Description

一种微生物滤床装置 技术领域
本发明属于环保领域,尤其涉及一种微生物滤床装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,通常同类型的装置包括一般的池体和箱体的微生物滤床、灌装微生物滤床和管状的微生物滤床等类型,这种微生物滤床由于结构受到局限,很多的都不能固定在指定的区域进行作业,附载在其中的微生物菌也不能与污水充分接触,不利于生化反应的进行,从而容易阻碍污水处理系统的污水处理速度,降低功效,目前所采用的微生物填料大多为活性污泥、焦炭、化学物质附载物和果壳等,这些微生物填料虽然可以填充或附载微生物菌,但大部分不能直接向微生物菌类提供有益的养分,微生物菌仅能依靠污水中的养分生存,不利于保持微生物菌的活力,有的微生物填料还容易造成微生物菌类的流失,造成资源的浪费,从而增加运行成本,降低利用率,浪费资源。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种微生物滤床装置,使用方便,便于操作,作业效率高,省时省力。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种微生物滤床装置,包括滤床浮板和网袋,环状的所述滤床浮板下安装有网袋,网袋内填充沁润了微生物菌群的微生物填料;所述滤床浮板的正上方安装了挡风板;所述滤床浮板的上方的表面处安装有过滤网;所述的滤床浮板内设有通气孔;所述过滤网与滤床浮板内的通气孔相连接。
进一步地,所述的滤床浮板的形状为为环形,滤床浮板的内部设有通透且 竖直的通气孔。
进一步地,所述的滤床浮板的侧面下部分设有滤网安装槽,滤床浮板和网袋通过网袋安装槽进行固定安装。
进一步地,所述的微生物填料使用甜菜榨糖后的废弃物,甜菜渣制成。
进一步地,所述的微生物填料物理状态可为原有植物纤维状或利用机械制成直径或长度为4-8毫米的球状或柱状。
进一步地,所述沁润所需微生物制剂可根据需要进行调换。
进一步地,所述的滤床浮板上安装的挡风板的形状为十字交叉状,且挡风板的材质为塑料。
进一步地,所述的滤床浮板内设有的通气孔在滤床浮板上呈环形阵列。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种微生物滤床装置,该微生物滤床能够将微生物填料固定在被处理污水表层或上水层,可以根据污水的浓度和水质分别进行投放、处理,滤床浮板的上安装的挡风板,有益于滤床浮板在规定的区域内移动和作业,滤床浮板上设有的环形凹槽有益于滤网的安装和拆卸,圆形的滤床浮板适应能力更强,挡风板的材质为塑料,可回收利用,节约能源,该装置使用方便,便于操作,作业效率高,省时省力。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
请参阅图1和图2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种微生物滤床装置,包括滤床浮板7和网袋1,所述在环状的微生物滤床浮板7下安装了网袋1,网袋1内填充沁润了微生物菌群的微生物填料2;所述滤床浮板7的正上方安装了挡风板5;所述滤床浮板7的上方的表面处安装有过滤网4;所述的滤床浮板7内设有通气孔3;所述过滤网4与滤床浮板7内的通气孔3相连接;所述的滤床浮板7的形状为为环形,滤床浮板7的内部设有通透且竖直的通气孔3;所述的滤床浮板7的侧面下部分设有滤网安装槽6,滤床浮板7和网袋1通过网袋安装槽6进行固定安装;所述的微生物填料2使用甜菜榨糖后的废弃物,甜菜渣制成;所述的微生物填料2物理状态可为原有植物纤维状或利用机械制成直径或长度为4-8毫米的球状或柱状;所述沁润所需微生物制剂可根据需要进行调换;所述的滤床浮板7上安装的挡风板5的形状为十字交叉状,且挡风板5的材质为塑料;所述的滤床浮板7内设有的通气孔3在滤床浮板7上呈环形阵列。
具体使用方式:本装置在使用时,先对网袋内装入适量的适合所要作业水质的微生物填料,然后对已装有微生物填料的网袋和滤床浮板通过网袋安装槽进行固定,固定时使用尼龙扎带进行固定,将安装好的微生物滤床放置在所要作业的污水中,滤网你能够防止较大的固体污染物进入网袋影响微生物作业,挡风板的设置能够使安装好放置在污水中作业的微生物滤床通过风的作用让微生物滤床在一定的区域内进行移动作业,通风孔和滤网的固定和分布安装,使得通风效果提高,填充在滤床中的微生物填料,依靠该微生物填料中的微生物菌群产生的生化反应完成对污水的处理,甜菜渣中的营养基为微生物菌群提供的营养物质,满足微生物菌群的正常生长和繁殖的需要,在进行甜菜渣沁润时,可根据污水水质的不同,在相应的微生物菌剂中沁润,从而生产出不同种类的微生物填料,以满足不同污水水质的作业需求。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种微生物滤床装置,其中,所述的滤床浮板的形状为为环形,滤床浮板的内部设有通透且竖直的通气孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种微生物滤床装置,其中,所述的滤床浮板的侧面下部分设有滤网安装槽,滤床浮板和网袋通过网袋安装槽进行固定安装。
