目前市场上常用的充电电池多为锂离子电池,分为硬壳电池和聚合物软包装电池,硬壳电池一般以不锈钢作为电池外壳,这种电池单位体积容量大。软包装电池使用高分子聚合物软性材料包装,单位体积容量小。其中硬壳包装电池虽然容量大,能够较好的为电子烟供电, 且可以直接装设在电子烟产品上,进行一体化结构的使用。但是硬壳电池却存在安全隐患,就是在使用和充电过程中容易在电流冲击下发热或者发生意外爆炸,且由于硬壳包装一般为金属包装,爆炸时会造成使用者伤害。
而对于软包装聚合物电池,其单位体积容量较小,在使用时受到电流冲击或者发热时,产生的安全隐患仅仅是电池鼓包、爆裂等现象,并不会造成实质性爆炸而伤害到使用者的身体。因此这种软包装聚合物电池已经广泛的应用在人们可以随身携带的电子产品上,比如手机、数码相机等小电子产品。但是由于软包装聚合物电池单位体积容量小,直接装设在电子烟产品上时会造成电子烟体积较大,携带和使用起来并不方便。同时,由于目前的电子烟产品种类众多,吸食不同的电子烟液时所需要的加热温度和加热功率并不一致,因此需要配合不同的电源进行使用,可见软包装聚合物电池并不合适直接一体化使用在需要瞬时用电量较大的电子烟产品上。
同时由于一体化安装的电子烟电池,不能很容易的拆卸下电池,因而必须及时充电,而且在充电时电子烟本身并不能使用,造成了使用者的困扰,随身携带两件或者两件以上的电子烟产品不仅麻烦而且很不经济。目前已经有过可拆卸式电子烟产品,但是一般都是将电子烟电池和电子烟控制器一体化安装和使用,可拆卸的仅仅是电子烟雾化器,其实并没有实现可拆卸电池所具有的效果。

另外,目前的充电电池大有代替干电池的趋势,我们所知的干电池都是以电池单元为单位,在使用时可以组合起来,以满足一定的用电器的电压及电流的需求,组合时需要专用的电池盒。而目前的可充电电池一般都是专用电池,即为了满足某一种电器的需求,将电池直接设计成一特定的形状和特定的电压、电流参数。有些标准的充电电池虽然也可以组合使用,但是缺少合适的电池盒,因而在组合使用电池时非常困难,甚至不能实现,即使勉强实现也存在连接不可靠的缺陷。
鉴于上述缺陷,本发明人将设计一种新的方案,设计思路是将电子烟本体的控制器和电子烟电池分开设置,而且在使用时可以方便的紧密的组合,需要时又可以简单的拆卸下来单独充电,进而可以解决使用软包装聚合物电池在电子烟产品上的问题,同时可以解决电子烟不能更换电池,不能在充电时使用的缺陷。
上述的这种电池经过简单结构改进还可以作为统一结构的充电电池单元使用,以解决充电电池组合使用的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可拆卸更换电池的电子烟,可以实现电子烟电池的简单更换,克服上述缺陷。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种电子产品可扩展电池单元,可以方便的组成电池组为电子产品供电。

本发明的可拆卸更换电池的电子烟,包括控制器、雾化器和可拆卸电池。所述控制器与可拆卸电池之间设置有卡合定位装置和电性连接接口;可拆卸电池与控制器之间可通过卡合定位装置连接固定,同时电性连接接口相互连通。
上述所述控制器与可拆卸电池之间的卡合定位装置可以是榫卯式滑轨滑块机构和磁性吸合机构,所述电性连接接口为电插头与电插座机构。
上述所述的控制器与可拆卸电池之间的连接面为竖直设置,控制器的连接一侧设置有榫卯式燕尾槽形滑轨,并在其该侧底端设置有凸出式卡止平台及电插头,上端设置有吸合磁片;所述可拆卸电池的连接一侧设有对应的榫卯式燕尾形滑块,并在该侧底端设置有内凹式卡止平台及内凹式电插座,上端也设置有吸合磁片;所述燕尾槽形滑轨与燕尾形滑块对应滑动式插拔卡合,凸出式卡止平台与内凹式卡止平台相互对应卡合定位,凸出式电插头与内凹式电插座插拔连接并定位,吸合磁片位置对应且极性相异,吸合定位。
当然上述的结构也可以做相反方向的设置,即可拆卸电池的连接一侧设置有榫卯式燕尾槽形滑轨,并在其该侧底端设置有内凹式卡止平台及电插座,上端设置有吸合磁片;所述控制器的连接一侧设有对应的榫卯式燕尾形滑块,并在该侧底端设置有凸出式卡止平台及凸出式电插头,上端也设置有吸合磁片;所述燕尾槽形滑轨与燕尾形滑块 对应滑动式插拔卡合,凸出式卡止平台与内凹式卡止平台相互对应卡合定位,凸出式电插头与内凹式电插座插拔连接并定位,吸合磁片位置对应且极性相异,吸合定位。
