现代电视购物也称家庭购物,是以电视台的专门购物频道为平台,24小时全天候不间断的以直播或录播的方式播出商品信息,以“教买不叫卖”的理念来播出节目。消费者可从中获得多种产品讯息,并可通过电话或互联网直接订购自己喜欢的产品,接受配送到家的服务。这种购物方式需要观众长时间观看购物节目,也很难引起广大观众的兴趣,往往只有部分中等收入家庭的中老年妇女观看和参与购买。
针对相关技术中电视购物方法成效不佳的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。

电视直销广告购物与现代电视购物的付款方式一般有两种:
一是通过银行转账付款,先付款后发货,这种方式操作比较麻烦,并且安全性较低,消费者付款后没有安全保障。
二是货到付款,商家通过邮政快递发货配送给消费者,消费者收货时付款,需要现金交易,快递员负责代收货款,涉及找零。这种方式一般需要先付款再验货,虽比先付款后发货的方式安全性高一些,但还是容易出现实际 货物与电视宣传效果差别较大的情况。

用户在手机APP模块上触摸定位具体商品并选定商品后,手机APP通过移动网络或wifi网络将商品图片发送给后台商城模块,并从后台商城模块获取对应商品的信息展示给用户。
手机APP模块提供商品“订购”操作按钮,用户点击订购”按钮后处理用户订购请求,将用户订购数据发送给后台商城进行交易处理,获取后台商城返回的商品订单信息。
手机APP模块提供支付操作界面,显示用户商品订单信息,让用户输入支付密码,用户点确认支付按钮后,如果是商城虚拟账户余额支付则将订单支付请求发给后台商城模块;如果是银行卡支付则将订单支付请求发给银行支付平台。
所述的后台商城模块,进行商品信息处理和交易处理,维护商家和商品信息,将商品图片储存到文件服务器或后台数据库中,并商品信息、商品图片文件名和商品信息的关联关系数据存到数据库中。后台商城模块通过移动网络或wifi网络与手机APP进行数据交互,能接收手机APP传来的商品图片,从数据库或文件服务器中搜索比对商品图片(可以进行模糊匹配,查找相似商品),获取对应的商品信息并返回给手机APP。
作为另外一种实施方式,手机APP模块可不同步主机模块的电视画面,而是直接利用手机后置摄像头扫描电视画面,进行后续处理。
作为另外一种实施方式,手机APP模块可不与主机模块相连,只与后台商城模块连接,实现商品购买和支付等功能。可支持用户预先将电视机绑定后台商城模块的用户账户,可支持用户手势操作从电视画面上选定商品图片,并将商品图片传给后台商城模块,从后台模块获取对应的商品信息显示在电视画面上的商品图像上,用户可将商品加入预先绑定的后台商城账户购物车中。后台商城模块接收主机模块传来的商品图片,从数据库或文件服务器中搜索比对商品图片(可以进行模糊匹配,查找相似商品),获取对应的商品信息并返回给主机模块。
下面分别针对上述三种实施方式进行介绍。
实施例一
图4是根据本发明实施例一的系统模块示意图,该系统是一种利用手势和手机操作的电视购物系统,包括:电视机模块,手势捕捉设备模块,主机模块,手机APP模块,后台商城模块。
所述的电视机模块,与主机模块相连,负责播放电视节目,包括连续剧、电影、综艺等各种电视节目,可被主机模块指令控制,主机模块可以定格电视机画面,并获取当前电视画面图像或前后一小段视频。
所述的手势捕捉设备模块,与主机模块相连,通过视频摄像头感应用户的手势动作,把用户的手势动作指令传给主机模块。
所述的主机模块,进行控制指令处理,根据手势捕捉设备获得的手势动作指令定格电视画面,并从电视节目中获取当前画面图像或前后一小段视频同步给手机APP。
所述的手机APP模块,与主机模块通过无线局域网连接,与后台商城模块通过移动网络或wifi网络连接。手机APP模块主要提供以下功能:
可以从主机模块同步手势定格的电视画面图像或前后一小段视频,手机APP与主机模块通过无线局域网建立HTTP socket连接,并向主机模块发送 获取图片或视频文件的请求消息,主机模块根据请求消息指令内容将图片或视频以文件流方式返回给手机APP模块。
手机APP模块提供图像浏览功能,提供触摸定位图像上的商品功能,能根据用户手指触摸位置识别商品并截取商品图片。
