本发明涉及通信技术领域,提供了一种远程媒体内容点播方法和系统。所述方法中,点播设备通过服务器向播放设备发送远程媒体内容点播,该方法包括:获取媒体内容点播列表,选取需点播的内容;向服务器发送对媒体内容的点播请求;服务器接收点播设备发送的对媒体内容的点播请求,将对媒体内容的点播请求中包括的内容发送给播放设备;播放设备接收服务器发送的内容以播放;播放设备向服务器上报内容的播放状态;服务器接收播放设备上报的内容播放状态,并推送提醒到点播设备;接收服务器推送的播放设备的内容播放状态提醒以同步播放播放设备上播放的内容。本发明解决了现有的媒体内容点播方法无法实现一方点播后双方可同步收听该点播内容的问题。

Description

远程媒体内容点播方法和系统
本发明要求2015年6月4日递交的发明名称为“远程媒体内容点播方法和系统”的申请号201510304675.X的在先申请优先权,上述在先申请的内容以引入的方式并入本文本中。
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,特别是涉及一种远程媒体内容点播方法和系统。
背景技术
伴随移动互联网的飞速发展,越来越多的智能设备正在从展台走入我们的生活,例如智能手机、智能玩具(例如智能公仔)、智能可穿戴设备(智能手环、智能手表、智能眼镜等)、教育电子设备(点读机、故事机等),等等。这些智能设备大多都可以和另一智能设备进行绑定和通信,实现一系列的互动。例如智能手表可以和智能手机进行绑定,从而可通过智能手表接收短信息、接听和拨打电话等;智能手机也可以通过通信服务器以及自身安装的软件给另一智能手机点播音视频等媒体内容。
中国专利公开号CN103581700A,公开日为2014年2月12日,专利名称为音视频点播方法、服务器、终端以及系统的专利公开了一种终端给另一终端点播音视频的技术方案,该专利方案可以将语音或者视频格式的赠言信息和点播内容一起通过服务器发送给另一终端以播放,解决了用户以前需要输入文字信息作为赠言信息的不方便以及表达不准确的问题。但该方案只能完成一方点播另一方播放,无法实现一方点播后双方可同步收听该点播内容,以及双方之间可以在收听点播内容之后进行互动。
发明内容
为了解决现有的媒体内容点播方法无法实现一方点播后双方可同步收听该点播内容的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种远程媒体内容点播方法和系统,技术方案如下:
一种远程媒体内容点播方法,应用于点播设备,所述方法包括:
获取媒体内容点播列表,选取需点播的内容;
向所述服务器发送对媒体内容的点播请求,以使所述服务器将所述点播请求中请求播放的内容发送给播放设备;以及
接收所述服务器推送的播放设备播放的请求播放的内容的播放状态提醒以同步播放所述播放设备上播放的请求播放的内容。
一种点播设备,包括:
存储器,存储一组计算机可执行程序代码;以及
处理器,用于执行所述计算机可执行程序代码以执行以下步骤:
获取媒体内容点播列表,选取需点播的内容;
向所述服务器发送对媒体内容的点播请求,以使所述服务器将所述点播请求中请求播放的内容发送给播放设备;以及
接收所述服务器推送的所述播放设备播放的请求播放的内容的播放状态提醒以同步播放所述播放设备上播放的请求播放的内容。
一种服务器,包括:
存储器,存储一组计算机可执行程序代码;以及
处理器,用于执行所述计算机可执行程序代码以用于:
接收点播设备发送的对媒体内容的点播请求;以及
将所述对媒体内容的点播请求中请求播放的内容发送给播放设备以播放,以及将所述播放设备上报的请求播放的内容的播放状态推送提醒到所述点播设备以使所述点播设备可同步播放所述请求播放的内容。
本发明实施例的有益效果是:点播设备(例如智能手机)通过服务器或直接向播放设备(例如智能玩具)发送点播请求,播放设备播放时,将播放状态通过服务器或直接反馈给点播设备,从而可在点播设备端同步播放点播内容,实现一方点播后点播方和接收方可同步收听该点播内容,方便点播方和接收方共同欣赏点播内容。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及到的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