上述所述的控制器与可拆卸电池之间的连接面也可以水平设置,控制器的连接一侧设置有榫卯式燕尾槽形滑轨,并在其该侧一端设置有凸出式卡止平台及电插头,另一端设置有吸合磁片;所述可拆卸电池连接一侧设有对应的榫卯式燕尾形滑块,并在该侧一端设置有内凹式卡止平台及内凹式电插座,另一端也设置有吸合磁片;所述燕尾槽形滑轨与燕尾形滑块对应滑动式插拔卡合,凸出式卡止平台与内凹式卡止平台相互对应卡合定位,凸出式电插头与内凹式电插座插拔连接并定位,吸合磁片位置对应且极性相异,吸合定位。
对于水平设置的结构,控制器与可拆卸电池之间还设有锁合卡止机构,该锁合卡止机构包括设置在控制器或者可拆卸电池一端的锁合卡止口和设置在可拆卸电池或者控制器一端的对应的弹性卡快构成,弹性卡快端部具有楔形锁合倒钩,弹性卡快通过楔形锁合倒钩锁合卡止在锁合卡止口内。
所述控制器包控制电路板、开关按钮、控制按钮、显示屏、雾化器连接接口及USB插口;可拆卸电池包括电池本体和USB插口。
上述所述的可拆卸电池的其中一个连接侧面设置有燕尾槽型滑轨、凸出式卡止平台、凸出式电插头、吸合磁片,可拆卸电池的另一个连接侧面设置有对应于上述连接面的燕尾型滑块、内凹式卡止平 台、内凹式电插座、吸合磁片,并设置USB接口,形成统一结构的电池单元,每个电池电源均设置串并联转换开关,多个电子烟可拆卸电池单元可以组合使用。
本发明的电子产品可扩展电池单元,每一电池单元均具有相同的尺寸的外壳,所述每一电池单元的一侧面设置有统一的连接滑块和插头式电连接机构,所述电池单元的另一侧面设置有统一的连接滑槽及插口式电连接机构,所述每一电池单元设有独立的USB充电插口。
上述所述每一电池单元均设置有一连接卡止口和连接卡止块,每一电池单元均设置有转换开关。
通过本发明设置的可拆卸更换电池的电子烟,可以轻易的将电子烟分为三个部分,即雾化器、控制器和电池,这样在电池拆卸下来充电时可以使用备用的电池为电子烟供电,保证电子烟可以随时使用,也可以根据不同吸食者的需求,使用不同电池容量的备用电池供电。另外由于这种结构可以使用软包装聚合物电池,因而可以减少意外事故对使用者身体的伤害。
通过本发明的可扩展的电池单元,可以随意的进行电池单元的串并联的组合供电,因而可以实现不用电子产品所用电源的需求。

具体实施方式
下面以具体实施例结合附图对本发明作出详细说明。
实施例一:
如图1所示,本发明的可拆卸更换电池的电子烟,包括电子烟雾化器、电子烟控制器6和电子烟可拆卸电池4。其中本发明对电子烟雾化器没有实质性改进,因而图中并为给予绘出。图1中的电子烟控制器6设置有雾化器连接接口5,用于与雾化器锁紧连接,以实现电子烟的功能。在电子烟控制器6的侧面设置有按钮开关1、调整按钮2和显示屏3,分别用于电子烟吸烟控制、功率调节及状态显示,且在电子烟控制器6内设置有控制电路板及控制芯片。
另外电子烟控制器6与电子烟可拆卸电池5之间通过卡合装置及电连接机构卡合连接,以实现电子烟电池的拆卸和更换。
如图2、图3、图4所示,电子烟控制器6与可拆卸电池的连接一侧设置有燕尾槽形滑轨9,并在其底部设置凸出的卡止平台8,卡止平台8上设置有向上凸出的电连接插头7。电子烟可拆卸电池4的连结一侧设置有燕尾形滑块10,并在其底部设置有与电子烟控制器底部的凸出式卡止平台8对应的内凹式卡止平台12,并在该卡止平台12内设置内凹的电连接插口11。其中燕尾槽形滑轨9与燕尾形滑块10对应插入和滑动,可以插入滑动且卡合;凸出式卡止平台8与内凹式卡止平台12相互对应填平卡合定位;电连接插头7为两电极插头,电连接插口11也是两电极插座,各设有弹性接触片结构,可以相互实现插和后安全可靠的电性连接。
如图4所示,图4是本实施例的电子烟控制器和电子烟可拆卸电池拆卸后的连接一侧正视结构示意图。
图中所示,电连接插头7为两个电极的插头,电连接插口11也是两电极的插口。为了实现电子烟控制器6与电子烟可拆卸电池4可靠安全的连接,还在连接面的上端设置磁片吸合机构,是在电子烟控制器上设置吸合磁片14,在可拆卸电池燕尾形滑块的连接表面设置吸合磁片13,其中吸合磁片13和14的极性相异,用于靠磁性相互吸合,进而将电子烟控制器和可拆卸电池吸合定位,以结合连接更加牢固。
为实现电子烟可拆卸电池的随时充电,在电子烟电池上设置有 USB连接插口,用于对电池进行充电。
