本发明的主要目的在于提供一种基于网络医院平台的药品管理方法及网络医院平台,旨在避免因药品补充不及时而缺货的问题,并且减轻医护人员的工作负担,提高工作效率。

步骤S10,监控药品库中药品的库存数量;
本实施例药品管理方法基于网络医院平台,网络医院平台可对与其建立连接的所有医院、诊所和药店等机构的药品库中的药品进行监控和管理。网络医院平台对每一种药品的整个周期进行监控,即从每一种药品进货时开始进行监控,例如进货时的数量、根据处方所统计的销售数量,以及当前该药品所剩余的库存数量。库存数量的监控,则根据该药品的库存极值和销售数量之差确定,该库存极值为药品的库存数量达到最大时的药品的数量,当然,本实施例中设定该药品第一次进货时的数量以及每次补货后的数量都为库存极值,对库存极值的监控是在每一次补货后,该药品的数量达到库存极值后开始进行。
步骤S20,根据药品的库存数量和药品对应的提醒阈值,确定补货药品及补货药品所对应的补货数量;
网络医院平台为每一种药品设置一提醒阈值,随着药品的销售,当该药品的库存数量减小至一定的数量,根据药品销售的需求而必须补充该药品时,提醒补充该药品使其库存数量达到库存极值,本实施例中将该必须补充药品的数量作为提醒阈值。网络医院平台根据每一种药品的销售数量实时监控该药品的库存数量,当监控到该药品的库存数量达到其对应的提醒阈值时,确定所需补充的补货药品以及每一种补货药品所对应的补货数量,该补货数量通常与销售数量相同。

在确定了补货药品及对应的补货数量后,网络医院平台生成提醒消息,该提醒消息包括补货药品以及对应的补货数量,网络医院平台与医药管理平台建立连接,该医药管理平台可以为药品供应商或其他向网络医院供应药品的机构,网络医院平台向医药管理平台发送提醒消息,以提醒医药管理平台按照补货药品和补货数量补充相应的药品。医药管理平台则到提醒消息后可与对应的药品库中的医护人员取得联系,以确定是否补货以及具休补货的药品和数量。

在进货前,网络医院平台预先对药品库中的每一种药品的库存极值和该药品对应的提醒阈值进行设置,库存极值为药品存储的最大值,即第一次进货时以及后续每次补货时都保证药品的库存数量为该库存极值;提醒阈值为提醒医药管理平台补充相应数量的补货药品的数量限值,即药品的库存数量达到该提醒阈值时由网络医院平台向医药管理平台进行提醒。
具体地,在设置库存极值时,可根据药品的药物特性,如有效期、存放方式以及该药品的市场需求量等条件进行设置,对有效期短或对存放方式要求较高,或者市场需求量较小的药品,库存极值可相对设置为较小,避免因库存过多而导致过期、变质或供过于求等问题;而对于有效期长或对存放方式要求较低,或者市场需求量较大的药品,库存极值则可相对设置为较大,以满足供应量。在设置提醒阈值时,也可根据有效期、存放方式以及该药品的市场需求量等条件进行设置,对有效期短或对存放方式要求较高,或者市场需求量较小的药品,提醒阈值可设置为较小,避免存货过多;而对于有效期长或对存放方式要求较低,或者市场需求量较大的药品,提醒阈值则可设置为较大。
根据每一种药品的药物特性设置对应的库存极值和提醒阈值,以方便实时监控药品的库存数量,并根据确定的库存数量和提醒阈值直接确定补货药品和对应的补货数量,为保证药品库中药品补充的及时性提供了基础。

步骤S201,判断药品的库存数量是否达到该药品对应的提醒阈值;若是,执行步骤S202,若否,则执行上述步骤S10;
步骤S202,当药品的库存数量达到对应的提醒阈值时,确定所需补充的补货药品,并根据销售数量确定补货药品对应的补货数量。
本实施例对药品库中的药品进行周期性监控,即在每一次药品的库存数量为库存极值时开始监控该药品的销售数量,并根据确定的库存数量确定是否补货以及补货的药品和数量;而在药品补充完毕后,药品的库存数量均达到对应的库存极值时,完成上一周期监控,而重新对每一种药品的销售数量开始监控。
在根据药品的库存数量确定需补充的补货药品和对应的补货数量时,网络医院平台首先根据每一种药品的库存极值与监控的销售数量之差,确定该药品的库存数量,并进一步判断药品的库存数量是否达到预先为其设定的提醒阈值,当库存数量达到对应的提醒阈值时,统计达到提醒阈值的所有药品并确定所需补充的补货药品,然后,根据确定的补货药品的销售数量确定对应的补货数量。本实施例中,补货药品对应的补货数量可与其销售数量相同,也可以由医护人员根据实际情况进行确定,在确定了补货药品和对应的补货数量后,或者在接收到医护人员的设置后,网络医院平台生成提醒消息,以提醒医药管理平台补货。

