Description

一种立式文件架 技术领域
本发明实施例涉及但不限于一种立式文件架,属于文具和办公用品技术领域。
背景技术
最简单常用的桌面立式文件架由一个水平搁板和若干直立的隔板构成,书本纸张竖直放置,隔板起到分隔和防止书本纸张倾斜和跌倒的作用。目前市场上能够见到的桌面文件架的隔板都是固定的,即每两个隔板间的距离是固定的,其缺点是,在具体使用时,有的隔板间放不满,无法保证书本纸张直立,而有的隔板间又无法容纳一个类别的书本纸张,给分类放置造成不便。
大家都知道在桌面文件架上采用可移动的隔板更方便,在工业产品中,我们却只能见到固定隔板的桌面文件架,究其原因为:
表面上看,直立的隔板可在水平搁板上移动的结构非常简单,图1就显示了这样一种结构:搁板1′为水平放置左右延伸的平板,搁板1′上设有两条滑槽11′;隔板的整体呈L形或倒T形,这和我们常用的书挡的形状和功能一样,由立面21′和水平支脚22′构成,水平支脚22′与滑槽11′适配,能够沿所述滑槽11′左右移动,移动时为滑动摩擦。不难看出,所述水平支脚22′的宽度决定相邻两个隔板间的最小距离,从实用角度讲,相邻两个隔板的最小距离越小越好,因此,在实用设计中,隔板的立面21′的高度远远大于隔板的水平支脚22′的宽度。
从机械学理论上看,上述结构是没有问题的。但在实际应用中,文件架所使用的材料并不是纯刚性,滑动摩擦部分的适配也很难做到非常精密。做出一个上述结构的模型,见图1,水平支脚22′的总宽度为3cm,试图移动一下隔板会发现:即使在滑槽11′中加入润滑剂,只有受力点位于所述隔板立面21′底部的中间位置时,才能顺畅地使隔板左右移动。这是因为,当推力的作用点远离滑槽11′或偏离滑槽11′的中心线时,推力变成了以水平支脚22′边缘 和滑槽11′的接触部位为支点的扭力,这就造成了俗称的卡死。进一步实验会发现,如果增加水平支脚22′的宽度(实际上是减少了扭矩的力臂),情况有好转,但仍不能消除卡死现象,并且水平支脚22′越宽,相邻两个隔板间的可调范围越小,使可调结构的实用性降低。在实际应用中,隔板之间经常放满书籍或文件,用手接触所述隔板立面21′的底部的中间是非常不方便的,因此,必须接触隔板立面21′的中下部才能顺畅移动隔板也大大地影响了这种结构的实用性。但这个实验也验证了这种滑动摩擦结构的一个优点,即当书本上部倾斜挤压所述隔板立面21′上部时,隔板不会轻易移动,能基本保证书本的直立。
我们也能找到一些在搁板和隔板间采用滚动摩擦的设计,这些设计没有被用于工业生产的原因是:滚动摩擦设计的难点不在于整体设计方案,而在于滚轮和轨道本身以及制作成本。
由于目前没有简便易行的设计,我们只能把传统的书挡当作搁板上可移动的隔板。

本发明实施例提供的立式文件架包括搁板和至少一个隔板,其中:

本发明实施例的优点是:无需接触隔板的立面,单指拨动附在搁板前部边缘表面的拨键就可使隔板左右移动。具体如下:与主滑动轨道相应的主轨道套挂装置在主滑动轨道内对隔板进行前后限位,或对隔板进行上下限位以及前后限位,允许隔板左右移动,保证了产品的整体性,而支脚在上下限位滑动轨道内只对隔板进行上下限位,只限制隔板的上下移动,使隔板不能左右倾斜,保证了隔板的有效直立;这样单指拨动拨键时,远离拨键的支脚和上下限位滑动轨道间不会形成扭矩支点,连接杆和隔板能轻松随拨键一起左右移动,但如果单独拨动隔板立面,主滑动轨道和与其相应的主轨道套挂装置之间非常容易发生卡死,因此书本的倾斜挤压不能使隔板左右移动。
另外,拨键可以为索引拨键,即其表面可以有字母、颜色等索引标识,使隔板具有明确的分类索引功能。
另外,主滑动轨道设在搁板前部的立沿上,索引拨键也附在该立沿上,该立沿与搁板的底面的夹角为锐角,使用者从前部和上部都能直接看到索引拨键,便于分类和拨动操作。