如图1所示,示出了本发明实施例所涉及的一种实施环境,该实施环境包括服务器100,点播设备200,播放设备300。服务器100是可以侦听其他终端提交的服务请求,并提供相应服务的一个、多个高性能计算机或者云计算中心。点播设备200可以是诸如手机、平板电脑、台式电脑、笔记本、配套电视机的机顶盒、智能玩具(例如智能公仔)、可穿戴设备(智能手环、智能手表、智能眼镜等)、教育电子设备(点读机、故事机等)之类的智能设备,优选为手机、平板电脑、台式电脑、笔记本、配套电视机的机顶盒,其可以通过有线网络或者无线网络与服务器100连接,从而实现向服务器100发送请求的目的,以及接收服务器100所发送的内容的目的。播放设备300可以是诸如手机、平板电脑、台式电 脑、笔记本、配套电视机的机顶盒、智能玩具、可穿戴设备、教育电子设备之类的智能设备,优选为智能玩具、可穿戴设备、教育电子设备,播放设备300可以通过有线网络或者无线网络与服务器100连接,从而实现接收服务器100所发送的内容,以及向服务器100发送内容的目的。
实施例1:
如图2所示,本发明实施例1提供了一种远程媒体内容点播方法,应用于点播设备,所述点播设备通过服务器向播放设备发送远程媒体内容点播,该方法具体包括:
步骤101:获取媒体内容点播列表,选取需点播的内容;
该媒体内容点播列表可以存储于点播设备中;也可以是内容提供商提供给点播设备的内容点播列表,例如,儿童歌曲提供商提供的歌曲列表、儿童故事提供商提供的故事列表、教育机构提供的教学信息列表等。
步骤102:向服务器发送对媒体内容的点播请求;
以点播设备为手机、播放设备为智能公仔为例,家长位于手机端,小孩位于智能公仔端。媒体内容可以是音频故事或视频故事,家长想要为小孩点播手机或者服务器上的音频故事时,可以在手机上通过相关操作发出音频故事的点播请求,相应的,服务器将接收手机发送的对音频故事的点播请求。
优选地,所述点播请求包括请求播放的内容和播放设备的指示信息,所述指示信息用于指示出请求播放的内容的接收者,即播放设备。播放设备的指示信息可以是:播放设备的身份信息,例如,设备ID、网络地址,或者播放设备在服务器上的注册账号,这里不作限制。
具体的,所述指示信息还可以包含点播设备的身份信息,例如,点播设备的设备ID或网络地址、点播设备在服务器上的注册账号。
对媒体内容的点播请求中请求播放的内容包括点播内容和附加内容,点播内容存储于点播设备中或者存储于服务器中,附加内容通过点播设备录制。当点播内容存储于点播设备中时,对媒体内容的点播请求中包括点播内容本身;当点播内容存储于服务器中时,对媒体内容的点播请求中包括点播内容的名称、编号或该点播内容的存储路径,在服务器接收到点播请求后,还需要在服务器中查找点播内容。也即手机端可以发送手机上的故事,也可以发送服务器上的故事,方式多样,发送手机上的故事时,需要将该故事上传到服务器,发送服务器上的故事时,只需要在手机上选择该故事名称、编号或该点播内容的存储路径。
步骤103:服务器接收点播设备发送的对媒体内容的点播请求,将所述点播请求中请求播放的内容发送给播放设备;
服务器接收手机通过有线或者无线网络发送的故事点播请求。其中,故事点播请求中包括的内容为音频故事或者视频故事。例如,手机接收到的家长输入的故事点播请求为“小红帽”的音频故事,则服务器将相应的手机发送的“小红帽”的音频故事发送给智能公仔,智能公仔接收到以后,将播放“小红帽”的音频故事,小孩则可以在智能公仔旁收听故事。当然,智能公仔可以是收到故事后直接播放,也可以是收到故事后进行语音提醒或灯光提醒,小孩按下相应的按键或者语音提示公仔播放后进行播放。智能公仔中有存储单元,可以下载故事后播放,还可以直接在线播放。
具体地,当点播设备点播的点播内容存储于点播设备中时(也即点播的是本地故事时),点播设备发送的对媒体内容的点播请求中包括点播内容本身,此时服务器可直接将点播内容发送给播放设备;