手机APP模块提供短片播放功能,提供用户手指触摸定格短片画面图像功能,能根据用户手指触摸在定格图像上的位置识别商品并截取商品图片。
用户在手机APP模块上触摸定位具体商品并选定商品后,手机APP通过移动网络或wifi网络将商品图片发送给后台商城模块,并从后台商城模块获取对应商品的信息展示给用户。
手机APP模块提供商品“订购”操作按钮,用户点击“订购”按钮后处理用户订购请求,将用户订购数据发送给后台商城进行交易处理,获取后台商城返回的商品订单信息。
手机APP模块提供支付操作界面,显示用户商品订单信息,让用户输入支付密码,用户点确认支付按钮后,如果是商城虚拟账户余额支付则将订单支付请求发给后台商城模块;如果是银行卡支付则将订单支付请求发给银行支付平台。

本实施例特有的作用和效果:用户可以选取电视节目中出现时间很短且频次很少的商品进行浏览订购。
实施例二
图5是根据本发明实施例二的系统模块示意图,该系统是一种利用遥控器和手机操作的电视购物系统,包括:遥控器模块,电视机模块,手机APP模块,后台商城模块。
所述的遥控器模块,与电视机模块相连,可代替第一实施例的手势捕捉设备模块用于定格电视画面,或者回放电视画面,本模块可作为可选模块,当电视节目中的商品出现时间较长或频次较高,用户无需定格画面就可通过手机APP扫描到电视画面中的商品。
所述的手机APP模块,在第一实施例的基础上,可不与主机模块相连同步电视画面,而是直接利用手机后置摄像头扫描电视画面,可拍摄快照或录制一小段视频,然后进行后续处理。
本实施例特有的作用和效果:
1、在第一实施例的基础上,简化了模块结构,无需手势识别和主机模块,甚至也不需要遥控器,用户仅通过手机APP就可以实现电视购物,提高了用户操作体验。
2、降低了用户使用成本和使用门槛。
下面详细阐述在实施例一和实施例二中,用户利用本系统进行电视购物的流程。
图6是根据本发明实施例一、二进行电视购物的流程图,如图6所示,该流程包括以下步骤:
步骤S601,用户观看电视节目(连续剧、电影、综艺等)。
步骤S602,用户对节目内容中某件商品感兴趣。
按实施例一,通过手势进行定格,将电视画面中的商品同步到手机APP上;按实施例二,通过遥控器定格画面、或回放画面、或不定格画面,立即 用手机APP扫描电视画面。
步骤S603,用户通过手机APP浏览获取到的电视画面图片或前后一小段视频,触摸操作选定商品。
步骤S604,用户在手机APP上浏览商品信息、购买商品。
步骤S605,用户使用绑定的账户(银行卡,虚拟账户)支付。
步骤S606,支付完成,等待商家通过物流快递方式发货并收货。
步骤S607,如果为担保交易模式,需用户在手机APP上确认收货后系统再打款给商家。
对于实施例一、二,用户与系统模块以及系统模块之间消息交互详细流程如下:
1)用户观看电视节目。
2)用户对节目内容中某件商品感兴趣,对电视进行手势或遥控操作。
实施例一,手势捕捉设备模块感应到用户手势动作,把用户的手势动作指令传给主机模块;主机模块控制电视机定格画面,获取当前电视画面图像或前后一小段视频同步发送给手机APP模块。
实施例二,遥控器定格画面、或回放画面、或不定格画面,立即用手机APP扫描电视画面。
3)手机APP模块展示当前电视画面图像或前后一小段视频给用户。
4)用户用手指触摸操作当前电视画面图像或前后一小段视频,选定商品。
5)手机APP模块截取用户选定的商品图片发送给后台商城模块。
6)后台商城模块搜索比对图片,查找对应的商品信息,返回给手机APP模块。
7)手机APP模块展示商品信息给用户。
8)用户查看商品详情,下单订购商品。
9)手机APP模块将订单信息发送给后台商城模块处理。
10)后台商城模块处理订单后,将订单支付数据返回给手机APP模块。
11)手机APP模块展示订单支付信息给用户。
12)用户输入支付密码,确认支付;如果选择银行卡支付,则页面跳转到银行支付平台,用户输入银行支付密码确认支付。
13)用户支付成功后,等待商家发货。
14)用户收货。
(担保支付模式特有流程)用户收货后,在手机APP模块上确认收货。
(担保支付模式特有流程)手机APP模块将确认收货信息提交给后台商城模块。