养护提醒模块60,用于根据药品的药物特性设置养护提醒周期,并根据养护提醒周期提醒对药品库中的药品进行定期养护。
网络医院平台在进货后,通过养护提醒模块60根据每一种药品的药物特性,如该药品的存放方式和药品成分特点,设置该药品的养护提醒周期,即从对每一种药品的监控时间开始起,当监控的时间达到养护提醒周期时,提醒医护人员对该药品进行定期养护。例如,许多中药由于其本身的药品成分,导致长期放置会与空气或其他药物发生反应而变质,或者在存放时需要通风干燥的存放环境,对于这些药品,则可根据其药品成分或存放方式设置间隔时间适当的养护提醒周期;当然,网络医院平台在提醒医护人员对药品进行养护之前,也可根据不同的药品设置不同的养护规则,医护人员则可根据养护规则对药品进行定期养护。本实施例中,对药品的养护提醒周期的监控也是周期性的,即在每一次养护完成后完成本周期的监控,重新开始下一个周期的监控,以实现对药品库中药品的定期养护。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种基于网络医院平台的药品管理方法,其特征在于,所述药品管理方法包括以下步骤:
    监控药品库中药品的库存数量;
    根据药品的库存数量和所述药品对应的提醒阈值,确定补货药品及补货药品所对应的补货数量;
    向医药管理平台发送提醒消息,提醒补充相应数量的补货药品。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于网络医院平台的药品管理方法,其特征在于,所述向医药管理平台发送提醒消息,提醒补充相应数量的补货药品的步骤之后,所述药品管理方法还包括:
    根据确定的补货药品及该补货药品所对应的补货数量,生成补货订单,将所述补货订单发送至医药管理平台。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的基于网络医院平台的药品管理方法,其特征在于,所述药品管理方法还包括:
    根据药品的药物特性设置养护提醒周期,并根据所述养护提醒周期提醒对药品库中的药品进行定期养护。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的基于网络医院平台的药品管理方法,其特征在于,所述监控药品库中药品的库存数量的步骤之前,所述药品管理方法还包括:
    设置药品库中每一种药品的库存极值和该药品对应的提醒阈值;所述库存极值为所述药品存储的最大值,所述提醒阈值为提醒医药管理平台补充相应数量的补货药品的数量限值。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的基于网络医院平台的药品管理方法,其特征在于,所述向医药管理平台发送提醒消息,提醒补充相应数量的补货药品的步骤之后,所述药品管理方法还包括:
    根据确定的补货药品及该补货药品所对应的补货数量,生成补货订单,将所述补货订单发送至医药管理平台。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的基于网络医院平台的药品管理方法,其特征在于,所述药品管理方法还包括:
    根据药品的药物特性设置养护提醒周期,并根据所述养护提醒周期提醒对药品库中的药品进行定期养护。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的基于网络医院平台的药品管理方法,其特征在于,所述药品库中药品的库存数量根据该药品的库存极值与监控的该药品的销售数量之差确定;
    所述根据药品的库存数量和所述药品对应的提醒阈值,确定补货药品及补货药品所对应的补货数量的步骤包括:
    判断药品的库存数量是否达到该药品对应的提醒阈值;
    当药品的库存数量达到对应的提醒阈值时,确定所需补充的补货药品,并根据销售数量确定所述补货药品对应的补货数量。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的基于网络医院平台的药品管理方法,其特征在于,所述向医药管理平台发送提醒消息,提醒补充相应数量的补货药品的步骤之后,所述药品管理方法还包括:
    根据确定的补货药品及该补货药品所对应的补货数量,生成补货订单,将所述补货订单发送至医药管理平台。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的基于网络医院平台的药品管理方法,其特征在于,所述药品管理方法还包括:
    根据药品的药物特性设置养护提醒周期,并根据所述养护提醒周期提醒对药品库中的药品进行定期养护。
  10. 一种应用于权利要求1所述的药品管理方法的网络医院平台,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台包括:
    监控模块,用于监控药品库中药品的库存数量;
    确定模块,用于根据药品的库存数量和所述药品对应的提醒阈值,确定补货药品及补货药品所对应的补货数量;
    提醒模块,用于向医药管理平台发送提醒消息,提醒补充相应数量的补货药品。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的网络医院平台,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台还包括:
    养护提醒模块,用于根据药品的药物特性设置养护提醒周期,并根据所述养护提醒周期提醒对药品库中的药品进行定期养护。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的网络医院平台,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台还包括设置模块,所述设置模块用于:
    设置药品库中每一种药品的库存极值和该药品对应的提醒阈值;所述库存极值为所述药品存储的最大值,所述提醒阈值为提醒医药管理平台补充相应数量的补货药品的数量限值。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的网络医院平台,其特征在于,所述药品库中药品的库存数量根据该药品的库存极值与监控的该药品的销售数量之差确定;
    所述确定模块具体用于:
    判断药品的库存数量是否达到该药品对应的提醒阈值;
    当药品的库存数量达到对应的提醒阈值时,确定所需补充的补货药品,并根据销售数量确定所述补货药品对应的补货数量。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的网络医院平台,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台还包括:
    订单生成模块,用于根据确定的补货药品及该补货药品所对应的补货数量,生成补货订单,将所述补货订单发送至医药管理平台。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的网络医院平台,其特征在于,所述网络医院平台还包括:
    养护提醒模块,用于根据药品的药物特性设置养护提醒周期,并根据所述养护提醒周期提醒对药品库中的药品进行定期养护。