当点播设备点播的点播内容存储于服务器中时(也即点播的是服务器上的内容时),则服务器需在服务器上找到相应的点播内容,再将该点播内容及附加内容一起发送给播放 设备。
步骤104:播放设备接收服务器发送的请求播放的内容并进行播放;播放设备向服务器上报请求播放的内容的播放状态;
智能公仔接收点播内容并开始播放后,向服务器上报播放状态。
步骤105:服务器接收播放设备上报的请求播放的内容的播放状态,并推送提醒到点播设备;
服务器接收播放设备上报的请求播放的内容的播放状态,并推送智能公仔开始播放的提醒到手机。
步骤106:接收服务器推送的播放设备的请求播放的内容的播放状态提醒以同步播放播放设备上播放的请求播放的内容。
手机接收提醒后,可同步播放智能公仔端播放的故事。当然,可以是手机收到提醒后直接播放,也可以是收到提醒后通过显示屏或者语音的方式提醒家长,家长可在手机上手动选择同步播放。手机在同步播放点播内容时,如果点播的是服务器上的内容,则手机需先下载服务器上的点播内容,然后进行同步播放。
本实施例中,点播设备通过服务器向播放设备发送点播请求,播放设备播放时,将播放状态通过服务器反馈给点播设备,从而可在点播设备端同步播放点播内容,实现一方点播后点播方和接收方可同步收听该点播内容,方便点播方和接收方共同欣赏点播内容。
实施例2:
如图3所示,本发明实施例2提供了一种远程媒体内容点播方法,应用于点播设备,所述点播设备通过服务器向播放设备发送远程媒体内容点播,该方法具体包括:
步骤201:获取媒体内容点播列表,选取需点播的内容;
步骤202:向服务器发送对媒体内容的点播请求;
步骤203:服务器接收点播设备发送的对媒体内容的点播请求,将所述点播请求中请求播放的内容发送给播放设备;
步骤204:播放设备接收服务器发送的请求播放的内容并进行播放;播放设备向服务器上报请求播放的内容的播放状态;
步骤205:服务器接收播放设备上报的请求播放的内容的播放状态,并推送提醒到点播设备;
步骤206:接收服务器推送的播放设备的请求播放的内容的播放状态提醒以同步播放播放设备上播放的请求播放的内容;
上述各步骤的具体的执行过程可参考实施例1的描述,此处不赘述。
步骤207:播放设备录制回复内容,并发送给服务器;
点播内容为音频故事和/或视频故事,附加内容为故事引子和/或故事问答。手机端在点播故事的基础上,还可以录制故事引子和/或故事问答,故事引子和故事问答均录制时,录制顺序可以是先录制故事引子,后录制故事问答,或者先录制故事问答,后录制故事引子,本发明对此不做限定。播放设备端播放时,有三种技术方案:
1、当附加内容为故事引子时,播放设备按照故事引子、点播内容的顺序进行播放;
2、当附加内容为故事问答时,播放设备按照点播内容、故事问答的顺序进行播放;
3、当附加内容为故事引子和故事问答时,播放设备按照故事引子、点播内容、故事问答的顺序进行播放。
回复内容就是问题回答,通过播放设备录制,录制后上报给服务器。也即小孩在收听故事以及故事问答后,直接对着智能公仔回答问题,智能公仔录下小孩回答的问题并上传给服务器。
步骤208:服务器接收播放设备上报的回复内容,将所述回复内容发送给点播设备;
步骤209:接收服务器发送的播放设备的回复内容并进行播放。
手机端接收到问题回答后可直接播放,也可以通过家长点击后播放。
本实施例中,点播设备通过服务器向播放设备发送点播请求,播放设备播放时,将播放状态通过服务器反馈给点播设备,从而可在点播设备端同步播放点播内容,实现一方点播后点播方和接收方可同步收听该点播内容,方便点播方和接收方共同欣赏点播内容;点播请求中的内容既包括点播内容,还包括附加内容,播放设备收听后,可录制回复内容并通过服务器发送给点播设备以播放,增加了点播方和播放方的互动。
该方法应用于手机(家长使用)向智能公仔(小孩使用)点播内容时,可将亲子沟通与内容点播有效结合,将内容介绍、报幕(即引子)或者问答打包推送,增加内容的趣味性和亲切感,并将小孩当前正在欣赏的故事内容同步给家长,还可通过远程进行问答,增加了亲子沟通的话题。
