Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种用于各类污水处理,特别对处于污水不同深度污染物进行处理的微生物滤床。该装置是在滤床浮板内设置上下通透的竖直通风孔,并在滤床浮板面下端安装网袋。网袋内添加微生物填料。该装置放入污水中后,滤床浮板浮在水表层,浮板两端的绳索(拉杆)将浮板固定在指定区域,网袋底部重物及微生物填料将网袋竖直立在污水同一横截面上,污水通过滤网袋空隙与微生物填料充分接触,发生生化反应处理。滤床浮板内竖直的通风孔能够向微生物填料中的微生物菌群提供必要的空气。本装置可以针对处于污水不同深度污染物进行处理,并可以固定在指定水域,达到高效去污、可移动、可调整等功效,具有节能、环保、购置成本低、运行成本低等特点。

Description

微生物滤床
技术领域  本实用新型涉及微生物滤床,可用于各类污水的处理。
背景技术  通常的同类型装置包括一般的池体或箱体的微生物滤床、罐状微生物滤床和管状微生物滤床等类型,这些类型的微生物滤床由于结构的局限,大部分不易被固定在指定的作业位置,附载其中的微生物菌也不能充分与污水接触,不利于生化反应作用,降低功效。
发明内容
为了解决现有同类装置的不足,本实用新型提供微生物滤床。该装置能够将微生物填料固定在被处理污水的指定区域的同一个横截面的不同深度,对悬浮在污水各层深度的污染物进行充分处理,并可针对污水水质情况调整该装置内的微生物填料的数量和微生物菌群的种类。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是在滤床浮板上安装网袋,使网袋呈袋状连接在浮板下。在滤床浮板两端安装用于固定滤床浮板的绳索(拉杆),将该装置固定。同时在网袋底部放有重物,使网袋竖直立在水中,避免因浮力作用及污水水流的推理作用导致网袋上浮。这样,滤床浮板依靠在污水中产生的浮力作用漂浮在水表层,而装有微生物填料的网袋则垂直于滤床浮板之下。滤床浮板上竖直设置通气孔,使空气可以通过通气孔与网袋内微生物菌群充分接触,保证微生物菌群对空气的需求。在需要处理的污水中放入一个或数个该装置,流动或静止的污水通过网袋空隙与网袋内微生物填料及微生物菌群充分接触发生生化反应,从而完成对污水的处理。通过调整绳索(拉杆),可以移动该装置在污水水面的位置。根据污水水质、浓度和不同深度污染物的不同,可随时调整处于不同深度的微生物填料及其中微生物菌群的种类,以便于有效的对污水进行处理。当微生物填料失去活性时,可以直接对微生物填料进行更换。
本实用新型的有益效果是,可在同一个横截面内将微生物填料进行分布,使通过的污水或周围的污水充分得到处理,逐步降低、消灭污水中的有害物质。装置内的微生物填料便于调整和更换,该装置便于移动、搬运和调整,具有节能、环保、高效、购置成本低、运行成本低等特点。

具体实施方式
如附图1、附图2所示:在滤床浮板“1”长条板内设置多个通透的通气孔“2”,滤床浮板“1”两端安装用于固定滤床浮板“1”的绳索(拉杆)“7”,滤床浮板“1”板面上安装网袋“4”,在网袋“4”中添加微生物填料“3”,网袋“4”底部放有重物“5”。
微生物填料“3”放入网袋“4”内后,将该装置整体放入污水内。滤床浮板“1”依靠在污水中产生的浮力作用浮于水表层,由于网袋“4”底部重物“5”及网袋“4”、微生物填料“3”自身的重力作用,使网袋及微生物填料竖直立在水中的同一横截面上。滤床浮板“1”两端的绳索(拉杆)“7”的两端分别固定在滤床浮板“1”和该装置外的固定物体上,将滤床浮板“1”固定在指定水域。污水“6”通过网袋“4”的空隙与微生物填料“3”充分接触,与微生物菌群发生生化反应,从而达到对污水的处理作用。微生物填料“3”可通过上方滤床浮板“1”内的通气孔“2”与空气接触,保证空气的供给。
该装置可依靠移动绳索(拉杆)方式被固定于被处理污水的各个水域。通过对微生物填料“3”的数量、通气孔“2”的数量和大小及网袋“4”底部重物“5”的质量、滤床浮板“1”进行调节,以保证滤床浮板“1”可浮于水表层,网袋“4”及微生物填料“3”可垂直竖立在污水的同一横截面上,并达到需要的处理深度。

Claims (5)

1、微生物滤床,由滤床浮板及网袋组成,其特征是:在滤床浮板下安装网袋,网袋上口固定在滤床浮板下端的外延四周。
2、根据权利要求1所述的微生物滤床,其特征是:滤床浮板内设置有垂直通透的通气孔,通气孔一端联通滤床浮板下端空间,一端连接滤床浮板上端空间。
3、根据权利要求1所述的微生物滤床,其特征是:滤床浮板两侧各安装四根绳索或拉杆,绳索或拉杆的一端连接浮板,一端连接于装置外的固定地点。
4、根据权利要求1所述的微生物滤床,其特征是:网袋内部填充微生物滤料。
5、根据权利要求1所述的微生物滤床,其特征是:网袋底部放置重物,固定在网袋内的底部。
