Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种新型的用于各类污水处理,特别对污水表面污染物进行处理的微生物滤床装置。该装置是在呈环状的滤床浮板内设置上下通透的竖直通风孔,并在滤床浮板面上安装网袋,使网袋同样呈环状连接在浮板下。网袋内添加微生物填料。该装置放入污水中后,滤床浮板浮在水表层,上水层污水通过网袋空隙与微生物填料充分接触,对污水进行生化反应处理。滤床浮板内竖直的通风孔能够提供向微生物填料中的微生物菌群提供必要的空气。本装置可以针对上水层及水表层的污水进行处理,达到高效去污、方便移动和调整等功效,具有节能、环保、购置成本低、运行成本低等特点。

Description

一种新型的微生物滤床装置
技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种新型的微生物滤床装置,可用于各类污水的处理。
背景技术  通常的同类型装置包括一般的池体或箱体的微生物滤床、罐状微生物滤床和管状微生物滤床等类型,这些类型的微生物滤床由于结构的局限,大部分不易被固定在指定的作业位置,附载其中的微生物菌也不能充分与污水接触,不利于生化反应作用,而且容易阻碍整体污水处理系统的污水处理速度,降低功效。
发明内容
为了解决现有同类装置的不足,本实用新型提供一种新型的微生物滤床装置。该装置能够将生物填料固定在被处理污水的水表层,针对水面的污染物进行处理,可针对水面污水的处理需求调整该装置内的微生物填料的数量和微生物菌群的种类。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是在滤床浮板上安装网袋,使网袋呈环状连接在浮板下。根据污水处理需要,在微生物网袋中添加相应微生物菌群的微生物填料。滤床浮板依靠在污水中产生的浮力漂浮在水表层,从而将装有微生物填料的网袋浮于水表层和上水层,该微生物滤床在污水水面可移动。滤床浮板上竖直设置通气孔,使空气可以通过通气孔与网袋内微生物菌群充分接触,保证微生物菌群对空气的需求。污水通过网袋空隙与网袋内微生物填料及微生物菌群充分接触,微生物菌群发生生化反应,从而完成对污水的处理。滤床浮板及其下端网袋呈中空环状,可增大微生物填料与污水的接触面积,提高微生物填料对污水的处理功效。根据污水水质和浓度的不同,可随时调整微生物填料中微生物菌群的种类,以便于有效的的对污水进行处理。
本实用新型的有益效果是,可针对水表层的污染物进行处理,微生物滤床中的微生物填料便于调整和更换,便于移动、搬运和调整,具有节能、环保、购置成本低、运行成本低等特点。

具体实施方式
如附图1、附图2所示:在滤床浮板“2”环状板内设置多个通透的通气孔“3”,滤床浮板“2”板面上安装网袋“1”,在网袋“1”中添加微生物填料“4”。
微生物滤料“4”放入生物滤袋“1”内后,将该装置整体放入污水内,滤床浮板“2”依靠在污水中产生的浮力作用将网袋“1”及微生物填料“4”浮于水表层和上水层。污水通过网袋“1”的空隙与微生物填料“4”充分接触,与微生物菌群发生生化反应,从而达到对污水的处理作用。微生物填料“4”可通过上方滤床浮板“2”内的通气孔“3”与空气接触,保证空气的供给。
该装置可依靠绳索牵引等方式被固定于被处理污水的各个水域。微生物填料“4”的数量和通气孔“3”的数量和大小应根据滤床浮板“1”产生浮力的大小进行调节,以保证滤床浮板“1”可浮于水表层。

1、一种新型的微生物滤床装置,由滤床浮板及网袋组成,其特征是:在环状微生物滤床浮板下安装网袋,网袋内填充微生物填料。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的微生物滤床装置,其特征是:滤床浮板为环状,滤床浮板内设置通透的竖直通风孔。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种新型的微生物滤床装置,其特征是:网袋上延两边呈环状安装于滤床浮板板面内外沿。