实施例3:
如图4所示,本发明实施例3提供了一种远程媒体内容点播方法,应用于点播设备,所述点播设备通过服务器向播放设备发送远程媒体内容点播,该方法具体包括:
步骤301:获取媒体内容点播列表,选取需点播的内容;
步骤302:向服务器发送对媒体内容的点播请求;
优选地,所述点播请求包括请求播放的内容和播放设备的指示信息,所述指示信息用于指示出请求播放的内容的接收者,即播放设备。播放设备的指示信息可以是:播放设备的身份信息,例如,设备ID、网络地址,或者播放设备在服务器上的注册账号,这里不作限制。具体的,所述指示信息还可以包含点播设备的身份信息,例如,点播设备的设备ID或网络地址、点播设备在服务器上的注册账号。
对媒体内容的点播请求中请求播放的内容包括点播内容和附加内容,点播内容存储于点播设备中或者存储于服务器中,附加内容通过点播设备录制。
当点播内容存储于点播设备中时,对媒体内容的点播请求中包括点播内容本身;此时可以在点播设备端将所述点播请求中请求播放的内容中的点播内容、附加内容以及播放设备的指示信息分别打包并分别生成相同的事件编号,将分别打包并分别生成相同的事件编号后的内容发送给服务器;或者将上述数据整体打包并生成事件编号后发送给服务器。或者,上述打包行为也可以在服务器端完成,具体请参考对下述步骤303的详细描述。
例如,可以将引子、点播内容、故事问答分别打包并分别生成相同的事件编号。这样,播放设备下载播放时,知道这些引子、点播内容、故事问答是来自同一个点播设备同一次传送的文件。
当点播内容存储于服务器中时,上述打包行为需在服务器中完成,具体请参考对下述步骤303的详细描述。
步骤303:服务器接收点播设备发送的对媒体内容的点播请求,将所述点播请求中请求播放的内容发送给播放设备;
当点播内容存储于服务器中时,对媒体内容的点播请求中包括点播内容的名称、编号或该点播内容的存储路径,在服务器接收到点播请求后,还需要在服务器中查找点播内容。服务器查找到点播内容后,将所述点播请求中请求播放的内容中的点播内容、附加内容以及播放设备的指示信息分别打包并分别生成相同的事件编号,将分别打包并分别生成相同的事件编号后的内容发送给播放设备;或者服务器将上述数据整体打包并生成事件编号后发送给播放设备。当然,当点播内容存储于点播设备中时,也可以在服务器端完成上述打包行为。
步骤304:播放设备接收服务器发送的请求播放的内容并进行播放;播放设备向服务器上报请求播放的内容的播放状态;
步骤305:服务器接收播放设备上报的请求播放的内容的播放状态,并推送提醒到点播设备;

步骤307:播放设备录制回复内容,并发送给服务器;
步骤308:服务器接收播放设备上报的回复内容,将所述回复内容发送给点播设备;

步骤310:录制内容,并发送给服务器;
本步骤中录制的内容是手机端(点播设备)用户录制的第二个问题。手机端接收到智能公仔端录制的问题回答后可直接播放,也可以通过家长点击后播放。该问题回答可以下载后播放,也可以直接在线播放。然后,手机端可以录制第二个问题,并上传给服务器。
步骤311:服务器接收点播设备发送的录制内容,将该录制内容发送给播放设备以播放;然后返回执行步骤307,并循环执行。
该录制内容为手机端(点播设备)用户录制的第二个问题,服务器接收到第二个问题后,发送给智能公仔端(播放设备)播放。智能公仔端播放第二个问题后,录制用户的问题回答并上报到服务器……如此循环执行。
本实施例中,点播设备通过服务器向播放设备发送点播请求,播放设备播放时,将播放状态通过服务器反馈给点播设备,从而可在点播设备端同步播放点播内容,实现一方点播后点播方和接收方可同步收听该点播内容,方便点播方和接收方共同欣赏点播内容;点播请求中的内容既包括点播内容,还包括附加内容,播放设备收听后,可录制回复内容并通过服务器发送给点播设备以播放,点播设备还可以录制第二个问题并上传……如此循环执行,点播方和播放方之间可以在收听点播内容之后进行多次互动。