在图2和图3中,主轨道套挂装置24在主滑动轨道11内对隔板2进行上下限位以及前后限位,靠近索引拨键25,只允许隔板2左右移动,保证了产品的整体性;而支脚22在上下限位滑动轨道12内进行上下限位,只限制隔板2的上下移动,使隔板2不能左右倾斜,保证了隔板2的有效直立;这样左右拨动索引拨键25时,由于索引拨键25紧靠主滑动轨道11的中心线,因此便于主轨道套挂装置24沿主滑动轨道11左右移动,而远离索引拨键的支脚22和上下限位滑动轨道12间不会形成绕纵坐标轴在水平面内转动的扭矩支点,连接杆23和隔板2能轻松随索引拨键25一起左右移动;但如果单独拨动立面21,主滑动轨道11与主轨道套挂装置24之间非常容易发生卡死,因此书本的倾斜挤压不能使隔板2左右移动。即本发明的实施例提供的立式文件架,无需接触隔板2的立面21,仅通过单指拨动索引拨键25就可使隔板2左右移动,使得隔板2的左右移动操作简单可靠,便于使用者根据实际需求调整隔板2的位置以及隔板2间的距离,使得隔板2间恰好能够放满书本纸张,保证书本纸张直立,或者容纳一个类别的书本纸张,方便书本纸张的分类放置。
当然,主轨道套挂装置24在主滑动轨道11内对隔板2进行前后限位,而支脚22装配在上下限位滑动轨道12内对隔板2只进行上下限位,同样可 实现本发明的目的。
隔板2左右移动时,轻微的滑动接触和不接触为通道,有限位作用的接触为轨道。在图2和图3中,主轨道套挂装置24和主滑动轨道11间采用滑动轨道通常的适配间隙,即在保证主轨道套挂装置24能够沿主滑动轨道11左右移动的前提下,尽量使主轨道套挂装置24和主滑动轨道11的相应部位接触;而支脚22和上下限位滑动轨道12间的适配要点为:限制隔板2上下移动的适配部位尽量接触,而支脚22和上下限位滑动轨道12前后沿之间要留有明显的间隙,在图3中,这些必须的明显间隙用X标示出;也就是说上下限位轨道12不能对隔板2进行前后限位,这是本发明结构的必备特征。
在图2和图3中,搁板1的上板面上设有两条上下限位滑动轨道12,实际应用中,只要有至少一条上下限位滑动轨道12就可以满足本发明的基本要求,见图5。在图2和图3中,主滑动轨道11为隔板2提供上下限位和前后限位,可选地,主滑动轨道11可只为隔板2提供前后限位,见图5(图中主滑动轨道11与主轨道套挂装置24间的间隙用X标示出)。从图中可以看出,每条轨道装配好后都有限位接触,例如,图3中,主滑动轨道11和两条上下限位轨道都有限制隔板2上下移动的限位接触;在实际应用中,材料会有轻微变形,滑动摩擦的摩擦力也难以计算,这都可能造成三个轨道的上下限位接触相互制约,使隔板2的移动不顺畅,解决要点有两个:一是尽量减少限位接触点和接触面积,例如将工字型轨道改为U型轨道,见图6,也可将主滑动轨道11改成只进行前后限位的矩形轨道,见图5;二是优先靠主滑动轨道11来保证结构的整体性,即尽量使主滑动轨道紧密适配,而允许上下限位滑动轨道12的上下限位接触相对宽松;这种相对宽松也对隔板2进行限位,例如,当书本挤压隔板2的立面21时,这明显区别于上下限位轨道2的不进行前后限位。
索引拨键25暴露于搁板1前部边缘,其整体呈按键状,键面可以设有字母等索引标识或者将索引拨键的表面呈不同颜色,以形成索引标识,如图2、4和8中,索引拨键25的键面设有字母A作为索引标识;索引拨键25的键面还可以有便于手指拨动的凸凹。
在图2和图3中,主滑动轨道11设于搁板1前部边缘的立沿上,索引拨 键25贴附于该立沿,索引拨键25键面和该立沿与搁板1底面的夹角呈锐角,使用者从前面和上面都方便看到索引拨键25键面。可选地,主滑动轨道11还可以设在搁板1上板面的前部边缘,见图4和图5。
主滑动轨道11越靠近搁板1的前边缘越好,如图2和图3所示的结构中,主滑动轨道11设置在搁板1前部的立沿上,如图4所示的结构中,主滑动轨道11设置在搁板1上板面的前边缘处。实验表明,随着主滑动轨道11的设定位置向搁板1的后部移动,主轨道套挂装置24和主滑动轨道11间越来越容易发生卡死;而上下限位轨道12的作用是防止隔板2左右倾斜,因此应尽量在隔板立面21下居中设置或前后对称设置。另外,在保证支脚22和主轨道套挂装置24强度的前提下,主滑动轨道11和上下限位滑动轨道12越窄越好。综上所述,主滑动轨道11必须位于搁板前部边缘,上下限位滑动轨道12必须在主滑动轨道11以后,且自上下限位滑动轨道12起至搁板1后部,不能有对隔板2的前后限位。
在图2和图3中,主滑动轨道11和上下限位轨道12都采用了工字型适配,本领域技术人员可以选择多种适配方式,图6给出了主滑动轨道的另外一种适配方式,图7则给出了上下限位轨道12的另一种适配方式。
在图2和图3中,搁板1上预留了三个隔板2的安装孔13,隔板2可从安装孔13进入轨道内,或从安装孔13脱离轨道,便于增减隔板2的数量。本领域技术人员可以设计出许多安装方式,这里就不逐一列举。
隔板2和搁板1可以整体铸造成型,也可以做成可分解结构。
基于上述搁板1和可移动隔板2结构,可根据需求,如图8所示,在搁板1左右两侧设置固定挡板14,和/或在搁板1后侧设置后壁板15,和/或在搁板1前侧设置可绕搁板1的前侧边缘打开的前壁板(图中未示出),以便对书本纸张等进行全方位的支撑、限位和保护;有了左右固定挡板14,还可以在固定挡板14上加另外的搁板1,即立式文件夹中包括多个搁板1,每一搁板1与至少一隔板2配合,各搁板1之间从上至下依次排布并相连接,构成多层立式文件架,图8所示的立式文件架为双层的立式文件架。加上前壁板和后壁板等部件,避免对隔板产生不当限位就能实现本发明的基本结构功能。
在此处所述的本发明实施例的具体实施方案可以进行变动,而不背离如权利要求中所限定的本发明的原理和范围。虽然可以许多不同形式来使本发明具体化,但是此处详细描述本发明的一些实施方案。本公开内容是本发明的原理的示例,且并不规定为使本发明限于所示的具体实施方案。此外,本发明包括此处所述的各种实施方案的一些或全部的任意可能的组合。

