相较于现有技术,本发明提供一种可伸缩卫浴门的主要有益效果在于:通过移动框上设置有折叠面,所述移动框在所述固定框的范围内移动,所述移动框推拉方便,所述折叠面质量小,可以采用折叠纳米防水布制成,制作成本低,便于安装;所述移动框具有中空结构,所述第一平行拉绳绕置于所述第一上滚轮和第一下滚轮上,所述上齿条和所述下齿条与所述平行拉绳连接,以使所述上齿条和所述下齿条进入所述中空结构的长度相同,所述上齿条和所述下齿条置于上轨道和下轨道上的长度相同,达到了使所述移动框在推拉的过程中平行稳定移动的有益技术效果。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用来限定本发明。
实施例1
请参阅图1-8所示。
本发明提供一种可伸缩卫浴门,包括固定框1、移动框2、第一平行拉绳3、 折叠面4;所述固定框1由与水平面平行的上框架和下框架、与水平面垂直的左框架和右框架组成,所述上框架、左框架、下框架、右框架依次首尾相接;所述移动框2与所述上框架垂直且在所述固定框1的框架范围内平行移动;所述移动框2的一侧框架具有第一中空结构13;所述第一中空结构13的顶端和底端分别设置有第一上滚轮5和第一下滚轮6,所述第一上滚轮5和所述第一下滚轮6均通过一固定轴固定于所述移动框2的一侧框架的内壁。
所述第一平行拉绳3首尾相连交叉绕置于所述第一上滚轮5和第一下滚轮6上;所述上框架设置有上轨道,所述下框架设置有下轨道;所述上轨道上设置有上齿条9,所述下轨道上设置有下齿条10;所述第一中空结构13的顶端和底端分别具有上下两个开口,所述上齿条9的一端从第一上开口7进入第一中空结构13并与第一平行拉绳3连接;所述下齿条10的一端从第一下开口8进入第一中空结构13并与第一平行拉绳3连接;所述上齿条9和下齿条10的长度相同,且上齿条9和下齿条10进入中空结构的长度相同,且所述上齿条9和所述下齿条10置于所述上轨道和下轨道上的长度相同;所述折叠面4设置于移动的两侧框架之间,所述折叠面4为折叠纳米防水布。
如图2所示,所述移动框2的左框架通过锁扣结构11固定于所述固定框1的左框架,如图4所示,所述上齿条9的一端从第一上开口7进入第一中空结构13并与第一平行拉绳3连接,所述上齿条9的另一端与移动框2的左框架的顶端固定连接;所述下齿条10的一端从第一下开口8进入第一中空结构13并与第一平行拉绳3连接,所述下齿条10的另一端与移动框2的左框架的底端固定连接;所述移动框2的具有所述第一中空结构的右框架伸缩拉动。
所述上齿条9和所述下齿条10进入第一中空结构13的开口处均设置有一圆弧护角12,以使齿条从开口处平滑进入框架内的第一中空结构13。
需要说明的是,如图3所示,当移动框2的右门框向右拉动时,如图4所示,所述上齿条9的活动端头22(所述上齿条9的活动端头22为所述上齿条9与所述第一平行拉绳3的连接部)在第一中空结构13内向上运动,所述第一平行拉绳3拉动所述下齿条10的活动端头23(所述下齿条10的活动端头23为所述下齿条10与所述第一平行拉绳3的连接部)在第一中空结构13内向下 运用,所述上齿条9和所述下齿条10运动的距离相同。
如图5所示,当移动框2的右门框向左推拉时,如图6所示,所述上齿条9的活动端头22在第一中空结构13内向下运动,所述第一平行拉绳3拉动所述下齿条10的活动端头23在第一中空结构13内向上运用,所述上齿条9和所述下齿条10运动的距离相同。
所述移动框2的右框架无论向右方向拉动,还是向反向推拉,所述移动框2的右框架在所述第一平行拉绳3的作用下始终是平行运动,无论移动框上的任一受力点受力,所述移动框2均推拉稳定,平行移动。进一步的,如图7所示,所述固定框1的上框架和下框架由复数根管体轴向枢套构成可变化长度的伸缩式结构。所述固定框1的上框架和所述固定框1的下框架均具有螺丝孔,将固定框1的上框架和下框架根据实际安装需要调整到合适宽度,通过锁紧螺丝分别将上框架和下框架的两根管体固定。现有技术中的卫浴门为固定宽度,宽度不可调节,在实际的安装过程中所述固定框1的宽度与实际安装场地的宽度不符,会出现过宽或过窄的情况,本发明有效的解决了此技术问题,达到了可以根据实际需要随意调节固定框1的宽度,安装简便,使用方便的有益技术效果。
进一步的,如图1所示,所述固定框1的下框架与一防水板20相接,所示防水板20为L形,所述L形防水板由水平板和竖直板组成,所述防水板20的竖直板的高度高于所述固定框1下框架的高度。达到了防止固定框1内侧的水流到固定框1外侧的有益技术效果。
进一步的,所述移动框2上还设有推拉导向板21。
实施例2
请参阅图8和图9所示。