该方法应用于手机(家长使用)向智能公仔(小孩使用)点播内容时,可将亲子沟通与内容点播有效结合,将内容介绍、报幕(即引子)或者问答打包推送,增加内容的趣味性和亲切感,并将小孩当前正在欣赏的故事内容同步给家长,还可通过远程进行多次问答,增加了亲子沟通的话题。

如图5所示,本发明实施例4提供了一种远程媒体内容点播方法,应用于播放设备,所述播放设备通过服务器接收点播设备发送的远程媒体内容点播,该方法具体包括:
步骤401:点播设备获取媒体内容点播列表,选取需点播的内容;
步骤402:点播设备向服务器发送对媒体内容的点播请求;
步骤403:服务器接收点播设备发送的对媒体内容的点播请求,将所述点播请求中请求播放的内容发送给播放设备;
步骤404:接收服务器发送的请求播放的内容并进行播放;
步骤405:向服务器上报请求播放的内容的播放状态;
步骤406:服务器接收播放设备上报的请求播放的内容的播放状态,并推送提醒到点播设备;
步骤407:点播设备接收服务器推送的播放设备的请求播放的内容的播放状态提醒以同步播放播放设备上播放的请求播放的内容。

对媒体内容的点播请求中请求播放的内容包括:点播内容和附加内容,点播内容存储于点播设备200中或者存储于服务器100中,附加内容通过点播设备200录制,此时点播设备200还包括录制模块240,用于录制附加内容。当点播内容存储于点播设备200中时,对媒体内容的点播请求中包括点播内容本身;当点播内容存储于服务器100中时,对媒体内容的点播请求中包括点播内容的名称、编号或该点播内容的存储路径,服务器100根据点播内容的名称、编号或该点播内容的存储路径查找服务器100上的点播内容。这样,点播内容不局限于点播设备200上的内容,还可以是网络(服务器100)上的内容,可点播内容丰富多样。发送点播设备200上的音频故事时,需要将该故事上传到服务器100,发送服务器100上的故事时,只需要在点播设备200上选择该故事名称、编号或该点播内容的存储路径。具体地,当点播设备200点播的点播内容存储于点播设备200中时(也即点播的是本地故事时),点播设备200发送的对媒体内容的点播请求中包括点播内容本身,此时服务器100可直接将点播内容发送给播放设备300;当点播设备200点播的点播内容存储于服务100中时(也即点播的是服务器100上的内容时),则服务器100需在服务器100上找到相应的点播内容,再将该点播内容及附加内容一起发送给播放设备300。
服务器100收到点播请求后,将点播内容和附加内容分别打包并分别生成相同的事件编号,例如,可以将引子、点播内容、故事问答分别打包并分别生成相同的事件编号。这样,播放设备下载播放时,知道这些引子、点播内容、故事问答是来自同一个点播设备200同一次传送的文件。此外,还可以将对媒体内容的点播请求中请求播放的内容整体打包并生成事件编号。此外,若手机发送的点播内容为手机端的本地内容,则打包的操作还可以在手机端完成,也即该点播设备200还包括一打包模块250,用于将对媒体内容的点播请求中请求播放的内容整体打包并生成事件编号,或者将点播内容和附加内容分别打包并分别生成相同的事件编号。
提醒接收模块220,用于接收服务器100推送的播放设备300的请求播放的内容的播放状态提醒以同步播放播放设备300上播放的请求播放的内容。
智能公仔端开始播放后,向服务器100上报播放状态,服务器100则推送智能公仔端开始播放的提醒到手机,手机接收提醒后,可同步播放智能公仔端播放的故事。当然,可以是手机收到提醒后直接播放,也可以是收到提醒后通过显示屏或者语音的方式提醒家长,家长可在手机上手动选择同步播放。手机在同步播放点播内容时,如果点播的是服务器100上的内容,则手机需先下载服务器100上的点播内容,然后进行同步播放。
回复接收模块230,用于接收服务器100发送的播放设备300的回复内容并进行播放。
附加内容可以包括故事引子和/或故事问答。手机端在点播故事的基础上,还可以录制故事引子和/或故事问答,故事引子和故事问答均录制时,录制顺序可以是先录制故事引子,后录制故事问答,或者先录制故事问答,后录制故事引子,本发明对此不做限定。