工业实用性
本发明实施例容易实施且操作简便,单手就可以移动隔板,调节隔板间的空间,方便了文件的分类存放。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种立式文件架,包括搁板和至少一个隔板,其中:
    搁板水平设置,且搁板的板面上开设有至少一条沿左右方向水平设置的上下限位滑动轨道,搁板的前部开设有沿左右方向水平设置的主滑动轨道;
    隔板包括立面、设置在立面下方的支脚以及位于立面前侧下部的主轨道套挂装置,主轨道套挂装置通过连接杆与支脚相连或与立面相连;
    立面支撑在搁板上,并沿前后方向设置,支脚装配在上下限位滑动轨道内,并与上下限位滑动轨道仅进行上下限位配合;主轨道套挂装置装配在主滑动轨道内,并与主滑动轨道进行前后限位配合;且主轨道套挂装置的前端为拨键,拨键暴露于搁板的前部;
    拨键被配置成当拨键左右移动时,可带动主轨道套挂装置在主滑动轨道内左右移动、支脚在上下限位滑动轨道内左右移动,从而使隔板左右移动。
  2. 一种权利要求1所述的立式文件架,其中主轨道套挂装置装配与主滑动轨道进行上下限位配合。
  3. 一种权利要求1所述的立式文件架,其中主滑动轨道设于搁板前部的立沿上或者设置于隔板的上板面的前边缘处。
  4. 一种权利要求1所述的立式文件架,其中所述拨键为表面具有索引标识的索引拨键。
  5. 一种权利要求4所述的立式文件架,其中搁板前部的立沿与搁板的底面的夹角呈锐角,或者索引拨键的键面与搁板的底面的夹角呈锐角。
  6. 一种权利要求4所述的立式文件架,其中主滑动轨道设于搁板前部的立沿上,且立沿与搁板的底面的夹角呈锐角。
  7. 一种权利要求4所述的立式文件架,其中主滑动轨道设于搁板前部的立沿上,索引拨键贴附在立沿上,且索引拨键的键面与搁板的底面的夹角呈锐角。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的立式文件架,其中隔板还包括:设置在搁板左侧和/或右侧的固定挡板,和/或设置在搁板后侧的后壁板,和/或设 置在搁板前侧的可绕搁板的前侧边缘打开的前壁板。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的立式文件架,搁板设置有多个,每一搁板与至少一隔板配合,各搁板之间从上至下依次排布并相连接。