在实施例1的基础上,本发明提供了一种可伸缩卫浴门,在实施例1中,所述移动框2的右框架具有所述第一中空结构13,在本实施例中,进一步的,所述移动框2的左框架具有第二中空结构14,所述第二中空结构14的顶端和底端分别具有第二下开口17和第二下开口18;所述第二中空结构14的顶端和底端分别设置有第二上滚轮15和第二下滚轮15,所述第二平行拉绳19首尾相 连交叉绕置于第二上滚轮15和第二下滚轮15上;所述上齿条9的一端与所述第一平行拉绳3连接,所述上齿上齿条9的另一端与所述第二平行拉绳19连接;所述下齿条条10的一端与所述第一平行拉绳3连接,所述下齿下齿条10的另一端与所述第二平行拉绳19连接。
本实施例中的可伸缩卫浴门,所述移动框2的左框架和右框架均可以拉动,实现双侧推拉,所述移动框两侧的第一平行拉绳3和第二平行拉绳19分别拉动移动框2的左门框和移动框2的右门框,其工作原理同实施例1相同,此处不赘述。需要说明的是,本实施例中的双侧拉动移动框2可实现实施例1中单侧拉动移动框2的双倍伸缩宽度,达到了使用方便,适用范围广的有益技术效果。
需要说明的是,所述可伸缩卫浴门的工作原理可以应用于遮阳、防水等类型的门窗,基于本发明的工作原理的其他类型的门窗均在本申请的保护范围之内。
应说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可伸缩卫浴门,其特征在于,包括固定框、移动框、第一平行拉绳、折叠面;所述固定框由与水平面平行的上框架和下框架、与水平面垂直的左框架和右框架组成,所述上框架、左框架、下框架、右框架依次首尾相接;所述移动框与所述上框架垂直且在所述固定框的框架范围内平行移动;所述移动框的一侧框架具有第一中空结构;所述第一中空结构的顶端和底端分别设置有第一上滚轮和第一下滚轮,所述第一平行拉绳首尾相连交叉绕置于所述第一上滚轮和第一下滚轮上;所述上框架设置有上轨道,所述下框架设置有下轨道;所述上轨道上设置有上齿条,所述下轨道上设置有下齿条;所述第一中空结构的顶端和底端分别具有上下两个开口,所述上齿条的一端从第一上开口进入第一中空结构并与第一平行拉绳连接;所述下齿条的一端从第一下开口进入第一中空结构并与第一平行拉绳连接;所述上齿条和所述下齿条置于所述上轨道和下轨道上的长度相同;所述折叠面设置于移动的两侧框架之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩卫浴门,其特征在于,所述移动框的左框架固定于所述固定框的左框架,所述上齿条的一端从第一上开口进入第一中空结构并与第一平行拉绳连接,所述上齿条的另一端与移动框的左框架的顶端固定连接;所述下齿条的一端从第一下开口进入第一中空结构并与第一平行拉绳连接,所述下齿条的另一端与移动框的左框架底端固定连接;所述移动框的具有中空结构的右框架伸缩拉动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可伸缩卫浴门,其特征在于,所述移动框的左框架通过锁扣结构与所述固定框的左框架固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩卫浴门,其特征在于,所述移动框的右框架具有所述第一中空结构,所述移动框的左框架具有第二中空结构,所述第二中空结构的顶端和底端分别具有第二上开口和第二下开口;所述第二中空结构的顶端和底端分别设置有第二上滚轮和第二下滚轮,所述第二平行拉绳首尾相连交叉绕置于第二上滚轮和第二下滚轮上;所述上齿条的一端与所述第一平行拉绳连接,所述上齿条的另一端与所述第二平行拉绳连接;所述下齿条的一端与所述第一平行拉绳连接,所述下齿条的另一端与所述第二平行拉绳连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的可伸缩卫浴门,其特征在于,所述上齿 条和下齿条的长度相同,且上齿条和下齿条进入所述第一中空结构的长度相同。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩卫浴门,其特征在于,所述第一上滚轮和所述第一下滚轮均通过一固定轴固定于所述移动框的一侧框架的内壁。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩卫浴门,其特征在于,所述上齿条和所述下齿条进入所述第一中空结构的开口处均设置有一圆弧护角,以使齿条从开口处平滑进入框架内的中空结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩卫浴门,其特征在于,所述固定框的上框架和下框架由复数根管体轴向枢套构成可变化长度的伸缩式结构。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩卫浴门,其特征在于,所述折叠面为折叠纳米防水布。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩卫浴门,其特征在于,所述固定框的下框架与一防水板相接,所述防水板的高度高于所述固定框下框架的高度。