孩子在智能公仔端收听故事引子、故事以及故事问答之后,可以回答该故事问答,生成回复内容。回复内容可通过播放设备录制,回复内容也即问题回答。具体地,手机端接收到智能公仔端录制的问题回答后可直接播放,也可以通过家长点击后播放。该问题回答可以下载后播放,也可以直接在线播放。
当然,在点播设备200收听回复内容后,点播设备200还可以通过录制模块240录制第二个问题并上传……如此循环执行,点播方和播放方之间可以在收听点播内容之后进行多次互动。
(2)服务器
服务器100包括请求接收模块110和信息发送模块120。各个功能模块可由存储在服务器100的存储器中的计算机可执行代码实现,服务器100的处理器执行该各个功能模块以实现相应的功能。

本实施例中,点播设备200通过服务器100向播放设备300发送点播请求,播放设备300播放时,将播放状态通过服务器100反馈给点播设备200,从而可在点播设备200端同步播放点播内容,实现一方点播后点播方和接收方可同步收听该点播内容,方便点播方和接收方共同欣赏点播内容;点播请求中的内容既包括点播内容,还包括附加内容,播放设备收听后,可录制回复内容并通过服务器100发送给点播设备200以播放,点播设备200还可以录制第二个问题并上传……如此循环执行,点播方和播放方之间可以在收听点播内容之后进行多次互动。
该方法应用于手机(家长使用)向智能公仔(小孩使用)点播内容时,可将亲子沟通与内容点播有效结合,将内容介绍、报幕(即引子)或者问答打包推送,增加内容的趣味性和亲切感,并将小孩当前正在欣赏的故事内容同步给家长,还可通过远程进行多次问答,增加了亲子沟通的话题。
此外,还将点播内容和附加内容分别打包并分别生成相同的事件编号,播放设备300下载播放时,知道这些引子、点播内容、故事问答是来自同一个点播设备200同一次传送的文件,不会产生混乱的播放。
实施例12:
如图14所示,本发明实施例14提供了一种远程媒体内容点播系统,与实施例11不同的是,本实施例的点播设备200可与播放设备300之间直接通信,而无需通过服务器。该系统具体包括:点播设备200和播放设备300。图中虚线部分为优选实施例中的内容。其中:
(1)点播设备
点播设备200包括请求发送模块210'、提醒接收模块220'和回复接收模块230',具体地:
请求发送模块210',用于获取媒体内容点播列表,选取需点播的内容,并向播放设备300发送对媒体内容的点播请求。
该媒体内容点播列表可以存储于点播设备中;也可以是内容提供商提供给点播设备的内容点播列表,例如,儿童歌曲提供商提供的歌曲列表、儿童故事提供商提供的故事列表、教育机构提供的教学信息列表等。
优选地,所述点播请求包括请求播放的内容和播放设备的指示信息,所述指示信息用于指示出请求播放的内容的接收者,即播放设备。播放设备的指示信息可以是:播放设备的身份信息,例如,设备ID、网络地址,或者播放设备在服务器上的注册账号,这里不作限制。
以点播设备200为手机、播放设备300为智能公仔为例,家长位于手机端,小孩位于智能公仔端。媒体内容可以是音频故事或视频故事,家长想要为小孩点播手机上的音频故事时,可以在手机上通过相关操作发出音频故事的点播请求,相应的,智能公仔将接收手机发送的对音频故事的点播请求。对媒体内容的点播请求中请求播放的内容包括:点播内容和附加内容,点播内容存储于点播设备200中,附加内容通过点播设备200录制,此时点播设备200还包括录制模块240',用于录制附加内容,对媒体内容的点播请求中包括点播内容本身。
点播设备200可以将点播内容和附加内容分别打包并分别生成相同的事件编号,例如,可以将引子、点播内容、故事问答分别打包并分别生成相同的事件编号。这样,播放设备300下载播放时,知道这些引子、点播内容、故事问答是来自同一个点播设备200同一次传送的文件。此外,还可以将对媒体内容的点播请求中请求播放的内容整体打包并生成事件编号,也即该点播设备200还包括一打包模块250',用于将对媒体内容的点播请求中请求播放的内容整体打包并生成事件编号,或者将点播内容和附加内容分别打包并分别生成相同的事件编号。