本实施例的电子烟在使用时,需要将电子烟可拆卸电池4与电子烟控制器6装配好,再连接电子烟雾化器便可以使用。
本实施例是将电子烟控制器6与电子烟电池4制作成可拆卸结构,可以实现电子烟电池的简单更换,可以实现备用电池与主电池分别充电分别使用的功能,避免一体化电子烟的充电时不能使用,使用时不能充电的缺陷。同时由于可以拆卸电池的结构,也可以针对不同的电子烟油和不同的电子烟雾化功率的需求,使用容量和耐压不同的电池,进而可以实现与多种电池配合的功能。另外本实施例的结构在卸下电池充电时,避免了电流冲击发热对电子烟控制器的冲击损坏的危险,进而降低了电子烟昂贵部件的使用频次,可以延长控制器部分的使用寿命。使用软包聚合物电池也减少了电池以外爆炸对人体产生的损害。
上述实施例的电子烟控制器与电子烟电池之间的连接结构仅仅是连接方式之一。当然还可以在上述结构的基础上进行演化变更。
实施例二:
本实施例是将控制器一侧的连接面结构与电池一侧的连接面结构进行互换而得出的。即将燕尾槽形滑轨9设置在可拆卸电池4的连接面上,将燕尾形滑块10设置的控制器6的连接面上;同时可以把凸出式卡止平台8设置在可拆卸电池4的连接面上,而把内凹式卡止平台12设置在控制器6上;也可以将凸出式电连接插头7设置在内 凹的卡止平台12上,而把电连接插座11设置在内凹的卡止平台7上。当然还有其它形式的组合和互换。
实施例三:
本实施例与实施例一不同之处在于,实施例一为连接面竖直设置,本实施例采取连接面水平设置的结构。在竖直设置时,由于凸出式卡止平台与内凹式卡止平台的相互依托,可以实现一定的卡止作用,保证不会脱落。而在水平设置时,这种卡止作用就会弱的很多,因而需要再设置另一种卡止机构给予相互锁定定位。
如图5所示,本实施例的电子烟控制器6设置在可拆卸电池的上侧,因而连接面是水平设置的,卡合定位装置以及电连接结构与实施例一是相同的。只不过为了保持水平设置的结构更加稳定,设置了锁合卡止机构,该锁合卡止机构包括设置在控制器一侧的锁合卡止口15和设置在可拆卸电池一侧的对应的弹性锁合卡止块17构成,其中弹性锁合卡止块17的端部具有楔形锁合倒钩16,弹性锁合卡止块17过楔形锁合倒钩16锁合卡止在锁合卡止口15内。进而以此方式固定控制器6与电池4的相对位置。
由发明的结构还可以衍生出另一种电子产品可扩展电池单元,如图7所示,其是一种电子产品可扩展电池单元,其中每一个单元均具有两个连接侧面。其中的一个连接侧面具有电子烟控制器一侧相同的连接结构,即具有燕尾槽形滑轨9、位于该连接侧底部的凸出式卡止 平台8以及位于卡止平台8上的凸出式电连接插头7。另一个连接侧面则具有与电子烟可拆卸电池的连接侧相同的结构,即燕尾形滑块10、位于位于连接侧底部的内凹式卡止平台12和位于卡止平台12内的内凹式电连接插口11。
如图6所示,这是电池单元的结构,两个或者多数个可以组合使用,组合使用时是对应的连接侧面相互卡合定位,并使电连接插头插入电连接插口内。为实现电池单元之间的紧密连接,在连接面上设置对应的极性相异的磁片,以磁性吸合保证紧密连接。
为了实现这样的电池单元可以分别充电,可以在每一个电池单元上设置有USB充电接口,而为了电池单元在组合扩展使用的效果,还在电池单元的非连接侧面或者底面上设置串联并联转换开关18,通过转换开关18可以实现电池单元的扩展连接状态。这种电池单元经过多级连接扩展后可以为具有相同连接面的电子产品供电。也可以以接线柱的方式为其他用电器供电。
如图7所示,为了保证多个电池单元的相互稳定连接,也设置锁合卡止机构,该锁合卡止机构包括设置在每一电池单元的底部两侧分别设置锁合卡止口15和弹性锁合卡止块17,其中弹性锁合卡止块17的端部具有楔形锁合倒钩16,弹性锁合卡止块17过楔形锁合倒钩16锁合卡止在锁合卡止口15内。进而以此方式固定控制器6与电池4的相对位置。