(担保支付模式特有流程)后台商城模块打款给商家。
实施例三
图7是根据本发明实施例三的系统模块示意图,该系统是一种利用手势和手机操作的电视购物系统,包括:电视机模块,手势捕捉设备模块,主机模块,手机APP模块,后台商城模块。本实施例是对实施例一的一种改进实现方式。
所述的手势捕捉设备模块,与主机相连,在第一实施例的基础上,支持更复杂的手势操作,包括定格画面、选定商品、将商品加入购物车等操作。
所述的主机模块,在实施例一的基础上,支持更复杂的手势操作指令,在手势定格画面后,主机模块进行复杂的图像处理:可将当前电视画面图像进行虚拟分割、并识别出商品和非商品,在分割出的商品图上加连接,并在电视画面上显示指针定位用户手势,用户通过手势移动指针到对应商品上,并通过手势选定,主机模块将用户选定商品图片发给后台商城模块,并从后台商城模块获取对应商品信息,展示到电视画面上,提供加入购物车按钮, 用户点击该按钮将该商品加入到预先绑定的后台商城模块用户账号的购物车中,然后通过电脑或手机APP登陆后台商城模块进行购买支付。
所述的手机APP模块,不与主机模块连接,只需连接后台商城模块,用户通过手机APP模块登录后台商城模块,登录后台商城模块的账号与电视机预先绑定的账号一致,登录后可以查看购物车中的商品,进行购买、支付、确认收货等操作。
本实施例特有的作用和效果:
1、在第一实施例的基础上,改进了模块结构,简化了手机APP模块操作和处理,核心功能在主机模块实现,增强了手势识别,增强了用户与电视机的互动操作,进一步提高用户操作体验。
2、降低了用户使用成本和使用门槛。
下面详细阐述在实施例三中,用户利用本系统进行电视购物的流程。
图8是根据本发明实施例三进行电视购物的流程图,如图8所示,该流程包括以下步骤:
步骤S801,用户观看电视节目(连续剧、电影、综艺等)。
步骤S802,用户对节目内容中某件商品感兴趣:通过手势进行定格。
步骤S803,用户通过手势操作在电视机屏幕上选定商品,加入购物车。
步骤S804,用户在手机APP上浏览商品信息、购买商品,并进行支付。
步骤S805,支付完成,等待商家通过物流快递方式发货并收货。
步骤S806,如果为担保交易模式,需用户在手机APP上确认收货后系统再打款给商家。
对于实施例三,用户与系统模块以及系统模块之间消息交互详细流程如下:
1)用户观看电视节目。
2)用户对节目内容中某件商品感兴趣,对电视进行手势或遥控操作。
3)手势捕捉设备模块感应到用户手势动作,把用户的手势动作指令传给主机模块。
4)主机模块控制电视机定格画面,处理当前画面图像,识别出商品图像并显示商品图的虚拟分割边界,在当前电视画面上显示手势定位指针。
5)用户手势移动控制指针定位到感兴趣的商品图上,手势选定商品。
6)主机模块将用户选定的商品图片发送给后台商城模块。
7)后台商城模块搜索比对图片,查找对应的商品信息,返回给主机模块。
8)主机模块商品信息展示在电视画面上的商品图片旁边。
9)用户查看商品信息,将商品加入预先在后台商城绑定账号的购物车中。
10)用户可立即或在之后任意时间用手机APP以相同账号登录后台商城模块,浏览购物车中加入的商品,进行购买、支付等操作。
11)用户支付成功后,等待商家发货。
12)用户收货。
(担保支付模式特有流程)用户收货后,在手机APP模块上确认收货。
(担保支付模式特有流程)手机APP模块将确认收货信息提交给后台商城模块。
(担保支付模式特有流程)后台商城模块打款给商家。
本发明实施例还公开了一种计算机程序,包括程序指令,当该程序指令被计算机执行时,使得该计算机可执行上述任意的信息获取方法。
本发明实施例还公开了一种载有上述计算机程序的载体。
从以上的描述中可知,本发明实施例的有益效果如下:
1、将商品植入普通电视节目,无需专门制作广告或购物节目。
2、电视观众/消费者/系统用户不用看乏味的广告或购物节目,在观看普 通电视剧、电影、综艺等节目时发现自己感兴趣的商品就可立即通过手势或遥控器定格电视画面并通过手机APP选定购买。
3、便捷的购物操作和支付,提升用户体验。
4、利用成熟的手机安全支付技术以及担保交易模式,提升交易安全性和用户安全感。