提醒接收模块220',用于接收播放设备300推送的请求播放的内容的播放状态提醒以同步播放播放设备300上播放的请求播放的内容。
智能公仔端开始播放后,向手机发送播放状态,也即推送智能公仔端开始播放的提醒到手机,手机接收提醒后,可同步播放智能公仔端播放的故事。当然,可以是手机收到提醒后直接播放,也可以是收到提醒后通过显示屏或者语音的方式提醒家长,家长可在手机上手动选择同步播放。
回复接收模块230',用于接收播放设备300发送的回复内容并进行播放。
附加内容可以包括故事引子和/或故事问答。手机端在点播故事的基础上,还可以录制故事引子和/或故事问答,故事引子和故事问答均录制时,录制顺序可以是先录制故事引子,后录制故事问答,或者先录制故事问答,后录制故事引子,本发明对此不做限定。
孩子在智能公仔端收听故事引子、故事以及故事问答之后,可以回答该故事问答,生成回复内容。回复内容可通过播放设备录制,回复内容也即问题回答。具体地,手机端接收到智能公仔端录制的问题回答后可直接播放,也可以通过家长点击后播放。该问题回答可以下载后播放,也可以直接在线播放。
当然,在点播设备200收听回复内容后,点播设备200还可以录制第二个问题并上传……如此循环执行,点播方和播放方之间可以在收听点播内容之后进行多次互动。
(2)播放设备
播放设备300包括内容接收模块310'、播放状态发送模块320'和回复发送模块330',具体地:
内容接收模块310',用于接收点播设备200发送的对媒体内容的点播请求并进行播放。
播放状态发送模块320',用于向点播设备200发送请求播放的内容的播放状态。
回复发送模块330',用于向点播设备200发送回复内容。
各模块的具体组成及执行功能请参考本实施例中点播设备200的描述,此处不赘述。
优选地,该播放设备300还包括录制模块340',用于录制回复内容。
本实施例中,点播设备200直接向播放设备300发送点播请求,播放设备300播放时,将播放状态反馈给点播设备200,从而可在点播设备200端同步播放点播内容,实现一方点播后点播方和接收方可同步收听该点播内容,方便点播方和接收方共同欣赏点播内容;点播请求中的内容既包括点播内容,还包括附加内容,播放设备300收听后,可录制回复内容并发送给点播设备200以播放,点播设备200还可以录制第二个问题并上传……如此循环执行,点播方和播放方之间可以在收听点播内容之后进行多次互动。

本领域普通技术人员可以理解实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:只读存储器(ROM,Read Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁盘或光盘等。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种远程媒体内容点播方法,应用于点播设备,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取媒体内容点播列表,选取需点播的内容;
    向所述服务器发送对媒体内容的点播请求,以使所述服务器将所述点播请求中请求播放的内容发送给播放设备;以及
    接收所述服务器推送的所述播放设备播放的请求播放的内容的播放状态提醒以同步播放所述播放设备上播放的请求播放的内容。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的远程媒体内容点播方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述服务器发送的所述播放设备录制的回复内容;以及
    播放所述回复内容。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的远程媒体内容点播方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    录制内容,并发送给所述服务器;以及
