一种交易的方法、装置及系统 技术领域
本申请涉及但不限于视频监控交易及移动支付。
背景技术
我国网上交易行业经过多年发展已经形成相对成熟的产业链,交易方式也由传统单一的商场交易逐步向多元化方向演变,如电视交易、网络交易等。
商店交易:消费者直接去商店选择喜欢的商品然后购买,是最传统的交易方式。它不如网络交易在网上浏览不同卖家进行比较从而购买商品那样方便。
电视交易:也称家庭交易,是以电视台的专门交易频道为平台,24小时全天候不间断的以直播或录播的方式播出商品信息。消费者可从中获得多种产品信息,并可通过电话或互联网直接订购自己喜欢的产品,接受配送到家的服务。这种交易方式有如下劣势:第一,需要观众长时间观看交易节目,也很难引起广大观众的兴趣,往往只有部分中等收入家庭的中老年妇女观看和参与购买。第二,一天24小时,推荐的也只有几样商品,顾客根本无法挑选,售后服务也不好。第三,不如现实交易稳妥,退货相当麻烦。
网络交易:就是通过互联网检索商品信息,并通过网上银行或支付宝等方式订交易品,厂商通过邮购的方式发货,或是通过快递公司送货上门。虽然给人们的生活带来了方便,但也存在如下缺点:第一,实物和照片上的差距太大。网购只能是看到照片,到货物真的到达你手里,你会感觉和实物有不一样。这就不如在商场里买到的放心。第二,不能试穿。网购只能看到照片及对物品的简单的介绍,像衣服或鞋子之类的,你就不能直接的看出适不适合你,而如果在商场购买,你可以试穿,合自己的身,就马上买下,不用考虑那么多,但是,网购就比较麻烦了。第三,诚信问题。就是店主的信用程度,如果碰到过服务质量差的店主,问几个问题就显得不耐烦。还有在网 上交易出现上当受骗时常发生。第四,配送的速度问题。在网上所购来的物品,还要经过配送的环节,快则一两天,慢则要一个星期或更久,有时候,配送的过程还会出现一些问题,还有,如果对物品不满意,又要经过配送的环节,换一下物品,这样比较麻烦;而在商场上,看到自己想要,就直接到手,如果不满意,直接拿去换。

本交易系统包括视频监控装置501、服务器502和终端503,终端503包括上述交易装置,即该终端503安装移动应用服务,所述终端503通过所述移动应用服务与视频监控装置501和服务器502进行连接。
移动应用服务主要提供以下功能:
移动应用服务提供电子地图功能,可监控电子地图上的任何一家商店内的物品;
移动应用服务提供搜索功能,可根据商品品牌、种类等关键字进行搜索,然后对搜索结果中的浏览感兴趣的商品;
移动应用服务提供视频浏览功能,提供触摸定位视频上的物品功能,能根据用户手指触摸位置识别物品并抓拍商品数据。
用户在移动应用服务触摸定位商品并选定商品后,移动应用服务通过移动网络或WIFI将商品数据发送给后台数据处理模块,并从后台数据处理模块进行分析处理获取对应商品的信息展示给用户。
移动应用服务提供商品“限价”操作,用户给出商品的理想价位,将用户限价数据发送给后台数据处理模块进行处理,当此商品的优惠力度低于此价位后,通过移动应用服务或短信提示用户。
移动应用服务提供商品“预定”操作,将用户预定数据发送给后台数据处理模块进行处理,获取后台数据处理模块返回的商品预定信息。
移动应用服务提供商品“订购”操作,将用户订购数据发送给后台数据处理模块进行交易处理,获取后台数据处理模块返回的商品订单信息。
移动应用服务提供支付操作界面,显示用户商品订单信息,让用户输入支付密码,进行支付。
所述的后台数据处理模块,可对商品限价、商品预定、商品订单的相关数据进行处理,同时维护商家和商品信息(如商家地理位置、商品价格、商品图片、相关参数等等)。后台数据处理模块通过移动网络或WIFI与移动应用服务进行数据交互,能接收移动应用服务传来的数据,通过后台数据处理模块进行分析处理来获取对应的商品信息并返回给移动应用服务。
本发明另一实施例如下所述:
用户通过移动应用服务“逛”实体商店;
用户在视频中通过触摸操作选择感兴趣的商品,并通过移动应用服务发送给后台数据处理模块;
后台数据处理模块收到移动应用服务发送过来的数据时,从后台数据处理模块分析数据,获取对应的商品信息并返回给移动应用服务;
用户通过移动应用服务预订商品,并生成订单;
预定期限内,用户抽空去实体商店体验商品;
直接通过移动应用服务完成订单支付并直接提货或选择送货上门服务;
触摸操作包括但不限于载图操作、本地录像操作等;
后台数据处理模块收到的信息包括但不限于图片、录像等;
用户预订商品的时可以设置商品的理想价位,当商品价格低于理想价位后,通过移动应用服务或短信给予用户提醒;
用户体验商品包括但不限于试穿、试用等。另外,当用户实在抽不出时间时,本步骤可忽略,直接进行支付操作;
用户完成支付操作包括但不限于网络银行、手机支付宝等。
本发明实施例的优点包括:
用户足不出户便能及时了解实体店的最新款商品相关信息,并对商品进行初步选择。如果对商口感兴趣可以直接订购,也可以先预定,然后抽空去附近实体店试穿或体验后再进行购买;
不用在收银台排队付费;
逛实体商店没有了时空限制,可以24小时通过本发明实施例提供的方式对感兴趣的商品进行了解;
通过限价提醒可以随时了解商品打折信息。