5、降低了电视购物的电视制作成本和商家成本。
6、提升用户购物乐趣。
尽管为示例目的,已经公开了本发明的可选实施例,本领域的技术人员将意识到各种改进、增加和取代也是可能的,因此,本发明的范围应当不限于上述实施例。
工业实用性
通过本发明实施例,电视观众/消费者/系统用户不用看乏味的广告或购物节目,在观看普通电视剧、电影、综艺等节目时发现自己感兴趣的商品就可立即通过手势或遥控器定格电视画面,并通过电视或终端(例如电脑、手机APP)选定商品并购买。解决了相关技术中电视购物方法成效不佳的问题,提升了用户的购物乐趣,降低了电视购物的电视制作成本和商家成本,促进电视购物的发展。因此本发明具有很强的工业实用性。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种信息获取方法,包括:
    截取电视视频和/或图像;
    根据用户对所述电视视频和/或图像中商品的选择指令,获取该商品的商品信息;其中,所述商品信息用于为用户提供订购操作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的信息获取方法,其中,截取电视视频和/或图像的步骤包括:
    根据接收的用户的手势动作指令,定格或回放电视视频;或者,根据遥控器定格或回放电视视频;
    在定格或回放的电视视频中截取用户指定的电视视频和/或图像。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的信息获取方法,其中,根据用户对所述电视视频和/或图像中商品的选择指令,获取该商品的商品信息的步骤包括:
    根据用户对所述商品的选择指令,在所述电视视频和/或图像中截取所述商品的商品图片;
    通过移动网络或无线wifi网络,将商品图片发送至后台商城服务器;
    接收所述后台商城服务器反馈的所述商品的商品信息。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的信息获取方法,其中,根据用户对所述电视视频和/或图像中商品的选择指令,获取该商品的商品信息的步骤包括:
    将截取的所述电视视频和/或图像同步到终端;或者,通过终端摄像头扫描电视视频和/或图像;
    所述终端根据用户触摸操作指令,在所述电视视频和/或图像中截取所述商品的商品图片;
    所述终端通过移动网络或无线wifi网络,将商品图片发送至后台商城服务器;
    所述终端从所述后台商城服务器获取所述商品的商品信息。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的信息获取方法,其中,所述接收所述后台商城服 务器反馈的所述商品的商品信息的步骤之后,所述方法包括:
    将所述商品信息显示给用户,接收用户的商品订购请求;
    将所述商品订购请求发送至后台商城服务器,接收所述后台商城服务器返回的商品订单信息;
    显示所述商品订单信息,提供支付操作界面以供用户确认付款。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的信息获取方法,其中,所述终端从所述后台商城服务器获取所述商品的商品信息的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端将所述商品信息显示给用户,接收用户的商品订购请求;
    所述终端将所述商品订购请求发送至后台商城服务器,接收所述后台商城服务器返回的商品订单信息;
    所述终端显示所述商品订单信息,提供支付操作界面以供用户确认付款。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的信息获取方法,所述方法还包括:
    在接收到用户确认收货指令后,将确认收货信息提交至后台商城服务器,以触发所述后台商城服务器打款至商家。
  8. 一种信息获取装置,所述装置应用于主机侧,包括截取模块和信息获取模块,其中:
    所述截取模块设置成:截取电视视频和/或图像;