    从所述服务器接收所述播放设备录制的与所述录制内容对应的回复内容,并进行播放。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的远程媒体内容点播方法,其特征在于,所述点播请求包括请求播放的内容和播放设备的指示信息,所述指示信息用于指示出请求播放的内容的接收者;所述对媒体内容的点播请求中请求播放的内容包括点播内容和附加内容,所述附加内容通过所述点播设备录制。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的远程媒体内容点播方法,其特征在于,当所述点播内容存储于点播设备中时,所述对媒体内容的点播请求中包括点播内容本身;
    当所述点播内容存储于服务器中时,所述对媒体内容的点播请求中包括点播内容的名称、编号或该点播内容的存储路径。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的远程媒体内容点播方法,其特征在于,所述点播设备向所述服务器发送对媒体内容的点播请求具体为:将所述点播请求中请求播放的内容整体打包并生成事件编号,将整体打包并生成事件编号后的内容发送给所述服务器;或者将所述点播请求中请求播放的内容中的点播内容、附加内容以及所述播放设备的指示信息分别打包并分别生成相同的事件编号,将分别打包并分别生成相同的事件编号后的内容发送给所述服务器。
  7. 一种点播设备,包括:
    存储器,存储一组计算机可执行程序代码;以及
    处理器,用于执行所述计算机可执行程序代码以执行以下步骤:
    获取媒体内容点播列表,选取需点播的内容;
    向所述服务器发送对媒体内容的点播请求,以使所述服务器将所述点播请求中请求播放的内容发送给播放设备;以及
    接收所述服务器推送的所述播放设备播放的请求播放的内容的播放状态提醒以同步播放所述播放设备上播放的请求播放的内容。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的点播设备,其特征在于,所述计算机可执行程序代码还被执行以用于:
    接收所述服务器发送的所述播放设备录制的回复内容;以及
    播放所述回复内容。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的点播设备,其特征在于,所述计算机可执行程序代码还被执行以用于:
    录制内容,并发送给所述服务器;以及
    从所述服务器接收所述播放设备录制的与所述录制内容对应的回复内容,并进行播放。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的点播设备,其特征在于,所述点播请求包括请求播放的内容 和播放设备的指示信息,所述指示信息用于指示出请求播放的内容的接收者;所述对媒体内容的点播请求中请求播放的内容包括点播内容和附加内容,所述附加内容通过所述点播设备录制。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的点播设备,其特征在于,所述点播设备向所述服务器发送对媒体内容的点播请求具体为:将所述点播请求中请求播放的内容整体打包并生成事件编号,将整体打包并生成事件编号后的内容发送给所述服务器;或者将所述点播请求中请求播放的内容中的点播内容、附加内容以及所述播放设备的指示信息分别打包并分别生成相同的事件编号,将分别打包并分别生成相同的事件编号后的内容发送给所述服务器。
  12. 一种服务器,包括:
    存储器,存储一组计算机可执行程序代码;以及
    处理器,用于执行所述计算机可执行程序代码以用于:
    接收点播设备发送的对媒体内容的点播请求;以及
    将所述对媒体内容的点播请求中请求播放的内容发送给播放设备以播放,以及将所述播放设备上报的请求播放的内容的播放状态推送提醒到所述点播设备以使所述点播设备可同步播放所述请求播放的内容。
