进一步地,还包括步骤C:
将伸出开槽1414的延伸段1435切除,使卡设在开槽1414内与绕设段1434连接的部分形成拼接端部1432,并使两个导液原材1433形成导液件143。
在其他实施例中,也可由多个绕设段1434较小的导液原材1433周向分布在发热件142的周圈,多个导液原材1433的绕设段1434沿周向依次绕设在发热件142外圈拼接形成导液本体1431,两相邻的延伸段1435对应贴合,将发热件142夹持,再插入到筒状本体1412内。
在完成延伸段1435的切除后,即可将雾化组件14与阻液件144、雾化盖13安装,再将烟弹管11、烟嘴12、连接套15等其他配件对应的安装。
可以理解地,上述各技术特征可以任意组合使用而不受限制。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种 雾化装置,其特征在于,包括雾化组件(14),所述雾化组件(14)包括雾化座(141)、发热件(142)及导液件(143);
    所述雾化座(141)包括筒状本体(1412),所述筒状本体(1412)包括插接端(1413),所述筒状本体(1412)的侧壁上设有至少一个沿纵向设置并与所述插接端(1413)端面连通的开槽(1414);
    所述发热件(142)呈筒状,且沿轴向设置在所述筒状本体(1412)中,发热件(142)的内部形成有气流通道;
    所述导液件(143)包括筒状的导液本体(1431)和至少一对周向相互拼接的拼接端部(1432),所述导液本体(1431)环绕设置在所述发热件(142)的外圈,每对所述拼接端部(1432)中的至少一个拼接端部(1432)由对应的所述开槽(1414)向所述筒状本体(1412)的外侧延伸。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,每对所述拼接端部(1432)的两个拼接端部(1432)均由对应的所述开槽(1414)向所述筒状本体(1412)的外侧延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个开槽(1414)包括沿所述筒状本体(1412)的周向对称排布的两个开槽(1414)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述导液件(143)包括周向断开的两个导液片,所述导液片包括弧形本体、设置在所述弧形本体的周向两侧边并向所述弧形本体外侧面凸起延伸设置的拼接端部(1432);
    两个所述导液片的弧形本体沿周向相互拼接形成所述导液本体(1431),两个所述导液片相邻的两个拼接端部(1432)相互拼接,形成与两个所述开槽(1414)分别对应的两对拼接端部(1432)。
  5. 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化装置(10)还包括雾化盖(13),所述雾化盖(13)包括筒状管体(131),
    所述雾化装置(10)还包括烟弹管(11),所述烟弹管(11)上形成有储液腔(113),所述筒状管体(131)上设有用于和所述储液腔(113)连通的至少一个进液口(1311),所述雾化组件(14)设置在所述筒状管体(131)内,以使所述导液件(143)吸附由所述进液口(1311)流进的烟液。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(14)轴向设置在所述筒状管体(131)内,所述筒状管体(131)和所述筒状本体(1412)的之间还设有用于减缓由所述进液口(1311)流向所述开槽(1414)处的烟液速度的阻液件(144)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述阻液件(144)呈筒状,套设在所述筒状本体(1412)的外围,所述进液口(1311)包括沿筒状管体(131)周向设置的多个进液口(1311)。
  8. 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述开槽(1414)与所述插接端(1413)端面之间设有导向部(1415),以引导所述导液件(143)的所述拼接端部(1432)插入所述开槽(1414)内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述导向部(1415)包括倒斜角或倒圆角。
  10. 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述插接端(1413)端面内圈设有用于引导所述导液本体(1431)插入的导引面(1416)。
  11. 根据权利要求2至4任一项所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述发热件(142)包括螺旋筒状发热丝或筒状发热管。
  12. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述烟弹管(11)包括外管(112)和内管(111),所述储液腔(113)形成于所述外管(112)和内管(111)之间,所述雾化盖(13)还包括设置在所述筒状管体(131)的一端并插入到所述内管(111)内孔的嵌置管(132),所述嵌置管(132)与所述内管(111)连通,所述嵌置管(132)的外壁面设有嵌入到所述内管(111)内壁的咬合齿或咬合纹。
  13. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至12任一项所述的雾化装置。
  14. 一种权利要求2至12任一项所述雾化装置的组装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    A 、提供至少一个片状导液原材(1433),所述导液原材(1433)包括用于绕设到所述发热件(142)外围的绕设段(1434)以及由所述绕设段(1434)的两相对边分别延伸出的延伸段(1435);
    将至少一个所述导液原材(1433)的绕设段(1434)绕设在所述发热件(142)的外圈,使所述绕设段(1434)形成环绕在所述发热件(142)周圈的筒状导液本体(1431),在绕设后的所述绕设段(1434)的拼接位置的两个所述延伸段(1435)相互贴合,并向外侧伸出;
    B 、将所述发热件(142)和绕设在所述发热件(142)外的导液原材(1433)形成的所述导液本体(1431)由所述筒状本体(1412)的插接端(1413)沿轴向插入到所述筒状本体(1412)内,并使相互贴合的两个延伸段(1435)卡入到对应的所述开槽(1414)内,向所述开槽(1414)外伸出;
    C 、将伸出所述开槽(1414)的延伸段(1435)切除,使卡设在所述开槽(1414)内与所述绕设段(1434)连接的部分形成所述拼接端部(1432),并使所述至少一个导液原材(1433)形成所述导液件(143)。
  15. 一种权利要求2至12任一项所述雾化装置的组装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    A 、提供至少两个片状导液原材(1433),所述导液原材(1433)包括用于绕设到所述发热件(142)外围的绕设段(1434)以及由所述绕设段(1434)的两相对边分别延伸出的延伸段(1435),
    将两个所述导液原材(1433)的绕设段(1434)分别夹设在所述发热件(142)的两相对侧,使两个所述导液原材(1433)对应的延伸段(1435)向所述发热件(142)的侧向展开;
    将两相对的所述绕设段(1434)分别绕设到所述发热件(142)的两侧,使得所述绕设段(1434)弯曲形成所述弧形本体,在周向拼接形成筒状的导液本体(1431),将所述发热件(142)夹持,另外使两对所述延伸段(1435)分别靠近贴合,保持对所述发热件(142)的夹持;
    B 、夹持两对所述延伸段(1435),由所述筒状本体(1412)的插接端(1413)将所述导液本体(1431)插入筒状本体(1412)内,将对应的两相对的所述延伸段(1435)分别插入所述开槽(1414)内;
    C 、将伸出所述开槽(1414)的延伸段(1435)切除,使卡设在所述开槽(1414)内与所述绕设段(1434)连接的部分形成所述拼接端部(1432),并使所述至少两个导液原材(1433)形成所述导液件(143)。