本发明的这种可扩展电池单元,可以用于不同的电子产品,适用于不同的用电电压和电流,非常适合试验场所的需求,而不需再使用 笨重的电池盒。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可拆卸更换电池的电子烟,包括控制器、雾化器和可拆卸电池,其特征在于:所述控制器与可拆卸电池之间设置有卡合定位装置和电性连接接口;可拆卸电池与控制器之间可通过卡合定位装置连接固定,同时电性连接接口相互连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸更换电池的电子烟,其特征在于:所述控制器与可拆卸电池之间的卡合定位装置包括榫卯式滑轨滑块机构和磁性吸合机构,所述电性连接接口为电插头与电插座机构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可拆卸更换电池的电子烟,其特征在于:所述控制器与可拆卸电池之间的连接面为竖直设置,控制器的连接一侧设置有榫卯式燕尾槽形滑轨,并在其该侧底端设置有凸出式卡止平台及电插头,上端设置有吸合磁片;所述可拆卸电池的连接一侧设有对应的榫卯式燕尾形滑块,并在该侧底端设置有内凹式卡止平台及内凹式电插座,上端也设置有吸合磁片;所述燕尾槽形滑轨与燕尾形滑块对应滑动式插拔卡合,凸出式卡止平台与内凹式卡止平台相互对应卡合定位,凸出式电插头与内凹式电插座插拔连接并定位,吸合磁片位置对应且极性相异,吸合定位。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的可拆卸更换电池的电子烟,其特征在于:所述控制器与可拆卸电池之间的连接面为竖直设置,可拆卸电池的连接一侧设置有榫卯式燕尾槽形滑轨,并在其该侧底端设置有内凹式卡止平台及电插座,上端设置有吸合磁片;所述控制器的连接一侧 设有对应的榫卯式燕尾形滑块,并在该侧底端设置有凸出式卡止平台及凸出式电插头,上端也设置有吸合磁片;所述燕尾槽形滑轨与燕尾形滑块对应滑动式插拔卡合,凸出式卡止平台与内凹式卡止平台相互对应卡合定位,凸出式电插头与内凹式电插座插拔连接并定位,吸合磁片位置对应且极性相异,吸合定位。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的可拆卸更换电池的电子烟,其特征在于:所述控制器与可拆卸电池之间的连接面为水平设置,控制器的连接一侧设置有榫卯式燕尾槽形滑轨,并在其该侧一端设置有凸出式卡止平台及电插头,另一端设置有吸合磁片;所述可拆卸电池的连接一侧设有对应的榫卯式燕尾形滑块,并在该侧一端设置有内凹式卡止平台及内凹式电插座,另一端也设置有吸合磁片;所述燕尾槽形滑轨与燕尾形滑块对应滑动式插拔卡合,凸出式卡止平台与内凹式卡止平台相互对应卡合定位,凸出式电插头与内凹式电插座插拔连接并定位,吸合磁片位置对应且极性相异,吸合定位。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可拆卸更换电池的电子烟,其特征在于:所述控制器与可拆卸电池之间还设有锁合卡止机构,该锁合卡止机构包括设置在控制器或者可拆卸电池一端的锁合卡止口和设置在可拆卸电池或者控制器一端的对应的弹性卡快构成,弹性卡快端部具有楔形锁合倒钩,弹性卡快通过楔形锁合倒钩锁合卡止在锁合卡止口内。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任何一项所述的可拆卸更换电池的电子烟,其特征在于:所述控制器包控制电路板、开关按钮、控制按钮、显示 屏、雾化器连接接口及USB插口;可拆卸电池包括电池本体和USB插口。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任何一项所述的可拆卸更换电池的电子烟,其特征在于:所述可拆卸电池的其中一个连接侧面设置有燕尾槽型滑轨、凸出式卡止平台、凸出式电插头、吸合磁片,可拆卸电池的另一个连接侧面设置有对应于上述连接面的燕尾型滑块、内凹式卡止平台、内凹式电插座、吸合磁片,并设置USB接口,形成统一结构的电池单元,每个电池单元均设置串并联转换开关,多个电子烟可拆卸电池单元可以组合使用。
  9. 一种电子产品可扩展电池单元,每一电池单元均具有相同的尺寸的外壳,其特征在于:所述每一电池单元的一侧面设置有统一的连接滑块和插头式电连接机构,所述电池单元的另一侧面设置有统一的连接滑槽及插口式电连接机构,所述每一电池单元设有独立的USB充电插口。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子产品可扩展电池单元,其特征在于:所述每一电池单元均设置有一连接卡止口和连接卡止块,每一电池单元均设置有转换开关。