    所述信息获取模块设置成:根据用户对所述电视视频和/或图像中商品的选择指令,获取该商品的商品信息;其中,所述商品信息用于为用户提供订购操作。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的信息获取装置,其中,所述截取模块包括视频控制单元和截取单元,其中:
    所述视频控制单元设置成:根据接收的用户的手势动作指令或者通过遥控器,定格或回放电视视频;
    所述截取单元设置成:在定格或回放的电视视频中,根据用户触摸操作指令,截取用户指定的电视视频和/或图像。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的信息获取装置,其中,所述信息获取模块包括图片截取单元、图片发送单元和信息接收单元,其中:
    所述图片截取单元设置成:根据用户对所述商品的选择指令,在所述电视视频和/或图像中截取所述商品的商品图片;
    所述图片发送单元设置成:通过移动网络或无线wifi网络,将商品图片发送至后台商城服务器;
    所述信息接收单元设置成:接收所述后台商城服务器反馈的所述商品的商品信息。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的信息获取装置,其中,所述装置还包括订购模块,其中:
    所述订购模块设置成:将所述商品信息显示给用户,接收用户的商品订购请求;将所述商品订购请求发送至后台商城服务器,接收所述后台商城服务器返回的商品订单信息;显示所述商品订单信息,提供支付操作界面以供用户确认付款。
  12. 如权利要求8至11中任一项所述的信息获取装置,所述装置还包括第一收货处理模块,其中:
    第一收货处理模块设置成:在接收到用户确认收货指令后,将确认收货信息提交至后台商城服务器,以触发所述后台商城服务器打款至商家。
  13. 一种信息获取装置,所述装置应用于终端侧,包括:
    获取模块设置成:获取电视视频和/或图像;
    商品信息获取模块设置成:根据用户对所述电视视频和/或图像中商品的选择指令,获取该商品的商品信息;其中,所述商品信息用于为用户提供订购操作。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的信息获取装置,其中,所述获取模块包括同步单元、扫描单元和触摸获取单元,其中:
    所述同步单元设置成:同步主机侧截取的所述电视视频和/或图像;
    所述扫描单元设置成:通过终端的摄像头扫描电视视频和/或图像;
    所述触摸获取单元设置成:根据用户触摸操作指令,截取用户指定的电视视频和/或图像。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的信息获取装置,其中,所述商品信息获取模块包括商品图片截取单元、商品图片发送单元和商品信息获取单元,其中:
    所述商品图片截取单元设置成:根据用户对所述商品的选择指令,在所述电视视频和/或图像中截取所述商品的商品图片;
    所述商品图片发送单元设置成:通过移动网络或无线wifi网络,将商品图片发送至后台商城服务器;
    所述商品信息获取单元设置成:从所述后台商城服务器获取所述商品的商品信息。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的信息获取装置,所述装置还包括商品订购模块,其中:
    所述商品订购模块设置成:将所述商品信息显示给用户,接收用户的商品订购请求;将所述商品订购请求发送至后台商城服务器,接收所述后台商城服务器返回的商品订单信息;显示所述商品订单信息,提供支付操作界面以供用户确认付款。
  17. 如权利要求1所述的信息获取装置,所述装置还包括第二收货处理模块,其中:
    所述第二收货处理模块设置成:在接收到用户确认收货指令后,将确认收货信息提交至后台商城服务器,以触发所述后台商城服务器打款至商家。
  18. 一种计算机程序,包括程序指令,当该程序指令被计算机执行时,使得该计算机可执行权利要求1-7中任一项所述的信息获取方法。
